They dont spray the windshield, and their is so much soap that you are wiping it away to get rid of the streaky residue. If you look for a clean dry towel, good luck they practically dont exist here.Edit 06/12/2021I dont review without giving a company a second chance.I came back through and the damp towels were lessened but not gone. So it is some improvement, there is still room to grow. You have so many people it should be easy to correct

This place started out so great, now no pre scrub as you enter the car wash, tire shine hasnt worked in months, employees attitudes are not that great either, for instance this am had the car washed, vacuumed it and while cleaning the windows the towels they give you streak, so as I have always done I walked over to the full service station to get a clean dry microfiber towel to finish the windows, I have done this many many times, today an employee Kenneth comes over, takes it back tells me to use whats out for us, I explained the situation and he could care less. Oh well good while it lasted but we have two other car wash places opening around us in oviedo the next few months have to see what they offer, get with it top dog, since its been sold nothing but downhill, if you care or follow social media many In the community feel like I do

Ever since I switched to top dog Ive been happier and so has my car. Its almost like a mini vacation for the both of us 🙃 Employees are kind, courteous and professional. There are clean towels and even cleaning products! My girlfriend told me to cancel my monthly plan but she doesnt know diddly squat when it comes to a man and special bond between their car. I just wish they had a bit more locations. 5 stars!!!

Just came from there and was incredibly disappointed with both the price and quality of work. Mud was still inside the car when I got home and a rag was never used to wipe things down. I initially walked to the car and there were still bugs on the front bumper which I pointed out and they wiped. For $40, the car should look great …… it doesn’t. They don’t even supply an air freshener anymore. I will go to University the next time.

Excellent car wash. Every time I come and get a Guard dog wash my car comes out looking great every time. Especially with the speed pass it’s so convenient to be able to come at any time as much as I want and skip the line waiting to pay. Full service staff is amazing and always do a great job cleaning the interior so I always make sure to tip them extra well. Management staff sets a great example and clearly knows how to run a good car wash.

Great place even offer vet discount. Carwash was great. They have pre bug self serve and after vacuum/ window cleaning stations.

Just drove through (8/12 @ 11:00 approx), and the brushes werent contacting windshield, not top & rear window that I could see. The stop/ go lights at the end werent working. Usually I drive straight home and towel dry, Windex the windows. But this time they were horribly water spotted, dirty. Worse than before I drove through. Im ancient, and use this service to save myself manual labor, which is painful these days. So ill hold a couple days (?) and see if you get the drive through mechanically fixed.

Theyve been great. We have been using then for several years now. Although lately theyve been having a lot of mechanical issues. The tire shine hasnt worked in a couple months and just recently lightening struct their mother board so no car wash drive thru. But folks are super nice and helpful.

No full service car wash, internet, how you pay & their services were confusing. I paid $15 extra for interior & exterior wipe down & vacuum, but had to come home & touch it up all over. My back window wasnt touched at all. Im disabled & was not wanting to do it because it causes me pain.

Just passed thru the Wash, car came out just as dirty, no towels available because they were getting ready to close, Angel Mgr tells that I havent washed the car in a while. I go there once a week. Another time! Bar Code reader wont open the gate, he looked at it, scanned it, account is active but wont open the gate, makes me go through the gate again, wont open and tells me the windshield is to Thick!! Still doesnt work till this date! Quick responses and no solution!! Everything is nice when is new and then is down Hill from there!!

This is an amazing car wash that has lots of benefits, the pricing is reasonable and the monthly plans are a great deal, $20 gets you a month of the lowest plan which is pretty great in my opinion, the washing/vacuuming stations have free microfiber towels, mat washers, compressed air, glass cleaner, and very powerful vacuums. That’s a lot of additional items that make customer satisfied

It sucked, we wasted money, it didn’t clean the car, Don’t do anything higher than the underdog clean because everything is broken. We’re not even sure the car was even cleaned. Also the towels are gross and the car went very fast through the car wash.

They were so helpful... I arrived to pay and received an explanation of each service... I logged on to receive a buy one get one free car wash which I thank you very much for... I come to find out that they no longer scrub your bumper or mirrors before washing but explained to the nice man that I’m unable to do this job due to my age and he very nicely said he would do his best... he took a sponge and did the bumper and mirrors before washing... I thought that extremely nice of him... I wish I would have got his name because he went far beyond his duties to help me out...as always a job well done... Thank You again!

For the small price of 24.00, due to veteran discount, I got a wash and vacuum. They do not wipe down the inside of vehicle except for windows.Great job for the price.

Customer service is so poor ever since this new ownership no one know what they are doing . The management staff is cluless. They just lost $84 per month from my household. But they do not care if you want to be successful you have to give and have good customer service

I stopped in to get the car washed, this is not your typical car wash. I am use to puling up picking out what service I want. get out they pull the car up vacuum the inside, clean the windows. someone pulls the car into the car wash on the other end when it comes out a group up associates are towel drying the car door jams etc. Here you do everything except wash the car and I its a lot more expensive. The quality is not the same too I had to re wash the rims and tires when I got home. Not a good first impression The vacuums suck really good.

I have the unlimited car wash membership. This used to be a good establishment. Now it seems every time I go for a car wash there is an endless line. They are really slow.

Zero issues even with 10.5 wide rear wheels. Unlimited monthly is super nice when you dont feel like doing the basics yourself. Get home do the door jambs and so on and toss a coat of wax on it if it needs it, Done :)

Prices aren’t competitive with other car washes like Car wash city on University and the wheel cleaner is mediocre

I gave my car such a good cleaning this morning but when I went to leave somehow my suv wouldn’t start. I let the employees know and they sent over their manager John. John gave me a jump and was super sweet letting me know that this happens all the time. I go here like once a week but never really interacted with anyone because I usually just drive through. Excellent service from the today as usual.

Dont bother. It will be broken when you go. Its happened the last 2 times Ive been there.

At Top Dog we get the full detail experience. Rather we do it ourselves or they do it, we love the services.

If they arent busy, they are quick, but the actual wash is sub-par. I just bought the most expensive wash and my car is still dirty. I would have stopped and asked for a refund, however Im on a tight schedule today and will just take the loss. I dont recommend this car wash.

First time here today, and have to say these guys were awesome. From the greeting explaining their service and how clean my car came out, had lots of dirt, cigarette ashes and dog hair and they left my car superb. Will definitely be back and totally recommend. Prices are unheard of, I paid double at other car washes and my car wasnt this clean. Kudos guys!!

I’ve been a top dog member for a long time and I will continue being one, however in this specific top dog my back tail light came off and I went to the nearest staff member to help me his name was Kenny he was extremely rude and continued putting the towels away even though I urged him that this was an emergency and need to be dealt with immediately. Finally I lost my patience with him and told another staff member the other staff member was nice enough to stop the car wash and grab it for me. Kenny continued to put his hands in the air, yelling at me and being disrespectful. Even when I was minding my own business vacuuming my car at the vacuum station he kept on with those antics. Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism shown in this location.

Use it ONLY if you have plenty of time (more than an hour), and have time to double check before driving away...Not many cars in front of me, yet took almost 80 minutes... not being efficient at all until I asked how much longer it would take...I got late picking up kid and didn’t have time to double check, and tons of places still not clean. Photos just show several places that they apparently missed...

Best wash in Oviedo. No matter how long the line to get in for a carwash, they move you thru like an Oviedo Chick fila drive thru.

💥It worked out ok, you have to prewash to get off stuck on stuff like some hard to get off bugs And grime... but its fast and i underestimated the speed seeing that many people their......

Ever since this car wash was sold, it’s been a terrible experience every single time. I only kept going back because I had a gift cards to use up. Today I was told one of my gift cards would not be honored and I paid way to much to have my car basically sprayed down in the wash tunnel, something I could have had done for 7.99 at a gas station. And my car is still dirty. Last time I had to argue with them to do the service I paid for. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

All car washes are similar, but I think this one does a good job. I go once a week or so.

The car wash does not clean get the tailgate portion of a truck. At times, it dumps a lot of soap in the bed, but not enough water/pressure to remove the soap.

It was ok the traffic between the subscription based customer and regular customer was tricky to navigate. The car wash top dog was nothing to write home about. It was not well applied the rain repellant did not seem that it was applied. My car we as still a little dirty.

Was okay paid for the nice wash and was covered in water spots only saw two staff members. Also had to walk across the parking lot to grab a bottle of Windex and a single rag.

I love this car wash. The main improvement would be if they could keep their towels and other products stocked at the individual stations. Sometimes you pull in to dry off your car and theyre out of clean towels and/or theyre out of the tire shine product. Also, if you have the speed pass and you have been waiting in line and a car pulls up and has to pay the attendant, they dont take into account that several of us have been waiting for a few minutes in the speed pass line waiting for the cars ahead to pull up and they let that car go through first. Overall though, a great place.

Just tried out the place. First off, there were no masks in sight, even on the workers who were going between cars for the charges. Second of all, my car left still pretty dirty even though I paid more for the Big dog service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Super nice people but I paid for the top tier package (over $30) and they drove my car up to me with a noticeable mark on the outside and only proceeded to clean it after I asked.....When I got home I noticed that my rims were not properly done (there is visible dirt splotches on the rims OF ALL FOUR TIRES that can easily be wiped away). That leads me to believe that someone didn’t spend the time (60 seconds per wheel) to properly clean my rims after selling me the *top package*.They lost my business on the finer details... If I pay for the top tier wash - I expect the car to look beautiful outside and OK inside (considering I’m not paying for a detailing)My takeaway: 1) if you’re in a hurry - do the cheapest wash with them to save yourself time and because the machine does a decent job. 2) do all of the interior, rims, and detailing your self or somewhere else because you DO NOT get your value back here.

I called and asked questions about a promotion. I wasted my time going there to be told that person gave me wrong info and they wouldnt honor his mistake. Im glad that guy gets a paycheck because you just lost 2 customers from my household. I will travel the extra miles and go to City Wash on University.

Bought the best package but only cleaned about half the dirt off of my car. Going back to Mister Car Wash.

Vacuums not working well, I literally hand washed the front and wheels with the bucket provided (first clue your wash isn’t working) the soap was still on the wheels and tailgate after I went through wash. Very disappointed

First time here and my car came out still dirty. They said it’s not guaranteed to come out clean and they have a bug station removal. It wasn’t even bugs just dust. I don’t think I’ll come back to this place. Just wasted $15.

This is a REALLY good place to get your vehicle cleaned. There are a lot of options from the basic wash to vehicle detailing service. I especially like the monthly plan with the express lane. Their wash rack does a great job of cleaning my wheels and removing a lot of different stuff off of my truck. You can always tell a well-maintained car wash by the condition of their brushes and such. This is a good place! I just wish that I could set up and maintain an online account.

Every time I go now the car wash always breaks down, and other times my car is always still dirty. 40 dollars a month for what? Time to cancel and go elsewhere.

I went here because it was rated highly, but I dont know why. I paid for a full service in and out and it was a total waste of time and money. My exterior still had bug marks on the windshield and waterspots from the wash on all the windows. All they did to my interior was wipe down my seats - my dash and steering wheel were still dusty, dog hair was left in the passenger side foot well, my GPS screen was left with fingerprints all over it. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Good but it is not perfect, also they are very expensive even after discount, I have paid 44$ for full service. When you ask them to clean inside you should know that not every thing is included, for example the doors are not included.

I’m a speed pass member and come here regularly. When I go to vacuum out my own car, it is impossible to clean the car next to someone else unless you park a spot away from them. Annoying. Otherwise, service is pretty good and I’m a satisfied customer even if this location isn’t very convenient for me.

Just had my van detailed. Okay job though I still see love bug remains on the front of the van and not just one spot, there are many. In addition the back seats were set up and cleaned as if ready to sit in but when I folded the seat down they clearly hadn’t vacuumed the area at all underneath it. Never got a call letting me know it was “done” either. Also pulled out one of the cup holders and it too clearly had not been cleaned. Still charged $150 plus they only allow cash back to tip which is a shady way to have employees get out of paying taxes on income

The car wash tunnel broke my roof antenna, they told me to bring an invoice for the part and I would get reimburse, 6 month later no solution or payment fir my damage .

Good and bad...they were great when first opened but quality declined over time.. Just recently visited twice and was told 1 hour wait on full service so did a quick drive through as I could not back out of line. Returned the next day to have interior done and was informed they are not offering this service anymore.

Long story ahead, but the summary is: this place is excellent, makes your car look like new, and is very accommodating and well-run. Five stars.So...My wife got me a Complete Express In-and-Out service for Father’s day. She was told, when she asked about it, that they do a shuttle service so that you don’t have to wait 6+ hours while they detail your car. Unfortunately, the person who mentioned this didn’t know that this was no longer the policy; perhaps it was a new employee. As of January 1st 2018, they no longer do this due to insurance liability purposes (completely understandable). After they started to work on my car, I asked (not knowing) where the shuttle was. Everyone there said they no longer offer it. It was realized then that a newer employee didn’t know that it was no longer offered, and they told my wife the wrong thing. That’s fine, but I had to go back to work. After some behind the scenes discussion, the regional manager himself, a gentleman named Tad, offered to personally drive me wherever I needed to go and pick me up when it was done. He explained why they no longer offer it, which, again, makes perfect sense (so don’t use this review to expect or ask for a shuttle!!) but was willing to go the extra mile (literally!!) to make it right. Now, please don’t read this and try to make someone shuttle you - they just did this to rectify a misunderstanding based on old information that they are in the process of taking off their website. It was a one-time thing, and certainly not something to expect going forward. But they were VERY courteous and did their best to make me happy. The place is very well run. Tad is an excellent leader by example here.The car was flawless and clean as could be. Garrett detailed my car personally inside and out, and did a wonderful job. Truly spotless.I will be back, for sure - and will make sure to make my own arrangements for a ride, now that I know and understand their policy - but this level of deep clean is a once-in-a-while thing, so it’s really no big inconvenience. I will also be back for my quick washes and vacuums as well on a monthly basis. Well-run, with kind people. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Tad and Garrett for an awesome experience!

These guys are awesome. My car was filled with dog hair and nose prints on the window and they were able to get it all. I even had a lot of bugs from highway driving and I couldn’t find a single bug after. The staff was super friendly and quick too. I’ll definitely be using them from now on!
