The office staff are very outstanding very helpful and understanding and the maintenance crew are very well and quick to fix what the problem is or what you request Ive been here eight years and I appreciate you all showing us love and make us all feel like a family working together.

I called the office the other day to inquire about the community and spoke with Gloria. She provided information about the property being tax credit. Unfortunately due to my income, I am not able to live there. Gloria was very warm and welcoming and I truly appreciated the time she spent with me explaining everything!!

I have always loved theses apartments, it’s very quiet more than enough parking spaces, You don’t even have to pay for cover parking it’s first come first serve and no one act a fool very respectable people, I’m the type that stay to myself but the residents here are very friendly and always speak.

Maintenance showed concern and they went out of their way to repair and fix all my issues

The community is great, and building is absolutely stunning. Big closets and good-sized apartments. The amenities like the pool, concierge services, and gym with classes are all great! The outdoor lounge is a beautiful and great place to hang out. Since weve moved in a few months ago weve had a few very minor maintenance issues, all of which have been resolved quickly. One time we even had maintenance at our door within 30 minutes of putting in a request! All the staff (leasing and maintenance etc) are very helpful and go the extra mile to make your living experience great!

It all seems nice, clean and make look presentable and good to bring in tenants. For the first few weeks even months maybe it is all good they will treat you right but after half a year you will see this place for what it is run down, old, problems with maintenance, trash, dirty, public disturbance and management does not do the work. Customer service is non existent.

I give them NO STARS. this complex is trash. They dont value their tenants and their needs. I called the office trying to settle something with parking, and they were no help. The breezeways are filthy. & there is trash everywhere.over it.

This property is beautiful, and the staff is wonderful and very helpful. My leasing agent was so pleasant to work with! She showed me around the entire property as well as many apartments to help me choose. Since I moved in everyone in the office has been very helpful. I would highly recommend this property if looking for a luxury apartment complex.

I lived here in 2017 in a newly renovated apartment, and right out the gate the staff was going above and beyond to meet my needs. Once I finally moved into the complex it is quiet, clean, no pest, could hardly hear neighbors through the walls. Must have good insulation between walls.

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical of I wanted to apply. However meeting with Taylar the process was so smooth. Shes an amazing individual. The maintenance have been great. Im glad I didnt go off of the reviews.

Do not bother living here. The staff is nice but they dont fix anything properly. My stove was broken for 2 years and they just replaced the burner because they didnt want to replace the stove. It still overheated and burned my food. They never clean the walk ways, the gate has been broken and they keep lying about when they will fix it, and the swimming pool was closed all summer and they just made a million excuses for why it wasnt open. Theres no laundry service or anything. They raise your rent a hundred dollars every year for no real reason. Good luck getting out of the complex every morning with people zooming down the high way. Oh and I almost forgot about people randomly firing guns in the parking lot, gangs of teenage thugs roaming around hitting cars and messing up everything they can, or armed robberies in the area. Not worth the amount they want to live in a ghetto with a bunch of delinquents and criminals.

I recently made the move to Dallas from Virginia. The ladies at the front desk made the transition easy and simple. Everyone here is friendly and extremely helpful. The apartments are great. You can’t go wrong with the Rosemont at Bluff Ridge!!

Ive lived here for almost 2 years and love this place. The office staff works very hard to keep this place clean, safe and overall a great place to live. Theyve helped me with anything Ive ever needed to be taken care of. The amenities are great and its very close to my job.

My move in experience was awesome. Every one of the ladies and gentlemen who work here is more than helpful. I look forward to being a longtime resident.

Ive been in the community going on 3 years now. Maintenance has always been timely when any request was placed. I ADORE Taylar Williams in the front office! Shes always super helpful, and as long as you communicate effectively there really arent any issues. Only complaints really is where the dumpster is placed by my building, its pretty inconvenient and makes it hard when the majority of parking is taken up, as they require the handicap spaces to be vacant for waste management to access. Not to mention, all of our breezeways could use a nice power wash to get rid of the stains on the walls, concrete, and the spiders, dead bugs, etc. The location is perfect for myself and family. Easy access to highways, local grocers, and schools. A super convenient and affordable stepping stone to say the least.

Ive been here 3 years now and I love it. Front office staff are always so polite and welcoming. Maintenance is by far the best crew Ive ever had to deal with. They process work orders fast and accurately. My only issue is kids that loiter around but that has ceased somewhat and people leaving their trash sitting out by front door or not throwing in actual dumpster. Otherwise Im pleased. Been living here for a few months now and its awesome. The office people are so friendly, matter a fact everyone is friendly. The apartments are spacious. I really like living here.

I love it that I was able to bring all three of my pets (2 cats and a puppy). When my little man gets bigger I’ll enjoy having a pet washing station right on property. WOW what a bonus!

The apartment is nicely designed and has every amenity I was looking for. The location is ideal for me. I can reach restaurants and stores with no problem.

My unit is great and has all new appliances. Its close to I20 so you can get anywhere you need to go pretty easy. Super community to live in all around.

They refused people with income more than a specific amount. As for the apartments they look nice on the outside but are run down on the inside

This is a very nice apartment complex in a great area. Management is professional. Maintenance is professional and timely. I am satisfied with living at Rosemont at Bluff Ridge.

It is very quiet to some degree. I do not like that the neighbors send there kids to the trash and they sit it by the dumpster instead of putting it in the trash. My complaint is about the lights on the outside of the apts never stay on its like they blow out. I have a complaint about the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and will go off every minute 5 minutes 30 minutes every 1hr depends. Our rent was raised with no renovations being done to the apts. I cant even get my carpet cleaned and i have lived there for 3 years. Not to mention the pest problems that have been switched many times over with different companies that has no effects on anything. My drawers in the kitchen have fell apart and maintenance has been in my home and seen this and nothing is being done. I shouldnt have to write up a work order every time. If maintenance sees what needs to be done then make the initiative to do so. The hours that the office is open is not congruent to what people that do work i leave before the office is closed and get home after the office is closed.

This has been a horrible experience, I have complained to the office about my neighbors for over a year now, They have a stereo and a surround system that stays on all through out the day, Also a huge Dalmatian and a wiener dog that barks/run around all day. The office has knowledge that the dogs are up there and not on the lease, but doesnt care. As of March, I was informed that its nothing they can do about the situation, because there lease is up either June or July and if they try to evict them, They can just ride the process out until they move. I feel as if the office just didnt feel like going through that process so they just told me anything. I have contacted corporate, courtesy patrol and the police. When calling corporate you have to leave a messege and press pound, you cannot talk to a person directly. I still havent gotten a response from them. The police always call back hours later and say, because This is a non-emergency we have to do priority first. So I cant say if they have came out are not. All I want is my respect and peace as a resident. This experience has been straight torture for me and my two kids. I wish the office could put there selves in my shoes and see if they would like to be treated like this. If you are looking to move to these apartments, you will definitely regret it, but the choice is yours

The buildings all appear clean and cared for. The office staff is kind and helpful. I would refer the complex to family and friends.

The Rosemont at Bluff Ridge is hands down the best community I have lived at. Its safe, quiet and close to everything we could possibly need.

Every place in town has there good and bad. The staff at the apts. Is one of the best i have ever came across while living in apt. Communities. I have lived here for 3 years and do not have any complaints. The office staff and maintenance crew have the most professional, attentive, and caring attitudes i have ever seen in apartments. I love it here. .

I love the floor plans. I was able to find a 4 bedroom here to fit my families needs.

I highly recommend anyone who is new to Dallas or anyone looking for a nice change to definitely check it out.

I’m SHOCKED at all these good reviews there is no way on earth they are real. I usually don’t write reviews but i had to because all these lies about how good this complex is has me at a lost for words. I’ve lived at the complex going on 4 years because it’s what fits my budget. They don’t patrol the property. Kids jump on top of your cars. People don’t bother throwing trash in the trash can. Take a walk through the breezeways these things haven’t been pressure washed in yeasssssss. Dirt is plied up on the walls and writings are on the breezeway walls. People will meet up in the breezeway just to smoke weed and play music together loudly and disruptively. You report these things to management and they will ask did you call patrol or the police....well isn’t this a lease violation???? I have called 911 so many times on people who live near me that they told me there was nothing else that could do and that management needs to take better control of the managing the property. If you can avoid this place don’t move here. People in the office are just getting checks they don’t care about the safety or peace of their tenants. And don’t believe these 5 star reviews they’re all lies.Sincerely a long term tenant

PESTS - Most of the apartment units have a horrible roach infestation. Some have ants and rodents too. The company will probably reply to this post as they have done with other saying something along the lines of We have a pest control program that is a great service to our residents blah, blah, blah. Let me tell you. They dont do anything you can do yourself. They will come and spray a little bit and do the bare minimum. They will ignore all the trash in the breezeways and the people with disgusting units that attracts the roaches. They come dump chemicals in your apartments but the efforts are futile and an inadequate approach to truly riding the units of roaches. If you move here, youll just have to learn to live with roaches. Thats just apart of the Rosemont experience - roach infestation.COMMUNAL SPACE - the garbage is always overflowing with trash everywhere. The adult residents are too lazy to take out their trash so they send their children. The children set the trash next to the dumpster and not inside. Or, residents are afraid of the racoons and throw the trash toward the dumpster but it rarely lands in the the designated spot. The main pool is usually out of commission. No where to sit near the pool. The secondary pool is totally neglected. The bathrooms are a bio-hazard at best.MAINTENANCE - The goal of the maintenance is to do as little as possible to address your issue (maybe to save on money). They report that they fix problems or cancel the order to appear efficient but its a lie. Get ready for your maintenance requests to magically disappear.RESIDENTS - Residents in large part are hood and ratchet. Junk cars - yes. Cluttered/trashed balconies and patios - yes. Leave their trash right in front of their doors for days at a time - yes. Your breezeway will usually smell like a landfill and attract all kinds of pest and disease to the property. Dealing drugs - yes. Loud cursing - yes. Throwing cigarette buds - yes. Domestic disputes - yes, regularly. Children who throw footballs and climb on residents cars - yes. Generally speaking, many of the residents have NO respect for where they live. They litter and take no pride in keeping their unit or the property clean.STAFF - The staff always act like they are busy. Expect for no one to EVER answer the phone. They are always appearing busy but Im not sure exactly what they are doing. The only guys that work hard are the maintenance guys, but I think they are preventing from doing a good job because of the companys desire to save money. They staff does not enforce community rules. Junk cars, aggressive dogs, over occupancy of units, hoarding/unsanitary units, all permitted by the staff due to their desire to stay in the comforts of the office and not monitor whats actually going on around the property.Overall, I know this is an apartment for people with restricted income. But, just because youre not making 100K a year, doesnt mean you want to live in a roach infested, neglected and unsafe environment. Youll probably still move here, but, you cant say you havent been warned.

This place is going in a negative direction FAST! When we stayed here, it was decent when we first moved in. They have high ceilings and the space is pretty nice for the amount that you pay. The maintenance ALWAYS came to handle any issue we had in a respectable time, and they had good pest control. BUT, on the side we lived on, the gate NEVER worked, which allowed any and everybody to come in and out at any time. They never even attempted to fix it at all. The parking was ridiculous! Since there was no assigned parking it was just a free for all, so we usually ended up having to park far away where we could barely see the car and watch out for it. Theres people hanging out drinking and smoking all on the stairs and in the breezeways. If youre comfortable with some good looking hood apartments, then this is the spot for ya!

Very noisy and too many kids roaming around, and apartment are not ready to fix it despite several complaints. Guys walking around selling things. Just hope the apartment will do something fast to fix it. The apartment staffs are awesome and quick response to work order. If you like noisy place and you dont mind kids knocking at your doors when you dont expect anyone, you will be fine here. Loud music every time. Not a place for a conservative person.

Its a great community. The units are a great size and the pool is nice.

The leasing team is absolutely fantastic and the maintenance team has taken care of any concerns Ive had.

Hell of alot safer than where we came from. Homes are a little small but very affordable. Maintenance is descent. People here actually have real jobs.

Taylor is a Sweetheart however the property cannot seem to get the constant trespassing under control. Very disappointing, I would not refer anyone here. Even though the property claim to have courtesy patrol it is very unsafe on this property.

The only thing was the helpfulness of one young lady in the office.... Front desk personale.... If moving into the complex, I repeat do not allow them to move you in #3108... Move in March 2015- moved out October 2015..reason management only cares about money.... That apartment holds 15 people...its only a three bedroom. Pure hell kids.non stop noise... 2 (7)month olds.. 1 newborn on the way....3women 3 men 3children under 5..and at least 2 other school aged kids... Write numerous letters to management....long story short me and my 3children had to move.. informed management of lease violations........management is only concerned with your money, and not your well being....please ask questions about your surrounding neighbors.#3108 on the office side.....

Its not clean. Trees still broken down from storm over 4 months ago. Trash dumpsters always over flowing.

Pool is never open and the grounds are always trashed.

Since I have moved here I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I tell my friends and family on a regular basis that they should come to check out the property.

Taylor is very helpful but everyone else is not they dont responded to work orders in a timely manner there are not enough dumpsters on the premises so they begin to fill quickly and they are roaches snakes tarantulas and lizards not even worth a star

Been here 5 years, no issues besides the usual irritating neighbor. Maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours, and they work with you if your rent is late.

Great starter apartment

This community is a HELL hole. The back side building #4. The people down stairs go through way to much. Upstairs they are nasty. Throw trash downstairs, company sitting on steps, foul language, smoking. Kids out unsupervised until 2 & 3AM. The dumpster is a shame. The residents should get together and FILE SLUMLORD charges against the management company Pinnacle. Pinnacle shame on you. Get involved, and clean this MESS UP. Everyone in this community is not on Housing. Even if they were do they deserve to live like they are in a 3rd. World Country??? Property Manager where the HECK are you??? You need to be suspended, until you get it together..
