I truly loved my apt when I first moved in and I still think the inside is beautiful, just dont think its worth extending the lease anymore. Ive tolerated a lot of things living on the 1st floor and I had been going back and forth between extending my lease for a least another month, but last night was the straw that broke the camels back. I come home from work last night to find someones WEAVE sitting in a chair on my patio (see photos)!!!! That’s when I knew I officially knew I wasn’t renewing my lease and gave a late notice that of course I’m getting charged for. Not the first time Ive picked up trash from my bedroom/living room patio. Ive experienced worms/millipedes, whatever, crawling around inside my apt, even in my bathtub. Even a lizard got into my apt one time!! There was a water leak in my bedroom they had fixed once before, I suppose the previous tenant(s) had the same issue because the maintenance guy showed me the paint job from the damage.CONS of living on the 1st floor: the people who live above me, I hear their EVERY STOMP. I hear every car coming & going through the gate day and night. You can hear the noises of the bathtub as well, with that being said WALLS ARE THIN. Other than that, the units are very nice on the inside and very affordable. I just cant stay here anymore.

The community and maintenance people are good but the Units are old and it will create lot of issue like Sewage Leak and Floods while living. Also the management people are charging unnecessarily by saying fake reasons when you move out.Discussed with the Property management before writing this review but its of no use. Please stay away from these guys if you want to get charged for things which you are not responsible for.Edited after Sammi response:If some third party inspects and charges for unwarranted things, You are charging it on the Resident. Here is the Pics for the Carpet that was cleaned properly when we moved out. I am happy to discuss on the same over the call if you reach out to me. Thanks!

I am a new resident and Nesha has made my experience absolutely amazing! She has been so helpful and quick to respond all my inquiries. When she wasn’t in the office, the other staff members were helpful as well. The apartment complex is nice and big! Very excited for my stay here. 11/10 recommend!

My mother lives here & I havent been able to visit her in almost 2 months because of the construction they started and never finished. The have very limited guest parking as it is and took ⅓ of it to haphazardly store materials for the project. The gross port-a-potty is still outside, and all sorts of leftover materials that several people have slipped on trying to walk around. This is not only a safety issue but very tacky and unprofessional. The office wont do anything about it other than say they called to have it picked up. Her water gets cut off every other week because of an emergency pipe burst, but they felt it was important to repave the courtyard instead of installing sturdy plumbing/pipes. Theyre not handicap accessible either, they have exactly ONE guest handicap parking spot in the entire complex. They lie about and excuse all the incidents.

Just moved in today and the apartment seems great. I picked The Courts at Preston Oaks because Nesha and the rest of the staff was so responsive and helpful!

I stayed here for 6months and I had amazing experience. All my work orders completed on time and always got positive response from management. If there was any issue then they always informed through email or text . Quite, Secure and clean area.Thanks to Andy for all the help with paperworks and onboarding.

I lived here for two years and cannot say enough nice things about the staff and management. They take every issue seriously and act on it right away. The staff also makes sure you are satisfied with any solutions put in place. Vee and Andie never fail to help you with any concern you have and both are very patient and friendly.If I didn’t get a job offer in Austin, I would still be living here. Thank you for making my Dallas stay pleasant!

I would give -ve stars as they are liars and cheaters! Please never opt for this. The maintaince is worst they never change air filters, elevators stops working. They treat well before moving in later they don’t treat well! They hung up calls when customer is speaking…! Bottom line they lie while apartment tour be careful don’t fall for their cheap tactics!

Bathtubs are the worst! They make lound and annoying crackling sound….which will be informed to you inly after signing the lease documents…careful guys!!! no vents in bathroom basic thing missing so upset with the community and service

Lived here only 3 months and had 2 service calls both taken care of same day. Also during the big winter storm we had I was extremely impressed with the response of office and the amazing maintenance staff.

Ive lived in this complex for about two months and I’m so in love with it! The floor plans are all nice and open which is something I was excited to find. The amenities here also are above and beyond amazing. Two pools, a dog park for your pup (mine loves it), FREE garage parking! And so much more. The staff is also really friendly. I toured the apartment and signed my lease with Kyle. He was very professional and really made me feel like I chose the right property.Overall, this complex is one of the best I’ve lived in and I can’t wait to renew my lease!Thank you Courts at Preston Oaks for helping me find the perfect match!

Nice apartments, some of them look and feel very old though. A lot of outdoor seating options, and have a very nice underground parking garage. Nice security to go in and out of the complex

Great staff following covid guidelines. This place has great eye appeal on the apartments and amenities. It has wonderful security measures and an underground garage and parking it choices for you and your guests. The pools were clean and the areas beautifully landscaped creating a cozy included almost Tuscan feel to the environment. It was my second choice for the area based on price and offerings.

Living at the Courts @ Preston Oaks has made my living experience in Dallas amazing. The office staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. The property is always clean and gates are always closed! The maintenance team always get repairs done with a sense of urgency. I love how the property manager Sammi has events every week for the residents to get to know each other and mingle! What an awesome idea! I have been living at this complex for about a year and a half now, and I have no complaints! Thanks for making this complex my home away from home!

Moved here in 2017 from NYC and as long as Dallas is home so will the courts. Office staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Apartments are well built and quiet which is what I wanted. Maintenance is amazing, always show up same or next day for any issue. Sink backed up Xmas eve and one of the guys came from home to fix it. Cant ask for more than that. The compound is clean, well kept and non smoking. Highly recommend.. Plus Im now known as the cat mat guy for my awesome door mat. So if you want a nice apartment and potentially a cool nickname move here.

Had a great experience touring the apartments. The staff had very welcoming vibe. One of the managers, Stephanie was super friendly and I can say I had a lot of fun with my overall experience. The apartments seem very well maintained and clean. Not to mention how great the overall apartments look. I’m looking forward to moving in very soon!

I have been treated with nothing but respect and courtesy from every staff member I have had the pleasure of interacting with. They treat every resident with the utmost respect and make you feel valued. I would recommend Courts to anyone looking for a “home”.

I recently re-signed my lease at The Courts for another 12 months. The staff here, including the community managers, are SO nice and have treated me incredible since day one. Any time I have needed anything it was taken care of immediately. Very proud to call this my home for another year. It’s quiet, safe, things get taken care of, and you know managment has your back.

When I moved in the parking garage was my deciding factor.....since I’ve moved in my car has been broken into 3 times in the parking garage. I’ve asked neighbor s and they too have stated their car has been broken into. The office says to file a police report which I have along with other residents and nothing has been done. They have a security guard that rides around but I have steaked out in another car for 4 hours to see if I saw anyone messing with other cars and in that 4 hours I saw the security guard drive through only 3 times in a 4 hour window. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone .

I have been at the courts for a few months and dont have any complaints. The office staff is very friendly and never had a negative experience with them. Vee was very helpful in answering all my questions on move in and past this. He is always smiling and ready to help. The apartments are a great value and the whole complex is kept up nicely (always ensuring they are getting rid of any debris, washing the sidewalks and hallways, painting when necessary, etc).Edit: from the gated parking, my car was stolen. They were unable to find a car being stolen on the cameras or the manager simply didnt care. Its likely the latter. I had to call multiple times to see if the manager check the cameras but was told that she would get to it. They will get to it on their own time even when its a vehicle was stolen. Also had damage to my other vehicle due to leaking pipes in the parking garage. Apparently they are not responsible for the pipes leaking in their garage. If you care about your vehicle, this might not be the place for you.

I have lived here for over a year now and it has been great. The current (2019) staff is amazing. Theyre always willing to resolve any issues, no matter how big or small, in a prompt manner. The new manager, Sammie, is working tirelessly to improve this community and set the bar for other apartments to shoot for. You should check out The Courts at Preston Oaks if youre looking for a place. You wont be disappointed.

I had a bad experience at another property I toured before The Courts, but Andi at the front office turned my whole day around! She answered all my questions and even showed me where my parking spot would be! Definitely going to apply! Amazing staff!

It is almost a year when we moved in and we enjoying it a lot, it is so close to stores and restaurants, cinemas, in the middle of nice apartment area and convenient for driving to every direction. Apartment is nicely set up so you can barely hear your neighbor, never ever had a problem with any kind of bugs, nice lobby and really nice crew, any problem we had ( AC ) was resolved the same day, you are always welcomed with beautiful smiles when you come to office for any reason, almost like family members, since last few months its even better, we have e-mail notifications sent out to let us know about any incoming works or plans. We also have some community party meetings so we can know each other better! After tornado we had recently we were shocked how quickly it was put back to normal. All this comes to decision to stay here longer :)We love new management with positive and innovating approach ! Thank you Sammie! your whole team is great!

Have lived here for almost 11 years. The property has gone through multiple upgrades to the exterior for property esthetics. Its not as fun as when I first moved in, but still a nice place.

New management and staff have been beyond my expectations when it comes to the Apartment Experience. The manager Sammi always delivers on her promises to which I am in utter shock. I have never experienced such respect, and courteous professionalism in my life from an apartment staff. I wish i could give 10 Stars.

This place has been home for over 5 years now and it’s was good for awhile then got a little rough but the new management and staff has really improved. Yes it has water shut offs from time to time and an elevator may go out but things happen. I’m sure with so many people that live here these issues are caused by residents who don’t care or know how to be a good neighbor and take care of stuff. But honestly maintenance is relatively fast and get the issues resolved. I mean who cares if the water is shut off for an hour or two during the day? It doesn’t typically bother me. They seem to Have really improved communication and notifications to residents of important things going on, a year ago I never knew why or what was happening which is a breath of fresh air. Recently new upgrades like the mail room and package system are more than I think anyone expected in this area. Price has been fair over the years and the area alone is so convenient. Restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. Resident events are cool, I can’t attend them all but it’s nice to have something offered to meet neighbors and to get to know the staff. The leasing staff is always willing to help where they can...I typically stop by just to say hi to them, they know you by name and seem to really like their job and care about your issues. The manager is one of the best in awhile, she has really been focusing on the overall property which is nice and makes it so hard to leave. I am only leaving due to job relocation but I would have stayed much longer if I had the choice, I hate moving too 😜A few of my neighbors have been here for 5-10 years, that says a lot. If your looking to move somewhere that has a fair price, staff that makes you feel at home, and a great location...live here! All places have their cons and no where is perfect but courts is perfect for me and I recommend to anyone. A couple of my work colleagues moved in and love it too! Courts thank you for being home for the last 5 years and keep up the good work!

Being from out of state, The Courts on Preston Oaks is my home away from home! I have lived here for 3 years and plan on renewing my lease. I love my apartment and the nice pools! They have a big fitness center, as well as a covered garage for parking. There is always a lot of visitor parking available in the garage and on the street. The office staff is so helpful and amazing! They plan fun events to get the community engaged with one another. My work orders were always completed the same day, if not then the next day.

I am officially a new resident at The Courts at Preston Oaks 🙏 and it is nothing short of amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They made my move easy and offered help whenever needed. Morgan was awesome and Kwanzaa was a GREAT team player to help Morgan out! The location is in the heart of the Galleria area and close to everything you could possibly need (including night life). As of now I cant think of anything to complain. I can not say enough good things about this property. I just renewed my lease for another year, and unless my employer sends me elsewhere the Courts will be home for the foreseeable future. The vibe of the office staff is great! Anytime I‘ve gone into the office everyone is smiling and laughing which is contagious! In the nearly 2 years I’ve been a resident here I’ve had the run of the mill maintenance issues you’d have in an apartment like the garage disposal, and I’ve one major issue of my AC dying in JULY. The office staff and maintenance guys made sure I was comfortable in my apartment while waiting for parts to come in - bringing me a portable ac unit. I highly recommend the Courts!

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It has been a nightmare since the day before I moved in. The day before I moved in, they changed my apartment because someone in the front office messed up. That should have been a red flag to start. I moved in in the middle of August and my AC was not working properly for 3 weeks, my laundry machine was not working properly for 3 weeks and there was a leak in my refrigerator for 3 weeks. Finally, when I complained enough, someone seemed to figure it out. I have been here for 5 months and it has been an absolute nightmare. Recently, there has been water pouring out from my ceiling for nearly two weeks. I work from home and I have had maintenance in and out of my apartment which has left my place, personally, unlivable. I paid $800 out of pocket for a Health Inspector to come to prove that this mold can produce micro toxins. Finally, it has been fixed and now the apartment below me is having a leak which is leaving maintenance to enter my apartment for who knows how long. They will not let you get out of your lease for mold or unlivable situations. They will NOT reduce rent for major inconveniences. This place is soo bad that I am going to pay over $3,000 just to terminate my lease early. This place is disgusting. Run away ASAP.

Its a great community to live in. Everything before we moved in was processed very efficiently and professionally. The environment is nice and the community has two pools and a large fitness center. The appliance in the apartment is fairly new. Its also safe here. Theres one time that I got home after 11 pm, and I saw a patrol golf car passing by. Theres also a huge garage down below the apartment complex, and the buildings all come with elevators, which are very convenient.

My girlfriend and I had an awesome experience with Morgan his past Saturday. She showed us multiple layouts and gave us the full experience of this place. We got an awesome deal but she really helped us feel like this could be our home. I definitely recommend her for any questions you have regarding this property. Shes very detailed, genuine and courteous when it comes to your needs. Were stoked about moving and will do so this coming Saturday. Everything moved quickly and efficiently as far as getting us approved to move in within a week of our interest.

My tour at the Courts was amazing! I came 3 different times because I wanted to make sure I was choosing the right place, and all 3 times the leasing team was welcoming, excited and patient to answer all my questions and show me different floor plans. I really appreciate staff that prioritizes possible customers and this team has been great!

100% would recommend a friend to rent here. The entire staff from the maintenance men to the managers are exceptional. I did run into several issues at the courts, but management did a fantastic job negating every one of my concerns. The pool is a fantastic hangout spot, and the office staff is extremely personable, and friendly. All around great experience and I have more than enjoyed my time as part of the courts family!

The place is amazing and has wonderful service with the entire staff. The maintenance crew was super awesome today Lamar and Kyle totally fixed our issue in the apartment and also were super friendly and helpful. Starting off with this community, there were some issues that took place. However, once Sammi was promoted to the Property Manager position, things totally changed. Her and the other staff members are all so caring and helpful to all residents. They provide excellent service every time I am in need of something with no questions asked. They work extremely hard and do all that they can. It really makes me enjoy living at this community. It feels like a family. I would highly recommend living here.

I have lived at the Courts for 9/10mos now. I was blown away when I toured the property- it looks like a vacation resort! Unlike other places I visited before decided on the Courts, the apartment I got actually looked like the model, if not better. My tour agent Andi did a great job explaining that I would have carpeting being on the 4th floor, as the model apartment had faux wood flooring. I also wanted a patio facing the exterior of the property, she went above and beyond to make sure that happened. I cant say enough good things about the maintenance team either! Ive gone into the office and been welcomed with warm friendly smiles and leasing agent V has taken great care of any requests I have made whether on the phone or in person. The maintenance team itself is amazing. The few times Ive had to request maintenance here have been for minor issues such as AC filters and garbage disposal, Lamar is Knowledgeable and friendly. Recently the property has upgraded the mailboxes and package system! They were great about keeps us in the loop as to when we can come get our new keys, and new leasing agent Amanda was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the process which has made it seamless for us residents. 10/10 I would recommend the Courts!

I have being searching for a place for months that was reasonable for me and my dogs...Stopped by Courts of Preston Oaks and Asia greeted me with a Big smile she showed me the models and immediately I knew this was the place..Asia introduced me to Lisa who was her manager .With Lisa and Asia help and their excellent customer service we will be moving in soon..Asia and Lisa followed up with me every 2 days on my application and that made me feel that they really wanted me to live here.

We recently moved here and so far our initial experience is very good... we liked our apartment & loved this peaceful society which has almost all amenities.Rents are affordable & lesser then most of good competitive societies in this area... Key attraction is Fitness Center due to its latest equipment & huge space.. due to winters yet to explore pool & other amenities but they all look good... waiting for summer 😎Leasing staff is very helpful & courteous especially Kwanza my leasing representative who made sure my movement should be smooth as I moved from Raleigh NC... hoping to have good time here...

Courts is definitely my favorite gated community so far. Very professional staff, who are there for you any time and ready to solve your issues asap. When I was looking for new apartments- they did their best!- showed me several units and spent significant time with me to find the best unit that would fit all my desires and requests! And they found the unit that fitted me perfectly and that I love! I have moved and didnt have any regrets and complains ever! Staff are working hard and provided outstanding service to all tenants! And the location is perfect! close to everything- malls, restaurants, cinemas, school, major highways! Very safe as well- 24/7 guarded gated entrance!Definitely recommend it!

Just recently moved (1 month ago) in the apartment complex and it has been a great experience thus far! First and foremost, the staff that work at this complex are extremely helpful and friendly. They communicate well and will assist with any work orders. During my first 2 days I filed a work order and it was handled immediately. In addition the complex is very well kept and for the age of the complex it is very well maintained. You will not see any trash anywhere including the garage area. The pool looks clean everyday and the pool area never looks trashy. My visitors have complimented how well kept the complex looks. And lastly, the area; the area where the complex is located is fantastic, it is centrally located. You will be around 4 major highways and tons of shopping centers. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

My husband and I are moving into these apartments next month. We’re really excited to live here, it was by far our favorite complex in the area and the apartments are reasonably priced. We also love how close it is to all the bars and restaurants in Addison and the Galleria shopping center. We are looking for somewhere safe and clean and we were impressed by the security and the underground parking lot. The apartments themselves are very nice, recently renovated, and there are plenty of different floor plans to choose from. The pool and gym areas look new and you can tell that the whole complex is very well taken care of. The office staff were extremely helpful and friendly, Simeon was great and helped us to find our perfect apartment. I would definitely recommend these apartments.

Love this community, staff & location. All my neighbors are so friendly & Beltline/Tollway is right up the street. The staff are always on top of any work order or issues theyre already aware of. Theres been a new management in place & theyre so helpful but Andi is phenomenal!!! So sweet, smart & always there. Sammi is such a coach which makes the group a great team, including V whos super nice. So happy & blessed we found such a jewel of a place to call home. Thank you The Courts for helping me & my family make a home.

I went to tour several properties in the area and picked this one. I even toured it twice before signing my lease. The staff was very friendly and didnt mind. I love the set up, assigned covered parking, and pools. Oh and the gym has to be on the top of my list. Very reasonable rates for the apartment itself and location. Id recommend this complex to anybody.

I loved living here! Theyve done a lot of renovations, including re-painting the buildings and doors. I wish I was able to stay but my husbands job just got relocated. They have a great team working in the front office who are always willing to help. Erin and Tarsha do a really great job and I have never had a hard time resolving issues. Would definitely recommend!

Just moved in a couple of days ago. Apartments are in good condition, no pests in my unit. Breezeways are clean, and I see maids cleaning exterior areas often. Elevators are quick (no waiting forever for the door to close, lol). Shower water pressure is good on 3rd floor and bathroom is spacious. Adequate amount of storage; Im in the smallest floor plan and I do not feel cramped. Really appreciate the underground garage with reserved parking space. Front office staff is not hard to reach, and is very efficient. No hounding people for answers, no wasting your time. Youre getting a lot for the price: garage w/ reserved space, nice workout room, saunas, trash chutes, most central location possible in Dallas, washer and dryer included in unit, high ceilings, built-in bookshelves; this is a lot of stuff you find at the higher end, pricier complexes but for like 70% of the price.

Moved in about 6 weeks back and have had a great time so far. The apartment is great, service requests tended to quickly, folks at the office are really helpful and always pleasant.Morgan helped me move in and she was fantastic! Great location, and no neighbor trouble! Id recommend this place :)

This place is amazing I especially love the pool and the gym. Management is friendly and attentive.

Kwanzaa and the other staff members were very courteous.. I had a great experience.. The environment is very peaceful with plenty of amenities and lots of activities in and around the community. Cant wait to move in next month.

My husband and I went to visit on a late Saturday afternoon and Marquis, the Leasing Agent was very helpful in explaining the amenities and showing us around on the property right before closing time. It is a very beautiful and safe place to live. I am GLAD I came here and the rental rates are reasonable!!

Im apartment hunting and found the reviews very informative. I liked these apartments except for the fact that they are infested with roaches. I work from home & dont want uninvited guests around me.

When I came in I was greeted by a smile and humor, and I instantly felt welcomed. The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The apartments are clean, wonderful appliances that five you that modern feel. Security is also great over here as well. Id recommend this apartment to anyone!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property itself looks great and is very secure. A lot of nice perks are offered with the apartment, such as an included covered parking spot and in a lot of cases interior washer and dryer. I also feel the rent pricing is quite competitive for the area.

They were so helpful. Asia helped my sister and I, she went over the paperwork very detailed for us to understand. Love the office, I’m so happy with this decision.

I have lived in this apartment community for more than 2 years. The 1BR apartments which face inside the lobby or hallway are deprived of sunlight and is prone to flooding (when it rains) especially ground floor. Also, these apartments especially on ground floor have cockroaches issue which the management never accepts and the management changes too often to followup with them. Their elevators breakdown pretty frequently. Lastly, these apartments doesnt have bathroom vents with exhaust fans(pretty basic right, unfortunately not here).Overall the apartment community is very well located. Thats the only plus I can think of.

I have been here for about 2 months and feel as though I can give a more accurate review aside from “oh the apartments look nice type of review” the staff is usually nice and helpful and make u feel at home. With that said I agree with Ashley’s post below (it’s interesting that we have the same annoying neighbors), the walls are extremely thin and if you have loud neighbors you can hear them well. I know for sure my wife have complained about the noise and even wrote the property manager and nothing has happened. I am already considering breaking out lease to get some peace and quiet. If you have good neighbors then I would recommend this property but talk to the surrounding tenants if you can so that you can get an idea of the noise in your area.

Toured the apartments today with Andi and OMG that was the best apartment looking experience I have ever had ... beautiful complex and very family oriented .... Definitely my number 1 option its time to move ....thank you Andi your are truly an outstanding worker ❤️😆😆

We’ve been staying at this apartment for last 2 years and the experience has been nothing but the best. Erin- the manager, is very professional. We are moving to our house and hence we will be moving soon but this apartment complex has been the best we’ve stayed.

Went in looking for a two bed/two bath and couldnt be happier with what we found. This complex is absolutely beautiful as well as the units. I was also super pleased with the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Really looking forward to hopefully becoming a new resident here at The Courts!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! First of all, I had the WORST roach infestation ever. Now that I’ve moved out, I can’t believe how much that problem was affecting my mental and emotional health. I had the problem since November and moved out the following August, with the problem still there! Actually, my first maintenance order was *cancelled*. It was absolutely disgusting. I hated coming home and I just wanted to crawl in a hole because they were everywhere. You can find SO many better apartments in Dallas with a similar budget, believe me!!! Second of all, when renting they waive your application fee if you write them a Google review...of course everyone will give them 5 stars because they haven’t even started living there!!! Should’ve seen that as a warning sign. Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here!

Great place to live! Friendly and attentive staff, reasonably priced, great gym and recreational facilities. I liked how there was always a security guard on duty when I came home at night. They are always great about fixing things in the apartment. The only negatives were the cockroaches.

I visited The Courts on three separate occasions while trying to find an apartment in the area. The employee who gave me a tour and helped me every visit was named Marquis and he was an overall enjoyable person to be around, he made me feel comfortable and I never felt rushed to make a decision. After looking at many other apartments in the area, The Courts was my final choice because not only are the apartments beautiful inside and out but the price cant be beat!

It’s A nice apartment complex but the staff in the office treat you like they can’t be bothered so guess what we didn’t stay . There loss!

Everyone was so nice in the office when i was i was looking for an apartment and they had great options and thank andrea for helping me find the perfect place!!

Roaches. Because of roaches we moved to different apartment. Now what I hear from my friends in the apartment is the whole apartment got infestated with roaches and you can see them on bed too. Good that we moved. We have been charged all of our security deposit for cleaning and odor removal though we complained about odor below our kitchen sink and no one attended.We stayed for 3 years as I was a good apartment but it turned bad now because of poor maintenance and management trying to fleece you when you move out.

This people at the courts are the most nicest people ive ever meet. I defenetly will come to live here.Thank you ANDY for the tour

Our ac went out and even after they replaced it with a new one, the apt wouldn’t stay below 80 during the day... sometimes 85... we had one of THEIR STAFF look through the apartment before we left, and were told that we should get our deposit back... and we didn’t.. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!

I wanted to shout out to Vashon, because when I toured the place, it was heavily raining. He put on a parka and lead us around (going through the garage and the walkways to keep us as dry as possible). Im very thankful to him for doing that. The day I toured was the only day I was in the area to look for apartments and there was one tour guide at a complex who just refused to go out in the rain. He made a great impression of the place and the management. The landscape was beautiful even in the storm, and he even showed us a floorplan that we thought to see last minute.He was very knowledgeable about the place, was able to answer all my questions, and was very honest too (he didnt try to sell, sell, sell and I like that). The one thing I was worried about (a balcony facing a walkway that my cats could potentially jump to) was something he helped with - locations of apartments that faced away from them, and a map of the complex with notes on it. In the end, Ive applied and was approved. I move in soon, and after a while I will give another review. But I thought that the service here really set a good impression.

Have lived at the property for a month now and have absolutely loved my experience. Incredibly friendly staff, well kept outdoor space, lounge areas, fitness center, garage, etc. All of it is wonderful! I made a major move across the country and wasnt able to view my apartment or the complex prior to my move- I have absolutely no regrets of choosing to start my life in Texas with the Courts. Kudos to every single person on the Courts team!

Ethan made me feel welcomed the moment I walked in the door. He was very helpful and was able to answer every question I had about the property. The model apartment was amazing! I applied right after the tour of the property. I look forward to living here.

AWESOME! THE OUTSIDE LOOKS AMAZING AND THE STAFFS ARE 100%. A lot of things to do here at the complex. Marquis was very informative. He helped me get into a place at a very fast pace as needed. Cant wait to live here.

Ive been living here for about 6 months. The staff takes fantastic care of the grounds, any service request Ive had has been taken care of in a timely manner, and this is a safe, quiet residence surrounded by ample things to do (walkable/bikeable distances). Very glad I made the decision to live here! Also, love the office staff!

When I first came into the leasing office, the staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate and answer all the questions I had. I was able to take a look at the model units and get an idea of how my future unit will look. This was very helpful and it was a pleasure signing a lease here. I look forward to moving in!

Marquis was awesome! He was able to answer any questions I had and thoroughly explained everything to me. The apartments are so nice and it has some great amenities. These apartments also seem very safe.

Morgan at the front desk is RUDE! I Came in to look at an apartment a few weeks ago & she took 5 mins to even acknowledge me because she was on her phone & she never offered to show me an apartment. Thankfully someone else was there to help me. The apartments are nice & affordable though.

The community has very well maintained amenities like the gym, and pool. The staff has completely changed at this time, but they are polite and helpful. All requests are taken care of within promised time!!
