I have been a resident of Nolen Grand, which was previously the Potters House at Primrose for 8 years. The location is good and maintenance overall comes pretty quickly to your rescue. I enjoy living here. My main reason for leaving a review is regarding the Manager Suanchia. She is an excellent Manager, who cares about the tenants here. I call from time to time asking questions and she always listens to me, and gives me answers to why different things are happening at that point. She is an asset to this organization and if there is anything type of accolade, award, or monetary reward that she can receive, please make it happen for her. We need her here, she is awesome!!

It has been a very nice community to live in. The people in the office are very professional and nice. The maintenance crew are great to. I just renewed my lease. I really feel safe and comfortable here at Nolen Grand. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone that is looking for a great place to live.🤗

My refrigerator had gone out on a Friday they brought me another refrigerator the same day however it wasnt working properly either so they replaced it with another one and it kind of worked but on Sunday the maintenance guy replaced the refrigerator with a good working one he didnt have to do that because theyre closed on Sunday so it was greatly appreciated and I was very impressed by that most companies wouldnt care whether you have refrigerators operational or not on a weekend but they did Thats just one of the few things thats great about living at Nolan Grand I have lived at Nolan Grand which was formerly known as the Potter House 11 years I have enjoyed living here the office staff is very professional especially the manager I enjoy talking to her and she explains why certain things are happening right now due to the COVIC

This is a fantastic place to retire. Many Christian folk. Different nationalities, and the staff is great! You can take a dip at the pool have a barbecue under the trees, exercise with everything needed, go watch a movie when the theater is open, get yourself some fresh coffee and relax.Come by and visit. Its like living in a forest environment. I recommend Nolen Grand. Hard efforts and hard work getting the job done. I highly recommend this place, its home sweet home!

Our apartment was very clean upon moving in. The staff was very professional, kind and attentive to our needs. Its pretty quiet and we enjoy the large balcony. The wide entry and elevators makes it easy to get around. Since the complex is gated we feel secure.

Eveyone is friendly & Ms.Tara was very Helpful to direct me to what i needed to do next & took the time if i didnt no how to show me,

It is an Assited living for Seniors..my friend lives here..the apartments are nice and spacious...and the grounds are neat.

I love my apartment. When I have a concern it is addressed either that day or the next. The office staff is great and so are the grounds men.Now if we can keep paying our same rent for a few years that would be perfecto!!

Our management team in my opinion are wonderful and take care of business as soon as they can and I appreciate that. Thank You for this team

They really do care about the seniors. They are very professional. Tori help me her and the manager Sunshine they have a heart for the peoples.

Mr Santos was very professional and communicated with me what was going on with my request .... I was very satisfied because he was friendly and very direct in asking me to be patient, and that he would handle it as soon as the parts arrive.

When I first moved in very clean. Now everywhere is filthy. You guys are always wanting to fine us but what about fixing whats wrong..

Maintenance responded quickly and did an excellent job.

Delivery drivers should please watch-out for this Apartment, there is a set of three people - One Girl and Two guys that will place order at night and rob you with a Rifle and Pistol. The girl will go to the car to steal your stuffs while the two other guys keeps hostage at the breezeway. Because its a Senior living home no resident comes around

I have been trying to get an apartment for about 4 years but they are always full or I just miss an available apartment. Well this time I got lucky. My brother lives hear and loves it. Now we can be close to each other a plus. Thank you Deja and staff for making this happen for me. I am looking forward to moving in my new home soon. My husband & I just moved to Texas 2 weeks ago from St.Louis. And I must say we absolutely love our Apt. Its so very quaint & cute Being here is good. Residents are very friendly .

Ms Dasha has been very helpful to me and my parents as they move from the home they had to the new Senior apartment. Hopefully my parents will enjoy the new stessfree life of living here in this community. Thanks again for taking care of the inspection list.

I’ve lived here for 11 months and love it! The apartments are affordable and the grounds are well-maintained. The pictures on their website are really what they look like. The office staff and maintenance is always pleasant and helpful.

Suanchia is Awesome and does a wonderful job with helping people! The staff is very nice and the maintenance team do a great job!!

Maintenance is terrible, too many changes and nothing is being considered that this is Senior living. Every one doesnt have someone to assist them with technology. Been in my apartment since 2013 carpet has only been cleaned once upon renewing my lease. Also has had several water issues nothing was ever resolved or followed up to have the water cleaned up, carpet smelled bad for several days.

Very welcoming staff. My in-laws live in a 2 bedroom. Theres plenty there to do to keep their days filled. Overall, a great place for seniors.

I moved my mom in May 2016 to The Potters House at Primrose Apartments and the leasing staff was very helpful and I think this is the perfect place I could have chosen for my mom to live. I will like to send a special thanks out to Ms. Q aka Quanesha because she went above and beyond assisting my mom.

This is a great facility with a tremendous range of choices and activities. The staff are extremely caring and professional.

I have been a resident since 2012 and I love my apt. And the area. There hav been different offic personnel and maintenance but Sunchia is the best. She is ver respectful, knowledgeable,willing to be of service to all Seniors. As far as the maintenance Im very satisfied even though they change a lot. Eddie is a groundskeeper and does a wonderful job always. If you need a smile go see Sunchia or find Eddie out on his job. God bless you all at Pottershouse at Primrose Apts.

Great place to live my Aunt and uncle live here and we just visited for the Holidays very nice place to call home.

Potters House at Primrose is a very peaceful and accommodating place. This is why it is rated so high.

I took care of a client that lived here. Very nice just need to work on the roaches ..

I have not lived in one of the apts yet, but the neighborhood is clean, convenient, accessability is great, and I like the community very much. The staff is also curtious.Well, my experience living here made me miserable. The maintenance staff was nice but the svc. far & in between. The manager is sorry as heck, & so is her staff. Theres no genuine respect for the elderly or the disabled. Sad to say it but these folks need to be shut down. 😞😣
