This is a great place to live. A lot of dog owners live here, and there is a busy dog park only a couple of minutes away. Also the maintenance staff are readily accessible most of the time. My issues are usually taken care of within a few days.

So I am a current resident at London park and I have been living here for about 7 months nowI signed a 12 months lease but honestly I can’t wait for my lease to end and leaveI felt in love with London park the first time I came here and Claudine was just amazing and made the application process a little bit easierWell first they have been asking for documents that I have never been asked anywhere else and I am talking about luxury apartments but well since I liked the place I was patientNow I never made a review online but I feel like I have to let people know somethingI live on the first floor and I can’t tell you how hard it’s for me to sleepI can literally here everything my neighbor does in his apartment I can hear him walking moving stuff around taking his bath everything and I can tell you it’s not fun at allNow I was just waked up by his step noises every time he comes back home in the morning I know that I will be awake until he goes back to bedI tried to talk to the manager about it she told me that the building was built a long time ago so it might be the reason why….. I asked her to move me into another apartment but I guess it’s not possibleMy boyfriend can’t sleep at my place anymore because of this situation, even when my friends have sleepover at my place they will have sleepless night 😒Well I have lived before on the first floor but never had this kind of experience it’s not easy at all but I am just trying to manage until December and leave even though I wanted to renew my lease here I can’t stayBeside that issue I lone living here parking is greatThe complex is well maintained as wellIf you want to move here try to be on the second floor or rent a townhome thanks

Please do a favor for yourself... don’t rent this place. Otherwise you’ll cry and regret for your decision... poor management, maintenance, and AC system!We had complain about the stovetop they gave us for over 6 months, but no solution. I can’t wait until I leave this trash place.

This winter storm has been rough business, couldnt make it out the parking lot, no traction. But my neighbors helped out, really touching to have good people willing to give during this disaster. My child played like child in the snow almost everyday. She even broke up snow n ice b4 the next freeze on the front walk way & our back porch.🤗With no water since Tuesday afternoon we have made the best of a horrible situation. Stay safe, stay warm & stay hydrated. hopefully the plumbers come today!

Good apartment to live, maintenance is on time, appliance are good and clean. Office stay is really friendly and she knows what she is doing. Why I gave 3 star is I had to break the lease and which is not so great. I had to pay a lot of money, so if you are sure you won’t break the lease in between only then go here else you can become bankrupt

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and have never had any issues. I have good credit so my deposit was only like 60 bucks. Also it’s a gated community so I’ve never felt unsafe as a single woman. The maintenance staff is great and responds fast l, even on weekends. Claudine has been a huge help over the years. Would recommend highly especially for the price!

I am currently applying for my new apt and Claudine has been a complete blessing to work with.. I too manage apts and she has been incredible! I super excited and ready to make London park my new home for many years!!

Perfect for young professionals. Good price. Fabulous neighborhood. Great management. Wonderful neighbors. Almost everyone Ive met has a college degree.

If you like heat here, the best place for you, especially the second floor, dark in night 🌙 time the water 💧 every week shut off bad management

Nice apartments. Maintenance is not so great so far. Well kept up property, lots of renovations done and ongoing. Very quiet complex.

Ive only lived for a month, but so far I like it a lot. Rental price is on the better value of market prices in this area.Update 12/29/15:Apartments facing Preston Rd are not well insulated for sound. Sirens and Dallas speed racers regularly remind tenants of this fact. Not many grassy areas or sidewalks to go out stretch your legs. Still overall, its a nice place to live.

UPDATE: I’ve changed my 5 stars to 4 stars. I’ve lived here a little over a year and still mud pools in my sidewalk and now EVERY TIME IT RAINS my side walk floods! Because all this mud clogs the drain. When the do “fix” the mud they pile it on the supporting wall so when it rains it all comes right back down. Other neighbors have been trying to get other things fixed for two years it seems and no effort has been made to help.These apartments are the first home my husband and I have shared! We love it here, Ive seen people comment with issues with maintenance, but since January we have never had a problem all our requests have been dealt with within a week. It is quite here and close to everything. All the neighbors are supper nice! Only thing I would change is there is not a lot of grass so there is a huge mud pile that has grown at the base of our stairs to the apartment.

I moved in a couple of months ago. After a few nights noticed that all of our allergies were acting up. Initially we thought it was the carpet since we came from a place that had mostly hardwood floors. But one day I looked up and saw the vents had black spots on or around them and dust. I instantly thought of mold. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and although she was very nice she insisted it wasnt mold and so on but would have someone come clean the vents. Maintenence came the same day and cleaned the vents and got most of it off. Immediately we could breathe downstairs which was the worst area. Before we moved in the lady at the front desk stated that the carpet didnt have to be redone because it looked good. Well in the last month or so our allergies started acting upstairs and we thought it had to be dust in the vents. I cleaned the around the top of the closets panels and door panels which all had a lot of dust and vacuumed really well and all was well again. I think they shouldve changed out the carpet and a few of my vents do have spots on it and I keep meaning to clean then off but due to work schedules we havent. All this is to say these are old apartments but great price and location. I wish we wouldve gotten new carpet because Im sure the person that stayed here had pets (everyone in my building as a dog or cat, sigh). The kitchen is SUPER Small and so are the closets. But we needed to downsize and get rid of a lot stuff anyway so it wasnt a deal breaker. Its quiet.... most or a lot of the people that live here are all over 40 whove most have been here 10 to 20 years. The gates are closed at reasonable times. Parking is all covered with few guest spaces which is inconvenient for guests or if you have more than 1 car. Other than that Im willingly to stay here another year while we get approved for a house.

Rent is reasonable, it is quiet, and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff can be a little bit on the slower end for minor problems, but major ones are attended to promptly.

Bad Management, bad maintanience and overpriced apartment complex. I wish I was able to put pictures of the conditions of the apartment complex... Finally I can say my contract is ending up and moving out!

We have been living here for 5 years and the new manager is a nightmare to work with. When things need to be fixed she just tries to talk your ear off and the job gets done half the time. Another problem is the workout room. I have told them what needs to be fixed and it has been 6+ months of excuses and fixing unnecessary things that worked just fine. On top of all that there are no more dumbells as pictured in some of the reviews...all of them have been stolen. A recent occurence has been no warning for water shutoffs.

Good for the price. Very quiet. Smartly located.

Please do not try to live here. My car was broken into and my wallet was stolen .... when I went to report it at the office, the manager had been aware of it for 4 months of cars getting broken into before they did anything. They won’t do any repairs over the weekend bc there so only one maintenance man on call. Also the manager Lisa is not a nice lady! We always paid rent on time and when we were moving out I went to give her our forwarding address to send our final bill, which they never sent, never tried to contact us either. They just sent it to collections. Then they require you to give your deposit in a money order, so later they can say that you never have one and they can get you for every little thing wrong in the apartment after you move out. DO NOT LiVE HERE.

Ive lived here for 2 years (Aug 16-Aug 18) & Ive really enjoyed living here for the following reasons:-Friendly neighbors all around. My next door helped me w/ car trouble late at night when my battery died & ive become good friends with some-Small community very quiet-They make you feel special. Every holiday (valentines, 4th of july) they left a small gift or candy on our door. Super sweet! Ive never experienced that anywhere.-Customer Service CLAUDINE IS THE REASON THIS COMPLEX IS WHAT IT IS. It will not function w/out her!!!Im leaving because:1. I need a bigger place.2. The parking is a little cramped where im closet to my home.3. Im not home much & there isnt an option to pay rent online so getting to the office during business hrs is kinda difficult.

Racist, vindictive, or both? We looked at this place while moving out of one of their sister properties that we had lived in a year. Our credit is fine. Neither of us have a criminal record. We have NEVER paid rent late anywhere we have ever lived. We work. We applied and were told we were approved but would have to pay a $200 fee. Not a deposit that we could get back. A non-refundable fee. The office manager said her manager said it and she couldnt tell me why. In the midst of this, we were in a dust-up with the manager over at Preston Pointe who lied and said our dog did $800 worth of damage to the carpet. The thing is: we dont own a dog. Im a cynophobic so Im terrified of dogs. I would never own a dog. We had all of our proof, the manager (and her manager) had none and were directed to issue us an apology and clear our account. I suspect that the manager that gave the London Park manager the direction to charge us extra was the same one who was in cahoots with Preston Pointes manager to lie on us. We arent white either. So you can draw your own conclusions but after reading other reviews about interracial couples facing the same problems, there arent too many other options in my estimation.

.This apartment is one of the worst apartments, I ever lived in. The Staff at the management office are so rude that they do not care about their tenants. It takes them forever to do maintenance on any issue at the apartments. They would charge you fees upon fees every month. If you decide to move, they would send you outrageous bill for damages, even if you leave the apartment as clean as snow. I was charge $125 for cleaning carpets, $100 for clean refregerator. $75 for cleaning countertops, other charges $50. They would not even notify you of all this charges before sending you to collection. If you want to rent apartment please do not come here. The apartments is not safe, because people house are always been burgled into, and what they would tell you is to leave your TV on while you leaving so to scare burglars away. There are rodents all over apartment

Ive been here 2 years now and the past 6 months, this place has gone down hill due to the new management, they are not very welcoming and come off very rude when you talk to them. Maitnence takes forever to come fix things. Hopefully something changes soon cause I really like this area cause its quiet but management is horrrible now.

Overral the location of this place is good, close to everything and Ive always felt safe living here.The first year living here, They would constantly shut off water, I remember looking at the time, thinking I had an hr left to shower until they turned off the water as written in the notice, and nope, water was off.This was really annoying because it happened for more than 2 months.It was summer 2016, told them A/C didnt work, took forever to check on it.Finally, its colder now, heater doesnt work. Took 3 times letting office now until they came to check on it. Maintance came by, fixed the heater, but even heard them say in spanish that it was only blowing air but not cold air, thought theyd be back to fix it.Never came back.We have decided to move out, but now its hot. No sign of them trying to fix the problem. We have told office its too hot, our ac doesnt work, they only said oh it need a new unit... um ok, are you going to send maintance????? I guess since we only have a month left in our lease they want to ignore us. Its hot af in here now .

Paid the app fee and the deposit. Credit check ok. Background ok. Husband has child support but manager said it was ok because it is being taken out of his check. Next day got a call that we were all of a sudden denied. Manager said she wasnt allowed to tell why over the phone. Will send you a letter stating why. Got the letter. Said we were denied due to lack of rental history. We have over 6 years of rental history at the apartments we are at now. Called her back and advised her of this. Oh. I checked the wrong box. That wasnt the reason why. Asked if you can just tell me why so I will know. I cant tell you. You will have to call the corporate office. Called the corporate office. Said manager was allowed to tell reason over phone. Looked at all of our info and the only thing that was found was the child support that the manager had previously said was ok. Asked why denied then. Corporate had no answer. Is it because we are an interracial couple? Are we still living in the 1920s? So we just basically threw away $105. If this is how they treat potential residents, I would hate to see how they treat actual residents that are already locked into a lease!

Parking lot are too small and close to each other, drive way has too many ups and downs, the property looks and smells old. Not very accessible for handicap, too close to a very crowded road. Hard to get in and out at rush hours...etc

This place is un sanitary!! there were mice living in my apartment!! EEWWand as far as I know nothing was done to fix the problem luckily my lease was over!management is rude and maintenance takes months to fix any problems wether they are small or big problems. I do not recommend this place to anybody!!!!!!
