Living at West Love was the greatest decision we have made in the past year. On top of dealing with a world wide pandemic we also had to navigate the added stress of finding somewhere new to live. After several tours at other complexes we finally had the pleasure of touring at West Love Apartments. From the initial greeting to the tour itself we could tell that this place was different from the others we had toured prior. The staff immediately made us feel welcomed and at home and that is something that we truly connected with. We had the pleasure of meeting the property manager Jenna while on tour and this was a welcome surprise. While living at other complexes, we unfortunately know how difficult it is to meet with the manager and when we met with Jenna you can really tell that she prides herself in her property and cares for each resident. The complex offers some great views of the beautiful skyline of Dallas and is in a perfect location for us!
This place is beautiful. Management team was very helpful and friendly answering all my questions and concerns during the complex tour. Apartments are spacious and clean. Very lovely community and highly recommend it.
I moved to West Love this past spring. I like it here. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive. I would definitely recommend.
We have lived here for two years and I do not recommend this place. We re-signed our lease under the old property managers who were amazing!Since they switched property managers it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at the front desk, and community communication is always late or last minute. In the last year the fire alarms have gone off constantly and at random times of the night. They also charge fees for everything and are not flexible vs the old property managers that would provide 1-2 day grace periods, etc. We will not be re-signing which is unfortunate because we really liked this community when we first moved here.We’ve had a broken parking garage door for months (still broken as of today) which is a major safety concern and the apartment gym is always out of cleaning supplies which is unacceptable considering the current state of affairs. The fobs into the building work half the time and I can’t tell you how many times they’ve had issues with elevator maintenance. The hallway carpets are not cleanly. Since I’ve lived here they’ve only shampooed the hallway carpets once (which is disappointing as there is a heavy pet community here).Overpriced for the amenities, not the best customer service - your money is better spent elsewhere for the prices they charge here.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, when something goes wrong sometimes the front office people can be very inconsiderate and tasteless. A lot of the times the entry app fails-- you have to use your phone to enter the building which is a big headache ALL THE TIME. I once got locked out after hours and no one would help me, they told me to call a locksmith. Unfortunately I will not be renewing my lease here. Also the walls are very thin and they do not keep the amenities open long enough for the residents to actually enjoy what we are paying for. They change their rules so often I can barely keep up. My aunt just passed and family came over to comfort me, the greedy towing people towed their car. When I first moved in the paper said you can register your car and it would be good for 72hrs well it was only about 48hrs and my family car was gone. Jonathan insisted that community emails where sent out stating that it does last for 72hrs but you have to renew every 24hrs thats just confusing and makes no sense if you ask me. He also came off very arrogant and as I stated before very inconsiderate. They only give you one key when you move in and the elevator smells horrible. I honestly wouldnt move anywhere operated by bell partners. Theres a lack of representation in the front office for people of color as well. 1 star not recommended.
So the overall tour was very good and informative but what I didnt like was that I was trying to get specific information about the application process etc and I got ahold of the manager and she never responded. I thought that was very rude and inconsiderate because I was on the phone with her prior to that and I thought we were on the same page. Just a word of advice if you are touring this place get ALL OF THE INFORMATION before you walk out of there because they are slow as hell with their responses and prices change and so do their specials.
I moved into West Love in early January and I absolutely LOVE it! I originally had an application at another community, but I toured here with a friend late last year and immediately pulled my application so I could live here. This place is immaculate and the new manager made me feel welcome from the start! In the few weeks I’ve been here, I’ve already noticed a lot of positive changes from my initial tour last winter; kudos to her for making such a noticeable difference in a short amount of time! I moved here from FW and have loved the location: it’s right next to the airport so I can easily pick up family when they visit, a 10min drive to the heart of downtown Dallas, and walking distance to food. As a person in his mid-20s, I have absolutely loved everything about my West Love experience so far!
I was told by the leasing agent, since I have two cars (one for work) that I am not allowed to have two parking spots even if I paid extra each month. He also stated I can just park one of my cars across the street (which is about 100 yards) or at a different apartment complex next to it.I decided to leave and go next door to the apartment complex he recommended I park my car (Jefferson Mockingbird ) and they welcomed me with open arms. I highly recommend checking out Jefferson Mockingbird for your next home.
I came in for an apartment tour on Monday with Barry. He was great! However, when my sister and I walked in the Manager greeted us and said Barry would be right with us. The Assisted Manager came and took our IDs in the meantime, and said Barry would be with us. We waited for a little bit, and honestly one of them could’ve taken us on the tour while Barry was occupied.Anyway, Barry took us on the tour and we loved the apartment. As we made it back to the ground floor, Barry got interupted by one of the managers and was told that his “movie in client” was there. Barry looked at us and apologized that he had to end the tour early, and that we could finish the rest, but he has to assist them. If the manager had enough time to come and stop our tour, she had enough time to assist that other client. She could’ve easily said “he’s on a tour, he will be with you shortly” or like I said, she could’ve assisted the other client. She didn’t even apologize to us, but Barry did. That’s exactly why I didn’t sign a lease there because if you’re already showing me that I’m not important as a future resident, then I definitely DO NOT want to be a resident. Instead, I took myself next door with BRAND NEW, NEVER LIVED IN APARTMENTS (where everyone from West Love is moving) and got wonderful service and an even better deal. I’m not making it up that everyone is leaving West Love, Jefferson Mockingbird (next door) even told me due to management a lot of residents are moving out.
We recently moved to West Love Apartments and couldnt be happier with our decision. The management and front office staff were so delightful to work with and answered every question we had. After speaking with a few other residents you can really tell that the new management team is really turning things around. Since we moved here there have already been noticeable improvements. The management team has added new dog waste locations which was great to see that they take the grounds so seriously. The location is in a perfect spot for us and is just a short tip to our favorite locations to downtown Dallas. An added plus is that this location is very close to Dallas Love Airport as well as a hotel which makes it a great location for visiting friends and family. Overall, we are extremely happy with our decision to move to this wonderful property!
I moved from another state and, yet, this move was extremely stress-free and seamless! A special shout-out is needed for Jonathan Pillow. I can’t thank him enough :-) From the time he answered my call saying “I CAN help you” vs the usual “May I help you”, I just knew the experience was going to be different. Different = great! I LOVE my apartment, the amenities, and the staff. Happy to be a Dallas and West LOVE girl!
Johnathan is the BEST! He is very attentive and cares about his residents. I always look forward to chatting with him or seeing him around. West Love itself is an amazing place to live. My husband and I just moved in and we couldnt be happier.
I just arrived here a few days ago, but everything is perfect so far. After visiting some other communities I chose West Love for the outstanding quality apartments and amenities. The move in process has gone very smoothly thanks to Jonathan who has been really helpful for me. I highly recommend this community, the apartment seems like nobody else has lived here before, really good quality and reasonable price.

Simply reconsider before signing a lease.
I recently moved to TX from Colorado and thought I had escaped the snow - I was wrong! But very thankful to have moved into this complex! They handled what I would assume to be the biggest shock to the community very very well. From multiple water leaks and floods to just as many power outages, I still felt like I was taken care of during the storm. Thanks West Love!
First time moving to these apartments and let me tell you what the apartment complex is soo beautiful I can NOT put it into words. They have an AMAZING staff especially Jonathan who was VERY helpful and kind I 100% recommend this place. Thank you Jonathan for everything you were amazing and helpful!!!
So I just moved in a few months before we had this crazy weather hit the state and with everything that has gone wrong with the power and such I’m very happy how informative the management has been with keeping me in the loop and up to date with everything vea emails. Very happy with the maintenance service staff - especially Mando! Super nice, quick, efficient and happy to help with whatever needs to be done around the building / in my apartment. I’ve lived in other buildings with similar amenities etc but the maintenance staff here really makes a difference.
This is an amazing place to live, truly luxurious apt. With very clean surroundings, the communities are beautiful. The office team is very professional, very helpful, friendly, respectful. I’m a resident and my car got towed. Even tho i jumped through hoops to get a parking permit because it was not issued when I moved in. And after I tried to get a resolution with the property manager Jenna Overton because she knew I was a resident because I just had gotten the permit from them days before, she refused to help me out and I had to pay 200 dollars because the tow company just so happened to tow my car a hour before midnight so they could charge me for 2 days even tho they had my car less than 24 hours. I won’t even mention the fire alarm always going off. Like for 1500 for a 1 bedroom you would think you would get some peice around here.

I absolutely love living here! The apartment complex is relatively new. The leasing staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is very responsive. The complex has all the modern amenities that you could want, including a state of the art gym, package lockers, valet trash, electronic locks, and free coffee! Beautiful community spaces. I just renewed my lease and Kimberly, the property manager, was a delight to work with and very helpful. I cannot imagine living anywhere else!
Horrible place to live. Nice people but thin walls no privacy or proper rest. Jonathan in leasing office is very tasteless and has no regard for people who like nice things. This is the Housing Authority of apartments aka The Projects! No security! Dirty floors in hallway . Simply being ran by People with no character or class!
Charissa is amazing.She was super helpful, very friendly and professional while signing us up for our lease and has been super prompt in returning emails!The apartment complex is beautiful and has better than average amenities. Big walk in closets and easy parking. The location of the complex is fantastic and right up the road from downtown!I just moved in but can say that its been a plesent experience so far!

It has been a decent experience here. Besides the normal things that happen at just about every apartment community, it has been overall very pleasant to be here.
This apartment complex is one of the best places I have ever lived. The stay is amazing, especially Abram. He is so attentive and gives great customer service. He really helped make my move in experience AMAZING!! He always goes above and beyond make me feel valued as a resident. The amenities are great and I have met so many awesome people since I moved in.
Jonathan Pillow conducted a COVID-conscious in-person tour and was very understanding of some special requests I had during my transition. This property employs a combination of apps and electronic access controls (e.g. bluetooth, NFC, RFID) for property doors & gates. There are traditional keys for mailboxes. Package handling is done through a locker service called Luxer, which requires a $20 sign-up fee. Valet trash features trash and recycling removal 7 days/wk, except holidays. Visitor parking requires electronic registering of visitor vehicles with a site called parkingservicesofamerica, so as to avoid their towing. Though will only live here for a short time, as circumstances dictate, looking forward to the next several months.
I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve had the pleasure of residing at (and I’ve experienced quite a few!). Beyond that, Abram Herrera just so happens to be one of the best leasing associates ever! I met him when I first toured the community and one bedroom unit I currently live in. I randomly decided to view the property last year (after initially saying that I wouldn’t view it) and am so glad I did. Abram has been beyond helpful from my first night here in July 2019 until now. Most recently, he helped me with a situation that transpired and provided me with the utmost level of customer service. If all leasing agents across the country were like Abram, the atmosphere of apartment living would be faultless. Keep up the great work Abram! I truly appreciate it.Best regards,AE
I’m not one to leave a negative review but my level of frustration has come to a boiling point. This apartment complex was sold to a new management company in August and its only been roughly 2 months with them and they are terrible. August, it took them 3 weeks to process rent even when I called every week and they reassured me it was going to be done that week. Our bill for September came in and we have 5 water bill charges and our bill is higher than normal. We have asked our neighbors and they report the same thing. We received our bill a couple days before the 1st and noticed these charges and called the office to ask what these charges were for and received “not sure I’ll call you back end of day.” No call! We then go into the office and the property manager Megan then tells us she will send us a breakdown that afternoon. Nothing! We called again on the October 2nd and were promised the breakdown yet again and nothing. My roommate had to walk down again and not leave the office until it was sent. The amenities can only be used when the office is open now when before it was 24hrs which is a huge reason we leased here in the first place. The garage doors don’t open with the app they give you and it’s been super frustrating!The only pros about this place is the gym and it’s brand new but next door is also. Check that one out first.
This is the best apartment I’ve stayed at so far. Abram was my leasing agent and he got me such a great unit that I signed right after the tour. Neighbors are respectful. Hallways are clean. I feel safe here. Remote access to doors and gates through mobile apps. There are no questionable fees. Valet trash is picked up every day. Everyone in the leasing office is nice. Abram also tried to fight for my towing charges to be reversed. Thanks Abram! Nathan and Desiree are always nice and helpful. The apartment also have many events for their residents!
This place is absolute trash now. Do not lease here. If anything, lease next door at Jefferson Mockingbird as it is owned and still operated by the same company that used to run West Love.My review before “Bell Partners” bought this apartment complex:Jefferson West Love is a wonderful place to call home. It is clean, gorgeous, and in the most convenient location. Abram is the most helpful and caring leasing agent/office team member you can imagine. He is always going above and beyond to take care of any problems, questions, or concerns we have; his patience and kindness is so very appreciated and we would be lost without him!!! The maintenance staff is also amazing and super sweet. Thanks for all that yall do!
I haven’t even moved in yet, and I’m excited to post about my experience. Lol I went in to tour the community, and I showed up just minutes before closing. However, that didn’t stop Abram from showing me the floor plan I was interested in. He had great energy, a pleasant personality, and was very helpful in answering questions. I ended up going back the next day to view a different floor plan that I saw online and saw as a better fit, and Abram was there to help me and even went out of his way to show me multiple units. He is extremely personable, and I’m so happy that he has made this future move one to look forward to. Abram is definitely a “go above and beyond” kind of guy, and he has honestly gone out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I’m looking forward to moving day! Thanks Abram! 5* service for sure.
The property is awesome. Abram was very helpful. He shared all the awesome deals and promotions they were running. The staff is awesome and will help you with any concerns. Apartments are luxurious. It is a great place to live!
Beware of this apartment. I applied for an apartment to be moved in on nov 8th, my application took so long and was later approved after my move in date. I got an email from them to be moved in like a day after they approved me which was around November 13th and I emailed them back saying I would like to be moved in by the end of November and they replied that the latest I could move in was nov 20th( this conversation was around November 17th). I went there on the 19th to finalize my move in date and was told they already gave my apartment to someone else because I didn’t reply their last email( it wasn’t even up to 48hours yet they sent the email). They refused to give me another unit even though they had over 5 of the same floor plan available. Jonathan told me I had to go and reapply and pay another $260 Who does that? My money wasn’t refundable because the only time they refund the money is if your application was denied. What’s the purpose of approving an application and giving the unit to someone else less than 48hours. Just look elsewhere to lease, there are far better affordable apartments in the area with much better customer service. $260 isn’t a small amount of money.
Beautiful apartments, the staff is very professional and very helpful. They did everything possible to make sure I got the right/best apartment. The paperwork and the move went very smoothly. It was a very pleasant/positive experience.
Ive been a resident here for a little over a year, and my experience has been great so far. When my lease was up for renewal, I actually transferred to another unit with the assistance of Abram. He always goes above and beyond, and I am definitely grateful for the leasing management team. If you have questions, I highly recommend you see Abram. He will make sure you are taken care of without a doubt!
Everyone is helpful. Many residents to care for but they do a great job at at. Always friendly. Desiree was my initial contact and she is still always attentive and shows concern after my move in. I have not had anyone not be helpful. Even for electronics, Apps, etc. they are patient. Any repairs are promptly looked after. The communication is really good.Come take a look and see where you could be living.
The property and management are very nice. The office team is extremely helpful. Leasing agent Abram is the best if you need any assistance for anything. He genuinely cares and wants the best for his residence. I have lived in many apartments between here in Dallas and NYC, and JWL is without question my favorite so far. Our unit is absolutely beautiful and it is huge. I was nervous because we moved into this complex basically sight unseen (due to Covid) and all the imagery and virtual tours online were SO accurate (which believe me is not normally the case). The leasing office/ management team is also tremendous. Desiree helped me from start to finish, she responded to emails at light speed and completely took care of us. I am genuinely so happy with this complex and our unit and the noise from the air field is a non issue. I have not heard a single plane from inside our home. If youre looking for a place to live, I HIGHLY recommend moving here.
I moved into this property two weeks ago and I could not be happier - the building and the apartments are absolutely beautiful. The entire team here is great and Desiree was the most incredible point of contact throughout the entire process. She made my move easy, stress-free, and she answered all of my questions quickly and took care of a few small issues literally within hours. She was extremely attentive and continues to make sure I am happy and comfortable so I know I made the right decision living here. I would highly, highly, recommend.
Great location and great community! Weve really enjoyed our home. I love the pool area and the workout facility. Everything is always visually appealing. The leasing office is outstanding and goes out of their way to accommodate requests.
I highly recommend these apartments! My girlfriend and I loved everything about them, If anyone ever decides to go check them out, ask for Abram!! He literally made it feel like home! One of the biggest reasons we chose these apartments was because of the excellent customer service and Abram surely exceeded those expectation!
Maintenance department with Victor in charge is the best!Friendly, courteous, and efficient. If you ever have something to take care of you never have to worry.Taken care of quickly. Hope these guys are compensated fairly because they deserve it for all they do.
TERRIBLE.......................I told Jefferson Love after signing a contract with them, it was pending on selling my house.Its a long story but I ended up keeping my house and told Jefferson I cant handle 2 contracts, a house mortgage and rent at Jefferson Love.They said you need to give us three months notice.I gave them three months notice and paid my three months notice.After paying my three months notice, management wouldnt let me out of the contract..... They ended hitting my credit score after i gave them three months notice.....I must credit the front staff was excellent, my issue is with management....I am a current Southwest airlines employee, of 27 years and have never run across a company that nickels and dimes you.....Be Careful here.....Do NOT sign a contract with these people...
My experience here at jefferson west love apartments is amazing and exquisite. The security protects our apartments is a plus. The other residence that live here are very friendly. One thing that i really like about this apartments is the structure design and its uniqueness. It is also well maintained. It is close to the airport and other stores too as well.
Some employees may need to be trained up a little more but overall good. I will say though, Megan has solved all the problems that the others could not so Im thankful for that.
It has been a great experience to live at Jefferson west love, the staff is friendly and maintenance is always resolved my problems right away. The apartments are always clean and the common areas are well maintained. I love the location because is there are plenty of restaurants in the area and is accessible to main roads and highways. I recommend this apartment complex 100%!!

We been here for about a month and so far we love it 😍 . The apartments are gorgeous and the staff is great!!! We need it a few details taken care of and Gustavo from maintenance took care of it Immediately . The application process went really smooth thanks to Abram. He was really professional and went that second mile to make sure we were satisfied.

Love everything about the apartments but the walls are very thin. You will literally hear every footsteps above you!! Addressed the issue several times but has not been resolved. Guess the office can’t do much since it’s due to poor construction. Something to think about before signing the lease.

Best moving experience EVER! On top of me moving, my husband is relocating internationally for work so the stress is on overload. Nathan made the entire process seamless and was such a delight to work with. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was settled and comfortable. The staff at jefferson west love are magnificent. Dessirre Thomas handled the process of my move for the start to the end. She was very friendly, professional.and patient. Desiree gave me a lot of information that helped me set up my new home given that I just arrived from another state. I also would like to thank the assistance manager on site she was also very helpful. I would like to thank both of them and hope that they will stick around during my stay.

Fantastic Community! Should change the name to Utopia. Entire staff are wonderful and caring and neighbors are great. Facilities top notch and maintained well. Location is so convenient to Love Field and DFW, downtown, major highways. Lots of great restaurants withing walking distance too.
Beautiful apartment homes! My apartment does not feel like an apartment but like an actual home! The staff here are great and greet you with a smile. The staff even knows you by name! 😁
Great place to live, however the property manager and her method of communication is very childish and unprofessional. We get random emails about what most would consider minor (parking, gym use, etc.) and the tone of which comes off accusatory. There was even an instance where an email to a resident went out to all residents which was EXTREMELY unprofessional and embarrassing. The people here also must influence the influx of emails about minor inconveniences (such as parking availability) so that is telling of the type of people your neighbors might be. Overall the property itself is very nice, the management needs to adopt a resident comm system and the community needs to understand that these are still apartments and not every single detail will be catered to each individual.
Erasing and updating my review from last year because it’s no longer accurate.For those of you who are thinking about moving in, look at the difference in reviews from those who have lived here for a while and those that are barely starting to move in. The new movers were probably asked to leave a review, not knowing what it’s like living here. Go look across the street, you’ll probably have a better experience.Unfortunately, the leasing office for bell partners is who we have the most contact with and they hasn’t given us the best experience since they moved into the complex. I will not be renewing.Will update if things get better by my move out date.
Moving here today thanks to Abram Herrera and Desiree Thomas and the whole team, I love love ZRS Management they are so friendly and kind and go out of their way to make you happy. I needed to get approved and moved in within one day and they made it happen yasss!! This is a beautiful property and layouts are gorgeous and amenities are top notch!! Abram specifically stayed late until last 9 pm to get me all set up with my keys he is the definition of customer service, professional, kind, fast, and efficient!! So excited to move and you all should too!! Thank you to the whole team !! Wonderful !! Holly and Charissa are excellent managers as well you will feel at home and at peace! Love them !! I’mGetting big apartment !!
My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVED living here. Great location and an easy Uber to uptown, deep Ellum, and downtown! The complex also has a really great community feel. I always feel like I know many of the residents whenever I’m using amenities on the property. One of the big reasons why we leased with JWL was because of Abram who works in the leasing office and helped us get into the perfect unit for our needs. No matter what I needed help with if I ever had questions he was always quick to reply and help make my experience here a great one. I would recommend Jefferson west love and Abram to anyone looking for a fun community to settle into in Dallas!

The apartments are very nice. Staff is pleasant. I am frustrated with the communication here. Sometimes we here about issues in a timely manner. But before I moved in here I wasn’t told about the breakin problems. The 24 security here just parks in back and sleeps. Doesn’t fix the issue. Things have improved since then. So things are getting better. This is a new apartment so I feel they are working out the kinks.
Abram is amazing!! Always attentive with my concerns!I was one of the first people who moved into the building and he gave me nothing but good service whenever I had any problems whether it was mailing or any apartment related issues .Very friendly and always willing to help !!!
The apartments themselves are nicely finished, and the staff is nice. Sound transfer is not great, location is ok, something is always broken with the garage gates, doors or elevators, and if you plan on coming home after 10pm good luck with parking. And while crime can happen anywhere, I’ve personally seen and stopped people from breaking into cars on the property, which leaves me uneasy.
Love everything about the apartments. However, I have lived here for more than 4 months and have not received my mailbox key even after talking to the staff like 5 times. Also, like people have stated previously the walls and floors are not properly sound insulated. You can hear every single footstep that comes from the upstairs apartment. I have addressed the issue several times but has not been resolved. But, I guess there is not much that can be done. Just something to know before moving in. If you are not on the top floor you will probably hear every sound from upstairs.

This is a fantastic complex in the Medical District thats convenient to virtually everything...about 5 miles from downtown, a mile away from DAL, minutes to Harry Hines/I-35/etc. The finishes and layouts of the apartments are top of the line and who doesnt love brand new everything? The staff is super responsive and very friendly. Jefferson West Love will be a great place to call home!
So far all has been great at Jefferson West Love. I really like how close the apartment is to DAL airport and downtown Dallas. The staff is also great - theyve been really helpful in answering questions and tending to minor issues we had when moving in.
My maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and with great customer service.
Its a great community, really is. Close to everything but not right in the middle. All my neighbors have been friendly and the management staff is very courteous.
If you are looking for an apartment that is new, beautiful, and in a great location then look no further! Jefferson West Love hits all of the high points for me. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and have great features (like an actual pantry with a door for example), huge closets, and pretty gray/white finishes. The building itself has some great amenities including a nice pool, courtyard with corn-hole and lounge areas, and a nicely equipped gym that even has eucalyptus towels stored in a fridge waiting to cool you off - thats fancy! The apartments are 5 minutes away from Dallas Love-Field (the planes do not directly fly over the apartments, so the sound is not too bad and you cannot hear the planes while inside). UT Southwestern is also right around the corner, and a Tom Thumb and Trader Joes are only ten minutes away. Buttttt what really prompted me to post a 5-star review is the friendly staff and excellent customer service. I would like to recognize Nathan - he was so helpful from the moment I walked in and has continued to be a great resource throughout the lease-signing process. He was so very patient with me and made sure to walk me through every detail. He even showed me multiple apartments on two different days to make sure I felt comfortable about my decision. I would also like to shout out Desiree, another friendly and helpful member at JWL! She took extra time to speak with me about my move and made me feel very welcomed. I look forward to living here and will post any updates to my review as deemed necessary. Overall, a wonderful place with a happy atmosphere - check it out!

Jefferson West Love is an amazing community. Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences since moving in. The leasing consultant I worked with, Carlos, made the process super simple. Kept me up to date with everything going on while the complex was under construction. Once I moved in I was blown away. The apartments are beautiful. There was a bottle of wine and other gifts waiting for me on the island when I opened the door. All service requests have been handled quickly and professionally without ant hiccups. I adopted a dog during the first few weeks of moving in and they were more than accommodating to the new pup. Thank you JWL for being my home away from home and showing that living in an apartment community should really be like! Ill definitely be staying here for a while.

I’ve stayed in some nice apartments but they were just that, nice apartments but horrible management.When I moved in here to Jefferson West Love I was excited because of the location and the good vibes I received initially. I had a problem here and there, mainly an issue with Spectrum. The other things though is what really made me give them 5 Stars. It’s one thing to acknowledge a problem and then pass the blame. It’s another to acknowledge the problem and then fully take ownership.Every single issue I have had no matter how small the team has taken ownership and saw it through until we reached a resolution. I’m huge on the customer experience and the team here has reminded me oh how good it can be when everyone is committed and on the same page.Thank you all so much, I’m looking forward to the coming year.
Its been about 4 months for me at JWL and its been by far the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The nicest gym, coolest amenities, the technology as far as garage and building access are concerned are pretty sweet, and they have a great staff. I can not complain about this complex and I love coming home to Jefferson West Love. If you want luxury this is the place.

I decided to tour Jefferson West Love after having a break in to my previous apartment among a plethora of other issues. I was drawn in by their great move in special of 6 weeks free and $500 visa card (also the close proximity to UTSW). Nathan welcomed me and my doggo for our tour of the property. The amenities are fantastic and property is so clean and safe. It has a luxury hotel feel (which I love)! Nathan went above and beyond helping me to get moved out of my old apartment and into a place at Jefferson Love Field. He frequently emailed and called to give me updates and even hassled my old terrible apartment when they wouldnt return the verification forms. I am not one to refer businesses to my friends but I will be referring any and all friends to move here from my fantastic experience.

Well I have to say, as I am not the happiest with the living situation. There is one dude that make us want to stay and deal with the problems... His name is Bram he has helped me with every issue and fixed it immediately if it was in his control. If it was out of his control he does everything in his power to get it resolved ASAP.
This apt will tow your guest even if they park in visitor parking. You need to make an account for every visitor online even if they are only there for an hour.
So far so good...just a few hiccups at the beginning, but the staff were very helpful in resolving those issues. I think growing pains are normal for a new establishment. Love our apartment and the area we are in...5 minutes from work! 👍🏾
Absolutely terrible customer service. As someone looking to relocate from out of state I had to send multiple emails and phone calls requesting information. Their lack of response was non-existent to say the least.EDIT: I love their response...give us a call. Your inability to respond in the first place was why I gave you a poor review and you want me to call you? You can call me.
The community is new and has had some major hiccups. The initial enticement of luxury living has not panned out as expected. Security has been questionable with break-ins and doors/gates being broken for extended periods of time. Residents dont understand the concept of luxury living and expect facility staff to pick-up after them and their pets. However, the social committee has done a great job with community gatherings and events. The amenities are wonderful. The staff has worked diligently to handle problems which unfortunately are not their fault and in most cases are out their control. I would still recommend this complex because in the scheme of things because it still a great location with beautiful living spaces.

I’ve lived here for about 3 months now and when I first viewed the property. I was told I’d get a unit on the 4th floor, upon moving in I was giving a 1st floor unit, which I thought it was a bonus (boy was I wrong!!!)the upstairs tenant is so loud I barely want to be home majority of the time and when I am home I’m forced to wear earplugs because it’s so loud. I’ve addressed the issue with management and they’re no help. They’ve basically said the poorly built construction is what’s to blame.They were very friendly about the situation and Jesse Garcia is a great agent here but I would highly recommend The Southwestern complex down the street, which I’ve lived previously. The cell phone reception is absolutely horrible here and if you’re anywhere but the 4th floor you will hear every footstep and I mean EVERY single footstep.
I moved in last Saturday and was very excited about my new apartment home and living in a new city. I overall have been happy with a few hiccups with access issues that have now been resolved. I was surprised to read a review about a welcome gift of a bottle of wine as that was not my experience. I also was sad to hear that there were security concerns as that was also never mentioned before I moved in. I was happy to attend a crime watch meeting just last week and felt hopeful until I had my pickup truck stolen out of our secure parking garage this weekend. The police have been notified and management is checking security cameras. I hope this gets resolved but please be careful. I was told this is the first vehicle theft but not a good feel for my first week as a resident. Sad!!!
Things are getting better...still seeing garage door and entry door access issues with the multiple apps that have been provided. Trash pick ups are not consistent even when trash cans are placed within the time frames provided.
Great customer service! We love our new home and the community!
