Absolutely love this place! It’s beautiful, quiet and the location is great! The management and maintenance are on top of everything! We relocated from Houston to Dallas & we used SmartCity Concierge. Kelsey from there was so so helpful and found this place for us! I’m so happy

I had an overall good experience living here for 2 years. The apartment itself is very nice, spacious, newly renovated, with great appliances. Also because it’s a newer building, the noise level in individual apartments is very quiet and I barely ever heard my neighbors. Maintenance staff was also great and all my requests were done within a day. Front office staff- Kevin and Saleem— were helpful and quick to respond. Amenities such as office area, gym, pool- seemed well maintained and clean. Also great location if you work at nearby hospitals- less than 5 minute drive. Very nice community events (before covid) and occasional free meals afterwards too. Dog park and dog wash station was great.Other than proximity to work, the location is otherwise not in the center of town. This was not important to me since uptown was a short drive away but may be to some. Complex was near the DART station which is convenient, but also meant a lot of homeless people around. Although the building seemed fairly well secured, you would see homeless around the edge of the property. There were occasional car break ins and we had bikes stolen from the bike room. I feel this is common in most city apartments but it was very frustrating. Feel that security could be better for the bike room.Overall- I do recommend this property to other!

SMOKERS OR HAVE GUESTS THAT SMOKE!!! Please understand, that this property does not tolerate smoking of any kind including on your balcony outdoors.. My neighbor underneath looked up from her balcony to me and my family member, then stated “This is a no smoking community”. I was embarrassed and shocked as this was my first day of moving in. I’ve learned the following day that the designated smoking areas are at the ground level where the two inwood station buildings meet. I have advised the leasing office should notify their potential future residents prior to signing their lease, as this is upsetting to my Guests and Roomate!! Other than that, I think it was a pleasant moving in experience.

Kevin & Saleem are wonderful and personable. Maintenance requests timely. We love our apartment unit. They’ve taken great efforts to ensure safety during COVID. 5/5.

I moved to Dallas in January 2020 and I am very happy living here at Inwood Station Apartments. I love the amenities, the decor, and the location. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. I also love how dog loving the community is! I totally recommend living here.

We had lived here for more than two years. The management team was great on every aspect… one of the best managements Ive seen living in apartments.The place was relatively well maintained and I always felt safe walking my dog around the block.

I’ve been at the Inwood Station a little over a week now. The community is quiet and very well maintained, you can tell the maintenance staff takes pride in their job. My move in process was easy and well organized. The apartment was in absolute perfect condition when I moved in. Saleem was my agent and he is extremely professional and his communication is out of the this world! Between the beautiful amenities and great management staff you’ll feel at home in no time.

Very good so far. I like the location, fitness facility (dont need a gym membership) and other amenities/services Inwood station offers! I believe I made a good decision to hold off on the house for another year and move here and will likely renew my lease for another term.

For the most part, my wife and I loved our experiences at Inwood Station Apartments! We have even recommended it to many of our friends that are considering moving to Dallas. The community here is just something that could never be replaced!

Living here has been such a peaceful escape from the busy outside world. The amenities are amazing! They have fire pits with wonderful seating, an amazing outside theater, a lot of grills and an amazing pool! Their gym is the cherry on top. They provide their residents with free (DELICIOUS) coffee and snacks, which work out great during my morning rush.The apartments themselves are STUNNING. The layout of my apartment is very spacious. The colors are neutral and the natural lighting ties it all together. The rooms are huge, I have a queen-size bed and a 65 TV and theres still a lot of room to work with. The bathrooms are very aesthetically pleasing. The closet space is more than enough! I felt the need to buy more clothes to not have it look so empty - if that says anything. The kitchen is spacious with a lot of storage and modern stainless steel appliances. My favorite part is by far my balcony! I have a million-dollar view of the downtown skyline, especially during sunrise and sunset. Im able to see the sunset with a 180 view due to the big windows in my living room.The leasing staff is super friendly and helpful. The maintenance team tackles every maintenance request Ive placed in a quick manner. Security does a great job of roaming the complex. My neighbors that I have met are great! There are a lot of community events that have free food and drinks - so thats always a plus!I will totally recommend anyone to consider this place as their new home!

I moved in to Inwood Station in July and my first few months have been great. Because of COVID, I was not able to visit any properties in person before I moved to Dallas. I was really impressed by the leasing team here and Kevin in particular answered a ton of questions for me before I even moved in. The floor plan really fits my needs, especially while I’m working from home! Happy I chose this complex.

He was great! Apt was awesome! I cant wait to move into my new apartment. Waiting for one with a view of the city.

Love almost everything about it here! Downer would be price and service requests. They need a better way to keep track of major service requests. Our dishwasher went out for three weeks until they “got” to us. Obviously they forgot but ended up only needing to switch the breaker. Anywho, bad on my part but they still could have came at an earlier time. Pool, residents and work out area is the best. One other downer is to have an easier way for guests to get to the guests spot without me going to the gate. I just don’t understand that aspect. Other than that, i e had a good time here.BEWARE of guest towing! Normally at night but always sign up. Don’t forget or $150 out your pocket.

I was a resident at Inwood station and I want to share my appreciation and great gratitude to these apartments and the employees and staff that work here. I was pleased with all the amenities that were provided to me everything about these apartments were amazing. To how clean it was, to how great the maintenance was and took care of the apartments when I needed something fixed or done they worked very well at pleasing me with what I needed. They kept the hallways, elevators, pools, game rooms and gym spotless at all times. The staff in the office was outstanding. Erica, Lindsey, Kevin and Saleem were very helpful if I ever had a concern or a question I never hesitated to go to the office and talk to them if I needed something. I recommend these apartments to anyone who is thinking of moving here!

Hallways dirty and smell like cigarettes or something else

Ive been here about two years and wish I wouldve left after the first. The place looks nice from the street, amenities, and actual units but everywhere else not so much. If you get a tour, make sure to walk around by yourself at first, the tour is always through the parts they pick up after. I have sent numerous emails about issues. Some get fixed after months and some it seems they put in the trash can. I just feel as a Luxury Apartment in Dallas and for the amount that we pay, theyre not doing too much. Could I just be mad and petty because theyre fining me the one time I didnt pick up dog waste? Maybe. But maybe I shouldve received something for all the things theyre not able to fix and/or provide. I will say that Kevin, Salem, and Erica are always super nice however. I just think there needs to be a little stepping up to the plate to be called Luxury Apartments.

The apartment itself is nice but not worth it. I have had many issues with the leasing office and upper management giving me the go around and multiple different answers the one year I stayed there. Its a great location for my job but not worth the hassle or the price.

I am an assistant property manager at another apartment complex in Dallas, and this property made a very bad first impression. My dad and I were trying to see a few apartments today, so I tried calling earlier in the morning to set up an appointment. I called 2 times, and no answer both times, ok.... so we decided we would just drive up there and see if anyone was available to tour. There were no visitor parking spots, so we just parked in the parking garage, and walked all the way around. Still no problem, sometimes residents park in future resident parking, happens at my property all the time. Walking by the property you can see the managers office and the assistant managers office, because there is large glass floor to ceiling window in both offices. Both women were on their phone at the time. Not talking on the phone, either scrolling through their facebook or texting. We get in and the leasing agent is with a prospect, tells me I have to make an appointment. I ask if there was anyway the manager, or assistant manager could give me a tour. And he told me that both of them were busy. Didnt even check in the back to ask them, just said No they are busy right now, just make an appointment if you wanna come back. As someone who works in the leasing industry its just frustrating to see subpar customer service. If the leasing agent is with a prospect, the assistant manager should come out and take the tour, especially if you have nothing better to do than play on your phone.

Inwood Station was a great place to call home! Kevin in the front office was very friendly and helped anyway he could and Luke in maintenance was extremely nice and quick. Were bummed that COVID hit and we stopped using the amazing amenities or there werent any more fun mixer events, but theres nothing they can do about that. At that point though, we personally felt like we were overpaying for the apartment as we werent using the amenities. The cleaning staff always try really hard to clean the public areas and carpet, and huge kudos to the trash folk on Monday mornings. Neighbors were generally very respectful, but of course, like everywhere else, there are a handful of residents that are inconsiderate with their dog duties, littering, or trash disposal. (ex. someone above us kept sweeping their dog poop or throwing their cigarette butts/trash into our yard) There is not much grass so theres limited area for pets to do their business and it shows. We always parked in the garage and never had any issues with car break-ins but there have been history of several break-ins of cars parked outside throughout the year.

Although I am just now moving in I have been thoroughly pleased with the level of service provided to me by Saleem and Kevin. Also, the property is beautiful, well maintained and offers so many amenities for its residents. I am going to love calling this home.

Sadly my vehicle window got broken into right in front by the leasing office 🥺, not the best feeling. Due to funding Inwood doesnt supply cameras everywhere throughout the complex.So yet i am another residential victim of auto breakin. FYI if you stay here, please park in the garage, not guaranteed it wont happen to you in the garage, but its your best option in this location.

I only have wonderful things to say about Inwood Station. The leasing agents Kevin and Saleem are both amazing at what they do. The units and the amenities are some of the best in Dallas. I bring clients here regularly and they are beyond impressed!

I arrived back from Detroit into Dallas late on the 21st around 10:30 pm. I boarded the DART when I was 40 minutes out I realized I did not have a key, I had left it with my fiancé in Detroit. I called emergency maintenance at 10:50 pm and was immediately told to call when I was closer. I called back as instructed At 11:20 pm and was told response time is up to one hour. As a solitary female in not the nicest area of town that concerned me. Especially when I gave advanced notice of my issue. At 11:26 pm the maintenance man told me he was on his way but that he was 40 minutes out. At this point I was frantic and expressed my concern to him at being alone on the street this late at night. Especially with the amount of homeless people that were milling about. I then called emergency maintenance back at 11:30 pm and asked for another solution that I could not wait this long and how unacceptable that I had given advance notice and this was the outcome. I asked to speak to management, was told I would receive a call about the problem and never received one. This situation was handled extremely poorly and I am very upset with the emergency maintenance team and management. Management for not calling me to follow up on my complaint and for the maintenance team to allow me to sit out there as a vulnerable individual when I had given advance notice of my arrival and of my predicament. As someone who does not know anyone in the Dallas area I do not have the luxury of having anyone to come sit with me or let me stay with them. I will be extremely upset if I am charged the 50 dollar fee with the horrible service I received. At this moment I can tell you that I would not recommend Inwood apartments to anyone. Especially if they are a small female who regularly is alone.

I walked in took a tour within the first 20 mins and fell in LOVE. Signed the papers and moved in all within 4 hours. The employees here are so kind and helpful. Made my move so easy and seem less. I’ve been here for a little over a month and I love it. Thank you for providing a safe environment for us and just keeping everything updated and clean. I’m happy to be a resident here.

Been living here for about 3 months and its been amazing! The apartment is very comfortable, luxurious and despite the closeness to the airport, its very quiet. I LOVE the openness of my space and my huge bathroom. Love the amenities and my neighbors. My favorite of it all is the staff! They are all so very friendly courteous and willing to go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Ive literally been quite the spokesperson about this place to everyone because I love it so much!

We love it wo far! The apartment is great, staff has been great, we havent had any issues with the neighbors or loud noises. Parking has been much better than we expected and seems pretty safe. The amenities are great and the community is dog friendly, which is awesome. I wish there was some agility equipment or something similar in the dog park, but it isnt the end of the world! Overall, we are very happy with our choice to make Inwood Station our new home. We look forward to our time here.

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!Worst place to even consider.1. Over priced for no reason2. Cars literally get stolen from no matter what floor.Had a conversation with tow truck driver that picks up from complex and Told me nothing but horror stories. The Office sends you Emails when cars get broken into but always make it sound like is not on them, but will not tell you how more than 2 cars get stolen per month.3. They will lie to you to make you sign the lease and than hit you with random ignorant rules like not being able to burn candles in your apartment.4. The office assistant and manager are rude!!5. Staff will come in your apartment without any type of notice and when confronted about it, they hit you with we do not have to give notice, It was on your lease contract.Literally came in while my wife was taking a shower and new born sleeping in room and all They could say is : The office should of gave you a notice, is on them. THE WIFE AND I ARE PRETTY DOWN TO EARTH AND UNDERSTAND A LOT OF SITUATIONS BUT THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE. TAKE MY ADVICE AND PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS A MESS AND WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER REAL SOON.

Wonderful place to live. It feels like I am right in the middle of everything. Uptown, downtown, oak lawn. Its great!Its a pretty far walk from the garage to our apartment, fitbits worth it.

I’ve never had one problem at inwoo. Throughout my whole leasing term the front office has been great to me especially Kevin, he’s done an amazing job! The apartments are secure and updated. There’s an active community and the amenities are great. The only reason I’m not resigning is due to getting an amazing deal with concessions that can’t be duplicated. All in all if you’re reading this, inwood is a great choice and apartment to lease.

Been living here for roughly 6 months now and Love It! Staff is so kind and helpful, community events are fun and frequent, amenities are amazing! On-site security is visible at all hours which is an added comfort. Big plus for me is it is 5 minutes from work! Looking forward to renewing my lease in a few months as long as the rent doesnt jump too much! :)

We absolutely love the place. We moved in about 3 months ago. The staff has been extremely kind and friendly, and Saleem was the absolute best in getting acclimated with the property. The amenities and overall aesthetics of this place are superb, plus the gym is high-tech and state of the art! My wife and I feel so welcomed here, and the community events are amazing. The community here has a family oriented feel thats very warm and inviting. The Care Team is the best ever! Weve stayed at many different properties and this one by far is our favorite. Inwood Station is incredible! The amenities are top notch but what really makes this place so great is the neighbors and the staff. Everyone is so friendly. I have never lived in a community that values their residents as much as Inwood Station. I know most of my neighbors and have built lasting friendships already. Highly reccomend!

Inwood Station is a great place to live! The apartments are a great quality and size for the price! The only downside is the airplanes, but hey it’s right next to Love Field!

Pretty good place to live when it comes to apartment living. Good decor, nice common areas but bad noise control between apartments and lots of smoking. Wish this was a smoke-free community.

I havent even moved into this complex yet. My move in date is April 6th. The staff has already made me feel like Im paying rent here. Very, very nice. Kevin is super cool.

The property manager takes care of EVERY last concern I bring to her and does a follow up to ensure I am satisfied. Not perfect but the best for me. Great looking places aesthetically.The management has changed and the new office management team cheated me out of $130. It has totally changed since I first wrote this 2 years ago.

Just wanted to say that the process of signing the lease was amazing. Lindsey did a great job in being patient with me and I can tell how passionate she is about the place! We went through many options such as the Studio and 2 Bedrooms. Not only did we consider various floor plans, we also went through the different views (pool vs. street vs. higher floors). Overall, the apartment complex has great amenities and was the first choice of many apartments I visited. Looking forward to living there. :)

The apartments are great! The open floor plans are amazing with huge customizable closets and lots of room for storage. The staff is super nice and my work orders get done very quickly. All of the events I’ve attended have been well executed!

The apartments quality isn’t great, my tub is cracked, there are splinters and wood sticking out of various door frames, the door to the parking garage has been broke pretty much since we moved in, the door into the building doesn’t always work/open, people play loud music and management doesn’t do anything, the appliances were rusted on move in and we were the first people in our unit...we have lived at most buildings on this block and other building have better management and our more premium for a similar price.

The apartment may look nice on the outside, but once you start living here, you notice that you are paying more than what its worth.- There are break-ins into vehicles and apartments AT LEAST twice a month (they never take responsibility for it, saying that we need to lock after ourselves and not keep things out in view that may entice others. They also hired a security for the premises, which is obviously not doing anything)- When I moved into the apartment, you could see how everything was put together in a rush (there was a hole in the closet, paint outside the door, scratches on the floors)- Things are constantly breaking or not working (the light fixtures, the doors to the building, the wifi, the dog self-service area)- It doesnt matter that we have fobs to enter the building and garage since the garage gate is sometimes not working and the doors located on the first floor never close properly, are broken, or never work.If youre going to spend $1500-2800, spend it in an apartment that is worth it. YOU WILL BE LIVING HERE and YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Inwood Station Apartments has some amazing amenities! I enjoy having my complementary coffee while using the complementary WiFi to conduct business. I have an awesome time exercising in the three different workout rooms to maintain my healthy lifestyle! The pool is beautiful during the day and at night. I also love how I can have friends over for a movie and game night in the community room. I am able to cook in the kitchen area while they relax and play! Thank you Inwood Sation for giving me the lifestyle I’ve always wanted!

This place is A-amazing!! The location (right outside Dart station), quality and luxuriousness of the apartment, amenities (pool, gym, cardio room, conference room, common rooms, etc) are unbeatable in my opinion! The minute I walked in here after visiting about 6 other apartments, I knew I had found The One!The leasing staff have been nothing short of professional and helpful through the entire process of looking for an apartment, signing the lease and assisting with move in needs! There was never any pressure or cajoling to sign a lease here as the quality of this place speaks for itself. Kevin has been awesome and totally makes you feel comfortable and has been patient with all my questions and even my indecision to choose the right floor plan (thanks Kevin:)!! Seriously just check this place out for yourself and youll see exactly what Im talking about!Moving in has been smooth and we received welcome gifts from this place, an extra touch of hospitality which was well appreciated! Had a minor maintenance request and this was promptly fixed in less than 24 hours and email notifications sent so Im hopeful maintenance issues shouldnt be a problem in the future. Everything is super new here and just speaks comfort so dont even think twice about this place, just do it!

I would advise you stay FAR AWAY from this place if your looking for a quiet apartment. The day i showed up to move in there was a construction worker standing on my stove tearing apart my cabinets and the front office stated that the apartment wasnt ready and needed to be delayed which messed up my move-in by a day...Since then:- Had another resident spit in my face when i went outside my apartment to have them turn off their lights which were shining into my window at 11 pm for about 30 minutes (the office did nothing at this point cause they didnt have adequate proof) basically be prepared for people to sit in their cars and shine their lights in if you live on the first floor it happens all the time.- They locked my gate to the outside taking away street access due to poor construction design without telling me (office said they would change the design for the rest of the building but my apartment had landscaping of a dead bush which couldnt be changed.- I had a package stolen because they leave them at the front door of your apartment (except amazon they have a hub, even then depends on the courier) because the office will not accept them.- Cars have been broken into on multiple occasions for guest and street parking.- An associate entered my apartment without permission while I was not home to place a cooler that was out on my patio because they had a tour and couldnt wait for me to arrive home.- You can hear any neighbors above you stepping- You can hear neighbors with adjacent walls to the point i could shazam their song from my apartment.- The bar on the right side of the complex was recently renovated the first night they had live music playing into your apartment if you lived on that side on a Sunday night... basically there is no sound proofing and the walls are paper thin.- My dryer takes on water because the vent is too far away from the ventilation (against the fire code) and that was maintenances reason... management was unwilling to fix it.The actual staff are very nice, but the management is largely unhelpful. There will always be issues with new apartments but this management team makes no attempt to fix anything that happens you will get a ton of Im sorrys and thats about it.... For the price they upcharge on the area its not worth it.

Inwood Station Apts has it all ! So impressive and the staff is above and beyond ! I just signed a 15-month lease and am confident I chose the perfect intown apartment!The apartments are AMAZING - the complex is AMAZING and the Staff is by far the best i have dealt with during my thorough Apt Search over the past few months.If you are looking for an apartment - Do Not miss at least seeing Inwood Station ! They have some great incentives being a new community and I cant emphasize enough the thought and design that went into the apts ! The floorplans are so functional and the finish out is better than anything I toured.To top all this off, the Staff is what other complexes in the area should strive to be ! I looked at so many apartments over the past few months. So many did not even follow up or try to assist or accommodate me which was very shocking with today s competitive market. Inwood Station was courtesy of my time, made the process quick and easy and no pressure to rent. I cant not say enough about how wonderful they are ! I spoke with Isaiah via phone and he was so quick to assist and actually enthusiastic about the property and encouraged me to see it as soon as I could. Lindsey, the Asst Manger, could not have delivered more. She showed me so many floorplans and was so patient with my pickiness and it was the end of her work day, but she insisted on making sure I had seen all I wanted to.I signed a lease and a got a great Lease price on the move in special. The manager Erica hit it out the park by being so helpful and understanding. They asked that I move in for May, but when I could not do that Erica put the dollar amount the complex could make on my moving in for May, to accomdate my needs - TRULY IMPRESSIVE ! You have to visit INWOOD STATION even if for a quick look - I promise you will Consider it time well spent !

Inwood station apartment is like a home far away from home. When you become residents, they immediately make you start to enjoy every bit of it from day one.

Inwood Station provides a great residential community with a wide range of amenities benefitting all residents. Personally, the collective east and pool serve as my favorite.
