As a resident here if over 5 years, moving out and coming back, it helped to see familiar faces in the office. Adam really makes my living experience comfortable. I have had complaints on the cleanliness of the property but always quickly resolved. He is always so patient and pleasant and always going the extra mile. If he leaves, I leave! Makayla and Lori are always kind! This really adds to the living experience.

This apartment has two outstanding points that need to be mentioned: 1) Adam, who is a leasing agent for the property. He is extremely friendly, personable and outgoing. He always speaks with the tenants on a first name basis and has excellent people skills. Given our current climate, it is impressive to witness the level of white glove service and human approach that he consistently gives in every interaction that I have witnessed. He has a genuine concern for the community here and works very well in property management and is very professional. 2) The maintenance staff do an excellent job of maintaining the property. They respond quickly to submitted maintenance request and are very knowledgeable at what they do. There have been a few unfortunate issues that the complex has experienced in the past month, but we witnessed the maintenance staff (Luis, Jose and Brenda), diligently work through out the day to rectify as much as could be done that day to maintain normalcy and order to the unit. The above mentioned personal are an asset to this apartment complex. An apartment can be physically appealing but if the daily upkeep and management is terrible, the resident will eventually move. I am grateful to witness and observe this level of proficiency from the staff here. (I am a visitor who comes to spend time with my family and I quietly sit back and observe the management of this property.)

Adam and Makayla are awesome. After having to deal with the recent winter storm, maintenance was working around the clock and went above and beyond to make sure that everyone could get running water and use of their apartment as soon as possible.Having lived here for almost a year I think it is a great community. Residents are nice and courteous and people are respectful of the complex. It is safe and the property has a lot of big trees and greenery.The location is accessible to Uptown, Highland Park, Oaklawn, Downtown, and the Design District. Theres also plenty to do in the Medical District.Highly recommend these apartments.

Ive been living here for just over a year. I love my floorplan and the overall layout of the community. Management is always friendly and helpful when Ive needed assistance. The maintenance and facility are excellent, too. My maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly. I also like the location of the apartment - close to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks.

My brother and I had an appointment with one of their leasing professionals Adam Mendoza, and both of us were very impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. Adam took care of us, he was very personal, answered all our questions, provided ample information on the tour and we are very happy to be part of their community!

Been living next to this place for 2 years. This apartment complex makes a lot of noise. I am talking about maintenance noises: you guys always have something sounds like an electricity generator constant grinding noise going on, especially around noon time. This is very destructive to working / studying from home environment. This is all in addition to Parkland construction noise that has been going on next to it.

I lived in this complex for 2 1/2 years and I loved it. The complex was well taken care of,I loved that there were always cleaning staff on site keeping common areas clean. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the office staff were always helpful and kind.The location was perfect! Grocery stores within walking distance, plenty of restaurants nearby and Love Field airport was literally down the street. Close enough to uptown and downtown without all the traffic.

Friendly environment 😊 Pleased with my apartment very happy to have chosen them. I don’t have much living here but so far I am beyond happy 😊!

The apartment itself is really nice. Love my floor plan. The management staff is okay, and the maintenance crew is exceptional. It is typically laid back, but there are parasites living here, like any average or better apartment complex in a big city, that will call to have your car towed at the drop of a hat.

Love the community and the area. Nice and quiet compared to where I was before and super friendly staff, especially Angie. I like how close everything is and easy to get to- gas station, Kroger, pharmacy, entertainment and especially the airport. My apt faces the DART rail and honestly, I never even hear it. I never really hear any noise or see anything security wise that bugs me. I like the amenities and the pool area is nice.

Ive lived here over 2 years and its an average apartment, but the property now charges $15 per month to have a third-party service (Fetch) deliver packages. The leasing office used to accept packages, but was cancelled due to taking too much time. Now the leasing office gets paid more money to do less work while the residents front the cost.

The staff is nice but if youre worried about safety this may not be the best building.The leasing agent did his best to get me into the building and has been nice ever since, which I appreciate. Compared to other buildings the rent is the most reasonable but there are some major flaws and tradeoffs.My unit not only has no upgrades there is a lot of wear and tear that has not been properly addressed in a long time.There are only a few cameras on the property, primarily around the office, go figure. REDFLAG. I know this because Ive only been here a month and already Ive had packages stolen from in front of my door. Speaking of packages...You will be involuntarily charged an additional $15 a month for an INCOMING ONLY delivery service. You can schedule deliveries which is okay if you have 3 hours to blow waiting for your delivery. BUT heres the kicker, they do not handle outgoing mail at all. So lets do some math. $15 a month × 150 units × 12 months = $27,000 a year for just one building! And they cant handle outgoing mail? Crazy right? Even in a time of crisis your best bet for outgoing mail is to get in your car and go to the post office or UPS store. So if youre like me and also have Amazon, youll be paying $10 for prime + $15 for Fetch × 12 months = $300 for services you may not even use every month. The funniest thing about this ALL the services offered by Fetch, Amazon already has plus their distribution center is blocks away!Then when I called to explain my packages had been stolen I never got a callback even with them saying they would look into it. I had to call the office again just to be told there was nothing they could do.This may sound entitled but in my opinion, if I have to pay for a mail service, it should be FULL service. If this is a high crime rate area there should cameras everywhere to document and report these criminals and I should get more than sorry when the ball is dropped! Especially, when people are being told to stay home to stay safe, this doesnt feel safe at all.Update: Spoke to the manager, and basically the resolve was, Dallas isnt safe, sorry. Your bad.. smh

The management staff and the maintenance are amazing. I typically will have a 24 hour turnaround when submitting a maintenance request. Any time I have sent the management office a direct email, they respond ever single time. I like how most of the residents here are pretty mellow and keep to themselves but everyone is quite friendly. Im satisfied with the amenities and the courtyard is well maintained and theres NO pest issues here or in the apartment homes; a major PLUS for me. I would recommend this building to anyone!

Very nice place for all sort of people. I had a wonderful 5 years. Few things can be improved. Staff is very helpful in times of need. Pet friendly and well connected.

I would give a lower rating if I could. I attempted to call today for 1 bedroom pricing and I was told by the leasing agent she was in the middle of a baby shower and I would have to call back. Before I could say anything she hung-up on me.

I just moved here about 3 months ago. The office staff is very nice. I really like the way they keep everything looking so nice. The courtyard is my favorite. You feel like you are not in Dallas when you are sitting in the courtyard.

Love this place - only thing is management was not at all helpful when two of my stools were gone from outside my door when I was moving in.It was maybe 15 minutes as I was organizing some things in my apartment. When I came back outside to grab my stools, they were gone! I was super upset because I just purchased those stools.I called the office, asked if they had any cameras in the hall or if when doing maintenance in peoples homes, if they could just check for the stools. They dont have cameras in the halls, and no way to get maintenance to seek out the stools. :(Other than that, this place is great.Another quick thing, Ive had a few shower problems. Every time maintenance comes through, something else goes wrong. All manageable though.I recommend this place.

I lived here for about a year. Its not a bad place if you can get a good apartment. They have several options to choose from, various layouts, various designs. Ill lay out some good and bad for you to help you out.The good:Great security, fast maintenance, nice courtyard area and outdoor space, decent workout room, good neighbors. Its cheap for the area... around $1100 for a 2 bedroom, $900 or so for a one bedroom, covered parking is $80/month. So not bad for the area its in. Also its a convenient drive to Deep Ellum, downtown, arts district, cedar springs, etc.The bad:Plane noise, Train noise (get an apartment on the side opposite of the train tracks), homeless people hanging out, front office doesnt stop door-door advertising. The management really isnt great. They generally dont care about much, but the maintenance guys are pretty nice.

Supposedly open at 9am, but at 9:47am the door are locked and no one answers. I’ll go somewhere else.
