The apartment is visibly great. My neighbors dont seem to be too noisy. Parking is fine. The apartment complex seem safe due to the fencing, camera in place, and background check. The apartment doesnt smell great though. The apartment comes with a strong sweet perfume smell that gives me reoccurring headache and dizziness; thus, it is not livable. I have already tried to clean the entire apartment myself several time. Management team did an ozone blast on it and cleaned my carpet too. The smell just doesnt come off. Im glad I signed up for a short lease first as I am concern for my respiratory health and it cost me big chunk of $money. If it wasnt for the smell, this would be a 5 star place.

Best management in Dallas TX. Claire Pena is the leasing assistant I have ever gotten to meet. I loved my time at this complex and would recommend anyone who is looking in Dallas to check out this complex. 5 stars all the way around.

Pretty nice place, gate secured, clean, plenty of parking, has garages, quiet area easy access to 75, really friendly office staff. Claire was super helpful and answered ally questions. The units are fairly new, but built better than the new cardboard ones you see popping up the last few years. Spacious balconies are nice too. Also they have AT&T fiber so my internet is pretty quick.

I love it here! Kara is the nicest person in the office, she goes above and beyond for everyone. Not only is Kara literally the best, the property is always clean and well kept. Maintenance gets to any issue in a timely manner.

This apartment is so great! I love everything about it.I’ve been here for about 3 months now. My moving in process was easy and fast. All the staff members are great and helpful. Fatima was who I was working with and she is amazing!! She is who i usually go to when I need something. She responds quickly and get things done ASAP!

We went to look at 2 bedroom apartments. We walked in and both employees were sitting in the office. Finally one of the women walked out to ask our name and what we were there for. She walked in and I heard her ask the other woman who’s appointment it was. The other girl said it was hers, but she could take it. I then heard what sounded like them snickering and making fun of my last name — real professional and mature. When they finally returned, we sat down and she showed us a few floor plans. They did not have any units available to tour with those floor plans, but offered a video tour. We asked if we could see a different floor plan so we can see finishes, etc and they said no. It was the strangest and most unprofessional experience I have ever had looking for places to live/helping others look. Just for a little perspective - I have never wrote a negative review of anyone’s business because I understand that people have bad days, but this was horrible service. If this is how they treat prospective residents, I can’t imagine how they treat residents once they live there. Anyways, not for us.

I’ve lived here for a few months and have had a very pleasant experience so far! Only good things to say about the management staff.

I absolutely love living at the Domain. I recently moved in and couldn’t be happier with the decision to move a little north from Downtown Dallas. My commute to my job in downtown only takes me about 20 min with traffic. I love the size of my unit compared to what I had before. Better bang for my buck. Especially love my large patio! Amenities are incredible. You won’t find any amenities like these anywhere nearby! The staff is wonderful, the maintenance team including Jordan the supervisor, especially have always been really helpful!

I went to see an apartment and toured the gym. I couldn’t believe how clean it was. It even smelled great. The apartment we saw was gorgeous! The manager I think that is who she was, anyway we were going back to the office and ran into a lady named Jenny. She was super friendly and upbeat. Turns out she is the person who takes care of the gym and the apartments when people move out..It was such a pleasure to meet someone who seemed to sincerely like her job.We will be going back in the spring when our lease is up!Hope Jenny is still working there!Apartments were really nice!Thank you

Although I recently moved out of this complex, I was very satisfied with my experience. Really enjoyed the convenience of the area. I was really close to the major intersections without the traffic. The property itself was maintained well. Always clean. The staff were always friendly. Jordan came to my unit a few times for minor work orders I submitted. He was always really timely and attentive. My unit was spacious especially for the rate that I was paying. Would recommend!

I’ve lived at the domain for a few months and love how spacious our apartment is. The amenities are so nice. This is the perfect place if you have dogs. With three dog parks, there is plenty of space for our dogs to run around and play. It’s in a great location at such an incredible price! I’ve worked with Jordan several times and he’s always happy to help with my maintenance requests.

We are going on our 3rd year of living here and theres a reason why we keep renewing. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful... Fatima has been so professional and always willing to lend a hand in taking care of any requests or minor issues within our apartment. The complex is always clean literally every day or every other day someone is keeping this place tidy. The pool always looks immaculate! The maintenance staff is top notch seriously I dont think Ive waited longer than a few hours for my maintenance request to be resolved. They have always been very courteous and professional as well. Im moving to Dallas from the Houston area so Ive called a lot and asked a million questions since Im not familiar with the area. I talked with Catherine each time - she has been super helpful and responsive. I finally made it there for a tour...it exceeded my expectations! And, I was able to talk with some of the people that live there and was surprised that the staff seemed to know everyone (and, the pets!). Ive been working with Catherine and the management team at Domain at Midtown Park for many years. Its always a pleasure to speak with Catherine and the rest of the team. They are very professional, get things done when they say they will, and are very easy to work with. BH Management is very fortunate to have Catherine as a property manager!

I moved in while everything was still shut down for the most part but Claire made my move in so easy. Since moving in the entire office staff and maintenance crew have been helpful and very responsive anytime I’ve had questions or maintenance requests. Demario has seen my dog and I multiple times and always has a smile and says hello when we cross paths as does the rest of the staff. Having three separate dog parks is really nice and they are well maintained for the most part I just wish the largest one had a little more light at night. I love my apartment and this complex and I’m really happy I moved here.

Overall the amenities of the facility are above average for places I’ve rented in various U.S. cities. Fatima has been extremely helpful from the move in process and at various times throughout almost the last year. The staff is courteous. Maintenance could be better but I’ve definitely seen improvements. The lease renewal process is not great but again I was able to work with Fatima on a solution.

We recently moved to this apartment and WE LOVE IT! The office team was very helpful in answering all my questions, emails and calls :) Kara was especially helpful in helping us find the right home for our needs; she really made the process easy and smooth! She guided us through the application process and on move-in day, we had no hiccups and all went well! The value for the apartments is unbeatable, the property is recently built and everything is modern and sleek. I cant say enough good things about this property, we are very happy to have chosen this to be our home!

Neighbors are friendly and the property is very nice and relaxing. Maintenance is VERY quick to respond to any service request and will make sure what needs to be fixed gets fixed. I just transferred to a larger unit this month and Claire has been such a HUGE help! She is so kind, understanding, patient, and very responsive. Any question or little problem I’ve had she has always been there to help me and it has been more than appreciated. She goes above and beyond to make sure us tenants are happy and she is overall great at her job. I highly recommend giving this place a shot if you’re looking for an apartment in the Dallas area!

I think my favorite part of this complex is the dog parks. My dog is going to miss his friends. Unfortunately, because of work reasons we have to move to another city. Lived here for going on 3 years now. The apartments themselves are nice. However living next to two construction sites has been challenging. From the noise, trashy construction workers and the all the dust that comes along with it.The staff however makes up for any short comings in the area. Specifically Fatima is my go to person in the office. Shes always available and ready to help. Fatima is competent and compassionate, I truly appreciate her and everything she does for our community here.

I’ve been nothing but happy with my decision to move here. Catherine was really helpful and responsive throughout the move-in process, and I love my apartment. I have not had any maintenance issues or other problems. The pool is amazing and I hope the second one opens back up soon. Mail/package delivery system is accessible and I haven’t had any trouble finding a parking spot.

Yesterday, I needed multiple papers printed out for school. However, the business center is closed due to Covid. I was concerned. I decided to ask the office staff if there was another way to get access to a printer. Fatima Martinez informed me that she could print the papers out for me! She was very kind and helpful! Also, the office closed at 6 and it was 5:50, so I didn’t expect for her to print papers today. However, she printed them out quickly and efficiently! I’m a new resident and was amazed by how considerate the staff were. Thank you all so much!

Kara is very irresponsible. Every single thing I asked her she didn’t know she always needed to ask the manager and the manager was all the time on her phone, none of them know how to give a solution in that place. Don’t apply to this place!! I applied and the day before I was supposed to move in she said I was still pending and the manager couldn’t do anything. They are incompetents and someone should micromanage them for sure.

I have been a resident of The Domain at Midtown Park for over 3 years and overall am very pleased with the property and management. Their management team and maintenance are very responsive. The property manager changed while I was there and I think the actual management company changed too, but a lot of the staff stayed consistent. Fatima Martinez in the office was one of the ladies I spoke with pretty regularly. I had a lot of issues with my unit over the years related to the construction and management was always extremely accomodating, responsive, and kind. Things were always fixed when problems would arise and if anything major occurred, they would offer alternate accomodations at no additional cost. The staff was so sweet to my dogs whenever they were in my unit when I wasnt home. I had a security system with cameras and they never gave me a hard time about it. They would call before entering my unit and had their own code. The property is well maintained and the residents overall seem very nice. I have met some great people there over the years, some of which have become close friends. I moved as I decided to buy a home, but I would recommend the property.

This is a really high quality apartment complex. It provides some great amenities, staff is high quality and answers questions really quickly and efficiently.Apartment interiors are spacious and well updated. Price is a little high but with the apartment being as nice as it is and for the location, it evens out.Definitely would recommend this complex.

Been a resident for about 4 years now and am still happy to call this place my home. Its a great looking property in terms of the style/layout and all of the amenities. I would say the thing to be most mindful of which may be a deal-breaker to some is the noise. Its adjacent to the DART and the walls are pretty thin, but if you dont mind that then there arent really any other complaints.A year ago I upgraded to a bigger unit and Claire was extremely helpful the whole way through. I had a ton of questions and requests and she was accommodating throughout all of it. Its comforting to know that her and all of the other office/maintenance staff are super responsive to any issues.
