Ive lived here about a year and a half and have absolutely loved it! The floor plan of my apartment is so unique I always have people tell me how big it is. The staff is friendly and on the ball and the few times Ive submitted maintenance requests theyve been very quick. The only complaint I have with the apartment complex is that I avoid getting food or grocery deliveries to my door because delivery people can never find my apartment, it can be a little bit of a maze if you dont know where youre going. I have no plans to move anytime soon, it would be hard to give up the amazing location and unique floor plan!
Ive lived here since June and maintenance has been the absolute best. Luis is truly incredible and one of the kindest people I have met while living here! During the ice storm he was there around the clock and was so positive the whole time and very responsive to help ensure everyone had anything they needed. Ive had a very positive experience living here!
So far I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s close to everything..a block from West Village and right on the Kay Trail. The property is clean and the amenities are well maintained. It provides quiet suburban atmosphere which feels like a great sanctuary in the midst of a busy city environment. Denver and the team at the leasing office have been very professional, helpful, and very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to live.
I have lived here for 6 years and only vacated this place because of a work- related move. I enjoyed living here, mainly because the staff always made sure that my inquiries were adressed both in a prompt and professional manner. They care about their residents.Thank you all at Thirty 377!Best Regards,Khadija
We are moving down to Dallas from Michigan and only had a few days in town to search for and tour apartments. We scheduled 10 apartment tours in the Uptown and surrounding areas and fell in love with Thirty377. The West Village neighborhood was by far our favorite area, and the accommodations, amenities, and service at Thirty377 was unmatched in comparison with other properties we toured. We worked with Denver as our leasing agent, and he made all the difference in our experience. He went above and beyond while we were on the property, and after to make sure we had peace of mind with signing a lease remotely. He really made us feel like we were at home even before we moved in! The property feels safe, clean, and local to everything. We are so excited!
I have lived here at this complex twice over the past decade or so and loved it. The property is in the heart of uptown and convenient to everything especially Katy Trail, restaurants, bars and local shopping. During my second stay Denver leased me my unit and could not have been more accommodating. He and the staff were so professional in every way and was the main reason for me going back. I would live here again in a heartbeat price and location can’t be beat!
I stayed in a furnished short term apartment at Thirty377 for a few months and really enjoyed the complex. The staff was very friendly, attentive, welcoming, and helpful. Denver at the front-desk was especially great. He was always genuinely happy to see us, say hi and made us feel like it was more than a temporary home. We really did not have any issues but the very few we did, maintenance fixed that day. The location is fantastic. You can walk to the West Village for food and shopping or walk to Tom Thumb or CVS to get essentials. It is also right on the Katy Trail which is great for walking, jogging, biking, etc. Also a quick walk to the Katy Trail Ice House which is great for outdoor dining during the pandemic.
I want to start off by saying Denver who works in the main office is phenomenal. He is definitely professional and a huge reason I decided to move here. He’s been nothing but helpful since I moved in and made the process extremely easy. The location is amazing and the property is kept very clean as well! I would recommend any of my friends looking for an apartment to move here.
I have lived here for nearly 2 years and this place is an absolute gem!!! If you are looking for the perfect location in Dallas, you dont need to look any further. Right on the Katy Trail, close to restaurants, shops, and adorable neighborhoods. The staff is friendly, professional, and warm. Thank you to the fantastic staff at 3377 for truly making this feel like home!
I absolutely love living here!! I had to move to this apartment abruptly, but I have NO regrets. From the moment I went into the leasing office till now I have had amazing customer service and prompt support. I have lived in 4 apartments in the last 3 years and by far this community is the best.
It has been an wonderful experience living in this apartment housing facility, though for a short amount of time. From finding the perfect apartment that meets our need to arranging furniture, basic necessities, everything was taken care of professionally by the UDR team. The staff at the front desk was very professional and made us feel welcome since day one, specially Denver! We never felt like an outsider here and Denver always made sure of that. They also made sure of any maintenance work or request to go smoothly and in timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a short term or long term rental in this Uptown Dallas area. Restaurants, groceries and pharmacies everything is in walking distance. We didn’t have to drive much for basic things. The most privileged I felt about living here is the private entrance to Katy Trail, which is great for jogging, evening walk and perhaps sight seeing. I feel lucky to call this home even though for a short time.
Just moved here from CA, so far I’m really enjoying the place. It’s a beautiful property, well located, people are very nice. The only negative thing I would have to say is that dog owners are not very good about cleaning up after their dogs. Quite often will you see dog poop laying around, and it’s not only in the property but also whenever I go on walks I see that.It would be nice to enforce people to clean up after their dogs in the property.Other than that I’ve had a great experience.
Wesley and Denver in the leasing office were excellent! They guided us through the application process, getting a Rhino account setup, and had answers to all our questions, plus text messaging them is available for quick and easy communication. The apartment was spotless and nearly perfect upon move-in and we have fallen in love with our new home and the community. Lots of frequently neighbors and dogs! We love it here!
I absolutely love living here! It’s an ideal location (walking distance to West Village shops), the property is always kept clean and maintence guys are incredibly nice, not cookie cutter style which is always a plus, and the leasing staff is amazing! I’d recommend living here to anyone new to Dallas.
I just renewed my lease for a fourth year at Thirty377. Second to only my beautiful apartment is the front office staff, Wesley and Denver. The care they show their residences does not stop after move in. They go above and beyond to make me feel truly looked after. The maintenance is also on top of any issue immediately and professionally. I love everything about my space here and could not imagine calling anywhere else home.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Thirty377! The leasing staff is incredibly helpful, the apartment community is very quiet and has a relaxing vibe and it is conveniently located on the Katy Trail. I feel that I made the right decision by signing a lease here.
Moved in recently and the entire experience was extremely pleasant and professional. The staff was top notch and the apartment was pristine. The location is also perfect given close proximity to restaurants and shops, highways, and of course private access to the Katy Trail.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about Thirty377. My husband and I lived here for four years and loved it. The office and maintenance staff are so personable, professional, and very responsive. I rarely had a need to contact the office with issues but when I did I always had such a pleasant experience (thanks Denver and Wesley!). The offices response to the COVID-19 pandemic was fantastic and they even went out of their way to put up signs around the complex with sweet, optimistic sayings. The complex itself is beautiful and well maintained -- its definitely a tucked away hidden gem in the middle of uptown. The units are pretty standard with updated furnishings (granite countertops, wood cabinets, wood laminate flooring) and rent prices are absolutely fantastic. We would have stayed longer but my husband and I were looking to buy a house. Upon notifying the office that we would not renew, they were so kind and offered to even write a recommendation letter for our house search and wished us the best of luck. Most apartment complexes in large cities do not take the time and care to ensure residents happiness and instead only focus on obtaining new residents. Not Thirty377. As long term residents, we continued to feel valued by property management and truly felt like party of a community. Thank you Thirty377 for a wonderful four years!
Absolutely love living at Thirty377! The entire management, leasing office staff, maintenance etc are all so nice and so great at their jobs!! They are always eager to help with literally anything!!
After couple of challenges at the beggining (limited staff), everything looks as promissed. I agree with some other comments there is a lot of space and the view to the Katy trail is a big plus
Very solid spot to live! Been here for over 1 1/2 years now... complex has been great, management has been responsive to requests, been a very enjoyable experience overall!
Denver always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs, he is very thoughtful and genuinely cares.
The best experience I have ever had. Denver and the whole management team are incredible. Highly recommend.
So far so good at Thirty377. Have had nothing but good experiences working Denver (leasing agent and helps manage community). Leasing was a breeze, move-in service requests were taken care of immediately, and the community is great. Everyone seems to be very nice and they enjoy living here.
I would usually never care enough to write a review but throughout my search for apartments I noticed some properties seemed to have their employees write good reviews to counteract the negative reviews and I wanted to ensure thats not the case here. We walked in for a tour at 5:30 pm and were greeted by Denver L. He went above and beyond his scope of employment to ensure we felt like we were touring our future home. We submitted our application and paid the fees and within three hours (after his work day ended) he emailed us letting us know we got approved. He said it would be an easy and seamless leasing process and that was a total understatement. Tying your shoelaces could be more difficult. 10/10 recommend speaking with Denver if you are considering living here. Hes an outgoing professional you can certainly count on!
We moved in without seeing the apartment and we love it. They re-did the kitchen and bathrooms before we moved in so all new appliances. It is a very spacious apartment and clean. The thirty377 has trail access, a great pool and gym and the maintenance and management teams are very helpful. We are very pleased with our experience.
We had the pleasure of working with Wesley and Denver. They really helped with removing some of the stresses that come with finding a new place to call home. They went above and beyond when providing us information about the property and process. I look forward to having them as our property managers.
Weve lived at Thirty377 for three years and have nothing but great things to say. The location is ideal, within walking distance to West Village shops and restaurants, direct access to the Katy Trail, and is close (but not too close) to the highway. The leasing staff and all other employees have always been extremely nice, helpful, and flexible. It is a very dog-friendly community as well. Definitely recommend Thirty377 to anyone looking to move to a safe, fun, and convenient apartment complex in Uptown Dallas!
I have lived at Thirty377 for almost a year now and love it. With so many apartment options available i had to do my research. This apt offers so much. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to West Village, Highland Park and the Katy Trail. Shopping, restaurants, movie theater and gorgeous, manicured mansions all within walking distance. The staff is wonderful here. They all seem to really want to please their tenets. Maintenance keeps the grounds clean and looking beautiful. Gorgeous clubhouse, pool, bbq’s throughout the property. Maintenance staff has a great, customer service attitude. The manager, front office staff and maintenance- thank you for the work you do!
My husband and I moved to Dallas in August 2014 and have been at Thirty377 the entire time. We love the big windows, tall ceilings, roomy apartments, and the location (in the heart of uptown and KT access!). The maintenance crew is really friendly, quick, and competent, and management is always responsive and friendly. I believe they plan to install EV charging stations soon. If youre looking for an apartment in uptown Dallas, you should definitely visit Thirty377!
Denver is awesome! He is so helpful and friendly. Was very helpful with my questions about my lease. I have loved living at thirty377. The proximity to Katy trail is wonderful!
Fantastic area, right on the Katy Trail, and in a quieter neighborhood than most uptown locations. The complex is great, the pool is awesome and the community of people is excellent.Absolutely great value as well
I am absolutely in love with my new apartment at 3377 Blackburn. I have been a renter in Dallas for 7 years and have visited many of my friends communities. This is by far the BEST community. I love that the units are garden style so there is a smaller feel to the 300+ unit community. Denver and Wesley have been amazing helping me with the transition. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and have attended to my every need. Denver has been my direct contact for the move and he answered all of my one million questions promptly before and after moving. They really care that you feel at home here. Major bonus is there is a Katy Trail entrance for walks, bike rides, etc. and a two minute walk to nearby restaurants like Mi Cocina and retail like Sephora and CVS and the cutest little store called Planet Blue. Love the neighborhood and community! I hope you do too!
We have lived at Thirty377 for 5 years now. We love the location, access to the Katy Trail and West Village, as well as the trolley to the arts district. We have always found the management and maintenance staff to be kind, courteous, attentive and prompt. We especially have appreciated Wesley and Denver, as well as Carlos and his crew.
We love living here! It is in the perfect location in uptown- close to everything, but still feels tucked away and quiet. The apartment itself feels super homey and spacious. We have recommended Thirty377 to all of our friends!
I have hated living here for the most part. From the first day I signed my lease there have been issues. I will break down the pros and consPROS:1. My unit is spacious2. Great Location3. Convenient and never full visitor parking4. Unique Floor Plans5. Nice Open Gym6. Nice courtyards and working grills7. Direct Katy Trail AccessCONS:1. My car was broken into within the first month living here, over $500 worth stolen and when I signed here there were so many complaints of the car break-ins & requests that they turn the cameras on, I asked would the cameras be turned on? Low and behold I was told they were working on it after many requests and complaints and I was not able to get any money or justice my car being thrashed.2. Everything Breaks: from door Handles to HVAC to sink disposal, theyve broken multiple times during my stay, mind you I am staying in what used to be the model unitI have dealt with ridiculous electric charges month to month due to my poor and old HVAC issues. Even if you think you are getting a good deal on rent, be prepared to pay extra in your electric bill.- The worst part is how management handles these situations. Upon my second month living here there was a leak in my second master closet that resulted in mold everywhere and it ruined so many of my clothes, I had to throw away blankets, pillows, etc and was breathing it for who knows how long. Then they tried to fix the leak and it was not fixed properly so a two week job ended up taking almost a month. They did not even give me a credit of more than 75 dollars which barely even covered the electrical usage from the loud machine placed in my room running non-stop. The management does not care.3. Woken up by trash cans & noise: Many have also complained about the annoying trash can noise every morning from the golf carts taking the trash cans down the garage, which the trash system also isnt the greatest but ive seen worse. It piles up and gets gross on the weekends and I know theyve tried to fix that, but sometimes people throw out good furniture and thats a plus!4. The Package system fees & fees for amenities - They charge you for package locker systems that are placed throughout the complex because they dont have enough room, which took away from the office amenity area, which doesnt even have public wifi - so good luck trying to gather groups of people to have meetings in the meeting room or work in those spaces with others.5. Built with poor materials - the bathroom materials like the shower and tub are made out of that cheap plastic that molds up super easily.6. It is nice that comes with a washer and dryer but they dont actually clean the clothing - the entire time my roommate and I have struggled to clean our clothing, spending extra time and money by double washing or taking them elsewhere.7. You will be charged for a lot at the time of move out - even the damages from the two AC leaks we had affected our baseboards and that costed over 1,000 and they refused to replace the baseboards after the second leak.It hasnt been horrible living here, but they made a mistake by giving me the wrong unit the day of move in and I wish I would have taken it as a sign but it is what it is. At least you can walk to mi cocina and west village, etc.
We have had a great experience living here! Great and responsive staff and close to everything in uptown.
Completely dissatisfied with the management. Constant billing errors and unresponsive to emergency maintenance requests.
This has been one of my favorite places Ive lived! Its right in the center of everything, but feels residential. Great amenities, and the team is very responsive to requests.
We have been at this location for about 6 months now and we are very happy with our choice. The appartment is nice and specious, the complex is clean and quiet, and location is great.
Ive enjoyed my apartment so much! It makes me sad to leave it. Thanks to Denver, Wesley, Irving, and Danyel for great customer service! I couldnt ask for a better management team.
Denver is amazing! Great community.
Recently moved out of Thirty377 after two, fine years at the complex. We were charged over $550 in fees upon our move out, for total carpet replacement. We asked for picture proof of the damaged carpet that warranted total replacement, but the complex did not provide them.Lots of theft and vehicle burglary at the complex as well.
Ive lived at the community since July, so about 10 months now. Ive had nothing but a positive experience here. The area is amazing and is in the middle of everything. The building is a little aged, but the community is certainly an upgraded community given the age (New appliances, nice counter tops, upgraded outdoor grills and pool area). The management staff is great! Wesley & the front office staff have been stellar the whole time. I dont think Ive ever waited more than a few hours for a response when I email them. Let them know you have an issue, and it gets addressed immediately. The maintenance team is amazing and insanely quick (Never waited more than 24 hours for a single request.) Theyre also very friendly, as they always greet you when they see you walking by which does say a lot of courtesy in staff. Its also a very open community landscaping wise, meaning its a really nice place to just hangout outside.Im also writing this during the COVID-19 crisis, and have to give them a shoutout for how responsive theyve been, both in safety and understanding with financial hardship. It hasnt been an easy time for really anyone, but theyve been great to work with on financial arrangements.I feel like I at least have to say one objection or Ill be seen as unobjective. The Package Lockers. Theres only two and given the size of the complex, they need more. Though I know theyre trying to install more, which is great! Im glad theyre being more proactive than reactive on this one. But that would be my one objection.I hate to see a community managed so well not go unnoticed. Thank you for everything yall do. Please know that your hard work isnt going unnoticed. Just remember its easy for people to write negative reviews, and we know how much you have to go above and beyond to get someone to write a positive one. Youve done that, and I want yall to know youre appreciated.
Love all the amenities, the leasing staff is kind, and the apartment complex is incredibly safe.
I recently moved out from my apartment at Thirty377 after living here for three years. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Management is great and very responsive to maintenance requests/tenant communications. The location is wonderful--close to restaurants and shopping in West Village, and the complex has a private entrance onto the Katy Trail. While the units are relatively pricey, complex amenities and apartment finishes are all excellent. I highly recommend getting a unit in Building 10 for a quieter location with convenient under-building parking.
Dangerous Apartment Complex - I have lived here for two and a half years and more than once we have had our vehicles broken into.. every time we file a police report and go to the front desk to view the camera, they deny our request. Recently, there have been a few cars stolen out of the parking garage, but the front office management team will not send out any community reminders. Recently (during the day) a bunch of kids from who-knows-where broke into an apartment across the hall and stole everything and vandalized everything in the apartment. Again... when reported to the front desk, they look at you with a blank stare and dont do anything about it. Its clear that management here does not care about their residents safety. Most of the residents are young professionals or college students.. I would fear for my son or daughter if they lived here in college. If management sees this post, Im sure they will say something to the order of this, Here at UDR the safety of our residents is paramount, we have courtesy patrol that monitor all of our buildings 24/7. We understand that criminal activity is a part of every day life, so please call the police and be careful in our communities.Well let me say that this is complete hog wash, if you wanted to protect the residents of this community, you would park a Dallas Police officer in the community at all times. At $50/hour it should be a great investment for your greedy management company that makes $800,000/month in rent...
Looking forward to moving here next April
The apartment was recently rehabbed, but the quality of work was extremely low. They were pieces of wire and glue all over the carpet. The carpet itself was extremely cheap, already matting down in places, not flush with the tile of the kitchen, and pieces of the carpet were already coming up. The courtyards right outside our apartment were ripped up right after we moved in which was never mentioned. For months we have had to look at the eyesore of a dirt pile while no work was done. The apartment has not offered any compensation for these problems, even thought neighbors pay hundreds of dollars less.
Many, many thanks to Nick Betke for being so wonderfully nice and very helpful during this my first time as an apartment dweller!I am so pleased living at Thirty377; Nick has been patient and always willing to help me! Thank you Nick! God bless you!
Garrett in the leasing office has done a fantastic job looking out for us during our time in the complex. Although there have been a few small bumps along the way, Thirty377 overdelivers on value for its spacious apartments, great resident community, and excellent location.
Make sure you dont check this apartment on weekend when the LEMMON St is slow. The NOISE pollution from LEMMON St. will not allow you to have a healthy sleep and peace of mind. The windows are not double shielded and they never fix them no matter how many times you request changing the window to noise poof. If you are young professional and care about your overall health and your sleep, this place will not provide that for you. Zero star would be generous for this place.
The area this apartment complex is in is nice however, the building is an older building and the complex is ran in a very corporate way. There is a lot of turnover in the staff in the leasing office and it’s very hard to reach them over the phone. When you do get a hold of them, they tell you they’ll have someone get back to you and almost never do. Since the building is older it comes with its problems.. We’ve had mold that took them 3 attempts to and over 4 months to fix from an old leaking door, in fact all the door instillations had to be re done AFTER we moved in. The light bulbs seem to go die out every month along with other small and large maintenance issues that seem to always pop up. And to top it off, my car was broken into and of course, the cameras they have in the garage, just happened to be off line when it happened they said. If you read fellow resident reviews about the car break ins. You’ll see that lately it’s a common issue that that UDR is aware of, yet they don’t seem to care to actually have their residence have the peace of mind of any resolution of help in the time of distress; with a working camera system. It’s really disappointing to live in a “luxury apartment complex” but with out the feeling or comfort you expect from one. I would definitely suggest you look into near by apartments if you like the area before you consider 3377.
PROS:Very close to Katy Trail and West Village.Exteriors have recently painted and spiffed up.Nice management before you move in.CONS:Uncaring management after you move in.Crime! Mail boxes ransacked 3 time in the past month.Crime! A woman raped in the last year. Management hushed it up.Crime! Our locked-up bikes were stolen the first week hereApartment interiors are very dark. Few lights and tiny bulbs.Parking! On the surface, this place looks to be a great place. Its very close to the Katy Trail and West Village, The visitors center and apartment exteriors have recently been spiffed up with paint, tile in the corridors, etc. And the management is nice and friendly up until you become a resident, an apartment number, and a monthly rent payment.First they dont tell you about the crime history! There is no security. Dont be fooled by the front entrance gate -- anybody who wants in can easily wait till another car opens the gate and drive on in. (Also the entrance box for guests doesnt work at all -- its impossible to find a resident in the long list that constantly resets to the beginning. Every one of my guests or delivery persons gave up and called me to walk down there and let them in. I tell them just to wait for another car and follow it in like everybody else!)Crime: A woman was raped here and the management tried to hush it up and blame the victim. We never did get to hear the outcome and management wont talk openly about it.Crime: The large array of mail boxes was ransacked and mail stolen at least 3 times in one month. Management didnt bother to let us know that some mail might be missing. Eventually then did put in stronger locks.Crime: Our two locked-up bikes were stolen in the first week we lived here! Many others had similar experiences. Some of us are convinced that its an inside job.Light: Because of the trees and the tiny, weak light bulbs (with a Christmas-tree base!) we always feel like we live in darkness. I have lots of additional lamps and flashlights around to supplement the tiny bulbs.Construction: Theyve had several massive construction projects. The crews soaked up very many of the valuable (see below) parking spots for their own vehicles, storage of materials, storage of trash, etc. The noise and mess was intolerable. Management continually lied and misinformed about schedules, plans, and completion dates. Projects were so badly mismanaged. They reinstalled the corridor floor tile outside my apartment 4 times, each time with lots of hammering and sawing and lasting over 3 months.Animal poop: If you have a dog and dont like to clean up after it, this is the place for you. Theres pee and poop everywhere, even on the newly tiled corridors. Management takes no steps to clean it up or require others to clean up.Uncaring management: Ive had so many run-ins with management! They called me up to tell me to quit going in my apartment front door while workers were laying tile. The tile job was supposed to be finished days ago, and besides I always asked the workers if it was ok and where to step.Uncaring management: I parked my car in a Guest spot for a few days. While it was there, management changed the Guest spot to a paid spot, repainted the Guest label, and send an email to everyone announcing that my car was about to be towed. Thankfully I happened to be home and noticed the email and beat the tow truck. I had parked my car legally, it was registered with the management office, and it also had a mirror hanger identifying it, but they had no record of that.Im out of there!!
Pros:Close to uptownWithin walking distance to a lot of different shopsOn site management addresses issuesMaintenance issues get taken care of in a timely fashionCons:Courtyards carry noise which makes the apartment complex loudConstruction M-F from 7:45AM - 5:00PMConstruction Saturday 8AM - 4PMGood luck sleeping in and enjoying a nice cup of coffee.Parking spots are tight, so if you drive a larger vehicle you will be pinched on both sides.Guest parking on each floor is taken about 95% of the time so expect to have your guest park on the top floor.Renewing a lease becomes expensive, they proposed to increase our monthly rent by 11.1%. We eventually settled on an 8.4% increase which was above market value but cheaper than moving. To summarize, I would not recommend living in this apartment complex. There are a lot of other options out there go explore them!
Very noisy, lots of theft, non-existent management. There are 4 air conditioning units every 10 feet. You cannot be outside during the summer because the noise is so loud. If it is outside your bedroom window forget about it. There have been 5 car break ins and I had several thousands of dollars stolen off my patio. Worst management ever. High crime, loud, apartments are OK. There are many choices in the uptown area. This is one you should avoid.
Had to terminate my lease due to covid. They didn’t work with me at all. I had to pay 3 months rent to leave.
Loud, under poor management. There is a lot of theft and the management does nothing. The air conditioners are all old and wore out. The noise level is terrible. There is limited parking and with a two bedroom you get one space.
If theres 0 stars, thats what I would give them actually. They quote you a price and then change the price on you and give you a different apartment than what you were shown initially after you sign up, pay the $375 deposit and hook up renters insurance and electricity to the unit. This is unbelievable and the worst experience I have ever encountered with a leasing office. No wonder they run those specials like free month rent and deposit towards rent to lure people in. Only crooks do such things. They dont even smile to your face. Worst customer service, fake attitude and fake advertising!
1. Property is asking us to pay an amount we do not owe2. We are being harassed by phone calls and emails3. No response to our specific request to correct the amount4. We did not have a pet and are asked to pay for petdamages5. We cleaned the house before leaving and are being askedto pay for cleaning charges6. Previous tenant did not pay utility bills and we are beingasked to pay this amount
Lived here for a year. We had a leak in the property and the company tried to charge us for the damaged it caused. After 3377 admitted fault for the damage we got a call from a debt collector months after moving out. Patricia Bales wont admit fault and now we are dealing with debt collectors and having to pay damages which the apartment caused. The place also has parking issues and theft.
Call many times never an answer.
Renovated hidaway in the heart of Dallas. Onsite management is on the move and proactive.
Those of you considering 3377 may find this posting helpful. I have lived here since 2012.I should emphasize this review is based on my cumulative experience; the (mostly negative) comments below may more provide a more current evaluation of the apartment complex and those running it.Pros:- Access to the Katy Trail. This is the number one reason I stayed here as long as I did.- Responsive maintenance service. Submit a request online and they usually fix it within 1 business day.- Nice gas grills for community use. There are three grills scattered throughout the complex.- washer/dryer included. easy rent payment onlineCons- Parking for most tenants is somewhat inconvenient. Guest parking is available but not very convenient.- The rent cost has shot up in recent years; I suspect the development of West Village (now expanding east of Mckinney) has something to do with this.- The recent employees at the leasing office are not as helpful as their predecessors. Complaints are usually met with a send an email remark or its not us, its corporate excuse.- There was a serious security issue (some kind of assault) in December of 2015. Multiple inquiries were submitted to the leasing office, some by email and some on the community forums. My query went unanswered, while others were stone-walled because the police were involved. However, months have passed and there was never a formal explanation for the events.- The leasing office used to a have a functional 2 computer business center and printer/fax machine with WiFi. The two functional PCs have been replaced by a single Apple computer which sometimes works, the printer is usually broken, and the WiFi is spotty and requires additional login information.- if your apartment is near the roads within the complex, it can be noisy on Thursday-Saturday due to drunk college kids coming back from Uptown.Bottom line: if you are willing to pay a bit more than other places, set alarms for payment (to avoid the late fees), place a premium on maintenance service and access to the Katy Trail, and like the gated community feel, 3377 is a reasonable option so long as none of the cons listed above are deal-breakers
Location is great, but apt complex is run down and mismanaged, not to mention it has bugs!
First month in and there are several problems:1. While expressing my concerns (I was very very angry after #4), Patricia told me that it was her job to post eviction notices and then proceeded to hang up on me.2. Move in stress - was told that we would be able to move in washer and dryer but the week before it was like pulling teeth to get them to actually do it.3. It took me staying up all night listening to a tree on my bedroom window for them to actually trim the property trees.4. Havent gotten my PO box key yet.5. Technical issue with paying rent resulted in an email saying I would be evicted (the day after it was considered late) and a $100 late fee.6. Air conditioning doesnt work.I see why I got such a good deal on my apt...
A great addition to the neighborhood
Here to move in and no one is in the office have been waiting for 30 minutes
