I was very sick 2018 and 2019 with cancer, chemotherapy, and surgeries couldnt work got evicted, bills climb, but Mrs. Kim found me something very nice and Im very please!!! Because I just knew nobody was gone RENT to me! Kim is very good, she checks in quite often. Shes hands on. Dont waste money like I did hit her up and let her know whats going on and she will find you something.

Fast and friendly. Two words that best describe them. They care about their clients and they listen to what they want and need. I told them I needed a studio type room since I thought it was the only thing I could afford. But told me they found a bigger place with 2 bedrooms that was as affordable as the studio type and suggested I take it since I have kids. If there were zero stars, Id choose, that. The woman whom Id initially contacted to help me, gave me a few suggestions about some complexes based on the requirements I had given her. I did check out all her suggestions and dialoged with her on the phone and via email several times. She then gave up on me. I had no return emails. I had, all the while, been looking myself. I had found a complex, and had asked her about it. Remember, she had never mentioned the name of this complex either in writing nor verbally. When I asked her opinion of it, she had only negative things to say about it. I moved into this complex. I thought so many times, how worthless shed been and how Id found this place totally on my own. Id lived there weeks and then one day, I received an email from her, asking me to call her as I need your help. I did call her. She proceeded to tell me about how the complex where Id moved, had not wanted to give her a referral fee.She told me with much cajoling, she eventually got money from them for having referred me. I was gobsmacked someone would do something like this. I said nothing negative to her. After our phone conversation had ended, I became frustrated anyone would make money off my back when theyd done nothing to deserve it and in fact, had said only negative things about the complex.I wrote her a kind, short email about my frustrations. She did not address my topic at all. Instead, she wrote back three very short emails trying to assuage my frustrations.I dont know how she found out I had moved into this complex. It seems it would be poor business for any complex to tell anyone who might be inquiring as to who did or did not live in their community, to divulge that type of seemingly private information. Maybe..she had written down the name of the complex Id mentioned to her and shed called later to find out indeed if I had moved there. This is wrong. She took credit and money for something she did not do and in fact, had only negative thingS to say about the complex. Please remember, she never mentioned this complex ever to me. I am the one who asked her about it in the first place after shed given up on me.Look on yelp for reviews as well.

I called enquiring about renting an apartment the ladys that work there are very rude, I was on the phone explaining what I was trying to get and she continue to talk over me telling me its too early for her to look for anything for me when I need to look for something 60 days in advance because Im on a 60 day notice keep in mind Ive already checked into several apartments and they already have started posting Apt that will be available in 60 days but shes telling me she cant help me I will not be using this locating service nor will I ever refer anyone to this service very unprofessional
