Do not move here! If you are a visitor, be aware... They will tow your car even if it is registered. On the entire property, they have about 5 visitor spots. If those 5 spots are taken, you aren’t able to park anywhere else. They don’t give clear instructions until AFTER your car is towed even if you call and ask previously. Trash all over the property, gate does not work, office staff is rude. Can’t answer your questions, can’t send maintenance for service requests on time, but will definitely tow your car. This place is a joke. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Even with all the bad reviews I was willing to check these apartments out and form my own opinion, my impression is that management does not care.Staff was rude on top of that and I was a guest

Before I moved in the skinny one in the front had a attitude problem and still do. When you try to complain about something she seems to not care and never try to see where you’re coming from. Before I moved in my apartment I had roaches and I told them about it. It’s been two months and me and my family are still killing roaches all day everyday. Then I call to them the front office that is isn’t fair that you’ll didn’t have this taking care of, the skinny girl in the front shuts said “okay” like I was getting on her nerves. I really wish I would’ve read these reviews before I moved here. I moved picked another place.

I tried to get into these apartments like 3 times they always came back telling me something was wrong... sooo glad I didn’t get stuck there after hearing the horrible situation they had a couple of weeks ago with a man murdering his family.

Not the worst place to live but you need to keep on their tail about the exterminator for the bugs cause the other units won’t for you. The parking has gotten very strict so be careful. Most of the kids and teens shouldn’t be watching themselves yet the parents are always fighting in the back. Takes forever to fix anything if you don’t remind them. Just remember to stay on their necks cause they will act like they will forget.

Me and my sis was interested in the apartments so we stopped by to check it out. We walked in, the skinny lady wit the glasses that works by the door ignored us while on the phone talking to someone not work related then told us to sit in the waiting area. Couple mins later while still on the phone she ask how can I help u, we wanted to view a 3bdrm but she said they stop at 4:30 which we was there before 4:30 but she was caking on the phn so she gave us a floor plan and that was it like this was the worst service ever. I will not be going back there!!

Great new rules implemented and inforced...Now i can say the new management is the BEST. THEY HAVE made better decisions for our community. Please disregard old statement if read cause that was not this management nothing shady about them. Love to stay but my house on the way. Always cater to my needs.

If the trash on the corridors would be picked up daily and cleaned once in a while and the loud music with people carrying boom boxes would stop it would be an okay place to live.The noise is just too much with people playing very loud music at midnight!Shouting very loudly at night and loud music from cars.Its supposed to be a peaceful place, but its just too loud and dirty.(most of the time)when I have to clean up the corridor outside my apartment because no one has come and cleaned it for two weeks...Inside the apartment its alright for the price. The new manager seems to be really trying.Where is miss Brandy! She gets things done. And she is the best to deal with as she follows up.

The people in office is very unprofessional especially the skinny chic change things and dont let the tenants know then when you call n want to speak woth the manager she always busy when its somebody they dont want to talk too then the skinny runs to the back

It seems like a nice property BUT administrative office don’t have idea of how to fix your needs. 1-bad Service 2- unprofessional 3-disrespectful 4-rude 5-They only there to take your money. 6-the parking situation is out of control. 7-gate never works so might as well think the gate is part of the building decoration. 8-you will never find a way to contact the head supervisor or owners to make a complaint. 9- housings inspections are done just to fill in the day because at the end of the day they won’t fix anything and if they do you have to pay for whatever you need.Don’t bring you or your family here save your $1000 and up a month in a place where at least they gonna take the time to listen for your needs!!!

This place should never be recommended to anyone. Was asked after a year for bank statements. Provided them on at least three occasions for them to tell me because my mom and brother quick paid me money that I had 3 days to move out because it was considered extra income. Now 2 months later I still have not received my deposit back. They moved someone into the apartment 2 weeks after I was forced to vacate. I had already paid rent so it was difficult to find a place to live with limited funds and I keep getting the run around regarding my deposit. Now every time I call to speak to Peggy she is always on lunch no mater when or how often I call. I have decided to get an attorney to deal with this matter. It has become stressful for I am behind financially because I was forced out 3 days after I paid rent and had to pay rent somewhere else to live. They never fixed anything when I requested things to be fixed. Maybe with this attorney I can get my deposit back. I will attempt once more before I proceed with my attorney. Rosemonts understand I will get my money either way.

They NEVER answer their phones. NEVER call back. Office hours are from 830 to 530 ish and they are never open on time, or close early. Their voice mailbox is full so we cant leave a voicemail, and they never take their phones off the answering service when they are supposed to.Other than the unprofessional and unorganized office staff, the property is nice and somewhat well kept.

If possible to give it a zero, I would... This reviews aint lying when I say they are the worst EVER. I will be reaching out above their heads for my complaint. The office management changes like Texas weather and they dont give a cent about any tenants as long as they have a paycheck. They dont keep the trash clean, maintenance doesnt fix things, you get fees for everything and are very disrespectful. I cant wait to never to release with them again

I swear I only gave a one because we couldnt leave it blank. Brandy is awesome !!!! I mean she seriously tries and is very sweet but LUCY!!!!!! Very unprofessional and dont know how to handle people. If you dont put her in her place she will try you and disrespect you. The kids are everywhere the property needs to seriously be painted and the stairs need to be cleaned. They have one good mantience guy I think Jose he is super sweet and helpful does the best he can with what he can but the rest of them are LAZY AS HELL.! I swear when I moved over here I thought this would be a much better experience then it was and I wouldnt recommend these apartments to my worse ENENMYLEASE UP NEXT FEB :(

This place is so unorganized an unprofessional. Unless you call them an check on things you will never get anywhere. It took them two weeks to tell me I didnt qualify because I made to much money, an thats because I called them. Also they held on to my deposit for a month an two weeks. The only reason I got it was because I called an they said it had been sitting in the office somebody was suppose to call me. I dont know how the apartments are but based off the staff I can tell its bad.

I LIVED THEIR FOR 2 YEARS AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF LIVING THEIR THE MANAGERS WERE STEALING MONEY AND I ENDED UP GETTING EVICTED FROM THESE APTS LAST YEAR IN AUGUST BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO SAY I OWED WHAT THE MANAGERS HAD STOLEN. THE MAINTAINCE MAN TOLD ME THIS SO THEY REALLY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER APTS BUT THESE THEY SWITCH MANAGERS LIKE U CHANGE A BABYS DIAPER SMH THEY NEED TO BE SUED

Ive been living here for 6 years. Ive seen management come & go & for the most part they have really tried to keep the property up & meet any matienance requests. I usually try to keep up small issues myself because I work so much but when my air went out in October 2015 I think I went through at least 3different mgmt teams until I met Ms. Juanita in the office & matienance man Ben. ( my angels). They didnt stop until I had cold air flowing. Thank you God! I really appreciate how quickly they got me up & cool again, right in time for spring with an asthmatic kid. They didnt just write it up & forget about me. They made it happen!!!!!!

I lived here in the past and nothing but roach infested complexes! I got broken into 3x within a year of living here and office acted like nothing was wrong! They still wanted their rent paid on time but did not let me brake my lease or let me move me into another apartment. They literally stole everything! From furniture, jewelry, electronics, to my 3 yr old sons lil Pixar car toys! This place is just a mess! Did not get my deposit back what so ever and nothing but lil bay bay kids banging on our door Day and night! Do not move here! On top of everything when I moved out I left this place spotless paid all of my expenses that they charged me within 3 days of moving out and they still put it on my credit! When I told them about it she said it should be closed out soon! Smh!

This is the worst apartment ive lived at i been here for 3 years and each year is worse. This years they have had 4 managers and each one is worse than the other. They want you to pay their rent on time, but when you need a maintenance job it takes them a year to come and fix it. I been having problems with the fridge and stove its horrible. I dont recommend these apartments to anyone. Horrible i would move but i cant for the moment. Im sure going to start working more and buy a house.

The management and staff here changes like clock work. The property grounds are always trashed up.It says its a pet free environment cats and dogs are out after office hours being walked and poo is left in the yard being stepped in. The maintenance work orders never get completed and items are being brought from other apartments for replacement parts. Music is too loud from other units, the breezeway are dirty and smell like urine, plus the stairs are blocked most the time with people drinking and smoking marijuana.Crime breaking into vehicles and apts is a problem, security isnt good here.

Do not fix the things that must be fixed. I have about 3 months saying that a lot of water is thrown away. They never come to fix that problem that I have in my apartment. The woman in the office is rude and does not do anything to regulate things.
