Tivoli Townhome/Apts are beautiful homes!Landscape is amazing you will NEVER see garbage overflowing in dumpsters, nor trash on the ground like other places.Maintenance are phenomenal never have I waited more than a couple of days for them to fix whatever problem needed fixing. They respond immediately even during a pandemic.The office crew are also compassionate helped me through my application process and though I didnt have a tour of the place I love my townhome and glad I followed H.S!!Neighbors keep to themselves those that will speak to you are friendly and respectful those that wont speak to you keep walking.Common areas such as the POOL (sparkling clean area as well as pool, LAUNDROMAT (Glad they have one since not everyone moved in with a set so I used it until I bought a set and I must say they keep it clean and disinfected!), GYM (stays clean and disinfected, everything works ☺️)Even amazing homes have problems so the only issues weve noticed here is the Entrance gate not working and stays open all day and night and parking for those without a garage.Update: pay RENT before the 5th or you will have a 10% late fee next day if not later on the 5th.

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I was charged extra because of your mistakes and it was never corrected. I was lied to multiple times costing me and my girlfriend money. I will never recommend the complex to anyone and I hope you don’t screw over any more residents.

I’ve been enjoying staying in Tivoli apartments. People work and stay here are so nice. There were a few times I left my keys on the door a few hours before I even realized it, or my neighbors knocked on the door. Staff are always running around the complex to fix stuff and very happy to offer help anytime. Leaving 4 stars as it is because of the roaches on the first floor - but they’re tiny doesn’t really bother me that much. Just wish they’re not here.Just moved in not too long ago,Pros:- Courteous staff and great maintenance.- Many great and lovely floor plans options.Cons:- Parking is obviously an issue. (Fixed)- Gate is not fixed, and it doesn’t look like it’s going to. (Fixed)- Loud noice in the morning at 6:30 because of trash pickup and loan care. (They don’t come in the early morning anymore!!)

I would like to be a prospective Tenant but when i call they dont answer the phone. Their sister complex the Brixton has awesome reviews. I wish this property was as up to par.

“Dump” is an understatement!! The new owners are horrible!! If you make it home after 10:00pm, prepare to park on the street. It is the law for apartments to have a parking spot per apartment BUT that is not the case here. Gunshots often. The gate is open 24/7. The office never answers the phone. The only good thing here is maintenance. Units are outdated and overpriced. I can’t wait until my lease is up!

The management office is amazing. Extremely friendly ladies willing to bend over backwards to get issues resolved. The maintenance team is also phenomenal. They are on top of all issues and get the fixed quickly. Allison and Vanessa are the manager and assistant manager and are two of the nicest ladies Ive ever dealt with. From the start of the application process I felt welcome.

I have been here for about 3 years and my rent has increased after each year.... And now they do something like this.. They are taking out all the visitor parking... So no resident can have a guest over at their home.. I have never experienced anything like this ... This place thinks of no one but themselves.. Also if I get in a car wreck I need to peel off the sticker as much as possible and return it to the office or else Im going to have to pay $100 for a new one?! The people running this place are clearly motivated by greed.. and they cant even give their own tenants a good place to call home.. Unfortunately I still have to deal with this dump for another year.. But turn away.. This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever been to..

Ive been a loyal resident here for years.. They just wrote a letter how they will be taking away visitor parking for residents... This is unacceptable.. I tutor kids after school every day and now their parents will have no where to park other than the street if thats even available (which in most cases its not)... What kind of place does this

The office staff is amazing! Alyson and Vanessa have been so helpful with any and all of my requests. Jackie always makes me feel so welcome when I walk through the door. I plan on staying here a very long time.

I been staying in these apartments for a year and I loved it. Everyone in the office is very friendly. Jackie, Vanessa and Alyson are the best at what they do. I really don’t want to move but my job is moving. I recommend you move here. Oh I can not forget about the maintenance crew they stay on top of everything.

Got a gun pulled in me while I was walking with my newborn and my wife and told the office and they could’ve cared less, gun shots All the time at the bar behind apartments, don’t feel real safe here . Spoke to the manager and asked about cameras, she literally told me that they are only for office use only, and cannot and will not show to police. She looked at me with a smirk and said crime happens everywhere oh well, as if to get over it ... worst apartments ever

I think Tivoli is the best place to live at even if they’re parking issue. I love the office staff from Tivoli specially Vanessa and Alyson they are always on there job making Tivoli a great place I just been here 1year. I recommend Tivoli as a great place to live at.

My move in day is today and I am so excited!!! The experience with the leasing consultant, Jacqueline, has been nothing less than awesome. She has been so helpful, informative, thoroughly and so nice. The entire application process has been stressless. She has been working so diligently to make sure I got the apartment of my choice. The entire leasing management seems very nice and welcoming as well. They really show that they care about their tenants and prospects. Im really looking forward to my tenancy here at my new home!

It is rare to find a property whose staff seems competent across the board. Kudos to the hiring manager! The ladies at he front desk are friendly and helpful, Eugene is fully competent and Danny is competent, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in exceeding expectations.

The Tivoli welcomed me with, open arms and bigger hearts. Also very quick and easy application process. The complex itself it not to big and overwhelming. It is also gated and i feel safe! Very very nice find and personally anyone looking for a nice quite place to call home with amazing managment team this is the place to be!!!

This complex has its many shares of problems. First of all, none of the managers work on the weekends and leave only one agent to work. So good luck getting helped in a timely manner or getting someone to answer the phone. The managers, in fact, are never there. Always gone on long lunches or running errands. There are no parking places anywhere. Especially for visitors. There are six total visitor spots for the entire complex. If you have a guest come and they are not in a parking spot assigned visitor, they will be towed. The apartments are no where near updated for the prices they charge. They are actually in very poor condition and in a terrible area. Just know that before you come here, there are many more options that are available. Places that are nicer, cost effective, and served by people who actually care about you. This is a very honest review and not one put out of spite or anger. Be cautious.

The application process was smooth. Jacqueline and Vanessa were very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. I’m looking forward to moving in very soon.

This place does not allow their tenants to have visitors. All visitor parking have been taken away. If a non-tenant comes over their car will be towed.

I love this apartment. They are so open and the kitchens arent closed in and cramped like other apartments. The only complaint is living next to the sports bar you can hear their music Thursday -Saturday. It isnt usually TOO loud although I have had to do a noise complaint once. Other than that I love it here

Awful awful place.... i have lived here over a year and it was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. The leasing office is completely inconsiderate. I have a broken gate fob and they cant even fix it for me. I have sent in requests for pest control 3 times a month now the past 6 months and I still find roaches in my apartment. I dont even keep food in my apartment anymore because of this. Why do i pay for pest control every month and they cant even keep bugs and roaches out of my place for a week. The parking is also a joke. I cannot have any guests over because they have designated guest parking spots and they only have less than 20 available which is awful since there are plenty of residents here... The people in the leasing office are very rude and unapproachable. Stephanie and Allison are the worst managers of a leasing office Ive seen. Do not move here.. I cannot wait until my lease is done.

There is not perfect apartment complex, but I love the fact that these have townhomes as well and the creek behind the main office is really nice too. It is close to everything and the manager does a good job out here. People forget that the staff does not and cannot control everything bad in the area.

My husband I been here going on 4 years, Ms Stephanie, Allison, and Vanessa have been a blessing to us. The staff is awesome. Ms. Stephanies heart for her community is amazing...

The 3 ladys in the office Jacqueline, Vanessa and Alyson are super nice, understanding and they treat you like family. And maintenance Eugenio & Danny do a good job and are always on top of it...plus the location is near everything!

Not having a place for guests to park is absolutely awful. What kind of apartment restricts a tenant from having guests over? At least come up with some kind of guest past to give each resident.... I have nanny come and take care of my kids after school since Im juggling two jobs right now. There is no street parking on certain days throughout the week.. I dont know what Ill do once they start towing visitors cars.. Stay away.

Lived here for about a year and a half in a one bedroom apartment. Easy connectivity to Bush Turnpike, DFW airport and downtown. Decent aesthetics, parking, average landscaping. We also get monthly calendars with activities and seasonal recipies, they are doing a great job here. Stairs and entryways to the apartment are not extremely clean. No privacy invasion, no disturbance or noisy neighbours. Lot of families live here too. Colorful to see kids playing around in the evenings.Manager Stephanie is good. I would give her total credit for the maintenance and quick repair works. The maintenance guys both of them are always fixing things and help a great deal.It would be great if the ladies at the front desk could flash a smile and be a little more friendly to customers and new people.

I wish I can give zero stars. Dont listen to the other reviews that have been posted recently, they are clearly fake accounts made by the apartment complex themselves. Just check their actual accounts. This place has the most unprofessional and rude leasing office I have ever had. I have had so many issues such as AC and bugs in my apartment and I dont even have food or anything out. I have to request for pest control to come time and time again. The leasing office is very inconsiderate and dont even get me started on the parking. I renewed my lease which was a way higher rent because my first year at the complex was quiet and simple. It was such a big mistake. Never ever come here..

This was a very great place to live at and location the office staff was friendly and helpful I love how everything was fixed when asked the maintenance was fast at fixing your work order.

The Tivoli office staff are the best cause they welcome me as if i was a resident i am so happy to pick this place as my home i felt so good being here they have a very great office staff the 3 Girls in that office are the best.

I have been there for two years and I just give credit for the maintenance and quick repair works, but staff and manager was horrible. They were not polite to listen your problem with their apartments. They also increased price $150 in less than two yours for my apt.

Easy access to Bush Turnpike and the Tollway so you can get anywhere quick. Good security with a new fence. Decent landscaping and new fountains in the canal.

I have not been living here for a year and as soon as my lease is up I WILL BE MOVING....I first moved into an apartment which had roaches, we moved right out because it wasnt just a bug here and there it was an infestation!!! We then moved into the townhouse, Great on space besides that EVERYTHING that could go wrong has. I literally went without heat downstairs for two months. They finally replaced the Unit. Just save yourself the headache and DONT MOVE HERE!!!

I like my apartment. The rent is good, the complex is actually pretty quiet and theres NO BUGS. Parking is tight and pretty rough at night, particularly Fridays and Saturdays, but the worst thing for me hands down is that sports bar directly behind the apartments. If you live facing the water the noise is horrible, especially Wednesday-Saturday. I hate that place. Basically, if youre going to move here id suggest an apartment not facing the pond and make sure you reserve a covered spot.

I have been living here almost 2 years the complex is amazing, easy access to george bush. Quiet neighbors pretty much a working community not to much going on granted it is right behind a bar so some nights we hear loud music but honestly we know that we would before we moved in.... The manager Stephanie is awesome! Vanessa is also (she works in the office) They are very responsive to request and the maintenece guys are awesome also! You call they come! They leave problem fixed =) Only thing I dont like about living here is parking its hard to have company and they have no where to park without the risk of being towed.. SO basically be careful!!! everything else AWESOME!

It was horrible when I went up there to apply. I have a REAL support dog (Not one that has online paperwork) that has had his temperament test and all his paper work. Regardless of the breed under the Fair Housing Act you cannot discriminate against a service or support dog. They are allowed into any housing and air crafts. These people not only lied to me about that law not applying to them (and told me what I was saying was not true which it is 110%), but they told me a fake story about a pit bull attacking and killing an old lady outside these apartments less then a year ago (At the time I applied). Since I actually specialize in aggressive breeds I decided to investigate because I call bullnuts on it. They told me the ambulance came out and police did, so I called Carrollton Animal Services, CPD, and every hospital in the area for any record of this accident or any regarding a pit bull in that area and NONE were found. See I help out a lot of rescues so I actually know my stuff, and when these people attempted to make me feel stupid I just walked out because I will not live in a place that lies to people to accommodate to their lives.

Overall good experience, excellent office staff (Stephanie and Vanessa), competent maintenance staff (Eduardo). Only complaint is parking; not enough of it.

I have two years living in these apartments and they seem good to me, the only thing is that lately I do not know if they are not looking at the people they rent or something, oh music at high volume, they are making meat hoe on the balconies they do not respect the parking lots, in those of visitors one parks to separate the place to another, if they continue with that problem I will not renew my contract for the 3rd year

We live for a year and a half and it is a very safe and quiet place pity the parking is very small, the office staff excellent Vanessa, Jacky and maintenance staff very friendly and efficient for them I give them 5 stars.

It is very pleasant comfortable and what I like the most is that if I have an emergency about the maintenance of my apt they will be available in minutes either at dawn or good day.
