Apartment hunting can be stressful but she found me tons of properties that checked all my boxes, scheduled all appointments for me, and was very conscientious of staying within my budget! I had a terrible experience with this company. I had Cassie as my locator, and she told me she sent me my list and I waited patiently a while since my email sometimes has delays in receiving them. After a couple of days I decided to text her and let her know respectfully that I still hadn’t received the list, in hopes of just having her send it again since I knew sometimes emails can be finicky. She responded with an incredibly rude text and I explained that I simply was only trying to let her know the situation and spoke up about my boundaries that I wouldn’t work with someone who is rude to customers and she proceeded to tell me to just look for someone else after I asked if this could be resolved with improved service and professionalism. My boyfriend and I wanted to find a place with a yard, but we were having trouble finding places that specifically stated if they had yards. After weeks of searching on our own, we finally discovered Uptown Apartment Locators. Let me tell ya...within a day or so, Ashley (our agent) had found 10 or 12 awesome options with a yard!
