Been waiting for 5 months for maintenance to come fix my STOVE. I’ve done 3 work orders and somehow they kept marking them as ‘complete’ and didn’t even come to see what was happening. I added two other concerns and even went to the office and all they keep saying is “Maintenance will pass by the end of the day or maybe tomorrow” but nothing ever happens. I’ve never been late on my rent or anything so it’s not because I’m a ‘complicated’ resident. All I’m asking is for someone to actually do something and get my stove, lights and fridge fixed. To be fair, this never happened when it was ‘Advenir At Frankford’.Update: After this post, a visit to the office once again and months of waiting, they finally got it fixed.
Shame of a place!! I live here for 3 years it was a great place but I don’t know what happened, we had the winter storm the maintenance guys came and made a lot of holes on the wall on the closet the holes are creating mold every where and much more I’ve been asking for months for them to fix it and nothing, even the simples maintenance changing the light bulbs takes weeks. With all this issues not only me but neighbors complain as well they repainted the buildings outside after the winter storm as they should fix things inside for the residents very shameful!
The Halston on Frankford is a great place to live! I have enjoyed my time here. The staff is awesome! Every time I have had a problem, it was resolved as soon as I asked. I highly recommend this complex!
Irene garcia has been great with assisting me and my wife! She has been quick to help me with any questions I might have! She welcomed us with an excellent tour and clear understanding of how everything works around here.If you are looking for someone to help you be sure to ask for Irene!
I had a fun and professional experience, is rare to get both! They didn’t have what I was looking for but will definitely be coming back. Looking forward to seeing the finish renovations!

Horrible staff. Don’t take care of property nor their paying residents. Let my bathtub mold and rust for a leak they haven’t fixed in months and won’t fix. A/C isn’t working correctly and roaches. Phones never work and let their residents live uncomfortable and fine them for every little thing. Don’t move here.
While I appreciate they are remodeling the place but when I moved into my place rusty brown water came out of the pipes for several days and I had to bath in it. Maintenance said because water had been sitting for awhile and for me to run the water for awhile. The dishwasher smells selfie and causes the entire place to smell whenever use it can’t wash dishes. I came here for all the amenities but due to remodeling can’t use any of them but still paying same rent amount that isn’t fair. Have to pay for carport cause hard to find a parking space close to my apartment. So forced to get a carport since don’t like parking far away and having to walk that far a night when I get home.
The office staff is amazing and helpful, Lolita and helped me make my apartment into a home for me, and I dont seem to have any issues getting my work orders done in a timely manner. I love it here.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Not only is the property beautiful and classically built and the floor plan designs are like no other, the entire office staff is the icing on the cake. Lolita and Irene are the most professional, savey and real management team ever. I dont remember the names of the other staff but they are awesome 😎 also! During the most difficult time of my life, they treated me like I am worth a million dollars, not some bomb. They worked with me and my husband through our trials and celebrated with us when we came through!! I love them and Halston on Frankford!
I moved this apartment from out of state and Rosie was the person that helped me, she made the transition so easy for me! Even when I had to push to my move in date back a couple times she was still so understanding and gracious. The apartment itself was nice although there’s a few things I’d like to be different; However as far as customer service goes this place is fantastic and I’m very happy with the tradition
I have recently seen reviews about how they never fix what they are suppossed to and take forever to do something and now I know I am not the only one in the aprtment complex dealing with this problem, I never had problems until the new management came in. The aprtment upstairs had a problem with the water heater which caused my ceiling to start leaking from different places in the apartment, I’m going to 3 weeks with a messed up ceiling and it smells like humidity, I have sent emails regarding this and no reply, they had said painters were coming last week to fix this and no one came out, I have called, emailed and went to the office personally and still nothing seems to be fixed.
I moved from Houston 4 yrs ago and lived in a 2/2 with garage under old name of Advenir. My husband got sick and passed away. I had just renewed my lease. I had neighbors move in with serious drug issues and strange people hanging around at all times. Mgmt told me I could break my lease and move due to this then she turned me over to a credit bureau. Hopefully the new owners treat their tenants better because the apts are great.
Staff is questionable....to say the least....Rude.... under construction for the past 8months..Construction Noise...NO Amenities... Absolutely None... have put in several maintenance request it takes over a month or 2 to respond. Both closet racks are broken. Dishwasher broken and blinds are missing. Had to make several request for Maintance and they are not following COVID-19 quidelines by wearing protective clothing in and out of your home. Sad cause the area and neighbors are nice.Rental Rates rising? They say rental rates are due to market value. Not so... just be careful Renting here. Horrible Parking... Upcharge for basics....Staff makes u feel unwelcome and behavior forces renters to move.... BeCareful.....MANAGEMENT CHANGE...... consistently ....... BeWare
Dont rent here!!!!! Their main focus is to tow your vehicle, even if you are a resident. They dont give any information or notice and can tow your car within minutes of parking. They probably make as much money towing vehicles as from rent. The staff are also rude!

Horrible place. It’s so hard to reach the office. I have 2 leaking windows in my apartment and no one will come fix even the smallest issues. Rent is way to high for this mess. I am contacting my legal team because I need these issues resolved or they need to lease me from my contract. Wish I could give zero starts.

Not even remotely satisfied so far, I’m not a complainer so I can ignore or live with the fact that the apartment was handed to me dirty on the first day; that the walls and floors seem to be made out of paper because I can hear all the other apartments around me open and close the doors, footsteps, and even people walking up or down the stair; that every couple of weeks I have to call maintenance because the community/garage fob stops working, and that maintenance seem to come in and out of the apartment without any sort of communication, even if you are in the apartment.But what I cannot stand is the fact that within 2 months. We have had fire alarms, in my building and in the apartment itself, go off several time through the night for several days in a row. And that within 1 months, there have been 2 pipes that busted on the apartment above mine, causing mine to flood twice in different occasions. And according to the people above me, the first time, maintenance knew about the damaged pipe because they were the ones that damaged it in the first place. So, in the first occasion, I had to sleep in the living room for 3 nights because of a flooded bedroom. Maintenance left the same dirty and wet carpet to dry for 3 days and changed the padding below it. They just left a blower to dry it and called a cleaner to take the smell away ( it didn’t go away ). And on the second occasion, I had to work from home and sleep for 4 days and 3 nights with 3 LOUD blowers in front of my room all day and all night.I expected some sort of solution/compensation from the apartments because of the electricity spent, the noise, inconvenience, lack of consideration towards the people in the apartment. Their solution was just “ sorry it happens”. After I asked for it, their “solution” was for me to move to a different unit. And the terms were, they “kindly” waived the admin and apartment fee. but I would have to pay a deposit for the new unit and that they would return my original deposit in 30 days. They were not going to pay for movers for me to switch units and the unit I would be moving into was a unit smaller than mine and without a garage. If I didn’t like that, then I could wait 2 moths (almost the end of my contract at this point ) and I could switch to another unit similar to mine.In the end, If you have the option to pick a different place, go ahead and do so. I have nothing good to say about this apartment complex
We didnt make it past the office staff in contact but be careful when looking and applying here! We did a tour, started an application due to system issues unable to complete application. Took over a week to get a return call from the office so I took my money elsewhere. I was told over 2 weeks ago Id be refunded the application fee due their error and now I cant get a return call! They took my money and I cant get a return call. Horrible customer service and unacceptable business practices
Love, love, love this beautiful property! It has plenty of space for my family and I. The gym is a very accommodating feature. No complaints so far and I have yet to see experience anything bad about this property. The staff is amazing, especially the assistant manager. She is very understanding and helpful. Best apartment complex I’ve lived so far!
I wish I could give this place no stars. The leasing staff is incredibly rude and does not care at all about the residents. Parking is a nightmare. Their phone lines are always disconnected or out of service. I had my apartment flood and they ignored all my calls as well as not answering the emergency maintenance line.
I came in looking for options since my lease is almost up. The staff was really friendly and helpful, Jasmine was AWESOME answering all my questions and gave me a tour of the property. Finding a new place can be stressful, but she made it easier showing me options and working around what I’m looking for to best fit my budget and needs. This property will definitely be my first option
The office never picks the phone up and there was multiple occasions that I went to the office during office hours and the doors were locked and no one was there. Also there was an incident where I had I package delivered that was time sensitive, I went to the office to get it was told that it wasn’t there. I got an Item delivered a few months later and they gave me the package that supposedly wasn’t there from months ago and the new package I had delivered. This was not a mistake, it was a lack of effort to properly search for the package the first time. Save your cash and go somewhere else..
I have lived in this complex for a year and a half with my mother. The apartment itself is nice but pricey. Bud, the maintenance guy, is great. But the office literally never answers the phone. They have some new parking regulation where visitors have to register for a parking pass each day or risk being towed. There is no long term option on the website you have to use to register. My mom and I both pay for covered spots but, this past weekend, my mom parked in an uncovered spot because she had recently been released from the hospital from having pneumonia and is having trouble breathing. We live on the second floor and it is difficult for her. Her car was parked in that uncovered spot for 3 HOURS when it was towed. As a TENANT of this complex, we are entitled to park in the uncovered spots in the complex. We pay PLENTY in rent to be allowed to parking in what is supposed to OPEN parking. We should not be required to register for a visitor parking pass because WE ARE NOT VISITORS. Especially considering that there is a car that parks in that exact spot that my mother was towed from every single day and has parked there every single day for at least 6 months without being towed (I know these people also have a covered spot because when that one particular spot is taken, they park in their carport). It is completely ridiculous that the one time my mom parks in an open spot, her car is towed. The office has her car information on our lease and knows it’s her car. I know this because it is required on all apartment leases to provide the make/model/color/license plate number of cars belonging to the tenants that are moving in. We fortunately have not had to deal with bug issues but our upstairs neighbors seem to always have children without bedtimes or any kind of rules. We are constantly hearing them run around, jump, throw/drop things, and just generally be as loud as humanly possible. Our neighbors across the hall always have music blaring. Valet trash pickup is rarely consistent. We will be more than glad to move out of this place at the end of our lease.
I have just moved into my very first apartment and I super excited.. I was so scared at first because I have never had my own apartment I was told about this apartment and I couldn’t be happier it’s quite, it’s spacious and I just love it.. Jasmine in the office was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed the maintenance guy came and fixed my electrical outlet and put everything back as it was :) thank you.. I love my new place..
I have been a tenant for 3 years and I have seen incredible changes, I can find a spot to park and people that do not belong here are being towed. The staff in the office is responsive and care. Rules are being enforced and maybe that is why some reviews are not positive. I would recommend this community to anyone.
I have been living here for a few months now have yet to have any bad experience. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs. I’m very happy with the layout of my apartment and the grounds are well taken care of. I recommend this complex for anyone looking for a safe and affordable apartment.

This apartment complex is a blessing. Beautiful pool and spacious units. On top of the exquisite landscape the staff was amazing. They were gracious, flexible, and a pleasure to deal with. If you dont fall in love with this place by the time you leave you really need to re-evaluate your values, because this is the best apartment experience Ive had. Ever.
These apartments were a godsend when I first moved in a year ago. Management was great, they were extremely organized, and they provided a trustworthy community. Since new management took over, the new staff seems to be extremely unorganized, the parking regulations are ridiculous and no one seems to know what they are doing. Great apartments, clean, quick maintenance responses. Not very good management. The apartments are not worth the higher rent costs.
I applied to Advenir at Frankford after seeing that they had a decent 710 sq ft floor plan available for an immediate move in date, for a good price which is what I needed, as I was relocated by my employer to the Dallas/Plano area. I applied and paid the application fee online. A leasing rep reached out to me 15 minutes after I applied to follow up with me about any questions I might have, even saying you got a good place, you will really like that apt and floor plan. She let me know she would get back to me shortly with my approval status. Hours later she calls me back to tell me I was approved but that the apartment I want is no longer available and the ONLY one they have left will cost me more if I want to move in. Before I applied I was given an offer to rent for that apartment, I paid my application fee, they followed up with me about questions and they ran my credit (which we all know hard inquiries report for two years) and no where in that time was it told to me that apt was not available. Her excuse was that the person who is staying in apt decided to come in office when I was applying online for the apt and gave a notice that they was no longer moving out. The move in date was only a week away so I dont understand why you would be marketing an apt that still has a tenant living in it. They then told me I would have to pay an additional $70 a month for the apt that they do have available and they would not honor what I was quoted on my offer to rent, although THEY RAN MY CREDIT and my application was APPROVED!! They refused to come up with another solution outside of trying to charge me more money to benefit them. I have NEVER in all of my years Renting in several states have this happen to me and the fact that there ONLY solution was to charge me MORE money on the so called ONLY apt they had left that was available tells you what you would be dealing with if you choose to move in here. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT DOLLAR SIGNS TO THEM!!! They gave Dallas a horrible first impression for me!!!
I came in looking for an apartment after being referred here by Mark, and was given a tour by Jasmine. Jasmine went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. The property is very well maintained, the pool is phenomenal, and the facility itself is very beautiful. I can not wait to move in when my lease is over!!
I live here and really like it here. Any time weve had a maintenance issue, Bud and his maintenance team are quick to resolution and incredibly helpful. The office staff, especially Marisol, are prompt to follow up, responsive, and very helpful. I havent lived in a complex Ive enjoyed near as much. The quality and style of the apartments are just as nice as the staff. Would highly recommend.
Jasmine was very helpful with helping me find a new home. She was vert patient and looked for what was best for me. I really recommend her to everyone looking for an apartment.
I dont recommend this Apartments because they have many issues:1. The Administration People they need to attend a Training based on Customer Service because they dont listen customers needs.2. They put parking rules and suddenly they change it with not notice until your car is towed.3. The apartments are old.4. They treat you like if theyre doing a favor to you.5. Its very expensive and I remember that when the Covid19 happened they gave you 5% off on your next rental.6. Please do a favor to you and dont lease on Advenirs at Frankford Springs.
Toured a two bedroom 1 bath for my sibling that is preparing to move from out of state today (6/8/19). All was well throughout the tour and everything seemed appeasing, however, after opening the refrigerator door I was greeted to an infestation of roaches! The leasing agent didnt seem surprised and judging from the reviews I understand why. THIS IS AN ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED! Beautiful community otherwise however this community will not receive support due to this issue.
Careless, rude staff! The apartments recently started making guests check in their car online or risk the chance of being towed. I ran up to my moms to pick up my 10 week old and had been parked for 20 MINUTES at 2:15pm when my car was towed (I asked tow company for pick up time).My apartments (The Amli) also require guest check in but not until after midnight. When parking is NEEDED. I told this to the staff at The Advenir - they need to look into changing their times of tow. There’s absolutely no reason to have a tow truck coming through during the day! The tow company will constantly come through those apartments because they know they can come all day and night!The staffs job should be keeping the tenants happy. Obviously they don’t care and it shows in the community and in their response to this matter.
This place is amazing and you would love it too. You get nice apartments and you get to go to a nice and beautiful pool with a grill and a bon Fire. And nice little fields your kids can play so you make sure you move in now and you won’t regret it.
I have been here over 5 years. Maintenance is great! Bud and team always respond quickly and makes sure I am satisfied with the work.
I lived here for a year and I loved the place, Maintenance staff are so helpful and response in a timely manner, office staff are nice and welcoming, Also take time to explain or solve a problem, besides one (Naomi) who had a bad attitude. Alexis and her manger was so helpful. its a great place to live. Could have lived here longer but had to relocate. consider it, Good Luck.
Bud the maintenance tech @ Frankford is definitely an asset to the advenir staff. He is very punctual and has been able to fix a plethora of our maintenance incidents. I will be honest, when my family first moved into our apartment a year ago, the place was not ready at all. We had to put in all type of request, and Bud being a great tech assured us that everything will be taken care of. He is a sole reason that we renewed out lease, because we know for a fact that we can depend on Bud to fix everything in this needy unit.
The office is closed most of the time. No one ever answers the phone. The only helpful people at this location are the maintenance team. Anyone in the office is never available to answer your calls. They charge you absurd fees. Valet is never consistent. Someone rammed a shopping cart into my car one night. This is just not the place you want to live. Avoid it. There are plenty of surrounding places that are the same price and better living and services. I am leaving soon and definitely glad to be out.Also, a huge roach problem!!!!
Love this place! Staff is amazing, the people here are friendly. Couldn’t be more pleased with how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend you to see for yourself. If you’re looking for a new place to live don’t count this place out. Come and see for yourself!!

If you are thinking about moving here.. Dont!My first week of moving here my car got towed for not being registered with a Register2Park company! This is so outrageous! What a SCAM!You have to get online and register your vehicle EVERY DAY or else your car gets TOWED! NO WARNING! NO STICKER! This has caused me so much money and almost my job! This was a loaner car given to me while my car was getting fixed at the shop. The people in the office are rude and no help! Cant wait till my lease is up so i can get the heck out of this place!
The staff here is very professional. Jazz is wonder to work with and very knowledgeable with a personality to match, the community is lovely and has a very homely feel. Can’t wait to move in!

Love this apartment so much! Went in looking for a 2 bedroom and got a tour of the amenities and a model apartment and i instantly fell in love! I immediately applied and signed my lease! Cant wait to move in! Alexis G was amazing, she truly made this a super easy and enjoyable experience.
Bud and his team are hands down the best maintenance team. He leads by example and works hard non stop. We renewed our lease here because of his hospitality and work ethic. Staff at welcome center is also very good and accommodating!
I moved in Feb 2020 I like my apartment overall besides the noisy upstairs neighbors you can hear every step they make but the leasing manager is not friendly at all they should’ve kept Jasmine worse mistake of letting her go!! My uncle truck was recently towed because he parked in a open spot that didn’t have register2park located (designated spot for visitors ) I registered the vehicle still as there was no open designated parking spots for visitors as the same cars been park for days in visitors parking. I had to pay $165 durning a pandemic where I am out of work & every dollar counts. I questioned the office if there’s no visitors spots open then what to do ? No response. I will be filing a tow hearing and filing a complaint to the BBB. The tow company literally ride around several times in a day & sometimes park and wait on a opportunity to tow people. I will not be renewing my lease. Please do not send one of the pre generated responses back!!
Poor quality apartments, thieves, your packages are stolen, cars are stolen, people are the office is pathetic, customer service is rubbish definitely never move to this complex.
My visitors are constantly being towed . Even when they register. Not worth the stress.
New management has done a decent job of turning things around. Maintenance has been decent, they dont take long to respond to calls but give you a large time frame for when they will be there (usually 6+ hour windows). Place used to not be worth even looking at as far as renting goes, but now, it isnt too bad.
This is by far my favorite gym I have came across since I’ve lived here in the past 5 years. The service and respect from everybody on the staff is amazing, the pools are beautiful, and I’ve never had a problem here, I look forward to coming here every week.
If you like ROACHES and nowhere to park then this is the place for you!! I’ve barely been here 2 months and I’m ready to move out! Can’t even invite people over cause I’m embarrassed about this roach infestation yet I’m supposed to be patient about it. Then they have the nerve to put a not on my door about my music. People double park in the free spaces and they want you to pay $40 a month for a covered parking spot. Can’t wait to move out already!

When I put a work order In and by the time i get home from work, its completed.Morgan, Alexis and Ashley, really make residents feels welcome. they are very professional, caring and understanding staff. Morgan, the sweet lady that works in the front office, was absolutely phenomenal with helping us through the process of moving in. Besides her giving us a tour, she was very sweet and made our decision to move in a no-brainer. We are happily moved in and this place gets an easy 5 stars. Highly recommend!!
I started looking for apartments recently as a recent graduate, when I reached out to this complex the staff were friendly and informative about the leasing process. Amenities are nice, prices are reasonable and I am looking forward to moving in at the end of this month.

Apartment complexes come a dime a dozen, and it takes special staff to keep residents happy. I would like to acknowledge Amber Brumley as she really keeps the leasing office together. Amber wears a lot of hats In office. When a call is made she responds promptly, and has a welcoming and positive attitude. Thank you Amber for all that you do!
Not sure if you are aware of the traffic around 10 to 10 45 pm in your back complex area around the gated iron fence, my wife and i have seen first hand 5 to 6 people running in between bldgs at these times and they also jumping over the fence into the Andalusian gate apts grounds at less twice a week. we also just had a on campus robbery at 11pm couple nights ago. please be aware of concerns we all have.
I’ve moved to Advenir in October of 2017; my stay here has been enjoyable & pleasant. The complex is centralized and located for great access to shopping, food, & entertainment. The move in process was simple & well informed. The Staff went above and beyond expectations providing me with multiple options & addressing each concern with knowledgeable answers. In the past four months of living here I have noticed how well the grounds are taken care of, landscapers regularly make visits keeping the place looking clean & fresh. The apartments themselves are well maintained as maintenance is quick to respond to any needs. The community has a safe relaxed feel and in my experience, has been a quiet & peaceful atmosphere. As someone that has spent over fifteen years in customer relations I have to give praise to Marisol & Amber who have both shown exceptional & outstanding professionalism, they’ve addressed all needs quickly and with efficiency. I would give all considering moving-in, the recommendation to call Advenir at Frankford Springs home.
I lived there for 2 years and the whole time I stayed there the parking situation was terrible. I spoke to management about it, and their solution was to start towing and set up visitor parking. This was no solution at all, any day that I got home after about 6pm I was almost guaranteed to have to walk a quarter mile from the far gate to my apartment building. They basically force you to buy covered parking or you will most definitely be walking a good distance daily to get to your unit. There were multiple occasions where I had to park in a random covered park and hope that I didn’t get towed because there were literally no parking spots available. Management was not helpful and maintenance request were often handled without urgency. Overall the actual unit was nice I will that, but that’s about the only positive thing I have to say about the complex. Aysia was good people though, always took care of me when I came down to the office I appreciate that from her.

I lived in 2 different units in this community. The first apartment was great with an attached garage, but the second one was roach infested. If you lease here do not live in building 13!!! After talking to neighbors it seemed to be that whole building and these are baby roaches that you cannot get rid of. Even after several treatments it got better, but they were still there. Also, parking is terrible if you do not have a garage or covered parking. The office staff seems to change every few months. But, on a positive note the maintenance team was always great!
They are supposed to follow a schedule for the valet trash pick up......well guess what, its hardly followed. The inconsistency is incredible. It is more common for them to not pick up the trash than for them to do it. Another huge problem is that the front office never answers the phone. Ive had such a bad experience with this apt complex. But out of all this bad I have to mention that the Buddy maintenance guy is awesome. One of the best at what he does. Hes the only good employee they have here. Maybe he should be the manager?
The ladies in the office were just great! Alexis and Noemi were amazing! I am a picky person and they were very patient with me. I would highly recommend!
The staff are extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs especially Lucy. I recommend this complex for anyone looking for a safe and affordable apartment.
The PriceI thought the price was a little high. With all utilities, it would be about $1900 for a 3bd/2ba with garage.The QualityThe apartments itself was nice and spacious. Updated fixtures and cabinets. Wood floor in common area and carpet in the bedrooms.Front officeI had no issues with the front office. However, they were rarely ever called. Payments were made on web portal.MaintenanceOn point. Comes within a day to fix any maintenance requests.Why three stars?We originally stayed in the center of the apartment complex. Lots of cars parked on the side and lots of traffic altogether. Loud music is constant. Neighbor upstairs were constantly running at all hours. Parking is scarce after 6PM. Cars parked in my driveway blocking in my garage.After about 6 months, we transferred to a unit on the east side of the apartment complex. If we initially started at this one, I would give it 5 stars. More parking because more parking spaces on the east side. Less loud music because of less traffic in the area. No cars blocked driveway.So if youre considering moving here, I advise you to get a unit on the east side (towards Vail ST).
Update: Paid for parking, people would STILL park in my spot. I got blocked into my garage (while trying to get to work) and prevented from parking constantly. It was the worst. Cool apartments and loved living so close to grocery, restaurants and the dog park. Lots of headaches with my apartment though, unfortunately. They never could get rid of the bugs. I still gave 3 stars because they were forward and active to helping me out. The office was great, the apartment is old with new paint.

Terrible parking policy! My fathers car got towed when visiting during holidays. Looks like you have to register your car EVERY single day to be able to park!they have to go online and register their car and if they dont have Internet i guess they cant park or get TOWED! This is a fraud of a policy! I pay more than enough and should be able to have visitors without them being harassed! When i talked to the management they were no help and said basically thats how it is just deal with it! Looks like the management here has turned very grimy and rather back up the towing companies and make some $$ of the backs of its residents rather then protecting them! Just terrible seeing what has happened to this complex and its management I have no problem moving once my lease is up!
The office staff and maintenance staff are awesome. Everyone is so friendly even the neighbors. And animal friendly as well. Would recommend to anyone!
So I tried applying for their beautiful 3 bedroom apartment and even though I didnt get it, the rep Ashley did everything she could and was very patient with me to try to getc us approved. She was friendly, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Just for all her effort I would still recommend this place to anybody.
I can surely say that I appreciate everyone for coming on and writing a response about their experience. I was interested in moving here and these reviews have certainly let me know that I need to continue my search at another community...
Roaches, water damage, and poor communication. High fees and you pay $30 for a trash service that most people dont even use.The only saving grace is the location for food and grocery shopping, but if thats what youre coming here for, live in any of the other half dozen apartment complexes in the immediate area. You pay an arm and a leg to live here and not ONCE have I felt like its worth it.Dont move here.
I move in 2 years ago and its nice its close to everything im from cali so been close to downtown addison plano its great
I have never hated a complex more than this place. Lived here a year and a half in two different apartments, they are completely over priced, place is always loud with people speeding through here at night, no parking.... after 7 you will be parking all the way on the other side. The transfer to the 2nd apartment was a story in itself. We never cause problems, never go in the office, always pay our rent on time and something goes wrong and for some reason they dont get one in almost 2 years that I assured them I tried to pay and could pay at that moment because I thought it went through.... they wont help you because if she does it for one, she has to do it for all basically what I gathered is they dont care about establishing anything with their residents. Its all about the money even If youre an established resident with no issues and pay everything on time.... dont bother explaining something could have happened with the system... they dont care. They will get their 75 dollar fee. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance staff.... good group of guys. But do yourself a favor and stay away from this place
Came to look at an apartment and the staff was great and it was a great showing. Lots to think about.
Bud was great at addressing all my maintenance needs. He was prompt, efficient, thorough and professional. He followed all directions addressed in the work order I placed online in regard to communications. He respectfully called ahead of time to verify the information and to confirm his arrival time. Bud was not only helpful but super friendly as well. His co-worker seemed to be training under him and I noticed how he lead the training with safety first, explaining step by step the procedure he was going to be doing in efforts to keep not only his coworker safe but I the tenant as well. Although the lighting issue will need to be replaced at another time, he talked me through the next steps of the process and gave me a reasonable timeline for completion. I am very impressed and thankful for their efforts here today.
This is the worst apartment complex, ever. People working at the office are nice but they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Guy named Mike screwed us over so the day we were set to transfer to another apartment in the same complex, the apartment wasnt ready and they told us he never got anything in our file ready so we couldnt move in until 3 days later which would be during the week when we were working. Then when the poor girl was able to somehow resolve the issue the quote for the new apartment was $100 more than Mike said it would be. So now we can either transfer to an apartment we cant afford or try to find somewhere else to live in a matter of days. Also, this place has a drainage problem. My kitchen has been flooded twice in one year and the ONLY time we havent had a drain nat problem has been during winter. There are no parking spaces for visitors so you cant ever invite family over. Trash bins you pretty much have to drive too. The front gates are broken often. Seriously, do not move here.

Front office team does not care about their residents! Ive been here less than a year and both of my cars have been broken into twice.Each time it has been reported to the front office they are very nonchalant about it and just seem to brush it off like its no big deal. I was told each time to just file a police report. Advised them that maybe they should send out some type of letter informing about cars getting broken into since its happen to 8 other people here. They send out letters for the most pointless things instead of sending out letters notifying other residence of whats going on in this apartment complex. They have no type of curiosity officer patrolling and the only thing they are concerned about is how their complex looks and people picking up after their dogs. Valet trash never picks up trash but were still charged a fee each month. Maintenance requests take forever to get done and parking sucks. Very unhappy how my time has been in this complex!!! Hope they change how they run things around here because I would hate to move.
Dont move here. There is so much wrong with this place and once you factor in how much it cost it is ridiculous. First of all there is no parking, good luck trying to find a space in the afternoon. There are also not enough trash bins so every week the large trash bins fill up and everyone has to put their trash on the ground and then it is ripped open by animals and goes everywhere. There is also a lot of drug use here. You cant walk around the complex with out smelling weed. I have even found multiple dime bags around the complex. Speaking of finding things, there was a used condom in one of the hallways for two weeks. No one picks up the poop from their dogs. I had some things come up missing out of my garage and a few months later I found out that my garage had 8 remotes hooked up to it so it would have been very easy for one of those people to get in my garage. The staff has changed a lot but they have always been very nice, however it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. The pool is very rarely clean, ever time I have been there are chunks of hair. This is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in and it is the most expensive by several hundred dollars.
No parking spot after 6pm is bad, but the lightest issue here. Neighbors put trash bags everywhere. No security. The gate is out of order all the time. Lots of restaurant flyers ads are put in the front door everyday. This means anyone can come inside the community. Horrible smoke smells as lot of smokers are around. They throw cigarette butts everywhere. Dont expect the maintenance requests completed soon. The manager lady has a that-is-not-my-issue-and-there-is-nothing-I-can-do attitude. The buildings are NOT definitely maintained well. Mixture of dust and insulation materials keep coming out of vents.If you want to live, find other apartments. There should be a lot better ones for your mental and physical health. I cannot wait to the end of my lease.Horrible experiences. Keep in mind that listed above are not the entire complaints that I have.
Worst place Ive ever lived. One of the office staff lived next to me and her dog howled all night while she was out partying all weekend, and several times Id see her taking her dog out and not picking up after him. Drug deals went down every night, sometimes right in my driveway. Strangers knocked on my door at 3 am, and several times I called security, who NEVER came or called me back. The staff is horrible and had no idea what they were doing. Work orders took up to a 10 days for someone to answer, including a backed up kitchen sink. Most of these things I fixed myself. The grounds are filthy, and they let anyone and everyone in. The gates are constantly broken. The pool is overcrowded and dirty. Homeless people are let into the clubhouse to sleep at night. Went to use the sauna one night and a woman was sleeping in there. The only thing that ever works in the gym is the soda machine. The grounds are riddled with fleas and fire ants. Had to bomb my apartment for fleas 3 times last summer. My best day there was the day I moved out. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Completely overpriced, and the neighborhood in general is becoming more scary by the day. You can find so much better quality, updated, well maintained, friendly staffed, clean, quiet, and secure for LESS money than you would pay these fraudulent people.
