The positives - employees were nice, friendly & fast.The negatives - our 2018 has 18,340 miles. The window sticker has the next change at 189,230. We looked at the paperwork and the miles are listed as 184,230 and gave us a card saying to check oil level every 500 on high mileage vehicle. No biggie because it goes by percentage not mileage. When we left and got on the road a piece of plastic came off the dash. We started looking and it was the cabin filter cover from behind the glove box. Looks like Ill be taking glove box out to install when we get home!!!

Terrible experience.I was able to get in right away since no one was there. They did the routine headlight check, etc, etc, then the dude literally removed my coolant Reservoir cap RIGHT AFTER I was driving it.Coolant sprayed everywhere, he Burnt himself a little... They cleaned it up so thats great,But then they said I wouldnt benefit from a radiator flush and to take it to midas or firestone where I can have a full coolant flush.Called firestone and they said the full coolant flush is the same exact thing as the normal coolant flush...So frustrating, seems like they dont know what theyre doing. I just got my oil changed at a different location jiffy lube on W 5th, but Ill never be going to jiffy lube again after that

Oil change was great but I asked to have antifreeze checked for winter . They assured me it was full. I got home and checked and it was completely empty. I had to go buy antifreeze immediately!!!! I didnt appreciate the lie!

There is no heat in the garage for the hard working technicians.The workers are so kind. I suggest no one use Jiffy Lube until heat is provided.Ps. There are heaters but the management will not turn them on.

As a current employee of store 247 @3550 N High St Columbus, OH 43214 it is unfortunate that my honest view, as an insider, is a negative one. The labor practices are in violation of Ohios Wage and Hour laws and the automotive services are hit or miss. Im not a disgruntled former employee, Im a current employee who loves working in the industry and loves most of the people I work with. Its just unfortunate that we work for a bad apple with lack of respect and appreciation for those who have watched his revenue increase due directly to our hard efforts. I should have stayed at Valvoline.

This is literally the best service Ive ever had at one of these places. Their staff greeted me at my car, took me inside, explained every thing they were doing to my car as well as listing every option clearly and were never forceful about making me add some extra package or product. Very friendly, and nice. Had my car done in about 10 minutes and were very thorough. Walked me to my car, opened every door I went through in their building as well as my own car. Highly recommend!!

Jiffy Lube website says free WiFi and pouring Pennzoil. NO WIFI NO PENNZOIL. False advertisement. When I ask the GM about it he provided his own opinion that the oil they use is even better and WiFi is only for customers buying synthetic??? Will never return

I dont like that they have you get out of your car because it doesnt really make sense. The coffee wasnt the greatest but it was complementary. The service was quick and they vacuumed the car out. The mileage on their oil isnt very high and they didnt offer full synthetic.

Great service, reasonable price and detailed explanation for every option available. Most importantly, super efficient maintenance! Only took them about 5mins to change oil, rotate tires, add coolant, and change air filter, for my Toyota. This is going to be my routine maintenance place from now on.

Really nice, nice guys who work here, and they seemed to do a good job, although I dont know enough to say whether they filled up my oil with beer instead or what- the car is working, so Im gonna have to say its ok. Super fast service. The only shocker was the price. When did an oil change go up to $60? What did I miss? At least for the price they checked all the fluids, etc, filled the tires, and offer free fluid top-offs for 3k miles.

I was worried after reading the reviews but went anyway. They were great! Very polite and nice, greeted me at my car. Answered all my questions and didnt try to push anything on me, while still recommending services. Great place, will return.

Went there to get my transmission flushed. They told me that the last place I went to get work done didnt put the right gaskets on & recommended I take my car back before letting anyone else touch it. They were very nice and topped off all my fluids for free. Best service ever!

Friendly, reasonably priced service. Theyve earned my loyalty. They will try to upsell you things, but its low pressure and they always respect a simple no. They do a good job vacuuming the cabin and cleaning windows which is a plus.

In the early spring, I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I got a flat, I tried removing the tire, only to find that they cross-threaded a lug nut and after having a mechanic come visit me at my car location to remove the lug nut, the lug nut itself snapped because it was on so tight. I only had my tires rotated by these folks and they have been the only ones who would have put the tire on. I am now $160 deep into getting it fixed. I would not recommend these folks... not because they are rude (they were pretty nice), but because I do not think they know what they are doing as much as they put up that front. It seems like this is a basic mistake, one that I would make, which is why I took it to a professional. Stay away from this location.

I really like this location, they get the job done and let you know what you need without giving you the hard sell. Take advantage of their free top off policy in between oil changes.

Ive been going to this location regularly for the last eight years or so. Yes, they up-sell, thats part of the business. I just say no and they dont hassle me. Most my experiences have been positive. They sweep the car well, replace wipers well, and generally do a good job as far as I can tell. I am not a car person. Once they incorrectly added 30,000 miles to my car in their records. Once they didnt fill the oil up all the way- this was caught by another service provider.

Very impressed with the service I received today. Mechanics were polite and helpful. Will most definitely be back again.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. I leased a brand new subaru forester in August and since then have brought it in for its ONLY two oil changes. No one else has been under the hood of this car. I had to bring my forester in yesterday to the dealership because the transmission had been acting up. Turns out a couple quarts of the transmission fluid had been drained (the cap/ bolt was stripped) and that was causing the transmission its problems. The men at this jiffy lube had mistaken the transmission for the oil and accidentally drained some of the fluid before noticing, putting the cap back on, NOT SAYING ANYTHING ABOUT IT, and continuing with the oil change.Company paid for the maintenance needed on my transmission.
