The worst staff of any auctions in twin falls area. They preset bids on items that the staff want . Most of items are really good garbage and isnt worth the time to bother with it.

Will not get my business again! The owners daughter Bobby is very rude to customers. She has been rude to me more than one occasion. Why would anyone give there hard earned money to someone that mistreats them???

Very horrible experience here. I went twice before when the father merv owned the business and had no problem buying items. Well Bobbi his daughter took over and now its a headache and pain to buy items and cars now. She made it where if there is same item that is multiple you can only get 1 of thise items versus before you could choose how many of that item you wanted. Also I think she is loosing her memory due to there was a bid put on a car and the owner wouldnt except it so I asked her how long we had and she said by close Monday to give them what owner was asking. So Monday we went back in to make sure car was ok before we paid the money and the lady in front office was nice and gave us the key and before we could get outside to car Bobbi stopped us and said someone else was getting the car! Umm hello you said that we had till Monday close to pay the money! She said no I didnt! ( she wanted the car for herself as she had explained before) I will never do business with this run down place again! Since Bobbi has been there they has fired almost everyone including the concession stand inside and all the regulars dont even go anymore that is how bad it is. Please save yourself from the headache and hassle

Be careful to keep a list of what you take to them. Their bookkeeping is not good. I took a large number of items to them from an estate. Some things were never accounted for. Some things were accounted for after I asked about them. And in the end I was paid for an item that wasnt from my Lot #. When I pointed it out, Marv said it didnt matter.

Auctioneer took too long. Confusing method missed my item. A lot of garbage junk. Cook unclean seen numerous times not washing her hands.

Extremely unethical and rude. We caught them in several lies. They take advantage ood the elderly. They said I signed a contract with them, and when I asked for a copy, their employee had signed it and not me. They kept my items.
