Pretty busy shop. The young guy that sits in the front station is good with the nails and he’s pretty cool.But Better price transparency would be nice. Charged me double the price for a design than I got at a nail shop down the street.

The staff are friendly & services are reasonably priced. D.K. is one of the best nail techs. He is patient, professional & very talented with nail art. I’ve been his client for nearly 2 yrs. Unique & their services are one of a kind.

These people told me my design was $80 and they told me the length was $80 so all together $160 every nail salon I ever been to charges between 5-10 for length charging 80 for length is really RIDICULOUS! The person doing my toes barely understood me it took another person to help her understand and the pedicure was poor itself ! I highly DONT Recommend. Charging a lot for a poor looking store.

It’s one thing to hire a new staff, it’s another not to fully train them on the price of services offered. You need to sort it out instead of embarrassing your customers when they get to the counter to make payment for something they wouldn’t have gotten in the first place. It’s very unprofessional going back and forth with the customer due to your staffs error. Definitely my last time here. I can’t stand rude staff members who use their language to insult your intelligence.

This was the worst experience ever as a new customer and referral. I called the shop to schedule an appointment for 2pm and was told Tony wouldnt be available until 3:30. I booked the appointment time only to get there and be told Id have to wait an hour. I had never met Tony but found out after back and forth conversation and asking was he Tony, he said he was. I told him why I booked for 3:30p and he said it would be an hour.As I sat in this cold shop watching him finally finish the customer he was working when I arrived, he then proceeded to go to the pedicure chair and begin working on another customer. I asked the lady at the front how much longer it would be and she then said, um, 5:00. Prior to her saying this, another lady had left earlier and she told her Tony could work on her at 5:00. I declined and told her how unprofessional this was and I would never be back.People book appointments for a reason. I wonder how they would feel if they sat and waited on customers to arrive hours late or not at all. Theyd lose money and be upset that they couldve been doing something else. I would never recommend a shop like this to anyone. Until they get their scheduling and ambiance together, I cant see them in business for the long haul.I drove from Richmond and definitely dont have time to waste. As a result, I left with no nails done. I thank God I was able to book at another salon Ive been to and when I arrived at my scheduled time, I didnt have to wait. This business should be more conscientious of their booking procedures and how long it takes them to complete customers so they are not waiting hours when they come. Time is money. They want to be fully paid when the service is provided but not provide timely service.

Vicky took really good care of me. She removed my ingrown toe nails, gave me the best massage on my feet that I’ve ever had and everytime I go she takes her time to make sure I get the best experience. Every time I walk out of here I feel relaxed and my feet feel pain free. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit as my daughter found Unique Nails online and loved the photos of the nail work shown. My daughter requested a specific design and Kevin was more than happy to help his client. Kevin was very detailed in his work and this is most appreciated by my daughter who loved her nails. I also want to say that all the employees were very friendly and polite and thank you Unique Nails for great service!

This is the first place I have gone to that I actually walked every happy with my full set! They are beautiful and even better than what I asked for at a very reasonable price! This is the only place I will be going to from now on!!

My grandma and I had a very nice experience at Unique Nails. I called ahead for an appointment and they saw me early. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. We were serviced by Vicky and Thanh for our manicure and pedicure, they did a fantastic job and we’re very flexible with our requests. When checking out they had a discount for students (myself). I wish they honored their birthday discount though which is in 2 days for me, but at least they gave me some discount.

I will definitely be coming back. The level of professionalism and cleanliness was perfect. Andy was gentle with my nails and made sure I was happy.

This was my first visit. I was impressed with the quality of service and attention given to me during my manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing, instrumental music with nature scenes on tv. No news, sitcoms or soaps....which was nice and added to the overall atmosphere. No one tried to sell me on a service and fulfilled the services I chose thoroughly, without rushing through the process. Hannah did a great job, I will be sure to ask for her again!It was a nice, relaxing experience...I will be a return client!

Was not happy with the nail tech. Im thinking he was new and I dont like being his test subject. When I made the appointment I had requested who I wanted to do my nails, I should have followed my mind and left when she was not available.

The staff is very kind! Me and my sister did have to wait a little since they are busy due to the holiday season. However, they do acrylics really well for a decent price. They also take lots of precautions from COVID. Overall cannot emphasize how awesome the service is!

Only rating 2 stars because the pedicures were great! This is my 2nd visit, the 1st time was great. This time not so much. I came in for a fill and pedi, my daughter a full set and a pedicure. Not only did the guy in the front rush through my fill he did nothing that I asked for. I asked for a fill using the same color acrylic as used the 1st visit, and a yellow polish stripe(french mani design) instead he used yellow acrylic on my entire nail then charged me for using a different color saying its more to change the color. He was very rough and rushed through the entire process. I think his name was Tony. I hate my nails and for the sake of not making a scene I paid and left. I was set up to pay more the next time because who goes to get their nails done and doesnt change colors.

Went yesterday for the first time and loved it here they didn’t rush my pedi and everyone was very nice and professional will be back....

Pros - friendly atmosphere, relaxing.Cons - Booked an appointment at 5:30p on a weekday and had to wait 40+ minutes, so I left and returned on a different day.Im not sure if the techs working on my nails were new, 3 nail beds were bleeding on my hands and one on my foot. 3 days later it still hurts. Also, the paint chipped off in a day or so - even though it is a regular polish, I expected it to last at least a week.

I was there close to closing time and was very impressed with the way they sanitized everything from top to bottom. And of course the mani and pedi service was fantastic. So glad I found them.

My all time favorite place to go. They’re so sweet and make sure your shape looks great.

I love Tony. I really do. He is as mentioned below “one of them IG nail techs” but he does know how to have his clients nails on FLEEK so I get why there is always a wait for him. I just WISH he would handle his appointments and books accordingly. I’ve gone to Unique Nails three times now and had three different experiences. All ended with AMAZING nails but is it worth it ... you be the judge.The first time I went I called Tony specifically and asked for his latest appointment that he had bc I knew my birthday was coming up and I wanted some extra nails. I knew it was gonna take a while so I want to be the last one in plus I work so any appointment before a certain time just was not feasible. When I got there I arrived five minutes before the appointment prior to me who did not come (on time or was pushed back due to him working on another client) and that person was extremely upset the entire 2.5 hours that it took him to do my nails.She did wait until I was done and so I will say Tony will stay longer even after the shop is close to service clients but that was strike one for me.The second time I went similar situation except I turned into the girl that sat and waited for me during my first visit. I called him three days prior to set again the latest appointment to ensure that I can get my nails done for a trip and when I got there he still had a client that he was working on two seconds later another client walked in and he proceeded to help that client first saying that she also had an appointment for the same time that I did I had to wait two hours for him to service me the nails came out good but that was strike two.Again I called today to set an appointment for the latest time possible if you don’t catch the theme and he set my appointment for 6 PM he called me about two hours later saying that they might close early because of the incoming storm although the storm is not set to hit the Houston area and asked me to move my appointment up four hours. I mentioned that I am a working person I cannot just stop work to come in and get my nails done but because I have a vacation tomorrow I did just that and when I got there he again was unavailable they started my pedicure and he asked if the other nail tech that sits next to him (his name is Vincent) can do my nails. I was reluctant because I only know Tony and I only know his work but sitting next to Vincent’s During previous appointments I did see his work and trusted his ability so I did let him do my nails as well. Vincent did an amazing job and he is also an IG nail tech and his work reflects that so no regrets but that was strike three.I posted some pictures of their work In the picture section. Again it’s always impeccable but their service....I MAY return and JUST go to Vincent from now on just because he seems to have more availability and the same level of talent I just wish they would hire someone to keep their appointments. They are in my opinion strong enough to be appointment only and still survive but it’s not my business. I would recommend them just be cautious and open to spending some time there.

This was a last minute discussion and I really needed my nails and toes done. I took a chance and I love them. You must try this nail salon!

I used to see Le at this shop. I never had a “regular” nail person till I found her and after quarantine I had to find her again. Lovett Nails on Williams Trace! Yay!! She knows just what I like and is the best person and nail tech I’ve had! She’s like family now.

I have been going to this nail shop for sometime now and I watched how they have changed pushed all the old techs and customers out who provided friendly customer service and simple traditional nail services like what the previous staff and owner use to do. I’ve watched them book appointments online from instagram the customers come in expecting to be serviced by the main guy but he’d have 2 or more clients one he’s working on and others being serviced by other techs until he’s available! He lies about being available and bc he’s an instagram troll he have many customers come from all over and are upset when they get there bc he lied about appointment times just to get customer to come in so beware he’s not available when he says he doesn’t speak English well and will ignore the customer when they come in asking for him. Also they raised the prices so if you are looking for the traditional nail service and or previous or older clients they changed owners and the service is simply not the same!!!

I went to get a French pedicure with shellac last Saturday afternoon. I didnt get his name, but a guy did my toes and it was FANTASTIC. He did the best work Ive ever had. Usually I go to Tip to Toe in the mall; I will never go back to the mall. This is my new home for pedicures. Another reviewer said at Unique Nails they are perfectionists; Ive found this to be totally accurate. Really beautiful work and I only paid $40.

This will be the first and last time I will do my nails with Tony. Last nails I did horrible. Im done trying to do nails there

Customer Service is horrible I paid for 5 services over $20 in the last couple of months she only wanted me to get credit for 4 to save $10 after having so many per my cust card they gave me. That did not include the manicures and eyebrow servs I paid for. Never again this is supposed to be relaxing not frustrating.

My wife went here and was told one price for nail service then charged nearly 40% more for her and our daughter. Kids nails were offered at $20 and charged almost $30 then an additional $3 was added to her previously quoted rate.

They did a great job! Helen and Lee did a wonderful job and spent a lot of time on my mani and pedi. Would definitely go there again! ❤❤

I have been going to another nail salon in sugar land for years. I had my nails done with shalic as usual and 5 our if 10 nails broke. I went back and they said they would not do anything.I decided to go to unique nails that was requested by a friend and they said the shalic they did was not done correctly. They fixed my nails and they look beautiful. This is my new salon. They could not have been nicer. Very clean and friendly salon.

Poor service, not organized, I reached there by 10 am, makes me wait 15 min when there is only 1 client on pedicure seat and there are 8 nail professionals free .2 more client walked in and whispered as didnt have appointment and said to wait 5 min and took them .Later put in a seat for pedicure where the relaxing machine not working . Shame ! Why a person goes to pedicure to have nice nails and RELAX .Entire process was a mess . Later Kim and Karen speeded the process of full set and pedicure together as I refused to come back for full set .I did spend $60 .00 this time but I wouldnt advise anyone .
