Lakesha Kendrick was awesome! She was helpful, quick, and clearly knows what shes doing! She is also kinda funny which made for a relaxing environment. Very pleased with her service and probably wont use anyone else after this experience! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Tax preparer clearly stated/explained everything she did step by step in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. Liked the additional monitor for the client, so I could follow the info as it was entered. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Very competent. Had good feeling when I left.

Great job. This is the second time I have used H&R. Very professional and thorough. I am so glad that there is a tax service that knows the tax laws so I dont have to.
