Gym is a great size, well organized. Staff are all super welcoming and display their individual personalities. Gym is well maintained. Equipment is in great condition. And its not super over priced. Getting a good swim next time.

LA was a decent gym but Esporta has made this location a great gym. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to individuals of all fitness levels. The sales and personal training team are not aggressive in there tactics, which is a blessing in the gym industry. Also, their maintenance of equipment is to a higher standard than that of the prior owners.

I love this gym! My favorite part is the pool, but the sauna is also nice and the trainers are great! My trainer even comes in on his own time and does a full body boot camp every week!

Its a super nice 3 story gym with every workout out equipment know to man. They have a indoor track a pool and a sauna in the locker room with showers as well. All in all happy to be a daily visitor here. Best gym around for a full body full week work out plan.

Really like this gym but unfortunately i feel unsafe here now :( My boyfriends locker was broken into. he had a lock on it and it was broken. the gymcannot do anything because they can’t have cameras in the locker room. just really scary..don’t bring anything valuable here. apparently this has been happening recently at this gym.

I grew up in Westlake, but now live in Albuquerque, NM. I recently returned to Westlake to visit friends and family for a few weeks, and called Anthony at Esporta Fitness (sales manager) to see if I could get a short-term membership. He was fantastic and gave me an exceptional deal! I went often and enjoyed every aspect of the experience: staff and customers were friendly; equipment was plentiful, clean, and modern; I thoroughly enjoyed the high-rise aspect of the gym and the huge windows on every side of the building added even more energy to the place. Its easy to spend a lot of time there with the variety of equipment, services, and workout rooms they have. And I enjoyed the little things, such as benches in the locker room wide enough to accommodate gym bags (instead of those skinny benches). This is a superior gym! I hope they open a few in Albuquerque! Thanks again, Anthony, and thanks to all the staff there that made this a terrific, I cant wait to come back! experience!

First time since I joined. Karen was great for Bodyworks class. Cant wait to try yoga, cycling and sauna. Look forward to trying all the classes. Huge and tons of equipment.

On the plus side, Im glad the weather is getting better because the gym is less crowded.On the minus side 1) its not as clean as it could/should be, especially the showers2) never take anything you value into this building. Ive had two locks broken off lockers here and 3) the sauna is still closed#!@#$

This L.A. Fitness is the nicest location out of all of the Northeast Ohio locations. Its renovated with new machines. Theres an indoor track. I love Jennifers cycling class on Fridays and Marlons cycling class on Wednesdays.

This gym has everything you need, from personal trainers to all types of equipment, plus theyre new. Place looks great and even when its busy, its big enough to accommodate.

Most of the machines are in constant disrepair no cleaning bottles, meanwhile 4 gym employees just stand around and talking at the front desk.

I bought a guest pass here for the day..needless to say I almost immediately turned back around and left. There was no social distancing and the mask policy was only wear a mask when youre not working out. How does this make sense from a safety and public health perspective? Also, no one was actually following that rule anyways. Its a nice gym that doesnt take your health and the health of its staff seriously. Waste of my money.

Jerry the GM is such an exceptional person. Jerry simply does not care what the situation is, who the person is, or even what time he’s on. If Jerry sees something wrong in any way. He will go THE extra mile and beyond to fix what he sees wrong. After Jerry being off coming and coming home, he had saw I ran over and big bolder with my car... 3 big rocks actually. Jerry did everything he could do and assured me was not leaving until he saw the rock gone under my car with the goal being to get my car out. Did more than just getting my car out he gave me life advice in the parking lot while pouring down rain after being so happy for me. Seemed more Than happy of just simply doing something nice for someone; even expressed that many times. Jerry is an amazing great quality guy!

I dont understand why people say this place is clean. While members are good about sanitizing the equipment, the gym itself is dirty. I dont see the employees there cleaning EVER except if they are replacing paper towels on the floor. There is always toilet paper on the ground in the bathroom. The machines, especially the cardio machines accumulate so much dust that its been there since I started going there in October. The ground is so dirty between the machines. Ive seen the same dirt on the floor where the benches for months. No deep cleaning is ever done from what Ive seen.Overall, I enjoy going to this gym but they can use MAJOR IMPROVEMENT on cleaning especially during this pandemic.

Received a 5 day guest pass at this gym while I was in town visiting family. This gym was not only in a great location but it also had all of the equipment/machines that you would need. I appreciated having a lot of space to exercise (especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic).Jerry also followed up after my guest pass expired to see how I liked the gym!

Three level building. Only LA Fitness Ive been to that doesnt have basketball. Facility is one of the nicest in Cleveland Oh though. They removed the nutrition/smoothie desk. Has child center. Overall, decent gym.

I have been loving working out here the past few days! They gym is so spacious, with plenty of equipments. The management was also super helpful getting me started, Jerry was able to answer all my questions and get me started right away.

This gym has 2 regular barbell bench presses and 2 regular (non Smith machine) squat racks, this gym also has countless unused elliptical machines. Its that kind of gym.

Very pleased and thankful with this young man Oscar Perez, I never usually write reviews on any place but I walked in this morning looking for information about some personal training because I haven’t been feeling great about myself lately. It seems like I cannot get myself up and motivated without someone being there for me. Oscar was very nice and welcoming, he showed me around the gym and walked me through what kind of training sessions they have and really pushed me to give it a try. I ended up signing for a 6 month program he offered me. Would recommend you to talk to Oscar if you happen to have questions and need information this is they guy to talk to and knows his information very well.

Please clean the floors around and under all the equipment. It’s pretty bad in places.

The bathrooms were filthy as always and the touch less hand sanitizer dispensers were empty as well only thing I really like about this gym is their treadmills on the 3rd floor, the weight machines are outdated and the capacity was ridiculous almost all of the weight machines were occupied way too many ppl especially when there’s a deadly virus going around won’t be returning

I have gone to this gym for years. I enjoy the environment and all of the equipment, but the COVID compliance is nonexistent at this point. I walked into the gym yesterday to someone at the front desk speaking with a customer who was not wearing a mask, i walked up the stairs and passed two people on my way up the stairs without masks, and I even saw people coming up the stairs to workout with no masks on their person. It’s ridiculous and it’s only going to get worse.I work in healthcare and we literally are turning away admissions because we have no room due to COVID patients. The workers here don’t care. No one is going around cleaning equipment or enforcing masks (even though it’s posted on their front door and throughout the gym that they are supposed to be doing this). As much as I enjoy working out here, I’m considering cancelling mine and my wife’s membership if something doesn’t change. Hopefully someone from this establishment sees this and takes action. That or someone cites them for noncompliance.

Tried LA out for the first time today and had a great first experience. All the employees were really helpful. They had so many machines available and many different rooms if you like some privacy to workout or stretch. Even when it got a little busy, it didnt feel crowded due to the size of the floors and amount of stuff available. Will definitely return!

The recent renovation really killed this place. Seated cables are GONE. one fixed lat pulldown. Hope you like two-hand wide grip only. Many other new issues. Am moving to area, pretty disappointed with change, probably wont stay at LA.I should mention that Ive been using this gym for three years when Im in town, and have belonged to LAF for about 5 years.

I just moved into Westlake from Minnesota and decided it was time to get back in the gym. I signed up on a membership and later signed up with some personal training with Oscar the fitness director. He broke down my body fat and muscle composition and educated me on why it’s important to build muscle. I’ve been working with my trainer for 3 weeks now and I’m very happy I made the commitment. I 10/10 recommend LA Fitness and their training staff.

2020 Covid Compliant?, Barely no none. Most of my friends cancelled their memberships and i would to if it wasnt the only gym on my way to work. 90% of the members do not wear masks, even as the second lockdown looms. Staff do not enforce the policy whatsoever, if you wear a mask while walking in the door you can simply take it off after your inside and no-one will say anything. Personal trainers with members not wearing a mask, often PACKED weekends with no social distancing or masks.Just to clarify the staff are wearing masks at all times.aside from thatDecent gym from equipment perspective, alright-ish hours, not 24/7, showers do smell bad at times and cleaning could be more frequent.

Stopped in and saw Jerry at the club. It was the best experience I’ve had EVER walking in and needing help at a gym. I would definitely recommend going in to see him!

Day 1 of a 5 day pass. First, Paige was extremely professional and courteous over the phone before and after I explain I was on Military leave with no intention to join. They still honored my pass requested and provide top notch customer services. I meet with a gentleman who went over the gym rule, and provided a detailed orientation on the equipment and facility. The equipment was clean, functional and easily accessible. The staff was helpful, and the customer base was well educated in gym etiquette. Overall a great first impression. MTF.....

Large, open, and very clean gym. Not usually too busy, no wait for equipment. Staff is friendly. Only didnt give 5 stats because they have been promising to reopen whirlpool and it is still closed and expected to open within the next 2 weeks for 4 weeks now.

This location in Westlake is one of the nicest gyms I’ve ever been to. Matt was so quick to give me a two week pass so that I was able to workout with my family while I was visiting. Every time I come home from college I go to the La fitness at Crocker Park. Treated with the best care from their professionals, this gym is my home away from home. The facility has everything you need with the most updated equipment. Truly a great experience!
