I understand that employees are hard to find but the ones you did really didnt want to work more than they had to. Tried to turn me away before I even pulled in saying they didnt have oil for my car. Having had my oil changed at take 5 atleast 10 times in the last 3 years I knew that was false. Then when I got in the two guys that were working were filthy and in a bad mood. I waited 25 minutes to even get the one truck in front of me finished up. Then they couldnt top off my fluids because they didnt have any that worked with my car. This place needs some better management.

It was okay. They did not put my skid plate back on correctly but I went back and they put it on the correct way without any questions asked but they do always top you off and they are very friendly. I was just lucky that my skid plate did not rip all the way off on the highway.

Very professional, helpful and friendly staff. While I was there, they offered me a water while I was waiting. I was there less than 20 minutes and sat in my car.

Worst oil change company ever! I was a worker for this company and to be honest I would not recommend anyone to go here. Hr I hope you see this because I’m very upset with the Columbus district manager Danny. I was at work on March 23rd and out of no where I got a really bad pain in my neck so I told the manager I was going to urgent care. I came back and gave the manager a note from the urgent care that told me to go home. Well later that day my dm texted me and said I have been terminated for vandalism? First of all I have never vandalized anything and I’m a good worker to the point where on my day off I went and helped the Morse road location run cars . It’s funny how I just put my two weeks in and out of no where I get terminated. Anyway Danny the dm is not a good candidate for that job title. I’ve had multiple people tell me he turns cars away even though they are spin on filters. He has his employees working during the winter with no heat in the shop for like 3 months straight. When it came time for an employee to have his vacation Danny wouldn’t let him have his vacation that he worked for. All I’m going to say is this company only cares about car count and money they don’t care about there employees that are working 65-80 hours a week. Take five oil change should be out of business!!!

Great place. They are polite and careful to show their work. They also dont use air wrench to remove the pan bolt, which prevents thread stripping...and lots more cost. I will surely go to this place again. Thanks!

It was fast and convenient with friendly services. A lot of oil change places won’t let you wait at the moment so being able to stay in my car was a huge plus. I love that I can get air for my tires anytime too.

I use to have my oil change done at this place every 2 months but this was the last time, for some odd reason I decided to let them change my engine air filter and they broke the 2 out the 4 or 5 air box bolts that hold it together, and to make matters worse they didn’t tell me about it until I pointed it out to them. Why are you using a freaking 18v impact for those bolts???!!! Not doing business there anymore

The service here is phenomenal. Yes, you can always change your own oil for less, but for the price and service here (especially if you live in an area where its hard to work in your car because of space), this would be the top pick. I would definitely recommend this one over any in town.

The people are pretty nice, it’s a bit pricey but the “manager” guy Rico I think his name was, was more about talking loudly the entire time than doing his job correctly. He cursed in front of me and my kids in the back, he did one job which was put air in the driver side tires, when I got home one of my caps for my drivers side tires was missing and the other one was very loose about to come off, both on the side of the car that he did. Another man did the other side who did most the work and those were nice and tight, Rico seems to be more about talking loudly and flash than he is about substance and doing his job correctly.

Changed the oil and on my receipt it said they filled the windshield wiper fluid, it was empty and nothing else on the list was checked tires, transmission fluid, coolant nothing just changed the oil as fast as possible and see ya!!

My oil light came on and I am working out of town everyday for the next few weeks. I am driving almost 120 miles a day to work and didnt have time to go to the dealership. I stopped in and got a full synthetic oil change. The manager greeted me and gave me a bottle of cold water while three guys immediately began working on my truck. It had to be the fastest oil change I have ever experienced. The manager was first rate and was ensuring his guys did everything perfect. After adding oil, they showed me the dip stick indicating my oil was right on the full mark. They topped off all the other fluids. I paid and was out of there. It was the best experience I have ever had getting an oil change. These guys are top notch professionals and I will be going back next time. The dealership takes over an hour and costs more. They were all very nice, didnt try to sell me anything, the price was competitive, and they finished my oil change in a timely manner. This place is great. It was $41 with tax for a basic oil change. That was slightly more than I wanted to pay. The people, however, were wonderful and provided excellent service, advice, and information. Even though it was expensive, it was quick, I could do it on demand, and they provided more value than just an oil change. You may be able to get a better deal at Goodyear down the street but only if you wait. These guys do it in 5 minutes whenever you want.

This location was understaffed, inexperienced, and not thorough. The one coupon scanner is broke, the new mileage sticker given to me was off by 2K for when I should come back, my computer was not reset so my car was still indicating I needed an Oil Change Service soon. (I did go back and they fixed those last two concerns). The two men on duty were personable, but my overall experience was not the best.

Its not everyday I actually can say I legitimately enjoyed getting my oil changed, but the day I came here was one of them. The staff were all incredibly friendly and such positive people. The service is awesome, you can sit right in your car and they take care of it in under 10 minutes. Price is very reasonable, especially given the quality of care they put into your car. They fill up your tires with air and everything. These people really go the extra yard to make sure you have a smooth and stress-free oil change, and their great attitudes are really reflected in the quality of their service. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who needs an oil change!

I change my oil every three weeks because I’m Uber driver and they give me 25% discount .The only place I do oil change is Take 5 oil change specifically at the one on high street and Morse Rd.Yesterday I was running late to pick someone to the airport so I decided to change my oil at Take 5 oil change on Morse rd close to Enterprise around 7:30 am.To my surprise there were two guys over there who refused to give me the usual 25% discount as Uber driver.They told me their district manager has instructed them not to give discount to drivers who do not have Uber sticker display on their windshield. I showed him my sticker which was in my glove compartment and my Uber driver App on my phone but this guy refused to let me do my oil change because the sticker is not displayed on the windshield.I had no other option than to go to the one on High street who changed the oil for me with 25% discount.I felt so bad.Those guys on Morse rd need to be trained better on customer service.

This has now become my preferred place for oil changes. Staff is friendly and quick, but the best part is no of this pushy overpriced sales non-sense that almost every other quick oil change place in this city is known for. I did have them change my air filter, but it was something like $17, try getting that at Valvolene for that price. I have commercial and personal vehicles that will be going here now.
