My experience with this salon is always hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll have a great day coming here, and other times I go home disappointed or kind of in pain. It really depends on who is working with you. I recommend Chris the most out of everyone I’ve been with here (I’ve been coming for 4+ years) and I don’t get my nails done super often. This time when I went I came home and my nail is bleeding from being overfiled. Most of the time this isn’t the case, but I’ve come home with my fingers sore or bleeding enough times now that I wanted to point this out.I wouldn’t say this is overall a bad salon, but at the same time like I said, it’s really hit or miss. If you find someone here you like going to, just stick with that person and don’t come in randomly like I tend to do as I get techs at random that are rougher or don’t care so much about the quality.

I went in to paint my hand and toe nails. No massage, no cleaning, not trimming, nothing fancy and was charged $40!!! I understand that the polish used on my hands was the fancier one, but the guy was done painting both my hands and feet in the time that it took my friend just to do her hands. The person that did my nails did a good job, was very gentle, and quick. My main complaint is the price, I honestly was expecting to spend half of that for such a simple job.

Well...I did my nails, toes., Gel manicure and pedicure, french, $10.00 extra I pay for the uv protection, Total I pay was $85.00 @ 1pm, by 7 pm the nail was peeling off. They use cheap nail polish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!.

Nail salon is nicely designed . I signed in and it was fairly quick to get serviced. In a prime location next to shops and restaurants. Which explains pricing. 25$ just for a gel nail color change. While Nearby salons are competitively priced at $20... $25 for a reg pedicure. hmm.. I tried braking the ice with small casual conversation with my pedicurist and tried to be nice. my first complement wasn’t necessarily reciprocated well. Water is complimentary. Receptionist was nice. It’s clean and they really take their time when doing your nails. Probably will try other salons still. It’s hard to really find a homey one. Also it was just way too warm in there and no air circulation. Too stuffy for my liking in that sense

Do NOT let them give you john. he does not know what he’s doing at all. i asked for medium coffin, my nails are really short and square. they’re crooked on my real nail and the acrylic is bumpy and uneven. he’s rude, and he wouldn’t speak up over his mask. literally can’t do a squiggly line design. he didn’t even brush them off when he got done filing. don’t recommend!! i will never come back here again.

CHRIS still charged me extra for a mistake he made on my nails!? Asked for coffin shape and got square? if you couldnt do it, just say that. Their price sheet is very INNACCURATE. Furniture etc.. very dingy and cheap. Youre better off going to a personal nail tech. Wasted my time and money. NEVER going back.

Lee Nails The Loop is the BEST in Kissimmee!! I’ve been coming to Cindy for all of my manicures. She is SO sweet and talented. I also recently saw Angela for a pedicure and she was great too.

But one day I was desperate because my nail place was closed for some holiday do I stepped in go Lee nails. I was lucky enough to be seated with Q. Hes the guy at the first tavlw on your left and hes the absolute best!!!! Hes my new nail bestie and I love him! The ambiance in the salon is so calming and his meticulous work makes the experience even more pleasant! This is my new nail salon... For sure.

This place was terrible first I made an appointment for 3:30 got there at 3:37 with traffic. I waited till 4:39 to get started with. I went in for a fill my nails were not bad at all lifting on one and a little grown out that’s all. They guy tells me I need to get a new set I say I don’t really want to he keeps telling me to get a new set so I say ok. He cut my nails gave me a bowl to soak, then went to someone else and did their nails. I took my own old nails off... All he ever did was cut them and give me the bowl to soak then I continued to sit there for another 35 minutes after I took them off waiting. I was charged for him taking my nails off when I didn’t want them off and he did not take them off himself. At this point I wasn’t mad whatever it happens. The experience got worse and worse. I wanted coffin he barely shaped them they look square, I was charged for this also. If I would have known he was going to charge me $20 extra for doing glitter nail polish only on the back instead of the whole nail I would have got glitter polish on the whole nail for half of my nails instead of both color’s. I wanted the confetti butterflies I told him the whole time for 2 fingers on each hand. He never said he couldn’t do it, when it came time to put them on he got them out and started then said he can’t do them they only can go on under the nail? Idk what this meant and I was confused he told me he could do that started to do it then said he couldn’t. I asked if we could do foil we started that it looked really bad so I asked if we could do diamond I shorted him a design really easy you can see the sizes of diamond they use and the pattern he did a completely different one and when I said that’s not what I wanted and explained what I wanted he said he couldn’t take them off. He said he can only add on, but the design was not at all what I asked for or showed. I just then was so done and ready to go someone was waiting on him so I let him take the design off of the one finger I wanted designs on all four and what I wanted but he lied and said he could t take them off, he had to take them off and redo the paint anyway. He was rude to me the whole time wouldn’t talk, he was on the phone with someone during the appointment. He also was texting for a long time about 5 minutes. The lady before me got a full set, shaped, longer, all had “designs” all her nails were ombré yet somehow she was charged $75 I herd them talking and saw her whole nail process as he took her before me and made me wait even though I had an appointment. My nails were $90. This shocked me so so much first I didn’t want or need a new set of nails I did not ask for he wanted to stall on time by letting me soak my nails off. I got charged extra for a “design” it was not a design I should not have been charged for. I got sparkly nail polish on the back of half my nails, if that is really a charge I still should be $75 like the other lady who got even more designs than me with all the same elements to her nails that I had. I got up charged more multiple things and was completely unhappy I will never be back. They illegally charged for services they did not provide.

Took I took my little daughter there thinking it was going to be a great and awesome time however it was but the fact of the matter is that this place did not scrub our feet really well so Im thinking twice of going there ever again not recommended for no One for their kids cuz they just did lujo to my childs feet should have checked them thoroughly more my child said it was okay so I trusted and the guy doing my daughters feet but I think twice Im going there again like I said before.

I go here and get a manicure for my nails. For starters the Asian lady who did my nails did not speak up under her mask and would literally speak in such a low tone that you couldn’t even hear her. She gave me attitude when I asked her what she said and she roller her eyes while she wrote what she said on a piece of paper. She was very unfriendly and had an attitude the whole time. The manicure came out very mediocre but what ever it’s only $20. By the next day the clear polish was peeling and by two days the polish had completely peeled from my thumbs. I won’t be coming back EVER.

Wish we had checked the reviews before going here! Prices on the price list are not the price they charge you! $60! and the nail tech said nothing, never said it was extra just came up with $60 when done. Nothing fancy added, no design or stickers ect just polish. When I asked how did it go up so much and why, I was told that the coffin shape was additional $10! I’ve never seen this is any other nail salon! The gel was an additional $20 on top of the listed price! Do not go here!! Absolutely ridiculous prices and your not informed until your stuck paying it!!! Horrible we will never go there again!! Plenty of nail salons around with reasonable prices and the common sense to inform you of add ons. Now I know why this place has so many bad reviews!!

First time going here was great! I decided to go back because I loved how the guy did my nails, i had got the dipping powder for 55 coffin shape. The second guy who did my nails two days ago was HORRIBLE. It’s only been two days and it look like I need a refill. 70 dollars gone to waste!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYEBROWS!! I never got my nails so I am not sure about that but I just brought my daughter for eyebrows and the lady completely messed up. When she pulled the strip the wax accidently went on the hairs that were not supposed to waxed.. I thought she was going to clean it up with oil so the hairs wouldnt come out but instead she did it with the strip. She now has 2 spots missing hair! So upset. The other eyebrow she made too thin in one spot and left thick on the other. The lady then refused to admit she messed up. Horrible.

I am usually a regular customer of Lee nails and Ive never had too much of a problem with them but yesterday will be the last day that I come to this place. My nails look fine but my freaking eyebrows!!!! I told the woman not to make them to thin, I liked how they looked and I just wanted a bit of clean up but not only did she completely disregard that she FREAKING CUT ME AS WELL! NOW I HAVE CUTS ABOVE MY EYE!!! I am absolutely furious. A picture of my eyebrows from before I got them done yesterday and a picture of afterwards and a picture of the cuts. They may be small but its still unacceptable!!!!! Absolutely terrible!

Very poor quality. Got my nails done on Friday with gel and today Monday they’re already falling apart. My mom as well and hers fell apart the next day. We asked for a manicure and a pedicure. Don’t go here we each payed $87 + $10 tips for a total of $97 each for a job that didn’t last nothing. Don’t waste your money tbh. Very disappointed after paying so much for a very poor quality job.

There has never been any issues and the wait time is appropriate for the great work that each tech does. Chris, Annie, and Rita are by far my favorite techs! Bad place to do your nails and rude employees, she told me jel polish stays for 10days to 2weeks and when I went after 5days showing her how it peeled off she denied she said so! and they were very rude and shouting on me... dont waste ur money in bad and rude place, they dont deserve 1 star for rating.

Walked in an hour and a half before closing and wasn’t not greeted kindly at the door. She rudely asked what we needed and we said gel nails and she looked at us like we were stupid and said “gel polish?” As if that wasn’t the same thing as gel nails. We get our nails done monthly and were looking for a new spot to go and they lost our business and what could have been regular customers. Not sure why there was no hospitality for paying customers.

I LOVE this place. I am a regular customer to Nikki, and she is one of the sweetest, most talented techs Ive visited! Everyone else is kind as well. Im not sure what happened with other reviewers who said they whole staff is rude. Im there every other week, and do a lot of observing. Ive never seen the staff be rude to anyone. Also the price on the list is EXACTLY the price I pay. Be advised of extra charged for polish change, trim, and french tips... maybe thats where you were charged more?I recommend all of my friends to come here. The building is clean, and the staff does good, quality work. I could go three weeks before a fill is needed, but I like to change colors so I go every other. My nails always come out even in length, straight, and perfectly polished. I also sometimes get pink and white nails done, and the white is always even on all nail. Nikki goes the extra mile in making sure her work is done right. DEFINITELY GO HERE!

There is another young woman who works there - I believe she is the manager - she is great, as well. Super efficient and very talkative. This place is one of the best nail shops in the area!

I came in, in about an hour before closing time. There were a lot of people there in my opinion. Mimi started doing my pedicure a little after 7:30PM and was finished at around 8:30PM. That’s 30 minutes after closing. She took her time, she payed attention to all the little details making my gel polish PERFECT. Mimi is amazing and will be coming back❤️

Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed in my life, my tech had no idea how to put acrylic solution on my nails, I even had to ask her if she does nails in the first place because I thought she maybe she does eyebrows or something and decided to practice on me, half way through doing my nails she got frustrated and left me and another girl stepped in to finish them, she kept yelling over me trying to book customers, trying to multitask and not doing my nails.. at that point I just took the file and finished my nails myself while the first girl came back trying to do my color, pure circus, charged me $15 for 2 nails at the end...

I have been going to Lee Nails for about a year now, well yesterday was my LAST!!!! I go in without an appointment, it was not that busy when I walked in. I asked for a pedicure and a fill, I get my pedicure done (very poorly) and she tells me to sit for my toes to dry, as I’mSitting there for over 20 minutes, it’s starting to get busy... I sit for another 30 minutes as my name is being SKIPPED on the sheet!! The girl in the front completely forgot about me! I sat there FOR OVER AN HOUR and everyone was being helped but me! I will NEVER GO BACK! They just lost a LOYAL CUSTOMER!

I’ve been going to that place for a while. This year I got them done twice there and the first time my nails came out really good...the 2nd time not so much. I go to get a refill for my nails and that lady cut a whole piece of skin off and rushed my nails because some other person showed up for her. Not even a week later they were loose so I had to take 3 off so I wouldn’t got fungus or something. Now I got to pay more to get them fix. :/

I go to this shop every two weeks for a fill in and a pedicure. I have never had a negative experience. Whenever I come, I make an appointment with Nicki. She is amazing. She shapes the nail exactly how I like it. She is super professional yet still friendly. I only let her touch my nails because to me she is the most skilled in the shop.

I have been going here for years.I have had really great nails techs but I have to say that Annie is my favorite. She knows her clients and is quick but a perfectionist. I get SOOO many compliments on my nails because of her....absolutely the best there.

I will never be coming back to this place ever again. I sat and waited for about an hour and no one came to help me at all. I was beyond furious that I was not helped at all and people that came after me with no appointment were served first. The lady that was done with a customer looked at me and went to the bathroom and didn’t even care to ask me if I needed something and I was still waiting for about an hour and a half. I was beyond angry and just walked out and no one said a thing. The least that they could have done is tell me that there was a wait or there was going to be a wait or there was appointments ahead but they had no courtesy to even tell me or dress it and I will never come here again. I do not recommend at all.

Worst service there. My pedicure lasted 2 hours !!! The tech didn’t even know what she was doing. I has to call it quits when I saw the way she painted my toes. A five year old would of done a better job.

And I said I wanted to do my acrylics with the uv gel coat and an rude Asian lady said that they could not do that! Dont waste your time and money. I went there to get a pedicure at the last minute since my usual spot had already closed for the day. Needless to say, I regretted that decision. My big toe was cut. Not only that, but the pedicure itself took less than 15 minutes. Ive NEVER had a pedicure that finished so quickly. I can clean and paint my toenails at home. I go to nail salons for the additional massage that I cannot give myself. The massage lasted less than one minute per leg/foot. I was shocked. Not worth the money.

Worst experience Ive had at nail salon ever. I went in with my mother for two pedicures, we were seated and my mother got her toes done. I sat in the chair with my feet in water (just water, no jets) the entire time and no one touched my feet. My mother is already finished with what is DEFINITELY not worth $25. No leg massage, not even a good scrubbing was done. I just asked for a towel, dried off my pruned feet and walked out... at least a half an hour since I put my feet in the tub. NEVER AGAIN!!

The best nail salon in the area. I see Holly when I need a Pedicure or Manicure, even acrylics. She NEVER disappoints me. In general the other staff is quite efficiant and while nice many are quite business practical when speaking which with their accents might come across as rude to those who do not know know better.I would recommend this salon to others and I drive from Davenport, Fl. When I need things done. Holly is my first choice. Her hands are strong and she knows how to work the legs and feet for the massages.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It was my FIRST time, I did a full set acrylic and I got CUT twice then my nails lasted only FIVE DAYS! Then they said there was nothing they could do about it! I went to this place with my friend to both get a manicure and pedicure, I wrote my name on the list and sat down to wait for our turn, other clients coming in after us were helped and we were still sitting there, two more clients than arrived after us were called so I stood up and asked why they don’t give us service? And a an Asian guy answered me it was because we put our names on the paper but we didn’t specify what we wanted... I didn’t specify what I wanted because I needed advice!! It was my first time there, I didn’t even know the prices... I asked him couldn’t you just call me and ask me what I wanted and he said “No” and we left...

I walked in with my mom without an appointment, and we were both assisted within like 10min. I had SNS done with Q and it was best nail experience I’ve ever had! He’s the guy that sits on the first row to the left. Idk why but every time I got my nails done, they broke or peeled very easily, and would barely last over a week! I’ve had these nails for nearly a month— the longest nails have EVER lasted for me! Q was so patient, gentle and attentive to detail. The nails looked perfect, smooth, and natural, I was obsessed lol. The edges were all painted nicely and he didn’t miss a single spot! 10/10 Q rocks :’)

This place is just horrible. The staff is extremely rude and they could care less about the customer. All they want is to get it over with and get paid. The quality of the nail work is poorly done and very unsanitary. My nails didnt last 3 days & when I returned to get them fixed they treated me as if it was my fault and had the nerve to tell me to pay for their mistakes. After getting 2 nails repaired, that same day ANOTHER nails started to lift and I saw fungus. I just gave up due to frustration and removed all of my nail myself ! Best part is they all came off with EASE! How horrible is that?! Stay away from Lee nails. You will be verey disappointed.

I was a walk-in and they got right to me. Had a mani/pedi and it looks great. A little misunderstanding with exactly what I wanted, but when I showed them a picture of the design I wanted, they fixed it immediately. Very friendly. Great customer service.

I can honestly say I tried hard to stay optimistic about this place but tonight definitely made all these reviews come alive . Ive been in Florida 5 years and I get my nails done about every 3-4 weeks because I work a lot . Just about every tech that works here have worked on my nails . And all but 2 have not been rude. They dont speak to you but talk amongst each other in their language . I bring my 2 daughters to have their nails painted as well and they even say negative experiences ever so often . They just want you to get in and get out all the time . I walked in tonight and asked for Tony because he repaired my nails the last time from a new tech that turned coffin nails to look like theyd been grinded to points with barely any acrylic and they were lumpy and crooked . He came out of the break room upset and talking loudly in his language to the woman that came back to get him for me . He was walking towards the front I said hello when he walked by me and he completely ignored me . He looked me right in the face and kept heading towards the front yelling at the lady that told him I requested him . He said pick out color with an attitude . I said if your busy I can come back another time . He said go sit down with an attitude . Why on earth would I want someone whose obviously irate to work on my nails ? At this Im not a cheap tipper, always $10 to $15 or better . I can honestly this is one of many bad experiences and the last one for me . I would never recommend this place again. Dont waste your time or money .

I love coming to Lee Nails, they have good prices and the quality of their work is phenomenal.

The lady manager/owner is the rudest person in this location. She screams at her staff in front of clients making everyone extremely uncomfortable. She hires beginners (which there’s nothing wrong with that) but doesn’t monitor if they are doing well or if the client is satisfied. Like mentioned before she scolds them like little kids in front of everyone. I walked in because the color I asked for was not the one that was put on me and she had a nasty attitude towards me and then her employee. If you don’t like to see this kind of behavior this is NOT the place to visit. There’s many more nail places around them. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I went to get a manicure and fill. Hispanic Nail Tech LIZ was very LOUD, rude, and disrespectful. She even made jokes in front of other clients about Me. She took more than hour and half to do nails just to kill time so she could go home at 5:30pm. She made a joke about my Disability. Very Bad Attitude when you express your nail preferences and is not a good representation of the nail salon. Never coming back and not referring clients. LIZ was very annoying because she talks too much about herself.

I love them! I drive 30 minutes to see Chris and Annie! Wont go anywhere else!

I walked in on New Year’s Day and Chris did my nails the next day Jan 02 on my birthday I lost two nails and today is Jan 04 and I’m down three nails smh I’ll be back in the morning for either a refund or a new set this is crazy

They close at 8 but when I got here at 7:40 they told me they cant take me because theyre closed??? Yet their open sign was still on. These people dont know how to do business. I will never come back here again.

My daughter and I have come here several times for pedicures and I must say we have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. They have always been friendly and professional. Some staff are more talkative and upbeat than others but nobody has ever acted unprofessional that Ive ever observed and believe me I observe!! The pedicures are always done well and have never seemed rushed to me even when they are busy. I got my nails done here for the first time about 2 weeks ago by Rita who did a good job and was very friendly and fun to talk too. I do believe that a lot of these reviews are for the BVL location next to Wal-Mart which Ive been to and am also not a big fan of. This review is for THE LOOP location! Maybe any new reviewers should list the location they went to, Id just hate to see someone loose business based off of reviews that were not meant for them.

I’ve seen the reviews to this place but i decided to go anyway being that i was waiting for a prescription at the CVS that’s in the same plaza. i walk in and they seemed busy so i figureded let me ask what’s the wait. lady tells me 15mins. so i wait and wait. even have my color in hand for pedicure. 20mins go by, 25mins ... 30mins.. so i leave the color on counter and walk out. i hate when my time is being waisted. i should of listened to the reviews!also as i waited, i seen lady’s waiting as well with their feet in the water. with no one helping them smh. they just don’t want ppl leaving so they have you put your feet in the water.

Rude asian, Lee. Waited 30 minutes in a chair with no water. Water was added and i waited another 30+ minutes. I asked when would I be served. I have been waiting more than an hour. His response was, no, you have been waiting 30 min.

Price was ok, service not that great. Will not be returning.

Services are just okay. The smell in this place is overwhelming. Smells like I walked into a nasty cafeteria. I had to stop myself from throwing up.

My toe was cut during a recent pedicure. It became infected the next day. I was more upset by their non compassion. He asked to see my toe and continued touch it several times with his bare hands even after I told him it hurt and that I just had to reopen it to drain It and clean and sanitize it. The manager Ana spoke to me by phone and asked me to leave my info and she would call me to come back in 2 hours for her to look at it. Needless to say, no one called me back. NEVER going back!

The staff at this location is by far the rudest. The lady in the front chair was talking to all the customers with an attitude. I went in there for a nail repair they told me to pick the color and wait a few minutes. I waited 30 mins for the one nail repair and asked the lady how much longer? She answered me that she didnt do acrylics. I asked again ok but how much longer a man screamed from the back another 30 mins. At that time I was so upset I just walked out. Went across the street to Venus nails and spa got taken care off right away, the employees were nice and polite and the salon is so much bigger and nicer. Do yourself a favor and go there next time.

The worst place I got my nails done very rude! Treated me unkind after I approached them with the disapproval of my nail design. I said very kindly thinking they would try theyre hardest to fix the issue. Maybe get some one else or something but instead they called me a complainer and looked at me as if I had no knowledge of nail design. I would even give them the benefit of one star.

Horrible place, they say it is one price, and then when they already did 3 nails, they raise the price ten dollars up because the length of the nails is longer than normal. What a liars. I refused to pay extra ten dollars, and they cut my nails very short, wrong shape, and dident even ask me if thats what I want. Im never going there again. Plus the under of my nails looks very ugly and looks like Ive have it for 3 weeks. It was a rude male who was doing my nails.

If I could rate less I would. Buyer beware you will get fungus! Recently went and noticed I had extreme pain, it became so unbearable that I started taking them off, I have begun to develop fungus! Thats never happened before! I am disgusted!
