I scheduled an oil change for Saturday at 3:00 p.m. when I arrived they told me they were a little bit behind and could take a little while. I Told them that is fine and I would reschedule for Monday at 7:00 a.m.. when I arrived at 7am. The doors were not open. I waited for five ten minutes and dorrs still were not open. As I went to leave I saw the back garage bays opening. I guess its better late than never.

No information was provided before, during, or after my service. They were unresponsive when I pressed them to tell me about my car or provide a report. They associate didnt seem to want to be there at all. I think the oil change was good....but I really have no idea what they did. I wouldnt come back.

I called in for an estimate for work. The techs were very thorough and explained everything to me. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff

My tires were low and I wasnt sure if it was possible to have someone inflate them.....However, Jason, the store manager, was in the garage as I leaving and he saw my tire check indicator blinking and knew immediately that they needed air....And without asking, he filled my tires!!! What a good dude!!! Now thats service!!! Told the District Manager, too!!!

I came here at 2pm with an appointment for a simple rear brakes exchange. After clearly explaining that I have an important appointment at 5 pm, they sat me in the front waiting for 2 and a half hours without telling me what is going on. Even if I stated having an appointment with 20 minutes travel time in no time, they promised to get it done in time. And here I am, still sitting here, knowing that I am already late for the appointment. Worst experience I have ever had.

I came here about a month ago for them to look at my drivers side rear tire since I found it flat one morning. When I went in, they told me the tire had a nail in it and needed to be replaced, so I paid around $90 or so for a new tire. The next day, my tire light in my car came on again and it still looked flat, so I took it back in and they fixed it again and sent me on my way.And once again, the next day, the tire light came on. I was sick of going back there, so I went to a Discount Tire instead. They informed me that the tire I had replaced at this NTB hadnt been replaced at all; it still had the nail in it and they said it looked to be about four years old. They also told me that the passengers side tire looked to be brand new. They took the tire that had the nail in it, patched it up, didnt charge me anything, and sent me on my way.In other words, NTB sold me a tire that I didnt need to get, since it was easily fixed with a patch at another location, and they didnt even put the tire they sold me on the right side. I am furious and appalled at the underhandedness of this place. To anybody reading this, DO NOT GO HERE FOR TIRES. Go to the Discount Tire on Sawmill Road instead. The people there are friendly and wonderful and will actually get the job you need done DONE.

The oil change is done well I get it done every time here but they never top up the wind shield fluid as mentioned the first couple of times I thought May be I used it with out my knowledge or paying much attention. But this time my fluid was at 0 and thats how I know they didn’t top it up, so I now doubt if they actually do the rest of the things they say they do.

Appointments here are worthless. I was told the one tire replacement would take 30-40 minutes. After 30 minutes, they hadnt even taken my car back. Was told they only had 1 person working! As I waited, I watched vehicles being taken care of that didnt even have appointments. Take your car elsewhere to a tire shop that actually honors appointments.

I recently needed both front tires replaced. This place proved to be a good decision. They had the tires in stock and were quick. I felt their price was reasonable.

NTB is a very good auto body shop, had an awesome experience on 1-30-2020, with the mechanic Mike Carter, he was very friendly and helpful when I came in late in the evening needing 4 new tires (and eventually learning I needed breaks as well), Mike, knowing that the breaks were unexpected but knowing they needed to be done helped me find the best options to get my tires and my breaks and not completely break the bank. Mike Carter is a credit to NTB, and the shop itself is top of the line, quick and efficient!

Had to made a sudden trip here today after my tire pressure sensor went off. Turns out I needed a minor repair. I had my autistic son with me and hes not very good about waiting. The repair was finished very fast, for me, but not for him as he started acting out in the waiting area. The staff was wonderful, and seemed to give me a fine kindness and did not charge me. I gave them a tip, and hope they buy some beverages or donuts for themselves. Wonderful group in that shop.

I found this place from my friend, I am very satisfied. Today I went to without reservation but they working so fast and tire price was so so reasonable. Specially Mr Daniel working at front desk, he help me topick the tire and give me good advice. He was very kind nice.Thank you for all staff.

We were traveling in Columbus and picked up a nail in our tire. The shop where we purchased our tires was closed because it was a holiday so we called NTB. We were so pleasantly surprised and thankful that they were open. The service was friendly and professional. They took our car in right away, found the nail had not punctured, so filled it up with air and we were on our way AT NO CHARGE!

Only rated 1 star because there is not an option to rate 0 stars. I have a 1.5 year old Interstate Battery that will not hold a charge. Despite being an authorized Interstate Battery dealer, would not honor the warranty as I had not purchased the battery at this location (this is both wrong and deceptive). Course of action offered was to try to sell a new battery. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would only consider going there again if there were no other alternatives within 100 miles or the staff and management was completely overhauled. Even then Id probably be better off trying to fix or replace the battery myself.

I got an alignment here. Unfortunately, the tire store where I buy tires does not do alignments. I really do not know how great it was, or wasnt because I am not at all mechanical enough to evaluate automotive service. I was treated well, and I did not have to wait too long. Also, the price was very competitive.

I’ll give them 2 stars because of decent customer service and the fact that they got me in quickly.One of my tires had a slow leak, so I brought it in to get checked. They informed me that there was a nail in the side wall and that it couldn’t be patched. Since it was a slow leak I decided to get a second opinion at my normal shop 60miles away. Turns out the nail wasn’t in my side wall and it was reparable. Driving 60miles saved me $250!I recommend getting a second opinion before buying a tire from here or at least having them show you why they can’t fix a tire!!!

I couldnt be more impressed with the service I received from this location. Daniel the manager was wonderful to work with both over the phone and in-person. When I explained I was most concerned with keeping cost down since I didnt plan to keep my vehicle too much longer, he found a way to apply various discounts that got me a much upgraded BFGoodrich tire. Basically, it amounted to an approximate savings of $330 (thats what the install/alignment wouldve cost)! Thank you Daniel and everyone at NTB on Billingsley for your efforts to set my family and I down the road with very safe, more upgraded tires at a price that no one else could touch!

Felt I was lied to. Car was making sound and I thought it was my front brakes and rotors. Took it to them because I’ve gone there before. They told me I need brakes and rotors in front and back and it would cost over $800 so I told them just to do the front. As I was pulling off I still heard the sound but it was louder. Took it to Mr. Tire on Sawmill, they said my rear brakes and rotors are fine, and would be until NEXT CHRISTMAS! The said the problem was a screw on my backing plate was too tight. It cost $40 for the diagnostic. I recommend getting a 2nd opinion before getting work done here. I don’t like leaving a negative review but now I can’t help but wonder if I even needed front brakes

I wanted to somehow bring recognition and commendation for the kindness and prompt, excellent service we received from Bob Grove yesterday, and decided to use the Google review route to do so - to hopefully reach as many people as possible! Im not at all surprised to have discovered that this business has over 80 Google reviews, most of which are 5 stars.Late yesterday (Sunday) afternoon, the tire pressure monitor light on our dash came on, and I discovered there was a large bolt sticking out of the middle of one of our car tires(!), and the tire appeared over 1/2 flat, so we drove directly to this location, which is where weve taken our vehicles for many years for new tires, flat repairs, oil changes, brakes, etc. Bob remembered me - despite my not having needed his services recently - and immediately had our car taken back despite how busy they were on a late Sunday afternoon, had the flat repair performed, and sent us on our way in what seemed like no time at all!We were in a bind, and Bob quickly got us out of it, for which we will always be grateful, and which will of course keep us referring others to his business as much as possible... its difficult to find high quality car service these days thats provided promptly and with kindness - unless you go to NTB on Billingsley Road!

Had a replacement electric cooling fan installed on my Infiniti. They used an aftermarket fan, which I am ok with because of the cost differential. It turned out that the aftermarket fan was just not up to snuff (too loud). They replaced it with an OE fan and only charged me the difference in parts cost. Would recommend.

Definitely recommend this place. I had a flat tire during terrible weather and I made my appointment online. I was late so I called them to let them know and they were polite and said there would be no issue. The man in the front was very kind. I waited an hour and they repaired my tire, checked my other three, and filled up my spare tire (since it was pretty much flat too). I left there feeling 100% better than when I had walked in. Thank you!

I really like this shop. Bob has been the manager for a long time and the staff is always the same. I appreciate that in a repair place. I had an Audi that was making some scary noises. They did not try to upsell me instead they gave me great advice and got it fixed for a great price. They have a bunch of hard working guys who really do good work.Give them a try, I bet you will be happy.

Called ahead of time as my battery kept dying. I asked if they could replace my battery within the hour because I needed to pick my kids up from school. They said sure no problem. Daniel at the Billingsley Road location was friendly, completed the job in ess than 30 minutes and I was out the door $152. Thank you great service I will return.

On 11/24/19 I took my car in to this location for an oil change. A few days later I noticed I had oil leaking so I took it back to have them look at it. After having my car for a few hours I get a call from the manager, Bob stating the oil leak was coming from my crank shaft. I drive a 2016 Honda Accord that I purchased brand new off the showroom floor so I found it odd that I was experiencing a leak from my crank shaft. I took the car over to Germain Honda on Sawmill and this is what they discovered, Upon inspection of the accord at our facility (Germain Honda) it was determined that there was a rather large oil leak coming from the oil filter installed on the vehicle. The drive belt and several other components including the front brake pads and alternator were found soaked with oil as well, causing failures and unsafe operating condition. The technician had stated that the drive belt being soaked with oil would’ve have caused the drive belt to slip and begin shredding which he determined to be the root cause of the crank seal leak developing due to belt debris. Ultimately the root cause of these issues is deemed to be the initial installation of the oil filter before any leaks were reported as there were no leaks presented to the customer at the time of the initial oil change at NTB. This statement is from Joseph L., one of the Service Advisors at Honda. They provided an estimate to have the car repaired for $2400 and I feel like NTB should be responsible for this but so far I have received no assistance. I have been in touch with the corporate office since Monday, 12/09 and have gotten no assistance. They dont follow up or through, they are sarcastic and rude, and they have lied to me over and over again. I was told by one of the reps that I would be assigned a claim number in 48 hours and they were going to send adjustors out to inspect the car at the Honda dealer. I followed up with them today because 48 hours had come and gone, and was told by Rosha Jackson (who is very sarcastic and rude) that the DM has not even submitted the claim yet!! I could go on and on about this but Ill save all that energy for the BBB... Do yourself a favor, never take your car to the NTB located at 2437 Billingsley Rd. Personally, I will never do business with that company again.

Called three other places when I woke up to a flat tire this past Sunday. Two places were closed and the third said they wouldnt be able to help me until Thursday. Called NTB and they said to bring my car on in. Dropped it off at noon and they had my tire fixed and ready to go by 4. The manager was friendly and a pleasure to work with. I had my girls with me and they were hoping I would pay with cash so I would get change (they wanted change to buy candy from the candy machine). When he heard them asking (and saw me paying with a credit card), he gave them each a dollars worth of quarters! He went above and beyond to make my girls day! Thank you NTB for your exceptional service. You will be the first place we call next time!

NTB has always been very accomodating every time Ive visited them. All the staff has been very helpful and cooperative. Had to bring in the vehicle a few times but they took care of everything. My experience with Daniel has been very pleasant, he has been attentive to all details. Excellent service!

These guys are honest and awesome. Went in for a tire patch. They easily fixed it and very affordable.

I dont agree today, I have had good service in the past but not so much today.

Have taken my car in there many times and their service was fast, professionally completed, and reasonably priced. Once I thought I had a flat but they discovered my rim was worn instead. They cleaned the rim but didnt charge me for the service. Another time I thought my battery and/or starter was bad. They called and said the battery and starter was fine it was in the electrical wiring, recommended a dealer look at it and again didnt charge me for checking out the battery and starter. I wont go anywhere else.

After multiple tire shops were booked up and couldnt accommodate a walk in appointment I called NTB in hopes they would have availability for my tire leak. They told me to come on in and after a short period I asked if they found the problem. they had and I was thrilled! I asked my service advisor what the damage would be and he told me no charge. Im blown away by the service level, speed, and professionalism of this company and its staff! there is no way I wont be back here in 30k miles to replace my tires through them! I am thoroughly impressed.

I got a quote from Bob to replace my side view mirror, which I had put off for two years, because Im negligent. He was so helpful and kind. Actually, all of the people that work there are. I have never had a bad experience, and I will always look to them first for anything my car needs. I only get my tires mounted and balanced here. They dont scratch my rims up and do it for the best price I have found in Columbus. I am very particular with my wheel setups and they have always accommodated.

The staff was friendly enough. Nothing really to complain about, but getting new tires took almost two hours. They have a cold water machine that had good water.

I always get my oil changed at NTB and I am happy with it. But, this is in regards to them going above and beyond on an unrelated matter: I called 7 minutes before they closed on a Saturday because my tire was loose and I was worried about finishing my drive home. They tightened all the lug nuts on all my tires and made sure everything else looked okay for free!

My alternator blew and they took care of me. They made sure that was the issue, helped out in any way they could. I appreciated the kindness and the fact they seemed to care.

Excellent experience. Rolled over a bolt the size of a small child one day and needed the tire replaced, but was in a bit of an odd situation (AWD vehicle, so had to get a certain tire, which was discontinued, so I had to find it out of state). They didnt mind that I towed the car in a day ahead of time and had the tire dropped off the following day. They knew I needed the car back that evening (but couldnt get it till about 5), and they were done at 4:45, so perfect timing on their parts. And the price was extremely reasonable, too. Kudos to Daniel and everyone else for their help.

I bought 4 tires and got an excellent deal. I shopped around in advance and ended up paying $200 less at NTB. I also get my oil changed every 3000 miles at NTB. The staff is friendly and helpful, no high pressure sales tactics. I highly recommend NTB if you need tires or an oil change. Oh yeah, scheduling an appointment online is super quick and easy. I love being able to schedule my oil changes online.
