Dr Seaburg is great!

I just moved to town and was nervous about going to a new dentist-but was very happy with my visit! The hygienist/assistant girl I had was super nice and I really appreciated her. Dr. Young was very calm and comforting to me. I was also impressed with how the receptionist went over future cost of things I needed done. I will definitely go back and recommend them in the future

Communicative, friendly hygienists and great dentists. Ive been coming here for years since I was a teen and dont plan to leave anytime soon.

Metro Dental and Staff were great on taking care of an emergency visit for me. I had a little dental accident while I was trimming up my trees Sunday afternoon. I had a crown that was knocked out when I branch swung back and hit me in the face and popped my crown off. That Monday morning Metro Dental Savage was able to get me in ASAP and get a temporary put in. Later that day my regular dentist Dr. Jessica Young called me to check on how I was doing and go over the plan to replace the crown. Metro Dental gave me such great customer service for this emergency visit that I would never think of going to another dentist. Thanks Metro Dental for getting me smiling again. :)

On my visit to Metro Dental in Savage today,my hygienist spent an hour plying me with excessive information about her personal life(I didn’t catch her name but I am sure you can figure out who it is)Did you know her house has 6 bedrooms and and 4 bathrooms?What on earth does that have to do with cleaning my teeth?She did a perfectly competent job on my teeth,but what could possibly pass for casual conversation sounded like a lot of bragging.The last time she worked on my teeth it was more of the same.It isn’t like you can get up and walk out when they are cleaning your teeth.I might add that everyone else in this office was fine.I really don’t want her working on my teeth again.

I really like your dental practice. everyone is very professional, but very caring, friendly, and concerned as well. I guess most people do not love going to the dentist, but I have truly hated it all my life. I do not dread coming to your office at all.

Tried to make an appointment fo4 my husband and was told I was not allowed to make an appointment for him as he did not sign a form.. Yeah weve never been there before so how would we have signed one and all I wanted to do was make an appointment to be seen. Front desk lady would not allow that to happen. So I called Metro dental of Richfield and guess what??!! No questions asked, appointment made in less then 10 mins.Thanks for Nothing Metro dental SAVAGE!

Never had bad service, always friendly and prompt, they dont seem like some places that always push the most expensive, or profitable services if you really dont need or want it. While I am no fan of going to the dentist (who is, right?) I dont mind it here.

I have used their services for several years now. They have always been very professional and provided clear explanations of what they found. Appointments tend to fill up so Ive had to make them well in advance.

Very good dentist, professional and good at what they do. They are familiar with Tricare which is really nice because the one in Eagan that I transferred from had no clue about how it worked. Will be keeping the Savage Metro as my primary location.

I HATE the dentist. It has been a few years since I went, and I had a lot of work to do. Dr. Young and the hygenists were amazing. They always put me first, listened to my needs, talked to me about details and procedures, and made me feel comfortable.

Been going to this location for most of my adult life. Theyve always been good explaining things and are patient with you. They always leave the choice up to the patient on if you should do something. They dont pressure you just to get your money.

This was one of the least professional clinic I have ever gone to. Customer Service is not a priority for them. My hygienist called in sick and they had a fill-in who pretty much did nothing for me. I do cleanings 3-4x per year and each cleaning lasts a good 45-60 minutes. This one took 15 minutes and she clearly skipped all the steps to cleaning. She was insensitive to my medical condition and asked me personal questions that made me very uncomfortable. To add to all this, I was very specific around not getting an exam and she skipped all my notes and went against my ask and still had a Dr come in for the exam. To say they are unprofessional would be an understatement.

My family has been receiving all of our dental care at Metro Dental Care Savage for over six years and we have been nothing less than satisfied. We have been spoiled by Dr Young but all of the doctors and staff are great!
