I have been going to grismer tire and auto service for years. Being an older woman, they have always been fair and honest with me. My daughter thinking it was time for my oil change made me an appointment. When I took my car in, I went to the counter and gave the gentleman my information and the key to my car. About 8 minutes later he came out and handed me my keys. He said you dont need an oil change. You have 4,000 miles to go. He could have changed me for an oil change and I would have known the difference. That is why I keep going back.

After discovering a nail in our tire we went to Grismer to see if the tire could be repaired. We didnt think so, based on where the nail was; that was accurate. Grismer talked to us about 2 vs 4 tires (4 had rebates & 4 free oil changes) . 2 tires still had about half of the tread, so plenty of life left. We replaced 2 and they got them done very quickly! We appreciate their knowledge and taking time to inform of us of options.

This team provided a great product at a fantastic value. I drove in on a spare and not only did they get me in and out quickly but they replaced my tire and equipment back in its proper place in my trunk. Great Experance!

Great place for tires. Great staff they get u in n get u down the road. 4 tires got me 4 free oil changes. Cant beat that plus they do alot of engine tune up n repair also.

I have been going here the last 5 years for tire service and oil changes. They do great and quick work and have always have been very good to me and my family. Never overcharge or try to upsell or recommend something I don’t need. They have patched several tires at no charge. I’m sad to be moving away and have to find a new repair place.

Love this place! Been going here for 5 years now and their service is top notch. Their tires are also cheaper than anyone around (I used to try to price shop them but quit because they are always cheaper). The staff is always helpful and never try to pressure you into “addition observation sales charges” but definitely tell you what else is possible an issue with your car. Either way they are amazing in many ways!!

I really appreciate the people who work here. They patiently explained what was wrong with my vehicle and why the work was necessary. The work was an unexpected expense, but Brian and Rob helped me to get the financing necessary to cover my bill. I’ve been going to Grismer for 3 years now and I’ll keep going back!

Grismer is my go to spot for new tires from here on out. ALOT more affordable then the other guys and honest. I bought 4 new tires for my truck and I thought I had to pay for an alignment, and they called to let me know I didnt need an alignment, Im sure other places would of went ahead and charged me for one! And I received 4 free oil changes . Saved me hundreds of dollars compared to other places like tire discounters. 👏👏

The issue I brought car in for was not corrected. In fact its now worse. Check engine light is still on after paying over $1100 in repairs. Regret taking my car there. Pointed the issue out again when repairs were complete and was told oh that issue didnt present when we ran tests yet it was immediately apparent when I picked the car up. Wish I could give 0 stars. Highly disappointed.

Had two tires that had slow leaks and had to fill at least once a week. I called and set up an appointment to have them checked out. Done within 30 minutes and the team was great in setting expectations and explaining the services performed! Will definitely be back for other services!!

Grusmer offers fast and friendly service. Ive used them to service my vehicles for years. They are always honest and dont pressure you to do repairs that arent necessary. Prices are a little higher than other places.

They had me in and out in 20min put a tire on my spare trailer tire the gentleman at the desk I believe his name was Robert knocked it out for me super quickly couldn’t ask for more.

Had an appt for oil change, tire rotation and exhaust/muffler check. Waited for the car which was faster than expected. Courteous and they even took the car for a spin to figure out a noise I was hearing...They found the source(s) of the noise and broke things down into safety vs non- safety issues. No pressure.

I was so happy with my service and work they did .. Had my car towed there and they had it fixed in 2 hours and gave a ride to work while I waited, then kept the car until I could get back to get it, they went above and beyond .. Ill be taking all my cars there for work from now on.

Good service at a good price, for the most part, but Ive noticed some changes in their pricing. For instance: tire rotations are no longer free as they used to be with oil changes. Or maybe thats just me and its been a while. Otherwise, they do good work to my knowledge. Just need to be more up-front about pricing.

The guys up front Gary, Bryan and Rob were awesome. Very courteous helpful and professional. I forget which of them is which but the two guys I dealt with mostly went above and beyond to get me straightened out after a balance and an alignment was wrong. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Every single time I go in, these guys are polite and explain things in a way I understand. Theyll only do what you ask to have done, and wont try to push more services unless you absolutely need it for your own safety. Theyre even willing to do what they can to make their services as affordable as possible. Definitely will continue to be my go-to place to have my car serviced.

I go to Grismer on Wilson Rd for all my maintenance issues. They are great, don’t do more than necessary and always charge a reasonable price.

Except I think the prices were very steep I was charged 25$ for them to take one tire of a rim I owned and put it on my car

I called on Christmas eve and needed to get my 2019 lincoln navigator oil changed and they got me in right away and was done in one hour, I am very busy with my business and hardly have no time to do anything so this was really convenient for me to get me in right away, I will recommend anybody to go here.
