Ive been here twice. The man who did the gel nail art pedicure was fantastic, I regret not getting his name to request him for future services. Another associate did my gel manicure, besides ripping my cuticle in two spots, did a good job. The last pedicure I got here was just horrible. I came with a friend for pedicures, same time length and started at the same time. The man that did mine (i think his name was Harry or Henry) rushed so much i was able to pay and still had to wait on my friend. He missed the corners on EVERY nail, ripped cuticles, and damaged my pinky toe nail on my right foot to the point it almost fell off. He also had to file off the gel polish from the first visit here, but filed the side of my big toe nail so thin it broke a few days later.Updated to add my pinky toe nail did come off.

37 dollars for my nails to look like this... I walked in requesting a soak off and new gel white tips, no manicure and the lady couldn’t get the white tips right, very uneven, so I only got clear and my nails looking like this. VERY overpriced. Will not be back!

When I moved to Columbus I heard nothing but great things about Posh. So I tried them out. Almost 2 hours later and $100 this is what I walked out with. My tech was very nice and friendly, she didn’t know how to do the spiderweb so she asked about 4 other people, finally a guy came and did this…i of course, being the non-confrontational person I am, didn’t say anything and just paid and left. Staff are friendly for the most part but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back.

My nails were/are cute. Customer service was even good. However its been a week and my nails are already popping off. I’ve never had this happen. They’re popping off like press-ons would. And unfortunately their “policy” does not allow them to do anything about it. Im am not looking for them do them over for free but their should be some kind of compensation/discount. I paid $150 total for my nails and toes so yes, im upset about them lasting a week and one day to be exact. Needless to say I won’t be back.

This is not my first visit here at Posh. I can say, “Posh IS THE BEST spa/nail shop in the city of Columbus, Georgia!!” From the time you walk through the door, you are greeted with professionalism, kindness & very welcoming attitude. My tech was Me & from this day forward will be MY choice as her regular client. She is very attentive to her clients, has the sweetest, friendly & kind personality. She definitely makes sure that you have a relaxing & enjoyable experience. I DEFINITELY recommend Posh if you want a GREAT & a professional experience.

My tech was very particular about my gel polish, and it shows! I am very happy with the thickness and opaqueness! The edges are clean! My gel on my toes are also very nice, and the pedicure did not seem rushed. It was truly more like a spa experience, than it was a pedicure. There is also a woman there, who may be the owner, that was very attentive, asking if anyone needed anything to drink- and she even explained a point system that gets you money/percentage off a future visit. Very happy!

The manager was very organized. We had an hour wait but she was on point with getting people in and out.The nail tech did a good job. At the end of the session she complemented my hair, clothes, etc all of a sudden. It was almost as though she was doing it to get a tip. Possibly interact more with the client during the session so it will seem more sincere.The staff was friendly and offered beverages. I was in town visiting and someone suggested I go.Overall good experience.

This is my second time visiting. A friend of mine gave me a gift certificate for birthday in Nov. I brought my daughter with me (pedicures)and they did a fantastic job with both of us. The gentleman who worked with my daughter (8) was so patient and funny. She loved it! The man that worked with me was outstanding. He was very detail oriented. I chose one of the higher packages and it was worth every penny! Today was no different. The spa is large, clean and relaxing. The massage chairs will put you to sleep! Best place to go by far!

My daughter enjoyed being pampered and the staff members at POSH were friendly and fast.

It was very clean, very professional, I think his name is Victor he’s really sweet but I’m not sure maybe it will as something else but he did an amazing job and made them exactly how I wanted . Would go again 10/10

Yesterday was my daughters 10th Birthday! She had on her crown and birthday shirt and all. We had just left from shopping and eating and she asked if we could stop by the nail shop on the way home. We stopped by and got out to go in and a young lady stopped us before we could get to the sidewalk and didnt say hello or Happy Birthday; she said we are not taking anymore people we close at 8:00 pm. It was 7:12; I looked down at my watch and stated that to her. She said it doesnt matter we arent taking clients. Its sad because the parking lot was empty! Its sad that people treat you like its a privilege to spend your hardworking money with their establishment! I will NEVER patronize them again and neither will my family or friends.We still had a happy ending despite their rudeness and went to Royal Nails who also closes at 8:00 pm. Two techs pampered her at one time and we walked out at 8:04! Of course we tipped both of them and my daughter got her gel nails! So you didnt hurt anyone but yourselves!

I’ve found my new nail home! Victor was my tech and boy was he excellent!!!! The place itself is upscale, friendly and professional! I can not say one bad thing about my experience or my new permanent nail tech Victor! Ladies go see them, you won’t regret it!

Celine does an amazing job! I have sensitive feet, so I’m not the easiest client but Celine powers through the problems & my feet glow by the end of it all!

Me and my husband got moscato pedicures. Went smooth, no issues. Will definitely return. Love the massaging chairs oh my gosh.

I’ve been to Posh a few times and my experience has been ok, but nothing spectacular for the price. Today I got a gel pedicure around 12 pm that is already peeling at 540 pm. The “tech” cut my toe nails but did not file them so they are scratchy and catching up on sheets and blankets. She did not clean under:around my nails either. On top of everything, they charged me $7 for previous color removal. $68 for a pedicure that was 25 minutes and did not even receive a massage - will not return.

Omg... You guys I got up this morning and headed to posh spa and lounge.... From the time I walked in the door i experienced the best customer service ever..... Thanks to todays workers ...m special thanks to Philip who didnt make me feel ashamed of my feet and their years of hot concrete barefoot running and working all the time on my feet with no let up.... Definitely going back to get this loving treatment again...

The place is clean and Everyone is friendly. The relaxing music calmed me after a long and stressful day at work. Philip did my nails and I love it. He was very kind and professional. I will definitely go back!

This is a beautiful place. However, the service was an overpriced, rush job. The receptionist was very friendly though.

I made an appointment at posh to get a manicure and pedicure for my wedding. I asked for French and they turned out very wonky and uneven. That would be okay if it was a cheap service but I paid over $100. Also they took over 2 and 1/2 hours. I wouldn’t mind paying that much and spending that much time there if my nails looked great but I’m not happy with how they turned out and I already know they will only last a few days.

I went for the first time today and I do like that the wait wasnt so long even though they were busy but the reason is because the techs RUSH. Ive never had my nails done so fast and they are just okay. Even had to ask for the tech to come back and clean up around my nail. After looking at my nails they arent the same length as their coordinating finger and one nail could be painted more. Everything was very rushed...and I know they have signs posted about having to increase prices and at first I was thinking, okay maybe a few dollars...NOOOO...a full set, regular polish is now $37 thats insane. The price on their website shows that before a full set was more than $10 cheaper. Thats a huge price jump...a fill in is now $28...its posh alright. All in all, okay first experience but I will not be back.

I normally have an amazing experience at Posh but my last 2 visits have been horrible. This last time the technician attempted to skip the hot towels as well as my massage. Then when I questioned her, she did it poorly. I also believe that she used dirty towels and the massage was horrible. I will never go back!!

Wouldnt recommend it. Ive been twice. Both times my gel polish started chipping off after 1 day. I went back to have them fix my nails and they were polite enough to fix them. After, making me (a pregnant woman) sit at the drying station and wait almost 45min - an hour for them to do it. The new polish started chipping away again the very next day. Disappointing to say the least. I spent nearly $200 on pedicure and nail services between the 2 trips and it feels like a waste of time and money. Over priced and poor quality for overall service and experience.

My daughter and I went for a mani/pedi on Friday 7/23/2021. She’s been several times. It was my first at this nail salon. First I was absolutely floored because my bill was $223.00 for a mani/pedi for two?? I got tips with French manicure. You can totally see my original nails as the “white” doesn’t even go up to my nail. Also there is the white powder residue/splotches on ALL ten of my nails! It’s truly the worst manicure I’ve ever received and I’ve gotten so many poor comments about my nails from coworkers. They’re absolutely ugly. I would like to include a photo of them because you’d be shocked!Save your money! Go to another nail salonUpdate- I went back to the nail salon and they completely redone my nails at no charge. Unfortunately, 5 were cracked within a week. I’ve never had this happened before. Just be aware

Hong was amazing. My nails look amazing- he nailed the leopard print. Thanks for helping me step out of my comfort zone. So glad I did! 5 stars! I highly recommend this place to everyone. I will be back! And telling everyone to try posh :)

Slow, polished over old polish, it’s horrible quality of work

Amanda and Dee are incredible as always. We always look forward to our visits with them. We will definitely be back on a routine basis. Their Champagne pedicure is like an out-of-body experience. Trust me. 👏🏼

Nail dip service was awesome. Drex was so nice and respectful.

I went there for the first time about a month ago. After my first time, my gel began to peel up in a week. I went back and they fixed it. I decided to give them another chance because they said my thumb didn’t cure all the way and that’s why it did that. I went back again for a gel fill in which is $40. After a week once again, my gel peeled up on each nail, the gel chipped. The customer service is pretty good like offering wine, beer, and soda during your visit, but I feel as though that is why they up charge for their services. After 2 weeks, my nails look horrific.

The price is a little higher than other places but worth it. Had a great pedicure and the hospitality was great. Come in early if you visit on a Saturday because it can get pretty busy

I was recommended to this establishment.  I got a gel full set. Service was great but my GEL polish started peeling.  When I went for a fill, the gentleman told me it was because my fingers werent placed correctly under the machine.  It has been 4 days since my fill in and my GEL polish is peeling on all my fingers for the 2nd time

Lucy was extremely patient with my 4 year old and Kimmy was outstanding with my french manicure. When Kimmy found out she messed up one nail she immediately fixed it before I ever saw the mistake.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! My nail tech walked off from me and said he wasn’t doing my nails anymore because I pointed out that my color was off and my nails were clumpy! He got extremely angry and walked off and refused to do my nails. The most UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon I’ve ever been too in my life! Another nail tech told me nobody wanted to do my nails because “I look picky” The issue was not resolved and I ended upLeaving with clumpy nails! Don’t waste your hard earned money here!

Ive been to several salons in the area and this one by far beats them all! They are so friendly, and the environment is very relaxing. The salon is extremely clean and all of the technicians are professional and offer amazing quality work!

Love the service and the message chairs. Mostly have a great experience. Just wanted to share how delightful a lady at the counter was to me. I lost a pair of expensive glasses and she was willing to have her manager few video footage to see if I had them on when I left the building. That was so kind that they were willing to go to great lengths to help me find them. I greatly appreciated that.

Rose my nail tech was amazing, just a pleasant person who focused on giving me Excellent customer service. I was able to have a conversation with the manager HongKong who turned a misunderstanding into an amazing conversation. He was very understanding and professional. The atmosphere is calming, clean and relaxing. I will definitely be a regular ❤️

DREX WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS

First time visit, made an appointment, front desk seemed very disorganized upon entry. Filled out the Covid 19 form and my friend and I asked to sit next to each other. Technician was fine, did an admirable job. While the interior is nice, I did not think it was spa-like at all.....much too noisy with a lot of movement and activity. Finally some nice relaxing music was put on. Massage chairs were amazing. Check out was a disaster. The woman at the desk ignored customers while talking to workers for minutes. I saw where we were supposed to have been offered a beverage upon entry (which we were not) so I asked if we got a discount for that. She replied she could give it to me as I left. I said no thanks. To me, it is a shame that the face of Posh, the first and last person you see, is rather rude and unprofessional. I doubt I will return.

I got acrylics done and less than a week later 3 nails fell off without warning. I called to see if they would redo them and they refused. Don’t waste your money there. Definitely have your nails done at other establishments,, I have had better quality at the many other establishments in the area.

I stopped by on a whim after faithfully using another business for the last 11 years. I was greeted warmly and asked to give the girl on the register a few minutes to check out the people I front of me but no worries Me the nail tech welcomed me and put me right in a chair.I will say that while a little higher than my normal place this was a wonderful pedi. I will go here now . If every bit of polish chips off tomorrow it was worth every penny. Me pampered my feet with a wonderful massage for at least 20 minutes. The hot towels were great too.I would like to go back for a massage- if the listed price is correct that is a great deal as well!

Lots of stations, chairs are amazing, heat and massage and nail techs are awesome and good with conversation. Alcohol also available after 5 pm. Boom.

They are awesome. And great at there jobs. Very professional and the service. Oh my my legs feel so good. Having fibromyalgia and they really helped with the pain in my legs.

Go after 5! Complimentary glass of wine! Spend some time and get one of the better pedicures. The basic Chardonnay is just fine but wow they have some good options! Always clean!!

The salon is very pretty and fancy, however i don’t know if it’s the product or technicians but I’ve had my nails done here twice and both time they either chipped, cracked or both. I went and had a crack fixed just 4 days after my original service and they charged me for it too. It cracked again anyway and this time broke off. It’s really close to my house but I won’t be returning.

The best nail salon in Columbus Georgia! I always go there with my mom to get pedicures and manicures and have never had a bad experience. They always do such an amazing job! All the staff is friendly, well rounded in their skills and just overall very helpful! The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. You wont find a better salon anywhere near the Columbus, GA area.

Loved this place. They were so accommodating and friendly. My only complaint was that less than 3 days later my gel polish began to chip and peel back. I know they have a 7 day window where you can go back and theyll fix it but I just didnt have the time to return. But other than that I would highly recommend this place.

Posh salon is a very nice salon. The employees are all seasoned. It’s always comfortable, quiet and peaceful when I go in for my manicure and pedicure. I’ve recently been using the dip polish versus the gel and I like the dip polish a lot more. Lisa does a great job. She’s very attention to detail and takes good care of her patients without rushing. Misty always does her best to get me appointment or chair as quickly as possible.

I love it here! Ive had my nails done by Rose several times and theyre always gorgeous and they last! Never break, polish doesnt chip off! Theyre friendly and the atmosphere is beautiful! I definitely recommend this salon!

I understand lateness be cause of Vovid but I did have an appointment and I had to wait for 45 minutes. Forget the fact hey could have had me soaking my dipping powder off during that wait. Moving forward, the nail tech Victor did an amazing job on my nails and I’m very happy! HOWEVER when does a nail salon charge $23 to remove your polish?!!! I was shocked! What I thought would be a $40-45 service was $63! I was not informed if this in advance . This is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned and I will never go back there! So buyer beware!!

I love posh !! Misty did my dip powder. She took her time and make feel comfortable. My nails are literally perfect. Kimmy did my pedicure. My pedicure was not rushed. I was able to relax with complementary glass of wine. This my new nail home 💕💕💕

My experience in this establishment was very disappointing. I will never patronize their establishment again. The workers are loud. I expected a relaxing atmosphere but it was quite the opposite. I suggest you go somewhere else. Beware because they are unprofessional unless you like that type of atmosphere.

I normally do not write reviews but I’m very disappointed...I had a nail appointment last Saturday and two days later the polish came off two of my nails and then a few days later I had other nails that’s started chipping off. The only reason I gave two stars was because the nail technician was nice.

My pedicure was amazing! I just wish phone calls were not allowed. Its hard to relax & enjoy when someone is talking loudly on the phone.

My first time here and I loved it! Got a pedicure by Aubrey and she was awesome. She took her time and paid attention to detail. She wasn’t too rough during the massage which made it even better. Definitely coming back again 👌🏽

We got charged for a 60 mins foot message $65.00 when the brochure said $45.00. The receptionist said that their prices changed but the brochure she gave us and the lady that did the message said $45.00.1st and last time at this place.

Customer service, my nail chipped after only 5 days and they really didnt want to repair them. Front desk receptionist is very ruled. I will not be returning!

I am currently here and the prices that your paying for high end service compared to the service you receive is totally not worth it at all. I will not come back if my life depends on it.

I gave it 4 because it took a while for people to acknowledge me when I first got there even though two people were behind the counter. I love my nails and will be returning for all future nail needs.. fills, pedicure,new sets

The experience was uncomfortable on many levels. The nail tech asked if I wanted some procedure and I told him no, no chemicals or scrubs because of my spray on tan. He applied the scrub on one leg and I had to remind him, no chemicals or scrubs. He was not gentle nor personable. In addition, an employees small child ran all over the salon the two and a half hours that I was there. And when I reached the end of this visit, my bill was $139. I got a manicure with dipped tips and a French pedicure with gel polish. The nails turned out pretty, but they are ridiculously over priced. There was NOTHING special about this experience that equaled the charges.

Best nail salon in town to go to!!! If you’re looking for a relaxing atmosphere and very clean this is the place to go! I’ve been going to Nick for awhile now and I love the way he does my nails! They come out perfect every time! I give them 5 stars ⭐️

My wife recently went to this establishment and she was told that you couldnt wear your own mask and in order to enter the establishment you had to buy one from them priced at $5 a mask. Not only do you have to purchase one from them to enter the establishment but you have to purchase one each time you return. These people are trying to profit off this pandemic and should receive a fine or a warning from the city to stop these type of practices.

This is a great place to get your nails done. Mimi does an excellent pedicure! I went to her once and then asked for her again. She is so nice and takes great care of me. She does not do Dip Manicures so I have gone to several people for that. All do a good job.

Great service, very fast, the gel nails stay on for at least 3 weeks

We called ahead of time before driving the 20 min drive just to make sure they were still open and able to take us. They said they were closing at 6 and we arrived at 5:30 and they said they weren’t going to take us. Don’t tell us you close at a certain time if you don’t close at that time!!!

I dont get pedicures often but when i do...this is the nicest nail salon that i have visited in Columbus, you also get a free glass of wine or beer after 5pm. The chairs are very relaxing and the staff is always friendly!!!!! Definitely recommend this nail spa...

Leona is my new favorite person/my hero. I had my nails done back home about 2 months ago with a gel polymer blend that couldn’t be soaked off. I’ve had them filled twice since then by techs who didn’t know what I was talking about when I described my nails, and filled over the top with large bulky looking nails. When I met Leona today, she knew exactly what I had on my nails and even better, she was able to safely remove every single one without hurting or damaging my nail beds at all. (I was previously told this wasn’t possible). She was SO knowledgeable and patient, and made sure to make me feel comfortable the entire time. She explained everything she was doing and was so easy to talk to! Leona is the SWEETEST and my nails look AWESOME after she fixed them and completely redid them with gel powder dip! As a military wife, it’s so hard finding new nail techs constantly, but if you want a girl who seriously knows her stuff, takes her time to do it all right, and gives you a beautiful end product, Leona is your girl. I won’t be going to anyone else the rest of my time here in Columbus. LEONA YOU ROCK!

I am new to the area and over 8 months pregnant and desperately needed a pedicure and wanted a relaxing, calm experience in a clean and welcoming salon. I looked on google for a few days and decided to try Posh. Posh is AWESOME!! It really feels like a spa, and everyone that helped me was extremely kind and professional. Will be going back!
