They did an amazing on my old toes. My feet even feel lighter. I suggest you go here with any free time you have.

Took two hours to do my nails for a simple gel refill.. two of them were lumpy. Asked for coffin and got square sorry would not come here again .

I walked in to have my acrylics removed, a gel Mani and a pedi. They were very efficient. They soaked my nails off while I had a pedicure. I was so happy they didnt just rip them off like other places. The ladies were very professional and nice. I was there less than an hour and a half for everything. I also thought it was priced well!

Literally the worst nail salon. Save your money!!!!! I made the mistake of going there 12/29/19 to get my eyebrows done. Before starting I told the lady exactly how I want my eyebrows and she completely messed it up. I asked her to fix it and even a showed her an example of what I wanted. She refused and didn’t even apologize. I paid 13 for something I didn’t want. Don’t go there.

The low rating this salon has received blows my mind. I have been coming to Nail Styling every three weeks for over three years and always leave satisfied. They are welcoming and professional. The salon is clean and they give the best gel manicures and pedicures in all of Columbus!

TRASH! If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly they must be paying people to say positive things. Overcharged for a gel FILL IN that took two hours! They are always empty, even on a Saturday & it must be for a reason. Never going back or returning to this place. Take your money elsewhere.

I hesitate to go here after reading the reviews but my gel manicure had chipped so I needed it fixed before I tore off the whole thing and ruined my nail and this is the most convenient place to my office. I went early, not long after they opened and was helped right away. I had the younger man and he did a great job. It was a little awkward with it being so quiet in the salon but that may have been due to the time that I was there (before lunch). I will definitely go back.

The nails were OK but when it came to polish and design they were not attentive picking several different colors other then the nude I requested until I finally settled on one that was in fact peach. And the design was a complete F up and it was just glitter. They dont understand you and they dont try

Just received a gel mani, the young mans attention to detail was great and did a wonderful job! My daughter had gel powder nails done and the young lady who did hers came in early on a Sunday and did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend the Nail Styling Salon!!!

I use this nail salon regularly for pedicures and gel manicures. The products they use are the same as used elsewhere and the prices are reasonable. There is some variability in technicians, but overall I am satisfied. They will make it right if you have a problem.

My nails are FLAWLESS and they give excellent foot massages! I definitely recommend them!

The service here is awesome, except for one woman. I come here out of convenience, but I always pray that one older woman is not working. Once, she ripped off one of my acrylics and tore my natural nail right off the nail bed, it took her nearly 2 hours to complete a basic balance as a result. I didnt even get polish because I was out of time. I end up with lumpy acrylics that lift up and cause injury, and bloody cuticles. Today I had an appointment for 1 pm, yet again I got stuck with her. She was dismissive of me, acted as though I had done something wrong when she discovered another client (who arrived after me) had been booked for 1 pm as well. I was already taken back, sitting at her station when the other client came in, and the nail tech rudely told me I had to wait. I think. She wasnt very descriptive of what was going on. I felt put on the spot and uncomfortable, and also embarrassed. I didnt want to give them my money, especially after I paid $10 for parking. I love this place, except for that ONE WOMAN. She has consistently given me terrible customer service and subpar acrylics each time Ive given her a chance. Its unfortunate, because there are not many options downtown. I left almost in tears. I really wanted to do something for myself today.

The lady over the phone said fill in was $22. (Which is expensive for a fill in. ) When I got there, the lady was nice at first. When its time to pay she told her assistant to charge 27! I ask why, they stated that they charge for $3 buffing nails. The $2 came from taxes for swiping my card. Who charges for buffing nails!!!? So Im just paying 22 for polish and the acrylic?? Some BS. Nails came out great however they charge way to much for a fill in.

I had the worst customer service here EVER!!! Would not recommend. I have dry skin on my feet. The manager of the store gave me the pedicure. She seen my feet before they were soaked into the water. She barely scrubbed my feet even though she seen that they needed a little extra attention. When I seen that my feet were still bad I asked her politely to scrub those parts of my feet a bit more. She replied saying that she could not. As Im sitting in the chair EXTRA upset at this point, my friend, brother, and boyfriend ALL asked her at different times was there any way she could scrub it more. She said no, proceeded to paint my toes. She did a good job at painting my toes but hell I couldve done that at home myself. I was put under the dryer, I became very upset at that point and asked could she please fix them. 30 minutes go buy and she says she can try and has me wait another 30 minutes because she was dealing with another customer. I was LIVID. We paid full price. Honestly I would have paid nothing if my boyfriend didnt pay because thats how pissed I was. I even broke out in tears because I was so mad. I wish I could post the pics I took of my feet smh.

They dont properly sanitize and clean their pedicure tubs or nail utensils. Ive been to other salons where they open a sterile package of utensils for each customer. Here, they will use the same utensils on different customers. Unsanitary! I kept complaining that my feet were itching when I put them in the water but the nail tech did not speak any English. They should use a protective plastic over the tub or throughly clean the pedicure tub after each use. I watched the tech clean after my pedicure and it took him less than 30 seconds to spray and rinse the foot tub. Their gel nail polish is very cheap and started to chip my hands only after a few days. A day or so later the polish started to peel off as one sheet. Prices are reasonable compared to other nail salons in the Columbus area but you get what you pay for!

Needed more professionalism in their work .

I went here for my sister in laws wedding.. she doesnt typically get manicures or acrylics so she just randomly picked this place for us to go to because they could accommodate our party.. I see why now!! I needed only a fill and gel polish and only got my toe nails painted (not a full pedicure) .. I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes until the woman got to me (which mind you there was only two people getting mania), she did such a terrible job on my nails I ended up having to file half the acrylic off the sides of my fingers while I sat there and got my toenails painted myself and they charged me $90.00!!! 5 days later I ended up with an infection in one of my fingers, 2 nails were broken off and half the gel polish was chipped!! Never again!! They should be ashamed they actually call them selves a salon!!

My roommate warned me never to go here but its just so close, I figured I would give it a try. I simply CALLED them to ASK if they could do acrylics, it was 7pm, and her response was closed now... I said ok... but do you do acrylics? I wasnt even planning on going in that night- although their website says its open until 8 - she repeats we closed now! I calmly responded that I was just looking for an answer to my question, not an appointment. She still didnt seem to understand and then I just hung up.

Priced well? Ha! Quality of service was horrible! Took forever to do a horrible job! Never again!

It is best to make an appointment but you can always drop by and see what the wait is. With the drop by, its similar to other nail salon experiences, they will tell you they can fit you in and make you wait forever. They will eventually get to you but if you cannot wait you have to tell them you need to be done by X time. The older guy gives the best foot massages and the younger woman does the best gel nail mani but overall, I am always satisfied with the service. If not, I tell them and they fix it. Ive even come back a week later with a chipped gel nail and they fixed it for free. If you ask for green tea, they will even make it for you. Not familiar with the waxing and dont often see them doing acrylics. Theyll also change the tv or music if you ask, but you have to ask (theres a theme here). They arent really proactively customer friendly but no one has ever been rude to me. But, I go here for the price and speed, not the conversation. Definitely the best service for your buck if you arent too shy to ask for what you want and be persistent.

My girlfriend made an appointment and got there on time for it. They took another 45 minutes to take her in. All they got was an acrylic fill in, and it was ridiculously overpriced; it cost the same amount to fill them in as it did to get the entire original acrylic set done somewhere else in the first place. When they were doing their nails, they had to ask them to paint a part theyd completely missed repeatedly. Really overpriced, bad planning, and generally just not at all worth it.

I work right around the corner and have visited this salon several times. Each time Im equally disappointed but get tempted to return just out of convenience. The older lady is the worst, her acrylic service is painful and lifts because she gets product on the cuticle. A coworker and I went together once and asked for a mani/pedi. You would think we would both get the same service....not at all. I was treated completely different because I wanted my nails and toes to match. I chose from the samples given to me but they couldnt find the colors so that meant I missed out on the extra pampering my friend received. The polish peeled off in sheets the next day. I really wish theyd staff the place with qualified techs and I would go weekly for nails and bi-weekly for toes. The prices are random, I learned to call ask for price then take that exact amount of cash otherwise they will keep adding charges for things that should be included in the service.

Awful very disappointed. Took too long. I am not from the city and was staying at hotel downtown so it was close to my I went just out of convenience. I asked for a simple mani w/gel polish and pedi which took 3+hrs. I have had nail tech students do a better job. I had to keep feeding my meter which it should not have taken more that 1.5hrs to do. Then when I paid I realize they offered waxing so I asked for a brazilian wax major mistake. Wax way too hot and did not get a full wax. I wasted more money in this place than anywhere. I went home to get my services corrected and my regular nail lady said terrible job dont go back there anymore then I went to my wax lady she felt so bad that she didnt even have the heart to charge me for a full wax. Overall stay away.
