I came here a week ago, not my normal salon. I paid $150 for a pedi and balance with gel. Mind you it’s been a week! I don’t work in water and type for work. I’ve lost 3 nails! I come in today 3 ppl working I’m the only one waiting. I get told to come back in 2 hrs asked to write my number down and come back when called! I really don’t get it but avoid this place!

Been looking for a place that doesnt do appointments. Too many do appointments nowadays. You get there at 10am and at 1pm youre still waiting. Called them and confirmed they werent busy. Came and got seated within 5 mins. Friendly. Professional. Great job. My new go to place for a pedicure!!

She left extra paint on the bottom of 2 nails on my right hand & almost all the nails are way to thick. I do love the colors but thats about it. I also got my eyebrows done & she did great on them for $10.

Only 3 people do the acrylic nails. The guy is not very delicate with his tools and hurt me both times I had him. Very nice setting. And the workers are very nice.

This place is horrible. Im from ATL where they actually give you a pedicure. Here they just wash your feet. For the prices they charge, you would think the service would be better. Ive been here twice and both times my nails and toes were horrible. I will get my nail and toes fixed before visiting Ohio.

I gave four because the tech nicked me with the drill a few times, besides that she did exactly what I wanted I will be returning

There prices are ridiculous I spent $70 on short acrylic nails when I typically spend about $60 on short acrylic nails I got these nails done last week and they broke in a week. I am never coming back to the salon ever again go to Cobe‘s nails instead if you wanna pay a good price for good nails never give them your business.

After my horrible experience at nail spa I went to tip top salon a nail shop across the street. I had my nails and toes completely redone and guess what the polished matched. Great service and Great work! Would definitely recommend.

Ms. Tina has been very rude to her customers and her staff havent even been doing people nails the way they ask them to.. They get upset when you ask them to correct nails that looks messed up.. the shop is just not the same anymore including the treatment of others

This is my 2nd review in the last year or so. This review is higher than the last one. Im giving 5 stars because of the tech at station 4. Not sure what her name is, but every time I sit at her station, she takes her time no matter how busy they are. (view the pic I posted last year under the name Auriel J. My nails are black and yellow with the sunflower on them. Tech 4 did them. she also did the light pink nails I posted too) I honestly dont know what the big deal about Tina is for. She messes up something every time I sit in her chair. She always rushes and is always distracted, which results in a bad paint job or uneven nails. (view the mint green pic I posted on here. Tina did them. Just messy) Took my friend here for the first time back in September and Tina did her nails. My friend has never returned. her thumb nail had a hump on it, one of her nails wasnt put on straight, and another nail was filed unevenly. Ladies please request tech 4. I promise you wont regret it.

Please DO NOT get your lashes done here !!! They lady that did my lashes put way too much glue on them causing my lashes to be stuck together and when the lashes starting falling off my natural lashes were damaged badly it was very painful and I will never be back again… and thinking about taking this to court

I tipped because I do that but my nails were poorly filed and thick but yet still broke. It was my last resort. Keeping it w lee

I love them they did my nails for my eleventh birthday and they were very nice 👍🏾 but I do think that they didn’t know that I know there language but thats our secret I would post a pic but I don’t know how to😩 ....Anyway overall they were wonderful very happy 😊 with the result 🥰🤩🤞🏾😎🖤I figured out how to put the photo😅😇 mine is the one that is 🖤 and have gems on the ring finger 🤪🥳

Went again, after visiting Fancy Nails (see my review and photos for them) because convenience and time.. she fixed the horrible near Miss I had with Fancy.. she is great and I posted my newest photos, I LOVE MY NAILS!! SHE CARES! I always tip to show my thanks.. ONLY thing, they had to make a new rule. Under $50 you can use card, but over its cash.. she explained why and I couldnt even be mad.**** by the doriginal lady post a month ago*** lady by door ..no one else! I love her and she always does great! Nails last forever! No lifting it breaking! Truthfully, Ive never had anyone else do mine here. She did the first time and they were great so I have seen her ever since! Never disappointed.

Omg! Love this place. Best place to go for pedicures. The woman I had took her time, has hands blessed by God himself and gave me tips on how to better care for my feet. I am extremely proud of my pedicure and will definitely come back.

It is my nails, although the color is good I am seeing humps and bumps because the color of my nails makes it stand out. Otherwise, the color and shape of my nails look beautiful!

I’ve gotten gel nails usually I have Tina work on my nails but she unfortunately was busy I got a French tip gel nails on nail was chipped and fixed with acrylic which my nails that were repaired were lopsided and uneven I have skin still hanging off my nails. The tech kept yanking my arm because I was practicing social distancing. I’m never coming back they did not make it right after I said I didn’t like a couple of my nails.

Sequoia is the absolute bomb!! I’ve been going to her for years (5 yrs) and she never disappoints me...sometimes I don’t have time to go to the salon because of my work schedule ...so with that being said my nails will stay on for a month and won’t break or lift...I don’t know what she does but whatever magic she uses keeps me coming back...oh and her nail art is worth every penny!!!

I have been going to the owner Mrs Tina for years! She does her own free hand nail art and is amazing! 4 stars because the other ladies are good just not as good as her. What they mess up SHE WILL FIX THO!

This place is horrible! I do not recommend this Salon at all. The workers are very rude and unprofessional. Like most Asian salons they talk about American Women in there Native Tongue when there service is poor. My eyebrows were thick not even and poorly arched. My nails started breaking in 3 days. There work stations are dirty towels piled up in the back sitting area. I wouldn’t recommend the Salon.

Always expecting a tip. Especially when they are sitting there talking about I in a different language you cant understand. .which I find very rude.They need to keep all that chee- chung to themselves until Im gone.

My first experience getting a pedicure. It was fast and easy, I sat in a massage chair. I thought you were supposed to use sanitized equipment or new and I dont think that happened. Reasonably priced., the experience was okay. Id go back.

My daughter, her friend and I went here to get our nails done and were very disappointed!! The girls got acrylics and polish, the polish was horrible and the technicians never spoke to them and were rather rude. I was there to get a mani pedi with french manicure. The woman sanded my nails and left them very rough and then barely shaped them. She cut my cuticles and left skin hanging and then rushed through what I would call the worst paint job Ive ever had with the oldest nail polish Ive ever seen used!! All three of us had a different technician and not one of us were happy with our nail when we left. The are using very old products and everything in the salon is very old and looks dirty!

Came in day of graduation needing a quick polish on my toes, and while they sat me quick I had to argue with the lady about charging me gel prices for the REGULAR polish. If I weren’t in a rush I would have never! I cant stand when businesses take unnecessary advantage.

Absolutely would NEVER go here again. After waiting for 45 min, I get in the chair and the gentlemen asked me what color gel I wanted. I asked if I could see the colors to chose and he comes back and puts it on the desk and says “here, hurry up”. I said “did you just say hurry up?” He said “yes, or do you want to just sit on your phone”....... I will NEVER go somewhere like this and spend my money on just anybody

These nail technicians pay close attention to detail and take their time to make sure my nails are done right, everytime. Sometimes, there is a wait, but thats normal for any shop. Would not recommend coming 30 minutes or less til close. They may not take you.

Changed my review. My first time i got my nails done basically wasnt helpful. Very rude. I went to a different place and they know i dont know about nails and my new place i went to on south high was very nice helpful and its clean. . GO TO FAMOUS NAILS ON SOUTH HIGH STREET. THEY USE NEW STUFF ON YOU. VERY CLEAN AND SANITARY

The owner needs to make sure she does whatever she has to, To keep the African-American lady that sits up front there! She’s the only one who can free hand nail art and make the best out of the cheap products the owner purchases! I leave if she’s not there if she is I have no problem with waiting on her to finish up with the client before me

Artistic performance was not equivalent to what I paid. $40 for poor polish job, including the fact that the polish is covering my cuticles. I dont recommend #7. Much respect, but this individual needs to be neater and cleaner with polishing. I am not happy and will not return. Lesson learned.

The pedi was very good but I received a balance and 1 repair the nail that got repaired broke within 3 days. The nail polish was very thin and watery never will I go back again

My first visit here was rushed so thats why Im giving only 4 stars. Tech (station 7) did a terrible job on the Polish and I asked for coffin shape, but 8 out of 10 of my nails were square shape. Decided to return after nearly 4 weeks and give them another shot, because even though it was rushed the 1st time my nails were not coming off. So glad I did! Sequoia (black lady at station 1) is my new favorite tech. She took her time, reshaped my nails exactly how I wanted, paint job and design was on point, and we had good conversation. If you decide to go, request Sequoia. You wont be disappointed.

Cut on toes not good and polish sucks not going back

I just went to get gel polish and the lady cut my nail and it started bleeding but she wasnt even going to tell me then she took forever to paint them and they’re still not how I want them but I definitely won’t be going back

Not the cleanest salon I have ever visited. The front window is boarded up, due to a vehicle driving through. This was several weeks ago. Someone had painted in red Open. I had hair and dust on soles of my shoes by the time I received service. I plan to try another facility for my next nail appointment.

I really recommend people to avoid that salon...I when there for a nails gel...a week after every thing was out...i went back to speak with the manager and she wasnt able to replied politely...very rude and sarcastic...if you have money to loss and need a poor and bag job 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️then go there.Never see this just look at the picture $51 for gel just a week after 😡😡🤮🤮

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been! The nail tech who did my nails was taking phone calls while I was getting my nails done. She even told her friends that she needs to go outside and hit her blunt. In addition to cursing loudly at people she was skyping with. They do overcharge for poor work and I am shocked that the owners allow ghetto unprofessional behavior and poor service to occur in their business. Customer service is nonexistent and the salon is absolutely filthy (I.e. dirty walls, ripped up arm mats on table, no sanitation, and filthy product bottles). They also use the same files and buffers from other clients. Going to this place was a big and costly mistake. Do yourself and your wallet a favor by going to a better quality nail salon. If you dont mind trashy unprofessional behavior, filth and poor customer service this place is for you!!

This is the first nail salon I visited upon moving to Columbus, although I have visted two other shops no one comes close to tip top! I always sit at booth 6 and she does an excellent job on my nails, Ive had others in the salon to do my nails when she couldnt and my nails were just as nice. They never have a problem if you ask them to fix a problem with your nail (at least in my experience) This is the only place I will go to for my eyebrows and nails, depending on what day you go on it does get packed! But to avoid all that I go on Mondays....Theyre quick and stable so youre not there all day, However I will say one of the black females that works there always has a nasty demeanor about herself! Havent seen her the last few times I was there THANK GOD, Every establishment has their mishaps tho so I wont let one bad seed stop my show...Ive always felt comfortable when I went and will continue to go theyre about their business.

Too pricy for basic nails

Frightening experience. I was there with services starting from 6:40p.m.-10:15 p.m. Pedicure went fine with Asian woman. Eyelashes took 45 minutes and my eyes were glued shut 5 times and had to be pulled open which caused swelling the next day. When I got home and took pictures I discovered half the lashes on one eye were turned up and half on the same eye were turned down. I had to take them off because there was glue half way up the lashes in big globs that was scratching my eyeballs. Removing them (using oil as Ive done numerous times over the years) was of no help and all of my lashes were pulled out. Owner refuses refund or to have someone else put some more on as restitution although I have pictures before lashes were removed. I spent $118 in that salon which was my first and last time. Im 62yrs old and quite possibly my lashes will not grow back. STAY AWAY FROM TOP TOP AT ALL COSTS. My hands were poorly done as well. I asked for gel nails and was convinced to just get gel topcoat over my nail art. Nails were not cleanly done so there were little nibs on the edges underneath that caught on clothing and gel topcoat had worn off after 10 days which never occurred when I got them done at Walmart Easton.

I went in with my boyfriend I told him Tina the owner always over charges me he goes and gets his manicure and she tells him $140 Im like for what she says my feet are $90 I only got a fill in of pink on my feet that looked clear my dude told me to chill .. So Ill write review Ill never come here again.. Check your bill

I went to get a full set about a month ago. While she was adding the acrylic my fingers were burning and she automatically asked me before I even told her. The tech gave me a water bottle, or so it appeared to be, to spray my fingers with whenever I felt the burn. I asked why it burns, she simply said its the reaction when the acrylic touches the nail. Partially true, but the whole truth is that purple liquid mixed with the acrylic powder known as MMA is illegal!!!!!!! It originated in the dental industry for making crowns and bridges. Because it is now illegal, it is NOT SUPPOSE TO COME IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SKIN OR NAILS!!! It can kill you,which is why THEY have on a mask but YOU never do. Imagine the women that come thru who are pregnant. Im really disappointed in this shop. Do research. Ask them to see the acrylic!!! Let me know how that goes.

It was horrible getting my nails done the purple stuff had my nails burning really bad. The woman that did my nails never spoke to me except to ask me what color polish I wanted. She was very rough to the point a nail flew off and she had to reapply it. She didnt tell me her name thats why I cant tell you who it was she worked at booth 7. It was very awkward because they spoke their language the whole time. Walking out my nails were already looking like I needed a balance and a couple nails werent all the way covering my nails. Its been three days and my nails hurt like I slammed them in something. I wont ever go back or recommend to anyone.

WORST nail salon Ive ever been to! From the moment I walked in I felt they lacked presentation and professionalism. The place screamed TACKY. They had 8-10 signs plastered all over stating, you break you buy, no children, regular polish chips, ect. I thought to myself, cant judge a book by its cover Im here now. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to be seated I quickly realized they charge for EVERYTHING. I asked for coffin style with a neon orange color I picked out. My nail tech said thatll be $5 for style of nail and another $5 for length...ummm ok nevermind? After placing and shaping nails, He then left me for another 30 minutes to finish another persons nails!! When he gets back to me he said to sit in the pedicure chair to start paint on my toes. The woman painting my toes completed my right foot before telling me she ran out of the neon orange color I chose and didnt have a matching color. I asked her to remove the one foot she painted since she ran out of the product I wanted and I would just go paint them on my own because by this point Ive been here 2 hours 30 minutes with nothing completed but the full set (without polish). HEREs the kicker! When i go to pay she tells me $40! for what?? the full set cost $28 (no length or unique shape simple short squared nails) and she didnt do anything to my feet. She told me she charged for my feet because she removed polish. WOW ! If a company runs out of a product why is the customer responsible to foot the bill for services not rendered?! After debating for 20 more minutes I just paid and left with wasted time and unpainted fingernails/toenails. I will NEVER go back or recommend this salon again!

Seems like they dont care the salon was drity like it hadent been cleaned in months then they charged me 20 for gel on top of my set. now i know if you go get gel alone its 20 but ibe never been charged more than 10 for gel on my acrylics. They also charged for the alomond shape theu are short nails and i can see charging extra for extra long nails but it seems to be the same amount of work as if i got square nails. Ive been getting my nails done for years ive never been charged 60 for a basic set. And to top ot off the nails look like dinosaur claws the are round on the bed instead of flat. I wont be back.

This place is a mess. A gorl peed on herself and the tech just blasted her out in front of everyone. Very unprofessional. The lady that did my toes was awesome and funny but the one that did my nails sucked. I told her i had a bubble in one of my nails. She wanted to argue about what it was. Then gets mad cause i got gel polish on my toes but didnt want it on my nails. Just kept saying i dont understand why u put on toes and not fingers. The i asked for an american manicure which is a polish and she further got agitated asking why i just dont do french. A week later to the day and i gotta get the one she claimed didnt have a bubble off and the whole set redone....... Dont spend ur money here. Go across the street to the Nail Spa or Walmart.........

Slow service at first I was going to leave but soon as I did they finally gave me service. So I go home after 3 hours my toes still arent dried then on top of that the polish was so old that it never dried and smudged everywhere. I got gel nails as well and it didnt even last a day before the polish started to crack. TERRIBLE I WONT BE RETURNING.

The worst place you could ever go! A black lady named marie was a very nasty hood rat that shouldnt even be dealing with any customers due to her poor customer services skills and over charge people. Yelling at people in the parking lot and trying to fight a customer in there store! The absolute worst!!
