I was told to go here for awhile I finally did and let me say I wish I would have came here years ago. Mr Phil and his wife are amazing and super kind! Love my color changing nails!!!

The lady argued with me. I didnt even get out the door and 2 of my nails was peeling. When I went back in to get them fixed I was told it was my fault. I guess if your friends with them you get special treatment, saw it first hand. They wasnt even busy. If you go, Good Luck!!!

I was nervous honestly, I am always nervous to try new salons but Tina and her husband Phil were a delight (I never use that phrase 😂 I sound like my grandma) but they were extremely sweet and funny. I will definitely go back. I really like my nails!!!!! Thank you Uncle Phil for hooking me up! 🤣

So this was sooo bad like I saw a roach eww ik they guy was rude and didn’t ask me what I wanted he just did things and charged me 60 for just the gel and poor fish like the fish water was so musty and disgusting I will never wish for the person I hate most to even go there and my nails hurt

I have been going to Tina and Phil for a long time. The only thing I can say about the negative reviews is that you must have been rude to them if they were rude to you. They’re always friendly, smiling and professional with me and I’m there every 2 weeks. You can’t get any better service than with a mom and pop salon. 10/10 for me.

I never had got my nails done, but my nails kept peeling and I finally decided to get acrylic nails. My experience was great. The lady did them so quickly and they looked awesome. I got so many complements. I will be going back. Its been almost 3 weeks. I guess now I get them balanced??? The cost was definitely worth it. It makes me feel more like a women, sounds ridiculous but when your hands look pretty, you feel sexier. I need all that I can get, being a Single Mom, that works 2 jobs. Great place, great care, great service.

The owner did a very poor job. Once I asked them to fix my nails they refused to do business and was very unprofessional. If they are that sensitive when a client is asking them to fix their nails after they did a poor job then they shouldnt be doing nails. I dont know how they are in business with that kind of service. They need to learn how to treat the public otherwise they will end up with no business. Closed doors! By the way it was the wife that was rude and made her husband finish up. Had me pay more then before for the same service the time before. Come on get a grip. Poor home manners in the business/ working place is rude and not tolerated well with costumers. Really its not hard to be nice.

My daughter got her nails done for prom. She loves them and they look very natural. The staff was great!

I was able to get in as a walk-in for a pedi and came out an hour later with pretty feet. My feet were in very bad shape and she did a fabulous job. I will stop going to other shops that dont do as well and just come back here.

The white tip of my gel manicure nails have cracked the day after I had them done. Im talking every single nail. Ive been getting my nails done for over a year and have never seen this happen. I went back in and they said they never seen this before and fixed all my nails. The next day the same thing happend so I called them and said I want my money back. The lady said I would have to come back in (mind you I live 30 minutes away) and that they would only offer me half a refund. I explained to her its very inconvenient as I live so far and a half refund wouldnt even be worth coming there for with the gas I spend to get thereShe had no empathy and wasnt very nice. I told her its probably the product their using. She wanted to hear nothing I had to replace. I highly recommend you all to stay away!

I went to get my nails done at there shop because I wanted to try something new, and they messed up my nails so I had to get them re done !, and the consumer service and people’s skills were not all great NEVER AGAIN .

Horrible nail salon and horrible people. I told the lady before I ever made my appointment that I always get my nails longer and she said that wasn’t a problem so I try them out. The arylic started to crack only hours after leaving the salon I had got my nails done on Wednesday and I’ve been getting my nails done for 5 years and I had never had anything happen like that before 2 days later another one started to cracked and fell off on Sunday I ask the owner the girl if I could be refunded my money because my nails lasted only a few days and then she blames me and tells me it’s becaise they’re too long and I was being rough on them when I’ve had my nails longer before and some places my acrylics have stayed on longer then a month she said all she couldn’t do was fix them when they shouldn’t have to be fixed in the first place if she would have done them right so if you want your nails to last an hour or a few days go to lady nails!

Me my mother and my sister all came to get mani pedis for our other sisters wedding and they hooked us up! My mom said she loved lived loved it, my sister couldnt stop starring at her nails and I loved how perfectly she did my toes. They were gentle where it counts and firm with their leg and foot massage. This is our spot!! 😍

Called about needing just ONE nail fixed, due to the gel nail polish completely chipping off, and the person who answered the phone turned me away and acted like they were too busy. Not impressed.

I have never given a bad review on a nail place until I just went to get a full set here and was treated so disrespectful by the owners husbad!! I waited 25 minutes, was sat down and he glued a nail on my pinky that could have fit my index finger. It was glued to my skin and was way toI big. I told him it looked way too big and asked him if he could put a smaller nail on. He gave me a dirty look and said fine Ill take it off and you can go somewhere else no joke!! I wasnt rude, just asking for a smaller nail. Ive been getting my nails done for 10 years and have never been treated that way. He was aggressively trying to grind the nail off and left the dried glue on my skin and pushed my hand away then proceeded to shoo me away saying bye bye I said all I wanted was a smaller nail that clearly didnt fit. So rude! Ill be reporting them to BBB

Uneven nails, extremely overpriced. Thought I was getting a regular fill, which is usually $20. Left paying $35 because unknown to me, he gave me gell polish which is more and extra 5 for French?! Polish was done badly to top it off. I still tipped because that how I am, but Never again!
