Above average place to get an oil change. From my experience it was good and they even accepted customer parts and gave me back $5 credit. Still a bit pricey for an oil change though (compared to the independent shop I go in San Jose), but thats ok

Like the one in Willow Glen-San Jose, Mountain View-Middlefield Rd, this Jiffy Lube left me with an everlasting impression! From the first phone call (with Rio) to the experience I had at this Daly City Location. When I arrived, I was welcomed and greeted by Tony. My car was inspected thoroughly and most important HONESTLY by RUDY!. Even though they use Penzoil and not Mobile Jiffy lubes, Honesty has Trumped my car manufactures Oil brand choice!

Needed to get car inspected. They said I wouldnt pass if I didnt buy new wipers or brake light. He didnt tell me I could just go buy some elsewhere and install them myself and get retested again without additional charge. probably could of saved a good chunk of change. Polite people, but not a very good experience.

Thought Id save time and get my oil changed since I normally do it myself. Threw in a tire rotation because why not right? Coming here was a huge mistake.Not only did they fail to rotate the tires on the one side of the truck (thanks Tony G. tire tech) but now there was an oil leak that Ive never had before. Called and they gave some crazy excuse which they never told me about on the post inspection. Had to come back the next day to get everything fixed. Refunded tire rotation, just put it back the way it was, only this time, I now had a nail in the tire. Shaking my head as this was just getting worst with every visit. They noticed the oil filter had a ding on seal which caused a leak.They said they usually inspect it before they install. Well it looks like James A. (lower bay) missed that. This is High School auto shop class 101 type stuff here. Id try to avoid this place as much as possible.Btw- they wont clean your exterior windows or vacuum interior floors. Even though its part of their signature service, but your checklist will say you declined it which I never did. lol whatever. Im not surprised at this point.

I just called and asked for oil change, the guy just hung up on me without telling me that I needed to repeat louder or something, so I called back and the guy was careless about he hung up on me whaen I mentioned about how rude he was hanging up on me, then I requested to speak with the manager and manager was all deaf ears as well, when I asked about the price he just janked up the price 20.00 Dollars over, no special oil, no special tools, no special treatment… just 20.00 over… I asked him why…. He said he didn’t have the answer….. guys… compare prices and customer service before you go to this rude place…

Was in and out so fast I didnt even have time to get a drink of water. Was very clean, professional and they were very conscientious of social distancing. thank you jiffy lube my car is running better than it did before 😉

The actual service was fine. The people who were working there were VERY rude. My van is quite tall and I was told to bring it around a test it to see if it would fit. I asked what the clearance was and they said “I don’t know... we just have people test it” Already being frustrated at that comment, I drove the van around to test if it would fit and while i’m doing so, I was yelled at by the people who work there for doing exactly what I was told to do. They forced me out of my vehicle and made a huge deal about what I was doing and how I wasn’t going to fit (which I very much was going to fit) and demanded they do it themselves. They also started servicing my van before checking if they had the correct filter. All around, the customer service was bad, rude, and I will not be coming back, ESPECIALLY after being yelled at by an employee.

Always professional service and trustworthy staff. Clear communication about what services were preformed and how much each service cost. Its refreshing to have a spot close by where you know theyre not upselling you.

I took my Toyota Highlander for inspection and oil change to this place, they are very quick, fair prices and nice people! Highly recommend.

First time going in and was greeted right away. They had friendly staff and had me in and out in no time. While they did the oil change they inspected my car and noticed I was low on radiator fluid and my engine filter was beyond dirty. I had them take care of both problems and honestly left happy with their service.

I have been going to the Daly City location on Gellert for over 5 years. The employees are friendly and efficient. In all this time there was only 1 error and they owned it and made sure they corrected it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are comparable and fair.

Great service all around. I called and they said they closed in 40 minutes. I said its probably too late, right? The person on the phone encouraged me to come in anytime before they close. So I went in. They were so fast and courteous. They did recommend up sells on the oil and additional services, as any place would, but they didnt push when I said no thank you, not today.Great customer service, fast work and a fair price. I will be back soon for some future work. Thanks guys.Oh! They even ran out with my water bottle I had forgotten inside. Nice!

Whenever I need an oil change, I try to come here in the morning before 11 AM because King Drive is usually a busy street. This particular Jiffy Lube location is great because the employees are friendly and lay out all the information that you need to know. I took off one star because every time I come here, I feel pressured to add more items like changing my air filter or upgrading to something new. Overall, service is quick and they change your oil in a jiffy.

After I waited about 40 minutes, they told me they don’t have the tool to remove the cap to drain my oil - a cap they say is “common on Fords”. Fine, but I just spent a good chunk of my evening *not* getting my oil changed.

When you go to a place and you feel like they where honest. I got to say that customers know when they are being over charged, this guys made me feel like there is hope in the world. They did a great job and did much extra, Im definitely coming back.

Very professional employees. Like other places, they check for any anomalies they find besides the one you came in for. Instead of forcing you to purchase their services for those other issues, they instead make a polite offer. Ive had a great experience with them so far and Im looking forward to their continued level of service.

One of a few good places to have the change oil. Honest ppl but a few employees is hard to understand. 1 employee talks like you have to bow down to him but overall the rest are better. So is the service.

Horrible service I have been going to Jeffy lube for over the past 6 years I never experience horrible service like this definitely not this location anymore it took them two hours to do my oil change and on top They didn’t vacuum inside the car either or cleaning my windows

This place is the worst! My car was was left with the windows open and key in the ignition, the stuff in my glove compartment all over the floor. They didnt do half of what the paper work said they did. I have been going there for a few years, bit will not be returning. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Busy location with good customer service!

Will not come back again. Bolt was not tightened correctly, damaged the tread causing oil leak on my driveway. Had to come back and have my oil pan replace or fixed by their next door autoshop, who I personally know from the Philippines. The nephew of the late Senator Salonga. Unprofessionals.
