I think she said her name was Lisa, she did an amazing job. She was SUPER thorough and asked how I liked them several times while shaping, cutting and dipping them and made double sure I was satisfied. I’ve already been coming here every 2 weeks for a few months. Coincidentally, she has only done my nails twice, but both times for events I was having and I’ve always been SOOO happy with the results. Definitely worth the hour drive!My second time getting my nails done here and I love it! This nails last so long I just end up removing myself because they dont come off for nothing. Went here yesterday for a gel pedicure and was taken right away without an appointment. Sally took care of me and was so sweet. She did a great job so I’ll be making an appointment for my hands sometime this week.

I walked in for an acrylic set, no design just solid color. The reviews I saw did not match what I received, my nails do not match on the opposite hand. The shaping is all different sizes, and a few arent even the same length. No effort was made, when you are paying for a service such as this one you shouldnt have to be vocal about it being done correctly. If it’s a busy day just go ahead and leave they will rush thru you.

One of the best pedicures I’ve had . It was a Saturday so the wait was expected but they moved very swift and very organized, also spent an hour on my pedicure I’m impressed ! will definitely be back

Went in for a pedicure. The nail chairs were busy but there were 4 or 5 open pedicure chairs. There was another lady sitting down in a pedicure chair just seconds before me. I asked if they could leave an open seat between me and the next customer (because there was room to do that). The employee told me they are busy and if I dont want to sit beside someone they cannot help me. She wasnt rude, just very matter of fact. I guess maybe she/they forgot that were in a pandemic and where you can allow extra distance, you do. Oh well.

I was so excited to finally go and get my nails done a friend of mine recommended this place I actually downloaded a picture of how I wanted my nails to look. Up on showing the technician she look me up and down and told me that they cant do that and that I would have to get regular nails. So I looked at her and I told her nothing about me is regular I turned around and walked out but right around the corner I found a nail shop who did my nails exactly the way I asked they took their time they were polite and they were affordable

So this was my 1st time ever getting my nails done and I heard that this place was good and miss Karen was great at nails. the other reviewers were right! my nails look so fabulous and she was very kind and talkative. she even took time to know everyones name I will definitely be coming here again and I recommend everyone to come here for their nails

The first few times I had my nails done here, I enjoyed the manicure services from the same nail technician, who is kind, friendly, and excellent at what she does. Today, I wanted a dipping powder manicure done. I called them prior to coming in to ask about wait times at 2:59 PM because I know that Saturdays are busier than usual. I spoke to Karen who told me that there was a little bit of a wait. I thanked her and told her Id come by another day. She called me back at 3:00 PM and told me there was no wait and to come on in. I called her at 3:15 PM to confirm and she repeated the same. I came in and the salon was packed. After standing around for a while, Karen had me take a seat to soak my nails.I waited patiently. They moved me to a different station at 3:52 PM. At this point, I told the nail technician politely just to remove what was on my nails because I had waited far too long. She did a sloppy job and left dried acrylic on my hands in several places, which I tried explaining to her but she didnt understand.Karen then asked me condescendingly Whats wrong, honey? and I showed her my hands. She was clearly irritated when she told me that she didnt see anything wrong and thats how its supposed to be. She asked if I just wanted a removal and I said yes. She asked for the charge. As I was paying, I did explain that I called ahead of time and was told there was a wait, then they called back and told to come in because there was no wait, and I had to wait over 50 minutes. Regardless of my feelings, I wasnt at all confrontational towards her, but she was very upset. She raised her voice at one point and said that it takes time to soak and that it hadnt been that long, there is caller ID for proof. I showed her my caller ID and she got more upset, stating she doesnt want to get an attitude or argue, but thats exactly what she did.She asked What do you expect on a weekend?! I told her that I understand, but I expected only what she told me. They decided not to charge me at this point, but I insisted on paying for what they did and calmly left. I saved the tears for the car ride home as I reflected on the attitude I received for no reason in front of all the customers, the time wasted, and wreckage done on my nails and hands.I really enjoyed the one nail technician I had the past few times, but the unprofessionalism I experienced here discourages me from returning.

Ms. Karen truly is amazing! Aside from her pretty much knowing all of her regulars by name, she is always welcoming and accommodating. Since they reopened due to the pandemic they have shields at every station, sanitize the entire areas, chairs included before and after each client sits down, the entire staff are wearing face shields, and help keep things very clean. Their work is incredible. Karen is my go to for my nails but all of the other people on staff do a great job! Plus they just remodeled the entire salon and it looks beautiful!

I truly called 4 other places today before deciding on them. They operate like a well oiled machine. In and out in 30 min, on a Friday afternoon. They had enough staff to handle all walk ins. Their customer service is awesome. I just moved in the area and will be back!

I decided to go since my sister goes here. I regretted that decision,I decided to go for a little pick me up since I’ve been feeling down lately and the guy who did my nails did a horrible job! I wanted short nails and it looks like I just have these bulky cubes on my nails poorly shaped and too broad for my fingers. I kept asking him to fix the sides since they were too broad and he seemed to just not care. Definitely not coming here again! Apparently Karen is the only one who does a good job. I just wanted to cry with how horrible my nails look!! 😥

Karen is amazing! She does a great job and she is quick but does not compromise on quality! People constantly walk in to see if SHE is avaible and everyone that leaves says bye and catches up with her on life. She has the level of customer service we all want in our nail girl.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years. I work in mesquite so it’s very convenient to do a walk in right after work. Hands down the best nail shop I’ve gone to all my life. They are clean professional and sanitize their tools and area right in front of you. The manager welcomes you as soon as you step foot in the door. I get hang nails and they are truly great at keeping your toes looking so good! I also get dip powder nails, again they look flawless. I recently went to a place in oak cliff closer to my house and 4 days later my toes started to hurt... of course it was a hang nail so I went to Miss nails and sure enough they got me right and took it right out pain free. I truly reccoment this place, they’re awesome!

I tried this place because of its good reviews. It was quiet and there wasnt a wait. Unfortunately, the guy that did my nails killed my cuticles My nails are also poorly shaped. Im not impressed. Ill keep driving the 1/2 hour to go to my previous nail salon.

I called the shop to see how much stiletto glitter nails were and was given a great price. Went in feeling blue, left feeling taken care of. They addressed me by name, smiled at me, were very easy to talk to, and made me feel welcomed. Cathy reinforced my stiletto nails multiple times and made sure my nails were submerged in glitter. My day has been made.

Normally better, today not so much. Pedi was good, mani looks pretty bad & my nail tech (had some fungus/peeling situation on thumbs?) finished with me & disappeared. I left and nobody said a word as all but two of them just sat in the pedi chairs on their phones. The owner, who’s fabulous, isn’t in today so perhaps that’s the issue. I came here instead of going to my other place & I’m regretting it.

I have been going here forever. The manager calls me Medicine because Im going to med school. She remembered after I havent been there for 8 months due to grad school. Very pleasant place with excellent customer service. Not everyone can do Dip Nails but this place is very consistent.. My favorite lady I believe her name is Sam? Will never in my life return. My family and I entered this facility requesting 3 pedicures, a full set, and painted nails. As the pedicures were coming to an end my nails has still not been done. So I requested it again. Karen didnt have time so I wasnt going to get them done. All of a sudden Karen insisted on completing my nails but she was rushing because she wanted to go home. (Mind you its new years eve 12/31/2017). She did not want to shape them or anything. She was going to charge me $30 to take off my nails. Next she made a huge scene and called the police stating that I was a BLACK FEMALE who was trying to leave without paying her. Talk about how embarrassing for her and her business. My family and I were not trying to leave AT ALL nor deny payment so I waited there for the police and the end result worked in my favor which resulted in her receiving the payment of the completed work that her other employees did.NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER GIVE BUSINESS TO HER AND HER BUSINESS

I wentbin for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and touch up on my nails and I was pleasantly surprised. Every procedure was done well and with great detail. I would reccommend them to anyone!

They get the job done right all of the staff is good but one of the guys did my acrylic nails once and he was very harsh on my nails, he gave me a cut on my pinky finger.
