Always a great experience! I normally get my nails done and Gwen is always a joy! Ive also had massages and even booked a spa day for me and hubby on our anniversary! For the spa day we had a couples hot stone massage, facials, and manicures and pedicures. We also had a spa lunch. Everyone was so courteous and each service was top notch! I will definitely remain a customer!

Absolutely love the service here at Sunday’s! Amy, the massage therapist, is amazing! She will do just about anything to get you in! Her hand work is absolutely amazing and I have seen her throughout my last two pregnancies. I can not praise her enough! I will admit, my first visit to Sunday’s last year was not the greatest. I was very skeptical about going back but I decided to give it a chance as a friend got me a gift card. I am so glad I went back and gave it a second chance! The experience this time was awesome. From the professionalism of the booking staff, to the front desk staff upon welcome, to the massage therapist Amy, to the quality of the massage, to the entire experience from beginning to end. It was just what I needed and I will definitely be back!

The reception staff was very friendly and joyful. They were very dedicated to trying to meet their clients scheduling needs. Every interactions I witnessed between staff and client was warm and kind. Callie gave me one of the most enjoyable facials. She really listened to my needs and made great recommendations. My skin felt hydrated and healthy when I left. Will definitely be rescheduling.

Everything about this location is therapeutic! The vibe here makes me want to add to my regular routine. My massage therapist was very attentive to my needs. The front desk staff and other employees I encountered made me feel very welcomed.

I went for a Signature Manicure. (I have arthritis in my hands and had been needing some attention for pain relief.) Gwen did fantastic job! My hands and arms are much looser and pain is about gone. I even decided on an express pedi while I was at it. Just so happy with my experience. From the lobby all the way through the check-out experience: I rate it 10 Toes Up! 👣😁💕

I recently celebrated my 42nd birthday at Sundays with close friends and family. Sundays went up and beyond to make my day special. I always enjoy my visit. The staff is welcoming when you walk in. I usually get a pedicure from Gwen. She is wonderful, from helping me decide on a polish color when I arrive to the relaxing foot/leg massage. She is patient and so professional from start to finish. I enjoy chatting with Choosey and Tracy as well. This is my go to spa for manicure/pedicure service in Columbus.

I have used sundays in the past and had great experiences but my visit yesterday left me not wanting to ever return. I know I probably got a bad masseuse but the business should check them more. My masseuse was loud, demanding, borderline rough, and did not perform what I requested. I paid $90 for a 50 minute therapeutic massage. If you read the website description this is a sports massage with some deep tissue medium to hard pressure on pressure points. I also indicated on my form that I had sciatica problems sometimes and wanted help there. She never touched my lower back at all. She never asked me what I wanted, if there was enough or too much pressure. What I received was a light skin rub. That’s it. Often times very fast, but zero pressure. In addition, she FLUNG the covers on and off me and basically threw my arms around. Complete opposite of the nice, relaxing, quiet movements, speaking and voice that I’ve had with any massage I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had dozens. I won’t be back.

This was my 1st time back since the pandemic and Sunday’s did not disappoint. Such a calm relaxing environment. Tina did an amazing job on my feet and Sandy did my nails beautifully. They were both very accommodating in helping me decide on my color scheme! My experience was wonderful and well worth the wait 🤗

Sundays is the epitome of excellent customer service. All of the staff is so wonderful, especially Addie. She will go above and beyond to make your experience perfect no matter what service you choose. Addie deserves more than a 5 star rating.

I went to Sunday’s Day Spa for my usual Brazilian Wax and decided to try a new aesthetician. Addie was AMAZING! She was recommended to me by my cousin who also goes there. I was NOT disappointed at all. She took her time, answered any and all questions, and also give me some helpful information about maintaining in between visits. I could tell she loves her job. She spoke highly of her co workers and her work environment. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone. She very sweet and caring. Please go see Addie...you can’t help but to love her!

I have been a periodic customer for years. But toward the beginning of the pandemic started coming on a regular basis because of how careful y’all were being about the virus. Requiring masks and being super clean.Unfortunately today was my last appointment since you’re no longer requiring masks. The pandemic isn’t over yet and although I’m sure your staff would like to stop wearing masks, keeping your customers safe should still be your top priority.It was a stark contrast, as I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes, none of your front office staff were wearing masks yet every single customer with the exception of one that came in was wearing a mask. It seems as though your customer base is still interested in protecting themselves and others from this virus.No hard feelings, but I refuse to patron an organization that’s not even going to attempt to continue to protect the community.

This was my first experience here for a service and it was exceptional! I had come in for gift cards to purchase as gifts but never for a service and I must say I have been missing out! Everyone was professional from the making of my appt to the receptionist who greeted me to Addie my Esthetician. Addie was amazing and she made my experience more relaxed and enjoyable. She explained everything prior to and during the procedure. I can not wait for my massage I have scheduled in a few weeks!

Such a calming environment. When I sit down in Melynda’s chair, I totally feel at ease.I have complete confidence that Melynda will do my hair to my satisfaction. She definitely takes her time and makes product recommendations to maintain your hair. When she gives me the mirror to look at my hair after she is done, I always gasp in surprise. She makes me feel and look beautiful.

This was my first massage and serena did amazing!!! I can’t wait to go back I feel so much more relaxed and at ease. Very disappointed in my experience. It felt like I was in a sit comm with one bad thing happening after another. Robes didn’t fit. Facial table fell over and I hit my head. Manager arguing with nail technician. We paid about $600 For a relaxing couples spa day- but when I got home I felt more worked up and stressed than I was when I left that morning. Even after a whole table fell on me I wasn’t offered any discount. I used to love Sunday’s. I’m not sure what’s happened there.

Gwen did a great job on my pedicure and manicure with gel polish. She was friendly, and made me feel so special. I highly recommend her, and will be back for another appointment with her.

We called months ago & scheduled 2 massages, we also were placed on the cancellation list for appointments to come earlier than today...we get there... they see where we were called and no appointments for us showing.. we followed up & everything.. no place for Us

I was given a gift card to visit Sunday’s and I’m hooked. I received a merlot massage from Ms Fillise and she was so full of positivity and comfort. Her warm spirit filled the room and cleared the air before I even got on the table! She said “I’m gonna take care of you” and I don’t know if she knows how much that resonated with my heart and soul. The bed was heated, the sheets were clean and the blanket was cozy. Even the headrest was covered with a sheet which is very important to me because I hate for my face to stick to plastic/leather headrests. I did not feel exposed at any point and Ms Fillise made sure I was comfortable and covered at all times. The music, ambient lighting, the aroma, the warm oils and heated towels are just a few examples of how Sunday’s really puts thought into their environment and services. Also.. and this may be the best part... the peace and quiet. Not only was the space quiet but after beginning my massage with Ms Fillise my mind was quieted too. This experience has no dollar amount and I WILL BE BACK!

Went for facial, I’ve had plenty. Had a new, young girl, Addie. I never filled out a questionnaire which is fine but also she did not ask about my skin care routine nor give advice. When I volunteered this information that I wash my face with black soap she said “oh I just heard about that on Instagram”. When facial was done I still had some Black product on my face and sides of my nostrils that I had to clean off when I got in the car. The table was so wobbly. I wasn’t told what to do other than put my purse down on the chair. Steam was very close to my face and directed right over my nostrils and was suffocating. Now, I would go back to Sundays but definitely not schedule with a young, inexperienced esthetician.

Sunday’s always provides the best experience. Beth is amazing and I highly recommend her.

She was respectful, kind, gentle, made sure I was comfortable, & I can go on forever about her. Let’s just say it’s very refreshing to meet such a kind soul like hers. I get hydro facials all the time & I finally found my go to place in GA. Renita, thank you for everything!

The whole building is very clean & smells great. My 1st Brazilian wax was painful but worth it. I just got my 2nd Brazilian wax & under arm wax yesterday & it didn’t hurt this time. I exfoliated right b4 I came. It made a big difference lol. My esthetician is Sheila. She is very cool & made me feel comfortable. It was also very quick. She also gives tips on before & after care, as well as long term care & what products to buy. I love the company I don’t have any negatives. I also got a birthday discount yesterday as well, so I was happy about that. The women at the front desk are very polite & also help with any questions & help set future appointments. The service is great I recommend everyone here!

Conveniently booked my massage visit online! Upon arrival, I was greeted by their friendly staff and concierge. I immediately noticed that Sunday’s was very mindful of the COVID-19 pandemic and had taken great measures in preventing the spread of the illness to customers and employees. Fillise, my massage therapist, was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel very comfortable and gave a very therapeutic deep tissue massage that left me feeling 100% better! I had some serious tight areas prior to massage but she worked them all out of me and it was like the tension left my body leaving me feeling like a brand new woman. I will be back!

I had a gift card that my husband gave me as a surprise for a 2 hours Spa day for myself! I started with my massage (30 min) and Serena did a very good job! She was on the harder pressure side which I didnt mind at all! After that I had my facial (30 min) which was alright, it wasnt anything special. I felt it was somewhat short. Then I had my mani pedi (1 h) and Tina was really friendly and she did a very nice job! I love my nails! Overall, I had a great experience and for the value of $148 I think that worth the price if you do everything because the mani pedi itself $65! I think it is a great value!

I was so happy here that as soon as I got to my car I booked another appointment! It has been hard for me to find a place that I feel comfortable at and feel the treatment is quality but I think this is the one. I’ve had waxes at quite a few spas around town and usually I am unsure after the first appointment if I want to return. This was not the case here. I definitely recommend!!
