My nails always look amazing for a couple weeks after going here. The prices are a good value as well. Service is extremely friendly and efficient.

Ive come here multiple times because its close to my house but each time they let me down. Youre treated like just a number. Their customer service is subpar. I recently got a full set with coffin shaped acrylic. He did an awful job on the shape. Rushing with drill, he cut my skin. He didnt even say thank you after I paid and tipped. Go where youre money is appreciated!!

I always go in for stiletto shaped acrylics and they always shape them perfectly. Definitely make an appointment though because theyre pretty busy!!Edited review to show nail shape. I’ve now opted for an almond shape.

They have very reasonable prices, takes walk ins depending on availability, and it’s easy to get an appointment.

They were so disrespectful to my daughter and he was arguing with me for no reason i told him just finish my daughters nails and we will pay the price, then he told my daughter “ i dont want to do your nails im taking them off” and i look over and see his co worker Recording us without our consent. And they were arguing still. They displayed a price but gave us a different price and then didnt want to do our nails. They are so childish and unprofessional. We filed a report dont come here ever!

This places advertises walk-in availability, but they have turned me away twice. Today I simply asked to have my gel manicure taken off, and they refused to assist. I called a nearby nail salon who was happy to help. Do not waste your time or money on this horrible salon. They are not professional.

Was at this location in Columbus on May 8. Spent 2 hours getting mani/pedi. Polish must have been old as it was not dry and hardened more than 3 hours after I left A wasted morning. And I had to remove polish from my hands that evening. Guess I will find a new place as this was $55 lost.

Absolutely awesome experience there. They did exactly what I wanted and exceeded all of my expectations. Even better, their prices arent outrageous. Definitely will be going back!

They are horrible I got acrylic fulll set and my right pointer finger was so uneven he said it was because of how my finger is shaped but I told him well I have never had that problem before. He was trying to say things about myself to make it seem like it was not his mistake. My nail designs fell off within 3 days. I will not be comin back here they are terrible don’t waste your money. And they are rude

I had some doubts going into this place, I was really judging it based on the outside appearance, but I am so glad I decided to go in. I didnt have to wait long, and I was seated, the technician wasnt chatty but I dont mind it, I sat, chatted with a wonderful woman while watching Dr. Phil. My nails turned out great, and it was only 31, including tax, for a full set of acrylics where as I typically pay upward of 37, including tax. Thrilled with my nails, and I will defiantly be going back!

Ive been going to City Nails for 2 years. I now live 30 mins away and drive there just to get my nails done. Prices are reasonable and my nails are always done very well. I can go 3-4 weeks without a fill and I keep my nails very short, which can be a problem at other nail shops. Cuty Nails is great and keeping them as short as I want and not pushing me to keep them long. Only complaints are that its a large male staff and the toilet seat is always up when I go to the bathroom which I think is a little distasteful when you run a business with 95% of your clients being women. Also most staff either dont speak English so they are not very communicative. But of you are looking for a shop thats very reasonably priced and great quality I definitely reccomend City Nails.

Went in here at 5:30pm in a Sunday. I was turned away saying that they close at 6 and want to be out the door by 6. If your nail salon isnt open until 6 you should change your times to 5:30 because thats insanely inconvenient and rude af. I will never bring g my business here or recimrecom this place to anyone with that service.

I went here on two different occasions for manicures after reading the rave reviews. I have to admit, I was disappointed. There was nothing special about the place or the process and neither manicure lasted more than a few days before chipping. Ill be looking for somewhere different.
