Great crew here! Very kind and work to service cars in a rapid and quality manner. They do push a lot of upgrades and other services for your vehicle just based off of mileage and not anything else. For example I just got new tires but they said I needed a tire rotation because my car has miles but the tires obviously don’t. On the plus side they at least communicate this and don’t force you into anything. They are also good at communicating price unlike some service shops.Another plus is the lobby has lots of snacks, coffee, and soda for those who want it. A great place to relax for a relatively quick wait.

This is hands down the best Grease Monkey in Colorado! I travel a ton so whenever I pass through the Springs, I always use this Grease Monkey. Justin and his team are FANTASTIC. They are very knowledgeable, quick and kind. Besides this, the waiting area (and restroom) are always sparkling clean. Plus, always an abundance of drinks and snacks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’ve gone to this grease monkey for a few years now. I went to a different one in the springs and the difference is astonishing. This one on Dublin is the most professional mechanic shop I’ve been to in the springs. Even compared to independent repair places. I always feel welcomed and cared for. They’re quality is unmatched. It is so consistent. I know what I’m getting every time I go. They are honest and very hard working. Worth every penny. Bless this shop and everyone that works there. Well done.

I arrived before they opened, and was 3rd in line. They have 3 bays but pulled in the car that arrived after me for the same service and so hasnt even gotten my car in 40 minutes after I arrived. I ended up leaving without service. This was the worst experience Ive had at a oil change place outside of a dealership.

These guys are great. Went in for an oil change and when they checked I still had some time and milage left so the just did a top off checked things out and sent me on my way at no charge. That is an excellent way to due take care of you customers. Honest and dont push services you dont really need.

Of all the places Ive ever been to get an oil change this is by leaps and bounds the best! The technicians are always nice, professional and helpful. The inside is really clean and they offer snacks, coffee, tea, etc. I would definitely reccomend this shop!

Ive been using this location for a while now and they have impressed me every time I bring my car in. They are always very friendly, professional, and helpful. They work pretty quickly and do quality work. Highly recommend this place, it is managed well and the mechanics do great work!

They not only changed the engine oil and filter. They also checked and topped off; battery, transmission fluid, brake fluid, radiator fluid, windshield washer fluid and the power steering fluid.They also checked and replaced any air and gasoline filters. Checked and added air to all tires, checked the main drive belt. The stay in their customer waiting area was excellent; providing free water, coffee and snacks. When the work was completed the staff was extremely polite and professional. They had placed plastic covers on the driverside seat, floor board and front fenders. I have been coming to this location for years. From the first day I stepped into the shop, they treated me like family and not a girl they were trying to get money out of. I have never felt pressured to buy anything. They are definitely a no BS shop. It’s always clean, quick, and the staff is always so friendly. They even have snacks in their waiting room!I moved down south a few months ago and even though I could find a different place to go, I still make the drive up here because they are worth it.

This is my favorite garage to go to to get my car back to optimum driving. They have a lot of deals and discounts available and their prices are more than reasonable.Waiting room has coffee, soda, snacks and you can pay for goodies for Snacks for a Purpose. Bathroom is clean,plus it has a changing area. Plenty of magazines to look at, 3 tv screens: one of which shows your estimated time of completion on your tune-up.Honestly the best part about coming here is the staff. Very friendly reasonable theyre willing to work with you and they dont try to upsell you. They give you options and ultimately you get to choose what you want. 🤩👍 I gladly travel 30 minutes out of my way to come here because of these guys!

My family and I on several cars and SUVs, so knowledgeable, professional mechanics are important to us. (The folks at Grease Monkey one block west of Academy on Dublin) are a locally owned, veteran-owned business. They do everything from when shield repair two breaks to periodic, factory approved services.They do everything from windshield repair to brakes to periodic, factory approved services, including oil changes radiator flush is, and giving you a mini detail cleaning the interior and exterior windows and vacuuming. And everyone can get free fluid top-offs in between the schedule oil changes. To first responders, police fire, and military and senior citizens they give a 10% discount every day! And its good to know that my wife and kids get the honest, professional maintenance counseling that is necessary to keep them safe and on the road.

Took over an hour and I guess they are now putting in cheap OReilly oil....definatly the last time coming here for me. Per the recipe this was Super Synthetic at $9.78 a quart. I just have a hard time paying for a Super Synthetic oil change that is anything but super. They also said I needed a new air filter, but didnt have one in stock? I guess OReilly doesnt stock my air filter either? I own a Diesel truck and have taken that to a competitor. The competition charges about $100 for a full synthetic oil change with double the amount of oil needed as this vehicle. $90 for an OReilly oil change....Ill pass.

This is the second time I have used these guys and I am always very pleased with the service they provide. No pushy sales pitches, super knowledgeable, and man do they use their time efficiently. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend.

The team was very friendly. The man who greeted me walked me through their process and let me know of other things I need serviced. Not only did they do the normal service but they washed my windows, checked my tire pressure and would have vacuumed if it wasnt for the Corona issue. All of this was done in under 30 minutes.I will be having my car serviced there from now on and even recommended the store to my roommates.

Some of the best service I’ve ever had! The gentleman that helped us (JIG) was incredibly kind and helpful and explained in detail how they would be servicing my car. My car has never felt better and my mirrors have never been shinier!

This shop is the perfect place to bring our cars. They are super fast and have the best service in town. I full trust them to check out our vehicle and when the advise me of maintenance issues I fully trust the are telling the truth. My husband could easily do this but the price, convience, and great team make this a well worth it service to purchase. The owners make it feel like home with a lobby with snacks and beverages. BONUS they even have treats for my pup!

Oil change, fuel cleaner, clean windows, tires aired up...16 point checks and they show you their completion time on waiting area screens. If they go over the wait time they give you a dollar off per minute. Truck rides perfect, ready for our 14 hr drive home. Highly recommend this business!

I made and appointment for my husband to get his oil changed. It took 18 min!! You all are doing something right. I’ll be bring my car there when it’s due. It beats 40 min at a dealership with a toddler where they tell you your car is ready and still forget to bring it around. I’m am completely impressed! If you need work done on your car, go here!!!

If I could give more stars I could.This was recommended to me by a friend and they provided the BEST service.Went in for an oil change and found out my cabin air filter was bad,they changed it with no problems.Really nice employees,the older gentleman with the dark glasses was really knowledgeable about the questions I asked him and he even recommended me a few tips.They even had snacks in the shop! It was awesome all around and the service was extremely fast.I even got lucky enough to get a military discount and got some cool stuff as well! A great place altogether with people always smiling. Did a great job with the oil change and very nicely without asking vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows. Not only that, but they also had a very nice sitting area with some nice snacks and drinks such as coffee, soda, and juice.

I’m from out of town, staying across the street from Grease Monkey and brought my car in this morning for making a weird sound. Within the hour, they had diagnosed and fixed the issue. And instead of charging me a lot of money for unnecessary service, my bill was $17. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Drove to the springs from out of town and noticed my oil light came on so I stopped in the local Grease Monkey and the team there was phenomenal!They were so helpful, informative, and concerned about my safety when they realized that the rear main seal was the issue. They called Anthony across the street at Anthony’s Pro Auto and he came right over to confirm with they suspected.Unfortunately neither one of them was able to take care of the issue that day so they gave me a short term solution, got me safely back on the road, and didn’t charge me for their time, labor, or shop supplies.Supremely impressed with the level of customer service at this Grease Monkey, the way they partnered with Anthony’s Pro Auto, and mostly their care for their customers.Thanks so much!!

I have visited this shop twice now for a synthetic oil change. They were friendly and fast during my stop. I waited for maybe ten minutes each time. The waiting room is filled with cold drinks and good snack. The employees made my visit so welcoming and comfortable. I will be going there for now on!

I made it to the shop close to 5 and I was able to get in right away as a walk in. Everyone I met there was incredibly friendly and I felt as if they went above and beyond. They all seem to really care about what they do and interacting with each person that comes in. They even took the time to vacuum and clean windows, which were pretty dirty, as I volunteer with a dog rescue. They did the complete oil change and checks in less than 30 min, which was very efficient! I will for sure be coming to this location for all future needs. This location failed years ago, but the new owners are young, energetic, friendly and full of service. They have a great team and everybody genuinely seems happy to be there - that is a sign of quality leadership!I was one of their first customers and they didnt have the proper jacks to do a tire rotation - but the owner assured me that they would be ready for my next rotation - and sure enough he is true to his word.
