Ken at the Novi store gets 5 stars from me. He is one hard worker and really knows his products. No high pressure either. Keep up the good work Ken.

Ken is wonderful. He remembers his clients, and is genuinely interested in them. He even remembered that I had been wishing to purchase the cleaver for 2 years, but had to wait until I was working again. Yesterday, I went and bought it. He was just as happy for me that I got a job, as he was to sell me the cleaver! Thanks Ken!

Great selection. Best part is you get to take them home that day instead of waiting for a week for the factory to get them shipped out to you. I missed her name but the girl working that day really knows her stuff and was able to help me narrow down to what I would actually use instead of just another knife to fill my block.

Best knives with free sharpening... I have owned mine since 1984 and my knife block recently broke .. no hassle replacement.. The handles are comfortable in your hand while using them.. Best kitchen purchase you can make.... LOVE, LOVE LOVE

Very nice staff. Set up well with beautiful and fun kitchen items. I LOVE my Cutco knives I have had them for over 25 years. My parents owned Cutco and said they are the best. Even if you arent look for knives they have a lot of other unique kitchen gadgets. Stop in because they dont pressure you on anything. Just learned they do classes too. My knives are being sharpened after 25 years, looking forward to getting them back because I miss them.

If I could give a 0 star I would. These people are unorganized and good luck getting a pay check. I was told i was getting a check and never got one I contacted 3 people and the boss Logan numerous times and still no answer. The lack of communication is just unprofessional! They start you on 7 hour training for 3 days and they dont even warn you that you dont get paid for it! Then have team meetings for 3 hours a week and guess what you dont get paid for that either.

As the other reviewers report Ken is very helpful and accommodating. Has a lot of items in the store and a larger footprint of Cutco options than you could find elsewhere. Will enjoy my purchase for life.

This store is great. Plenty of inventory and Ken is the expert in all things Cutco! Loved my visit and will defiantly be going back

I have owned CUTCO for almost 30 years. There is nothing that I have ever come across that I can use every single day and not think twice about how I take care of it (and have it look as good today as it did when I bought it!)When they opened the CUTCO store, it made getting service and additional items (either as gifts or to add to my set) so incredibly convenient. Furthermore, the store manager, Ken has helped me with CUTCO for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly an amazingly helpful.I have done very few Google reviews but this one for me Is a no-brainer. I encourage you to treat yourself to the highest quality product that is made in the USA!

We have had our Cutco since 1969 and just learned that this store would examine our items and determine if they could sharpen or repair at no charge or if they should be sent to NY. LOVE my Cutco knives and coming into the store in Novi to see what is new to add to my collection! Our family has had Cutco for decades and best part is the free sharpening so our knives are always in perfect condition after all these years!
