My experience with this dentist was awesome! They WHOLE staff was very welcoming and friendly and explained everything!! Im so grateful to the dentist for giving me my smile back!! I had some dentures that just didnt fit and he fixed them!! Thank you so very much to the whole office!! I truly appreciate you all more than you know! Thank you, thank you

They called me on the day of my appointment, that I had to wait 4 months for, to cancel claiming that they werent assigned as my dental provider. Meanwhile my insurance was adamant that they had already been assigned for months. If you can get assigned to ANY other dental office I say go for it.Edit - So the day after I post this I get a call to reschedule for a sooner date. Now after Ive been in Id say they did a decent job though it doesnt really clear up the shady stuff they did at first.

They were able to get me in for an emergency extraction within a few days of me calling on a Monday, the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to filling out things I had difficulty with and answered any questions I had,Im very grateful for the level of professionalism displayed by all there staff

This was a new place for me and I honestly felt welcomed from the second I walked in. the doctor was friendly and so were all the ladies who also worked there. I was quickly brought back after finishing my paperwork and if you like a friendly welcoming place I recommend this place on Shasta :)

Advantage dental has “rescheduled” me 6 times in the last two years, every new appt is months out.. the office manager Marcella is really not equipped for the job. She’s the only same face in the office over the years. She can’t seem to keep employees around and in turn they can’t seem to hold up schedule..

My hygienist Augusta does a great job everytime I see her! She is gentle but effective and I feel better having been to their office. Recently when I explained what a hard time I was having with one area of my teeth where food keeps getting lodged, she gave me a couple samples of a brush-like pick thats made for just that purpose! I happened to need to use one the next day and it worked so well and quickly! I was so relieved. Thank you for listening and helping me!!

While getting a normal appointment with them is usually a month out or such, they are amazing on everything else. I had an appointment after a tooth had broken and was causing, tolerable levels of pain, but after a couple weeks it became infected and escalated to an extreme. I called them about it, they had me come in that minute and saw me within an hour for an emergency appointment.Everyone was very polite, nice and understanding (my brain was a bit fried from the fever and horrible pain). The dentist was honest and blunt, but not rude in anyway and they fixed the problem (had to have the tooth extracted)...they made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and did everything possible not to cause any undue pain or discomfort.

Great service, beginning with the initial phone call! Arrived at my appointment to a smile and wonderful greeting from Marcella. Professional staff was friendly, caring and efficient. Office smelled wonderful, great decore. In and out within an hour!!

I had the worst experience at this office. The patient care was a 0/10! I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my 8 am appointment. However, with the bad roads I was about 5 minutes early. I got dropped off and the door was locked! I knocked on the door and no one came to open it until after 8 am. When I told the woman who finally opened it how I had to stand out in the cold all she said was well the weather slows people down. Really? I saw people walking around and no one opened the door for me. Theres no excuse for it. Then I get called in for my appointment and I was told the dentist was running late. I waited for an hour before anyone came back in to check on me and was told I had to reschedule. Im definitely never going back!

I wish I could give this butcher shop a lower score! The staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude. They took 3 hours to pull one tooth from my husband. He now has a swollen cheek and puss coming from the extraction site. He called to tell them and they were happy to get him an emergency visit at the end of February..yes you read that right..the end of February and its January now. He was also hung up on when he asked to get in sooner because he was in so much pain. He was told to go to the ER. Also to milk his insurance he was told he could have one tooth worked on each visit and that included fillings..one filling a visit. I wouldnt wish this hell hole on my worst enemy!!! 😠😠

Horrible! When I walked in for my sons apt, the front desk lady was laughing at a patient who was being told off by an assistant. I was there with my son and was told (by the dental assistant-not the same one from when I walked in) YOU PEOPLE need to wait out there! when I tried to go into the room with him. The entire time we were back there she kept making snide remarks about my son. When I went to make a complaint at the front desk, they gave me dirty looks and basically told me they didnt care. The only nice person there (whom assisted us) was the actual dentist. Everyone else was rude and very unprofessional. I felt like I was putting them out by being there. I will never go back there again.

I’ve been going to advantage sense I was 11 years old now 26 and the staff their has always been so pleasant it’s even more enjoyable with the new dentist and dentist assistants the new dentis is very informational and lets you know step by step what he’s doing and his very patient does not rush things and the front desk lady miss marcila is so pleasant to speak to she is so sweet I love my dentist and plus they can do all your needs in one weather it’s a root canal tooth extraction filling cleaning and so fourth awesome dentist highly recommended

WORST DENTAL PLACE EVERITS AMAZING HOW IF YOU PAY CASH FOR SERVICES ITS OK YOURE A GREAT PERSON,BUT IF YOU ARE ON THE OREGON HEALTH PLAN YOURE ALL OF THE SUDDEN A NOBODY.SCHEDULING EMERGENCY APPOINTMENTS 8 MONTHS OUT!!ADVANTAGE DENTAL IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR DENTAL CARE.THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB BUT THEN TELL OREGON HEALTH PLAN THAT DID MORE PROCEDURES TO GET MORE MONEYI HAVE HAD THE STATE SEND ME PAPERS ASKING IF I REALLY HAD CERTAIN THINGS DONE .THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR

They messed up on a filing on my 16 year old daughter and now we are taking her to a different dentist. Dont plan on ever going back

Messed up first set of dentures . Took 3 months to make replacement dentures. Said lab messed the 1st set up they had to replace at their cost. Now trying to charge me $500.00 for wax bite I wouldnt have needed if they didnt mess up 1st set. 2nd set doesnt fit but I will not be going back there.
