Pretty disappointed with service here. Stopped by and inquired about tinting services on 6/2. Was under the impression I was scheduled for tinting services that Friday on 6/5. I paid the necessary $20 deposit. Came in the morning of 6/5 and was told I was actually scheduled for 6/19. I work at the hospital and explained at that time I may not be able to get out to make that appointment. I was told to call and that they would work with me to reschedule. It is 6/19 and of course I had an unexpected emergency come in. I called this morning before my appointment to let them know I would not make the appointment. I called this afternoon and spoke with Jim who was understanding and accommodating. I was rescheduled for early next month. Sarah called shortly after canceling my appointment and requesting a second deposit. She explained they’re not able to accommodate me and regardless of any emergency they want more advanced notice. I am frustrated and feel like I’ve gotten the run around at this point and will look to get my tint done elsewhere. I will not be recommending their services to fellow colleagues. Inconsistent responses = poor professionalism.Update -I appreciate the timely response from owner! I fully understand there’s a company policy in place. I think I would have had a satisfactory customer experience and no qualms about professionalism had 1) the policy been clearly communicated from the beginning and 2) employees been up front about the policy instead of telling me I was scheduled for appointments that they unilaterally cancelled me for. Sounds like the run around could have and should have been avoided. That’s great you all provide accommodations for customers, when I inquired as was told my only option was to find a ride and drop my car off. Anyhow, thanks for the response!

Wonderful customer service and great knowledge of the service they offer. I walked in at 9:30 am without an appointment and they were slammed. The manager asked if I could come back at 11:00 am and he would work me in. I showed up at 10:50 am and he took the time to find the right product for me and took me right in. He didn’t just let his employees do the work but he jumped in and helped and then double checked all the work and would not allow my truck to leave until he was 100% satisfied with the work they did. If you want top quality work with top quality products this is the place for you.

This place is great! Adam gave me a great deal with some great options. A lot of knowledge and passion behind what he and his employees are doing. I personally got my windows tinted, but he offers a line of services! I will be back!

They do excellent work and they dont leave a gap at the top of the window.. The tint goes all the way up which I really like... very friendly and they definitely honor their work.. if youre not happy, theyre not happy.. they definitely put the customer first. excellent place highly recommend them.

Such a good deal putting on Xpel Headlight Protection Film. They worked perfectly carefully dealing with the existing damage on my headlights before putting the film on.

They did Paint Protection Film on my car and its flawless. The care and detail they put into the installation is impressive. Not a flaw in it.

I had talked with Adam a few times about my concerns and having extreme OCD about tinting windows on my Nissan GTR R35 and how I had other people around the area not be careful with my other show cars or be scared away from wanting to do my cars in roanoke because of my OCD..not only did Adam take his shoes off while in my car as requested he did an absolute beautiful tint job on my $100,000 GTR not a single bubble or dirt spec..thank you Adam you are the man..people if you want a great job on tint and a great price ..go to Adam at kustom tint..nowhere else around this area does such great awesome work..
