The only place we take our cars in the Springs. Hands down amazing. Ive had numerous problems between my 2 cars living here, and they are great about helping me figure out what issues are the most important to take care of, and which really arent that necessary. If you want an honest place that doesnt overcharge, this is it.

After driving 3,000+ hours to get here from Alaska, I hit a small object within the first 24 hours and popped my tire. AAA recommended tire world to us to see if they could repair it. These guys were quick, friendly, and very helpful. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I’m very grateful that they were able to fix my tire and give me some advice! I would very much recommend getting your car serviced here.

I have used them multiple times...tires, oil changes, etc. They have a courtesy shuttle so you can return home while you wait. Friendly, efficient....provide customer service rarely seen in todays world. Highly recommend them...5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

I’ve been taking my vehicle to Tire World (Cheyenne Meadows) for a few years now. They are, by far, the only repair center I can trust. Just recently, I scheduled an oil and filter change. Then, I began experiencing a strange and concerning clunking sound in the front end. I called Rick Collazo, and he had my car diagnosed within one hour, was exceptionally professional, explained everything to me throughly, and had the maintenance department expedite my car in a very timely fashion. I recommend seeing Rick 100%!

I worked with Dane, who was very professional, engaging and worked to accommodate my needs. In fact, everyone else I spoke with was likewise professional and cordial. The work they performed was thorough, and Dane explained everything my truck needed and completed the work ahead of schedule. I was very pleased and will use them again.

I was so worried after getting a flat tire that repairs would be costly (4 weeks before turning in my leased vehicle). The team was so kind and professional and repaired my tire so that I didn’t need a new one. Plus the shuttle service allowed me to wait at home rather than in the shop. I brought my car in because I kept losing air in my rear tire. They quickly found the screw in it and got me all fixed up in the time frame they said they would get it completed in.A guy named Dane helped me and he was very professional and courteous as well. I would definitely go back here again.

When they found the tire was not able to be saved and the new tire would not come in until a day later, they immediately put on the spare upon request in order for me to get to work. Allowed me to drop my vehicle off before close so they could work on it first thing in the morning, excellent service without a doubt!

They didn’t re-attach my glove box before returning my car to me so I had to drive back to have that fixed. They also put a 1 inch chip in the driver side door and told me I don’t pay attention to my car so it was probably there before I came in anyway. Both are clear lack of attention to detail.

I bought new tires from this location. When I had them quoted online they were about $50 cheaper. Vince matched the quote for me. They were professional. They even sent a shuttle driver to pick me up so I didnt have to pack the kids back to to pick my car up. This little gesture was so very appreciated. I will definitely be returning!

I bought a new battery after my old one died (it may have been fine). Everything was fine for 5 days. Then my car died again. Thought maybe it was my alternator. Turns out whoever installed my battery did not clean the connectors of erosion like I was told they would. I honestly think it was done on purpose so Id go back and get a new alternator. I dont know whats going on there but it definitely has a pressure sales feel now. Been going there for 7 years and now I have to find a new place to take my vehicle.

Great customer service! A tough suspension repair job was done on my Jeep Patriot, including struts, rear control arms, etc... Serious break issues were repaired to perfection! All done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place!

Traveling thru 3 bad tires got me inmon. Am out before noon as promised. If i lived colo springs they would my tire store.

On my way to work my car started acting up, and temperatures were below freezing. I pulled in to the Tire World parking lot and dropped my car off. The free shuttle took me to work while the diagnostic tests were run. Turns out my battery needed replacing, as well as a few maintenance items. My car was ready by lunch. The staff is professional and kind. I am so grateful for their quick and efficient service. Thank you!

Everyone is professional but yet down to earth they listen. Everything that I have had done there was on spot, right down to fixing my glove compartment that would not unlock. I have 2005 Tundra they do a great job on my old truck.

Chevy Trailblazer. P0171 Fuel/Air Lean. Fuel trim data suggested vacuum leak. Smoke tested at home... sure enough, looks like needed intake manifold gaskets. Called Cheyenne Meadows Tire World. Gave me an estimate on the spot. They setup an appointment for the next morning. Nice man named Joe is shuttle driver; he gave me a ride to and from Tire World (within five miles). After several hours my Trailblazer was ready to pickup. Very courteous and professional service. Good experience. Sure enough... fuel trim data back to normal 0+/-. I will be a repeat customer as-needed.

Staff extremely friendly and professional. They are also military friendly. Everyone here seemed polite and welcoming, but the representative I worked with most directly with was Dane Hyland. He was very knowledgeable, eager to help, and offered an array of service options with no pressure at all.Due to work scheduling conflicts, I wasn’t able to complete everything I wanted, but I will absolutely be coming back once my schedule clears up.Also, they offer a complimentary ride if your service is going to be a while. The driver was great! Wish I got his name.

Came in to have my wires ran for my train horns. All of us estimated only a few hours but took all day, all in all Im pleased with how it turned out and the price was definitely reasonable for the amount of work done

Robert and Dane always make sure I’m listened to and never try to up sell me anything my vehicle doesn’t need.I’ve had an A/C compressor, brakes, struts, and various other jobs done at Tire World on Cheyenne Blvd. and they are always priced fair, quick, and done correctly.I absolutely will not take my Suburban (250,000 miles and going strong) anywhere else!

I was impressed with clean the office was and how honest the employees were!

Came in for tires abs brakes. I had a noise but felt it was going to be hard to find and didn’t even ask about it. While on test drive for brakes they heard my noise and came back with a suggestion for rear control arms. Bushing where bad. When I got car back it was some quite I forgot how it sounded. Thing is I just had all four struts installed a while back abs this was when my noise came about. I thought I had got bad struts but not the case. Car drives great and feels awesome. Thank you Tire world.

Had an extra $50.00 charge that they didnt tell me about prior to picking up the car. Not once, and I talked to these guys several times, was there a mention about the $50 diagnostic charge.

I previously went to Les Shwab in Fountain and the guy was VERY unprofessional with customer service, very standoff-ish. I work for AAA so I decided to call Tire World. They were VERY courteous, professional, helpful and friendly. They were short staffed due to the snowstorm and still got everything done the way it needed to be accomplished! A+++++ guys! Keep up the good work!

I moved from Maine six years ago where myself, parents, and grandparents used the same mechanic for 30 years so moving out here I haven’t found one that I could trust, especially being a young woman. But ever since I moved to this side of town, I have been using Tire World, and I will keep coming back because their customer service rivals every other place and they truly care about making your vehicle as safe as it can be at a fair price. Dance and Vince are super helpful and answer every annoying question I had and I appreciate their help!

They ran some diagnostics and gave my truck a good once over. I thought I had mpderate issues that ended up being a symptom of an even easier fix, and they didnt charge me for anything but the actual fix, 10/10 will return

We came to town for vacation from out of state and ended up having a flat! Tire world did everything they could to fix us up in the most timely manner and had us on our way. Not too long ago I went to get my car checked to see what was going on with it. They are always nice to us and sometimes we have been told that we could come right on and they would check or fix our car soon as we arrived. One day I go in and say what we were told on the phone and I’m guessing it was the manager or supervisor . Not sure, but he got loud and was very rude to me. He kept repeating not to be mean not trying to be mean but there is absolutely no way one of my guys said that to you or your husband. I’m sure you heard wrong we’ve been swamped for two months. Not to be mean but my guys would never ever say that. Then when they supposedly checked the car they said the damages were bad and couldn’t be fixed. Well then next day we brought it to someone else and they said it was a minor issue and fixed it right away. They said they don’t even think the place checked our car. I do not remember his name and I wont play the race card but I’m sure he was expecting me to get loud and be escorted which I did not give him the satisfaction. Everyone else was nice and understanding. I was very upset. Now, he didn’t think that maybe one of his workers decided to break protocol since we are loyal friendly customers and take his own time out to fix on or check our car. It is very possible. Many people will fix on cars or give their services for free just to make someone’s day and give to put a smile on someone’s face or just being genuinely nice. Which one worker was actually looking at me while the man was rudely talking to me as if he were the one to say it and he’s sorry that this happened. I won’t get him into trouble, but either this worker needs to work on his customer service or be fried or reprimanded that is very unprofessional and unacceptable. If I were to be a big name in the business industry this man could have had his entire shop shut down. I’m sure more people could come forward and give stories of this rude worker. (The issue was not because we couldn’t be seen, it was the way the worker rudely spoke to me).

I am going to just say that this company is not trust worthy or reliable. 3 months for replacement tires, improperly installed brakes, failure to identify obvious issues - even after advised of them, torn up hub assembly, over-torqued bolts, stretched/torn wiring. The list just keeps going on for 3 repairs on my truck and 2 tire issues with my Range Rover.Dont let them touch your vehicle unless you want an unsafe vehicle that you just over paid for repairs on (that most likely were not completed or were completed incorrectly).In general this company has cost me more than the initial repairs to fix their problems and Im still finding them. Completely unacceptable for any repair center.Go anywhere else. Even the dealer wont screw you over as bad as these guys.Worst of all they do it with a smile on their face as though they are helping you.---Update:The response is typical of the quality work performed. I called, explained to them the issues they created, was told the owner would call me back. Instead I get this canned response via google reviews. Have video and pictures of their damage and dangerous repairs. Didnt think it would be necessary to post them but seems the only way to get their attention. Will get them posted on here shortly...

I LOVE those guys, they do GREAT work. They try and help me with any of my car problems so i dont have to go to dealer or a mechanic i dont know. In a way they bend over backwards for me which i think is GREAT and will keep going to them also!!!!

Disappointed wit the service..took my car in twice, got told 2 different things. Then I have had some1 else look at my.car and they noticed things were unhooked on my car but yet my car was there twice and not once was anything said to me about..what a waste of money
