Went there to get my brakes bled and rotors replaced! They did an excellent job good thing Im a terrible driver so they’ll be having my business again soon!!

I wanted a local shop to take a look at my car after I began to hear a grinding sound. Harrys got me in, found the problem, and I had my car back by the next day with no more grinding. I am absolutely going back to them for future repairs and service.

Great honest & local shop! Harrys the man. Needed a complete engine swap for my truck and they took care of me. They got the crate motor bought and installed for me. I’ve been going to Harry’s HP Tire and Auto Repair for my oil changes and car issues for a long (long!) time. I trust him and his workers completely. Once when I needed new wiper blades, Harry told me there was a rebate on them, gave me the form and the receipt, and told me what to do to get the rebate. I don’t believe very many repair places would pass up the rebate to give to a customer! He’s given me honest info on my cars, service has always been top notch, Harry and his staff are personable - I won’t go anywhere else!

Harrys HP Tire is under new ownership and the new management is AMAZING! Its further than the shop I used to go to, but the service is better and I didnt feel like I was being sold more than I needed.

The rear drive train on my Honda Pilot gave out on a trip to Michigan. A local mechanic removed the faulty drive train allowing me to return to Colorado with front wheel drive instead of all wheel drive. Robert was great! I had been worried about my car making some occasional noises and the check engine light had briefly come on a couple times in the past couple of months. Robert told me that they hadnt found any issues, so it was just a basic check to see if anything was going on.Robert was professional and took the time to explain things to me, and he gave me a ride to and from the shop so I didnt have to wait there. I drive a 2000 Dodge grand Caravan. Its only problem is the clearance of front bumper, it was pulled loose a couple of years and I turned it over to Insurance. They recommended collision company on Park Vista. They kept it several days, repaired it and ins paid $600. Had same repair last week, took car to Harrys Automotive, also on Park Vista. They repaired it in a few ours and charged $90.00. Guess who gets my business from now on!

I took my car here cause I heard good reviews and thought I be taken care of but needs to say I wasnt before I left the shop I ask if there could run a code reader on my car to see if all the codes were gone and he said the guy was at lunch can you come back later thinking nothing at all I leave.. then i realized my car still not driving right I take it to somewhere to run the codes not only are there 12 codes from when I give them my car there now 17 codes did there even fix anything am I thinking.. i tell the owner and no response back after I tell him I have alot of codes if you have big issues with your car dont take it here (i thought these guys were good people when there let me buy my own parts but I guess not now I have to buy a new car cause mine doesnt work

Harry is great. He is super helpful and his secretary is really polite. However sometimes his mechanics are lazy and do follow all the procedures necessary to asses a problem. Harrys prices arent great either. However Harry himself is happy to work with you to make sure that you are happy at the end of your visit. I recommend this place to anyone that doesnt know much about cars and can afford a couple hundred extra to know you are in good hands.

I cannot say enough kind remarks about the people and service that was provided to me. From the moment I stepped into this business I felt comfortable with their expertise and work ethic. I was an out-of-towner needing automotive repair the day before I was scheduled to return home. As a walk-up customer from a referral and Harry and company already having a full schedule of repairs to make, this company made every effort to fit me into their schedule. Bought new wheels and tires online, scheduled with Harrys auto and tire to have tires mounted to wheels. Everything was dropped off in the boxes with the elastic covering on the face of the wheels. Upon picking the wheels up the tech managed to scratch every wheel. Harry will not replace the worst wheel, instead offers to have it polished. You cant polish a scratch, down to the metal. I was told to screw off. Since, I have disputed my bill with my bank and will never refer anyone to this business for any repairs. If I could add pictures it would be concrete evidence to show the quality work they so called performed.

I bought a newer used car and expected to get new brakes and rotors done on it, but was told that only one rotor was bad and one caliper, on top of the brakes. I took in my truck to get the front end repaired from a recent collision. Harrys not only repaired my bumper, grill, and hood (which obviously had the most damage), but also my brush guard which I thought was just going to be scrap metal. Even after the extra work they put in, they were able to do the work for cheaper than other shops from whom I had received quotes. I will definitely be returning to Harrys HP Tire and Auto Repair for future repairs and services.

I was here before years ago I had a hybrid suv that I was told has a oil leak and was told that it was going to cost 1350 from the dealership and I called and talked to harry and was shocked by how welcoming and inviting the comester service was spot on. I later found out that the oil leak turned out to be a leak of something different. They worked to find any other possible leaks and and found a solution. I am a mother with a child attending college out of state. I got a phone call that his car broke down in Denver on a Sunday afternoon. We don’t know anything about Denver auto repair but luckily my brother has been using Harry’s for various repairs. We have AAA so we had the car towed to Harry’s. They had me sons car up and running Monday afternoon and he was able to head back to college on Tuesday. Not only did they get his car repaired fast but they texted him Wednesday to make sure his car did ok on his 6 hour drive to school. This company went above my expectations. Ive been going to Harrys for years. Im never disappointed and they are very honest people.

We went to Harrys after getting a Groupon. The people were very friendly however, the last two times we went here for an oil change they shorted it by two quarts! We thought the first time was just a coincidence or mistake but after having this happen twice in a row its just a lack of their attention to detail. If youre going to do a job do it right. Then when leaving after the last visit, all of my dashboard indicators were flashing and it made a rattle after cranking. I would love to support a local business but I need a trustworthy place that will fix my car, not have it in worse condition than when I brought it in.

I would not recommend this place at all. Alex is rude when answering the phone. Very poor communication, both Harry and Alex providing updates on when your vehicle will be done. I consistently have to call them. After weeks of repair and alot of money I get my car back and its still not fixed. There is a 12 month warranty but the owner wont return my phone calls.

Update below from 2nd services....Used services here twice. Once for free oil change and to get day daughters car repaired. Hard to find without navigation but they are friendly. Only problem is daughters car sounded worst than I when it went in. Husband did reach out about porovkem same day but going with other choices. Yes! We have open connections here until I pay off check liked Promise at end of this month but once handle. We are going to move past this.....but if you need a oil change with well detailed information of what they did or seen wrong than you need to check them out ...Update they worked on my daughter car and never told her or her father the bad risks which could of killed my child or someone else. So, do to a check that bounced but was paid Harry was talking to her like trash and more...I thought they were great but I see didnt situation and people brings the true evil out.

We have use Harrys in the past for some basic auto repairs and always had a good experience, but this time I was a little disappointed. We just had them service the brakes on my 2007 Nissan Sentra. When we got the car back, the parking brake was messed up. We took it back to have it fixed and they told us one of the pieces broke, but it wasnt their fault. They offered free labor if we paid for the parking brake assembly, but they would have to order the part. They did a temporary repair and were supposed to order the part. Two weeks later, not a word. When we called, they told us that part was on back order all over the country because this was a known issue and a service bulletin had been issued for the parking brake assembly. We later talked to the Nissan dealership, who told us that there were no such service bulletins and they had the parking brake assembly in stock. When we talked to Harrys, they said well, it was defective from the manufacturer then, but that they did not break it during their service. So they didnt want to take responsibility, okay. But please dont out and out lie to me. Harrys will never touch my car again.

As my first time getting my car maintained, this went so smoothly! Just an oil change but I felt taken care of!

I brought my Honda Accord to Harrys middle of last year on the recommendation of a friend. While I had some issues that needed to be fixed, it was still a monstrous $2500. Nonetheless, not having a mechanic in the Springs that I trusted, I at least trusted the recommendation of my friend.Two weeks ago, I brought my vehicle in to them for a very simple oil change & wheel alignment - standard & simple maintenance, dropping it off after hours the night before, expecting to pick up around lunchtime the next day. Around 10am the next morning, they called my wifes cell phone (why her & not me?) to say that during the wheel alignment they broke a rusted bolt & they would not have it ready when I expected. Later that day, when they informed me it wouldnt be done that day, I asked what the cost would be, expecting no more than $100 or so. Not the case. I was getting quotes up into the hundreds for the cost of the bolt & the hours of labor that his technicians had put in trying to get it fixed. Seriously?! I bring you my vehicle to do a simple alignment & you break something on my car trying to do that, then try to foot me with the bill?! So if I take my laptop to the Geek Squad for a broken DVD drive & they break the keypad trying to fix it, you think theyre going to try to make me pay for the keypad? Of course not - because thats a horrible way to do business, period! The fact is, you break it, you fix it. I looked up Colorado state auto repair law - if I did not authorize the work & labor, they can not legally charge for it. The gentleman at Harrys even had the gall to ask me how I expected his mechanics to get paid. How you pay your mechanics is between you & them; thats not my responsibility, is exactly what I told him. They replaced the entire lower control arm on their own dime, but they sure let me know they were doing me a favor. Whats sad is that, Harry, the owner, never addressed with me when I spoke to him on the phone the next day his employee that tried to get me to pay for their mistake, never apologized, nothing. He was even present when I picked up my car, knew I was there, but never came out to speak to me & ensure my trust in his business. Thats very poor customer service & poor business.And it doesnt even end there. So they did the job & gave me my car back, only for me to find that my car pulled hard right, & in order to drive straight, I had to have my steering wheel turned to the right a good 15-20 degrees. So I went to a new mechanic. The mechanic even brought me back into the shop & showed me how the rear tire where they replaced the control arm is badly out of alignment (visible to the naked eye even), & by the computer specs - off by almost a full inch. That is flat out dangerous to drive on. Not only that, but I was leaking oil & two other fluids all over my engine. Did Harrys mention any of that to me? Of course not!The oil change was not done properly (they should have informed me of the leaks). The alignment was dangerously improperly done. So Im left to conclude one of two things - either maliciousness or flat out incompetence. There is no other explanation. Either way, my suggestion - stay away. Stay far away!

This company is a joke. The receptionist is a bone head and she doesnt realize that she is costing her company money. I got my broken down car to their shop and their parking lot was full so the car was left on the Caliber Collision side and she said she could recommend a tow company. The car was 100 feet from their building... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! I wouldnt send an enemy to this place.

Let me first say that I have taken three vehicles to HHP over the past 10 years.I went to Harrys HP this morning to get front brake pads on my F 150. When I entered the office, the receptionist was showing a tech something on her computer.without a hello or even looking up,she said It will be a few minutes.My truck was taken in on time and an hour later the receptionist told me I needed new rotors and I had a leak in my coolant system. I asked her how much the rotors would be and she said $100.00 a piece. I asked her what kind of rotors and she said they get them from Factory Motor Parts. Harry came into the area and said that FMP only sold to repair shops. ( I get that). I called FMP and they told me that the rotors were $49.00 each. I checked the front hubs as the brakes were giving off a bad smell from breaking in.I noticed that one of the front hub covers had been dented and cracked during the job,so I returned to tell Harry. When I got to HHP Harry was calling my cell phone. He had seen my complaint online and he was very angry. I asked him to come out and look at my hub. He said it was an old dent and he is not responsible. I said I just wanted HIM to be aware of the damage.He then told me to get the F**K off his property and I was never to come back.I said, You claim to be a Christian man and this is how you treat people? Cant we go into your office and discuss this?He replied, Ive been doing this for forty years and a** holes like you try to f**k with me. I do mark part up 100%, how do you think I pay for all of this?Then this nice Christian man told me to F**k Off as he slammed his door in my face.I really should have talked to him before my review. I guess he was having a bad day.
