Service was in & out, they didn’t try to sell me any repairs or services I did not ask for. Overall one of the best in the area for fast a oil change. Overall time in the shop was under 20 minutes.

I stopped by to get an oil change mid-afternoon and as soon as I pulled up to a bay, someone immediately came out to greet me, moments later they were bringing my car in and less than 15-minutes later I was in my way home. Very kind people to help. I came to drop of some used oil and they were accommodating. FYI... If dropping off used oil, they can only take 5 gallons a day and the containers have to be given back to you.

I was actually becoming a big fan. They were very very friendly, and still are. But I called for a quote to get my axles transfer case and transmission fluid exchange. The price seemed very high. I called around to other reputable places. Ended up by saving about 25%. Thats quite a bit of money difference

They did an amazing job on my car and always do every time I go in for my oil change the workers there are friendly knowledgeable and just great people to have 2 service your vehicle. They also always make sure my windows are clean and all my fluids are checked in field for that Im very appreciative since I started getting my oil changed here I have not had to put one single fluid in my car.

Also my serpentine belt was cracked so bad and they let me know and showed me the problem instead of just telling me I needed to fix it. Oil change and new wipers...cabin filter and air filter, showed us our filters and gave us our option not theirs . Great staff and teamwork. Fmvery friendly. Being new here, it was a relief. Even the wait was short. Definitely thumbs up and a regular customer now.

I typically dont like paying the higher price for an oil change, however the service these guys offer is worth it. Im not going anywhere else.

They are courteous and follow safety rules but their oil changes are expensive even when you take your own oil.

The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The service was completed within 30 minutes. Special kudos to Mr. Carias who I believe is the manager. He advised me about some concerns with my car but did not push me for extra items.

So usually I do the oil changes, but my wife decided to go today. They tried to scam her into picking the more expensive oil change, saying that synthetic was required. Ive been putting in half synthetic the entire time Ive had my cargo van. So I called them to ask about it, and as soon as Im off the phone they start being rude and disrespectful and unprofessional to my wife. I would definitely not recommend this Grease Monkey

Great place. Went in for an oil change. They brought me the air filter and cabin filter to show they needed to be replaced (I agreed with them). However, I wanted to replace with a K&N filter. They dont sell those and yet they didnt pressure me to buy the stock air filters. In fact, Ron recommended I put a K&N filter instead!! When I asked if K&N sold cabin filters he wasnt sure and offered to call his auto parts place to find out. He honestly told me that K&N sold them even though it was pretty obvious I would not be purchasing from him. I appreciate that kind of honesty and helpfulness. I completely recommend these guys.

I normally come to this place for oil changes. After they changed the oil I discussed the cars other issues. It had problems beyond what they could address at their shop. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a place to go for repair and had someone follow me to make sure I got there safely. Hands down the most professional and thoughtful people. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I was upsold on an air filter when I was getting my oil changed.They pretty much broke the entire thing. didnt tell me. Now my turbo and engine is full of debris. Possibly totaling my car. Ive lost wages because I cant drive and I now have to pay 2-7k to fix the vehicle. DONT GO HERE.to coporate. You know how to make this right.

Crew is awesome and extremely helpful! I usually do my own oil changes so I am very particular about how it is done. But at 5 degrees below zero yesterday Ill let them do it. They did what I wanted and didnt push me for any extra service! I would absolutely go here again.

Would NOT!! recommend this place. Took my car in for a simple oil change. Didnt I get my car back until 3 days later. Instead of draining my oil they pulled my transmission plug and added a extra 6 quarts of oil on top of what I had in the engine. They did take care of everything that was wrong with the car that was the only plus.

Nice staff. Bit pricey. Was told to return a specific day to get my car finished and the part that was ordered was wrong. Been about a month and still havent received the promised call saying the part was in.

Had them check my oil level in the rear-end. The manager was real friendly and helpful. It didnt require any oil so he didnt charge me for checking it.

I had never been there before but I kept seeing a sign when I drove by, that they also do brakes which I need done so I stopped by when they were almost closing. Their price is very reasonable for brakes which Ill have to do soon but I also needed the fluids topped off which they do as a courtesy in between getting oil changes with them. I wasnt sure if they would top off my fluids for free because I had the oil changed in the Denver area. They gladly accepted me and were extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I was totally impressed with their customer service!!!! I will definitely go back there.

Call first and either make an appointment or find out when they will be available. Grease Monkey was better than most places Ive been to have my automotive fluids changed. They have a double check with 2 separate techs that run through the list. Overall I would say a good service for those who are budget minded and anyone else who is looking for a safe place to have their vehicles fluids changed.

Today we took our car to change oil at this place. After we left the service we went to do some shopping. But our car did not behave as usual. Oil pressure light came up and the engine started making weird sound. The oil gauge arrow was showing abnormal low pressure (almost zero). We just had to stop in the middle of the road having no idea what to do. The location where we changed the oil has been already closed (we were their last clients) so we had to contact a private mechanic that could tell us what is wrong with our car on Saturday 7 pm. It appeared that while changing oil a person who did it overfilled oil significantly! The oil deep stick shows its twice over the max! Mechanic said permanent damage to the car engine may have already been made.UPDATE: Next day we contacted the manager at this location and our car was serviced again. Instead of 6 qt oil as usual that should be in the car, 12 qt came out. And it was pretty dirty. Like it was never drained before adding new oil. After that car started behave normally, oil pressure is OK again and that weird sound the engine was making is gone now. We hope the engine was not damaged. They gave us 2 coupons for our next oil change 100% free but were too scared to come there ever again.UPDATE: Yes, my car did get permanent damage to the engine.

Being a little clueless about cars I was convinced I needed new break pads & was prepared to leave spending a lot but they told me they just needed the break dust cleaned off, now they are good as new! I will continue to only come here for services on my vehicle!

Despite being wary about a few of the negative reviews, I gave this location a shot because they were open on a Sunday afternoon and near my residence. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and politeness of the staff. I chose which service I wanted (got a $10 discount promotion they are running none the less) and they got my truck directly in the garage. Of course they mention a few extra services like everywhere does, but didnt feel pressured at all and they immediately accepted my choice to stick with the basic service. They reviewed some service milestones with me and finished paperwork in a matter of minutes. They also offer a military discount, although in this case the $10 was the better discount than the ~$7.50 military, but I still appreciate that they do have it. The waiting room is comfortable and clean, I had a snack and watched the Broncos game while they worked, and they even vacuumed out my vehicle. I will absolutely be going back for all my future service needs. I would recommend giving this place a chance.

They stole outta the trunk of my car!!When I went back, the assistant manager was less, far less then caring. Long time customer lost for life guys... good move. This was after I waited close to an hour for them to finish.

I have been here a few times and each time I leave angry and each time I said I would never go back, but convenience won this time and I caved. However, this time, I mean it, NEVER going back. I always feel like they are trying to sell me extra services that I did not ask for and are not necessary. I believe the manager is incapable of talking to me in a non-demeaning manner and each time I have been there and I ask a question, he seems to answer with some long winded explanation that doesnt even directly answer what I had originally asked. It seems as if he either is trying to pull one over on me with his long explanation or he doesnt know what the hell he is talking about. I cannot help but feel like it is because I am female because my boyfriend has gone here and he said that he has not had the same experience as I have. However, because of the way he has treated and talked to me (and the bad feeling this guy gives me) we have both decided to take our business elsewhere. I do have some automotive experience so in my opinion this guy is a quack. Do not go here. There are plenty of other places to go where you will get better service. Heck, even Walmart would be better.
