Called for a wheel bearing. They said they had it. Drove there across town and paid. They said they still had to pull it and it would be an hour. Ok thats fine. Waited around the area for an hour and went back in. They didnt know where it was and came back 20 mins later and said we have to pull another one off and couldnt give me a time just sometime this afternoon. Very rude guys there. Got my money back and left. Very laxidasical and horrible customer service. Go somewhere else!

Made an appointment at 10am for my car to be picked up at 1pm to be taken to the shop to get fixed. My service appt was at 2:30. I called Complete multiple times wondering where they are, last call the guy got nasty and said he will just cancel. This is THEIR fault by the way. Well, my service appointment had to be rescheduled because now they had no wiggle room, and now can’t get my car fixed for another week! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this joke of a company. The car dealership said they have had multiple complaints about this company recently as well.

I had them open my door to a 2005 Dodge Caravan twice within a month and they changed me $45 each time, they could have given me a break. I talked to the guy that referred them to me and he said they only charged him $35 is it because of color.

A guy in a black truck showed up while my tow guy was already there at my accident, that my insurance company sent to me, running his mouth to him about getting to me so fast. I guess my tow company was faster than his did and he acted very unprofessional about the whole situation.Even the police said he didnt know what he was talking about.

TERRIBLE! We bought an engine from them and they sold us the wrong engine. After the local guy put it in for us the car didnt run right. We took it to another shop and they couldnt figure it out so we took it to the dealer. They determined it was the wrong engine. This process took over two months and over $2,000 out of pocket on our part. When I called they refused to make it right because the 30 day warranty had expired. Then I was told they have the right engine in stock but it would cost more than the engine we previously purchased. No thank you! I wouldnt take a lug nut from you for free! TERRIBLE PLACE!

Driving my fathers explorer and had an accident...complete towed it.. Has my medication in it... Went up there so i could grab just my meds.. I talk to the old lady.. She was very rude .. Inconsiderate told me i couldnt get anything without written consent of the original owner of the vehicle ..and i tried to explain to her it was a controled substance for my pain tramadol and i needed it specially after my accident yesterday..she just turned around and walked away! Ill never use this place ever!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! My rear tire completely lost its tread. The flat bed came and loaded my Shelby Cobra off the side of I-75 without damage and towed me 70 miles for only $235, at midnight. Cant say enough good things about my experience. True lifesaver. Thank you!!!

I bought an old pan and i had the clerk verify my motor size but the old pan was the wrong one.Upon taking it back,there were no refunds.Just a credit.The clerk said Robs owner called him to see if they had the right one but Rob told me Complete didnt have any.But the clerk said they did,I guess it was a miss communication somewhere and im out my money.

These guys are scam artist. Gave me a price of $825 to tow my motor home long distance. 1/2 hour before they arrived they tried embezzling $400 more from me. Price jumped up $1200. Way to business. As a business owner you folks should be ashamed of yourselves.

I called for a tow this morning. There was a young man at my house within the hour to assist me. My car wouldn’t start and had to be maneuvered from where it was parked to get onto the tow bed. He was able to safely move my vehicle safely onto the tow truck and to the dealership. I appreciate his kindness and professionalism very much!

My puppy was locked in my car I couldnt get him out and the police inn flint dont got tools to unlock a car it was scary but they got him out and was to kw in about 15 20 min

Good place to park for time off

Fender not in GRADE A condition, bad rust lower corner,Bent bracket where it was pryed on before unbolting . Lip molding cut off instead of intact, had to call back to get a different one. Had to cut and weld and paint a section into the rusty corner.INSPECT your parts close before CARRYING THEM BACK TO THE HOUSE!

Complete Towing offers the same level of respect and courtesy youd expect from a family member coming to help you out. After a long 16 hour shift as an EMT in the heart of Flint, I found myself stranded. The lady who answered my call was friendly and understanding. The driver was just as good, dont remember the name but his id number was 81 over the radio tonight (7-9-19). I was expecting an outrageous amount. Again was given a reasonable rate for the distance traveled. Theres nobody else I will get a tow from whenever I need it. Thank you!

Over priced company.They tow my car 4 miles and charged $140 without tell the cost or any price up front.Any other local company charging between $50-$60 for a local tow, only they charging more then double..What a ripoff!!!They not tells you they in the beginning for extra charges.. sweep the floor... a jokeEven not 5 min to sweep the floor and charging $100 extra on top... beware,rip off, don’t do business with !!!

The guy who took us back to see our wrecked car (I think his name was Randy) was very friendly and helpful. The tow truck driver was polite to my son when he initially got in the wreck and they hauled it away. I hope I dont need them in future but would not hesitate to call if necessary.

Had a GREAT experience with the dispatch ladies... and the tow guy this past holiday weekend. My lifted Jeep Wrangler blew a tire on the way up north... I changed it to the spare.... then on the way home the other rear tire blew. I was extremely pleased with how professional the dispatch team was late at night, and how promptly they took care of getting my Jeep to a repair shop. They took extra care of my vehicle that would be easy to drag up their truck and mess up. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a tow service.

I purchased an engine for a Jeep. I installed the engine and immediately it was knocking. I called Complete and they said they didnt have another one but they would give me my money back. I get all the way there (I live 30 miles away) and they refused to give me my money back because they said that wasnt the engine that they sold me. I have no reason to lie, I dont enjoy putting engines in and out for fun. I even told the owner that I had surveillance footage showing that this was the engine that they delivered to me. He still wasnt trying to help. There goes $800 down the drain. I will be seeking legal help if they dont give me my money back.

If i could rate less then 1 star I would!!! We got here right at 8am needed a starter for an Aztec straight up 10 minute job.. I understand there were 2 people ahead of us. But when staff are standing around gossiping and going in and out to a snap on truck and when I say something about it a guy named Larry at the counter was cocky and rude.. here we are an hour and half later still no part.. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER.. will never come back!! RPM is better!! And thats sad!! Steve was great at the end he deserves a raise..
