I have some stubborn hair and she is so great in working with it to get me the end results I want! She’s an amazing hair stylist and an awesome human being! The entire staff is just super friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this salon enough!

Maddy is my stylist, she is absolutely incredible and professional and amazing at what she does. She’s honest and caring and tells you what you need to continue with healthy hair. She cares for her clients more so than anyone I’ve ever been to. I am so grateful to have a hairdresser for life who makes me this comfortable.

Megan has cut my hair for several months and does a fabulous job! She’s very precise and gives attention to detail to be sure the cut is just perfect.I had my first ever derma-plane treatment with Nadia today. She took the time to carefully explain each step of the procedure. It was a great experience!The front desk staff are always so friendly and very efficient. I totally recommend A Total New You!

Ordered some foundation back in February 2021. Was told it would be in next week......Here it is JULY 2021 and I have not received the foundation, a refund or even any contact from the salon. Very unprofessional- I wont return and I wont recommend.

Sarah Rael does my nails and she is fantastic. They look great. At times I’ve gone six weeks with no breakage, lifting, or color peeling. They are very reasonable In cost too. I highly recommend Sarah.

I needed a professional stylist, my hair was a mess after going to the small walk in salons.I called and they got me an appointment within a few days. Heather was my stylist, she was amazing. She spent a lot of time with me and listened to what I wanted. My hair looks so nice and I will continue to have her do my hair. I booked an appointment for my next haircut.

I got a facial from Nadia yesterday and it was literally amazing. Ive had lots of facials before and this was by far the best. She was gentle and thorough, I 100% recommend her. Ive also had massages from Anna and I highly recommend her if youre looking for relief, shes little but shes strong and her hands are so soft !

I LOVE Kristin! Ive learned over the years that coloring red hair is difficult. Some colorists wont even try especially if the hair is turning white or is white! Kristin uses a 5 part formula for me to hear often, Your hair color is beautiful! and when I reveal that my hair is colored I hear, it looks so natural! She is a true professional in the way she treats her clients and very competent at red hair coloring.

I walked in (no appointment) and was greeted with the utmost customer service I have ever had in the City of Co Springs. I was serviced by the most professional and knowledgeable staff, seriously! I initially went in to donate my hair to Locks of Love. I couldnt donate it due to present chemicals in my hair, thats okay. I stayed for service anyway. I was treated by friendly and clean staff. Eclectic, too. I left the salon looking and feeling more beautiful than I walked in. Thank you so much! A Total New You is just that kind of experience. I was greeted by Joann, who gave me exemplary service from the gates. I was serviced by Christian who made me more beautiful. Melissa knows hair! The entire staff is eclectic! And to top it off, A Total New You is the cleanest salon by far.

I am ALWAYS so scared to go to a new salon, since I have really long hair that I love-but I called in and asked for an appointment anyway. Sarah is SO amazing. I showed her a few different pictures of things that I liked and somehow she was able to combine all of them. The best part is that when I went home and washed my hair I was still able to style it haha. I feel like that never happens. 10/10 I will always be back.

Heather was fantastic. She gave me a wonderful head massage during the shampoo and cut my hair exactly the way I like it.

Ive been going downtown and paying a pretty high premium for a good haircut for about a year. I was hesitant to switch, but when I did I couldnt be happier. Such nice people, and talented at what they do. And its over half the cost less than Tony & Guy. Dont waste your money like I did, trust these professionals instead.

I would not recommend this place for anyone new. If you have a favorite stylist here, great, but don’t let them appoint you to whoever is available. I was seen by a very young and totally inexperienced stylist. She continually had to ask the others on how to do color and asked to borrow clips, tools, etc. she was not prepared for anything. I did not see any license or certificate for her at her booth but I’m no sure this was even her booth. It was very awkward as it was obvious she didn’t know what she was doing. The end result was awful—color was way off, cut was too short and the style made me look like Mufasa! I asked her why my hair was so frizzy and she said, “oh I did it that way-you don’t like it?” Who makes hair intentionally frizzy? Couldn’t wait to get out of there. It was so awkward and just bad all around.

I have been going to Brenda for many years. I do not like spending time styling my hair every day so I need a very good cut and style so I can just wash and go. Brenda is very talented and listens to me so that I get exactly what I need and want. She also makes recommendations that suit my lifestyle. She is one of the only people that seems to be able to tame my thick, curly hair. To top it off, Brenda is so kind and she tells funny stories. I always look forward to my appointments with Brenda. With 5 teens we always just go to the cheap places. But when my 16 yr old daughter wanted bangs, I decided it would be worth the money to have a professional do it. I should have just gone to great clips. My daughter wanted fashionable bangs, down to her eyebrows, a little longer on sides. Instead they were cut way above the eyebrow, totally straight across. I paid way too much for this.

Recently moved to COS and was terrified of finding a new stylist. I never get anything more than a shampoo, cut, and style, but my hair is wildly thick, wavy, and tends to have a mind of its own. I randomly chose this salon because its away from downtown and has off-street parking, plus it has evening hours for a 9-to-5er. I was placed with Glenda and have now seen her twice...and now that shes in my life, I dont think I can ever leave Colorado Springs! From the first drop of shampoo to the last swipe of a brush, she is so present with my hair, so attentive to detail, so talented at getting my bangs just right! I always get compliments on my bangs after a session with Glenda. I am normally a socially anxious clod when sitting in a stylists chair, but I feel at ease with her and tend to talk the entire time. Both times I have gone in the evening after work, and it was never crowded or too loud.

I was so impressed with how beautifully Glenda did my color and my conditiony treatment. I have found my new stylist!

I always receive excellent service at ATNY. Maddy provides my services. This is the second salon where Maddy has taken great care of me. The charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend ATNY.

I have been going to Total New You since 1994. Sandie was my nail tech until she retried. Now Rhonda does my nails and they are awesome also does my toes from time to time.. All the girl are great and call you by name when you go in to the shop. So for 20 years plus I have seen this salon grow into something for everyone. Thank you.

I came here to get my hair completely different. Colored and cut. I had Stacey Treat do it all, and she was outstanding. I was very impressed. Like other salons, they cut off way to much hair. But she did everything perfectly. I was very happy with my result and still am! Stacey Treat did a fabulous job! I loved the environment too, it was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much. Im sorry the only other reviews were from unsatisfied clients. My experiences with A Total New You have always been delightful. Ive been a client for a few years and have had a number of different services in the Salon.I dont live in Colorado Springs but make the trip to A Total New You once a month or so. In my 60 + years Ive had services in salons all over the U.S. and a Total New You has always been among the best.

Been going to A Total New You for little over a year. They have been excellent! Would definitely recommend Stacey for hair styling! She has been great, down to earth, and always accommodating! Will be sorry to leave and have to look for a new stylist when I move!

Valarie LeVeque does an amazing job as both a hairstylist and a makeup artist. I have known her for years and she is consistent AND creative in what she does. She has cut my daughters long, beautiful hair, perfectly and also created an amazing, fantastical look for me with her makeup artistry when I performed as Mother Ginger in the Nutcracker Ballet. I highly recommend her for your hair styling and makeup needs.

I love Total New You. Every time I go in the staff is extremely courteous and friendly! They always make me feel welcome and comfortable when I come in. Unfortunately I have been unemployed for over a year so I have not been able to make any appointments (my one complaint is their prices and I have just not been able to afford to go in), but now that I am working again I will start looking at going back again!

Great staff and comfortable place to relax and treat yourself. Stacey did an amazing job. I went in to get some color in my hair. I have celiac disease using certain dyes can cause me to get sick and destroy my scalp. She was on top of it. She knew exactly what could be used on my hair. Im a customer for life.

I recently went to A Total New You for highlight/lowlight and cut. The salons atmosphere was clean and professional and the staff was welcoming. Valerie Leveque was my hairstylist and I am sure she had a challenge on her hands since it had been a while since I had my hair professionally done. She did a beautiful job with a complete re-haul. I had shown her a picture of what I wanted the highlights/lowlights to look like and she matched the colors perfectly. She also discussed every decision with me during the process to make sure that I was comfortable. The end result was amazing and I have had many compliments on my hair ever since. I highly recommend Valerie and this Salon. I will be back.

I just got my hair cut by Megan and she did a HORRIBLE job! She was not friendly at all and she cut my bangs WAY too short! I was supposed to be having maternity photos taken this weekend and have now had to cancel them because my bangs are so short that I dont even want to go out in public! She barely said two words to me the whole time I was their and obviously wasnt paying attention when I told her what I wanted. I have never had such a terrible experience with a hair stylist.

If you want your hair screwed up so bad that it will take multiple haircuts to repair the damage, this is the place for you. Unbelievable. I am grateful to the stylist there who tried to clean up the damage, but the grudge I have toward the salon is extreme. A Total Fd you is more like it.

I had my nails done. They did a beautiful job and the customer service was amazing.

My hair cut was nothing like the picture I showed my stylist. It was much shorter; not happy with my cut at all.

If I could I would give it below one star. I noticed 5 out of the 11 reviews were based on Valerie. I had my hair done by two different stylists. Neither one knew what they were doing. The first stylist was so focused on getting to her next customer(which the first time it was her mother and 2nd time it was a family friend) the only reason I saw her the 2nd time was she was going to fix what she screwed up the first time. Still did not fix it. It took two phone calls and 4 weeks later for them to call me back and set me up with another stylist. When I went in the 3rd time, it was very akward I saw the 1st stylist whispering to the stylist that was doing my hair. Her station was right next to the first stylist that messed up my hair the first time. First stylist kept glancing at me and than she disappeared for the remainder of my appointment. The stylist that was supposed to fix my hair acted like what I was requesting was not making any sense. The way I described it was I want all over a carmel brown with chocolate lowlights. She brings out the book of color. I picked out a brown( I thought had golden undertones) that was for my all over color and the other color(darker brown) for my lowlights. It turned out light orange near the roots and red all over. I pretended I like it, after all this was my third time there and they did not charge me. It hasnt even been a month since I had my hair done and it already has faded alot. All I can say is, for all of you that had Valerie as your stylist good for you, because the two sylists I had, do not know what they are doing!!!!

I never had any services at this location, there is the reason for my rating,.. they give back to the community I work for a non profit and they were willing to donate to us, that says a lot for the owner and management team Bravo!
