I dont see results at all. I purchased a Groupon for 6 treatments and I have jet black hair which should be the easiest to target. I had a couple treatments prior so I was hoping this could’ve been the final strides to a clean face. NOPE. I still have plenty undesired hair even though I had plenty of treatments as well prior treatment. The first technician seemed like she was in a rush just to get me out so I requested a different technician and she was great. Overall, not much results and okay customer service.

-I had a lash lift / tint- customer service 5 stars- quality negative 5 stars- I waited over the 48hrs to get lashes wet and the lift and tint are almost gone on both lashes. It’s as if I never had anything done to them at all. Do not get your lashes done here, it’s cheap but ( you get what you pay for) I’ll go to Denver next time.

She’s personable and obviously passionate about what she does. Both appointments were personalized for me and my skin care needs, not just a standard facial that every client gets. It was a very relaxing experience and my skin looks better and better every time!

I have never ever pampered myself nor genuinely taking care of my skin. This wonderful person named Sydney & well everyone at this place is incredibly helpful & nice!! I love the attention to detail they offer to make me feel the tranquility and personal experience they make you feel so important & uniquely beautiful. They really take a detailed note to see what’s going on with your skin and how to accomplish your goals for the future of your skin. Just enjoyed my first microdermabrasion facial. Amber did a great job! What a wonderful (and calorie free!) way to take some time out and pamper yourself! Michelle was welcoming at the front desk and BodyBrite feels nice and clean. I will recommend to friends, and look forward to going back myself!

Shelly is the best! She is a wonderful small business owner who has compassion for her clients. She is always flexible with rolling over credits for services and any scheduling issues. Her staff is amazing, fun, and also treat me with decency and respect.Laser is not a quick solution, so her year contract for services makes actual sense, and it comes with so many benefits. I recommend signing up for a two treatment year-long contract because you can get facials after your laser to help soothe the skin.The Skinceuticals line she carries is expensive but the results are insane! The Face Shop, Kiehls and the likes cannot even compare with their products.Lastly, the biggest downside to this shop is that it is hard to get a quick book. You really have to schedule a month or two in advanced because so many members schedule their treatments out so far. This is frustrating but understandable because this is a local business and not a scary wealth maximizing corporation that just wants your money.

I’m doing laser hair removal with Sydney! The whole staff here is fantastic— I am so glad I found them right here in Colorado Springs. Very clean, and feels very high quality when you visit. Definitely recommend— and ask for Sydney!

I’m in my 30s and for as long as I can remember I wouldn’t go in public without full foundation and concealer because of current breakouts and past acne scars (yes, even to the pool!). I found BodyBrite while browsing on Groupon about a year ago and tried the microdermabrasion facial. When they opened back up after the Covid shutdown, I immediately signed up for a membership and it’s the best self-care I could have done during these crazy times. I’ve been alternating between oxygen facials and microdermabrasion and finally feel comfortable without makeup. I used to get hormonal breakouts along my jaw line each month, but haven’t had one in months thanks to BodyBrite and their high-frequency facial wand. I’m so happy I found this place!

Though the beginning of my services were ok, I feel the results were not too noticeable. Black hair is supposed to be the easiest to target the laser, however that doesnt happen if you feel like a cave woman style hair. go for Amber and Patricia. But the results were minimal-even after almost a year (due to the contract you must consent to in order to receive a good discount$ wise.)

I kinda found this place on accident, but boy am I glad I did. First off it is so cute inside and the staff were very friendly, offering coffee and answering all of my questions. I have gone to other hair removal places in town to get quotes and they were SO MUCH more then here! I am able to get my WHOLE body hair free (if I wanted to) for the cost those other places wanted for one body part!! So of course I bought the package and Im starting on my legs first. They offer so many other services here along with teeth whitening ( which Im also doing next week), micros and an oxygen facial..which sounds amazing especially how dry we get here in CO. If you have the chance to go there you will not be disappointed they are amazing! Im just so happy I found them!

If you are looking to do hair removal at a reasonable price this is your place!! This spa is decorated very pretty and is extremely clean. Amber and Kathryn are very inviting knowledgeable Estheticians and made me feel very comfortable, especially not knowing what to expect. I had my first IPL hair removal treatment three weeks ago under my arms and bikini line and have already seen results. I was very surprised with how fast and little pain the treatments are. I am excited to continue my treatments and also try some of the other spa services they offer.

Staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is clean and beautiful. The services are priced fairly and they thoroughly talk to you about the process and what to expect.

Bodybrite is amazing. It has such a wonderful atmosphere and the estheticians are very knowledgeable. I was very reluctant to start permanent hair removal, but after speaking to the technicians I know I am in safe hands. I cannot wait to go back in a few weeks for my second appointment and I cant wait to try their other services!

I would not be able to post this, without checking at least one star, however in my opinion, this place deserves no stars. If you are a woman of color dont go here to get laser hair removal. My sister bought a Groupon for my 2 daughters, and at the time they were scheduling her appointment, no mention was made of darker skin tones being an issue, and how their laser was not configured for women of color. Also, there was no mention of this on their website. When my daughter arrived, she was told by the associate that they do not assist with African American skin tones. This was disappointing and hurtful on so many levels.

I am consistently impressed by the personal, warm service I receive from everyone at BodyBrite. Ive been a loyal patron for over a year now, and everyone from the owner (Shelly) to the aestheticians (I usually see Amber) are so kind and hospitable. Their prices for laser hair removal are much lower than you will find elsewhere, yet the quality is excellent. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing.I also want to speak briefly to Malindas review below. IPL is a treatment that unfortunately cannot be performed safely on darker skin tones (there are great risks of burning the skin when used on darker skin tones). This is not at all a spa-specific policy, but rather truly a safety issue. I worked for a dermatologist and MediSpa for several years and spoke with the laser trainers...its absolutely standard of care to have the response that BodyBrite had, and it shows their concern for the safety of all prospective clients.
