They literally cancelled my booking for male waxing because the stylist their system assigned my appointment to doesnt wax menDays ago I Schedule a service online for a 945am MALE hair removal. While booking I selected Any for the stylist selection because I know some ladies dont want to touch men, no worries. so I book the MALE waxing, I get my confirmation email. I get a reminder email the day prior. Then I get a call the morning of the appointment at 900am informing me the stylist I selected doesnt perform this service for men(remember the part where I selectedAny stylist…)and they need to reschedule my appointment that is in less than an hour and has been booked for days.The lady on the phone was nice and professional. 1 star for terrible corporate business practice and booking software.

They didnt fully get all my hair and I was left with little red bumps. I was very disappointed, its not worth the money.

Sounds like I just got a under experienced technician and they are having her do more training because of it. I understand that everyone goes through a learning period so I wont take it out on the business as a whole given how incredible their customer service was for me. They probably have other great techs.*I got a Brazilian done. The 3rd Brazilian Ive had but the 1st from this place. They were very unprofessional. Didnt take any time like the other places Ive been to make you feel comfortable. It was a drop your pants and spread em kind of experience. Very uncomfortable. It was super rushed, I bled a TON. I was bleeding so much that it wasnt until I got home and rinsed off that I realized just how much hair she missed. I was so bummed. I cant go out in a swimsuit like this. Now Im going to have to shave anyways so I wasted a ton of money. And I am covered with in grown hairs. Which didnt happen to me the other times Ive gotten a Brazilian. Yes, they are fast. But does speed matter if they dont do a good and thorough job? I would certainly take a longer more thorough apt. over rushed and sloppy. Not to mention its day two and I cant even walk, wipe, or wear underwear because its so swollen and sore.

I forgot her name. She has blonde hair, and very cute colorful small tattoos creating sleeves on both arms. So wish I remembered. She did amazing! Talked me through the whole experience and it turned out beautifully. Thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! This place is highly unprofessional! I called and made an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. When I showed up there was a sign on the door that said “STOP do not come in, please follow the directions below” I followed the directions they had on the door which was to text them that I was there and they would notify me when it is time to come in. I stood around for THIRTY MINUTES without any response so I finally called and they came out and told me that since it was outside my appointment window that they couldn’t help me. I followed the directions they provided and did as I was asked. I stood outside their business the entire time waiting and they pretended as though they didn’t see me and tried to tell me I was late. They should have made things right and fit me in right then and there but instead told me they would have to reschedule. I don’t know how a place like this stays in business but I will be sure to tell everyone I know about my experience and will never return there. Horrible place!

Before Covid I had bought a wax package and still had 1 or 2 passes left. When I called to make appointments and to confirm how many waxes I have left, I was told they had upgraded their systems and they no longer had my information. I was told I would get called back that day after research was done. I never got a call so called the next day and again was promised a manager would call me to let me know what needed to be done so that I could use my passes. I still have not received a call, which means tomorrow I will have to call once again. It is super frustrating and really poor customer service. At this point I don’t even think I could recommend them to anyone.

I recently just moved here to colorado springs and was nervous of switching my waxers, I had absolutely amazing experience with Aynsley! She was quick and an amazing personality. This is my second time coming to her and she will be my waxer from now on!

I really liked this wax center until my last two waxes. I started noticing more and more ingrown hairs I’ve never had this many with any wax place. I’m used to my esthetician using powder before and always had good results for me personally. I’m not blaming the esthetician’s here because they are very sweet Professional and try their best, but the wax their corporate provides is probably not a good quality that pulls up every hair. It really makes a difference the wax bead brand! I also use the ingrown hair wipes and body product they did not make a difference, but this is just my experience my skin is sensitive to most stuff. They have a great staff just not so great products 🤷🏽‍♀️

I always do a Full Leg and Brazilian and have never been this disappointed in my life with EWC. I’ve been a loyal customer to EWC for almost 8 years, most of that time spend in its branches in Illinois. This location has terrible terrible awful service. Got a appointment a couple weeks ago, waxer did a terrible job for Brazilian, called multiple times to complain and all I got was sorry. I also did a neck wax for the baby hairs and she scissored my real hair and waxed it off, also did a terrible cleanup job! Offered to do a touch up but I was gone out of town when I noticed how terrible of a job the waxer did. I’ve been trying to reach this place for a appointment for the past 2 weeks and they never have a appointment! When they do it’s usually days that don’t work out or a bad timing. I’ve never had this bad of a experience at EWC ever! They can never do both services in the same day. I’ll take my business to the Nevada location!If you are gonna be asking to pay hundreds of dollars in advance for packages at least have appointments. What’s the point of a package when you can’t get any appointment to use them?

I had an appointment for wax service. When I left I still had patches of hair everywhere. For the prices to also increase and get these results are insane. 115.00 later still have patches of hair. People also don’t have time to go back and forth for touch ups. It should be completed in the time of the appointment that was scheduled. Not going back.

Theyre very pushy about this membership that they have. Everytime I go here for a service I dread hearing about it because it makes absolutely no sense to me. I have asked each receptionist, that brought up the membership to explain to me what I would be saving; and Ive gotten so many different answers. I respectfully decline but I am still being pushed to get a membership I do not want. I give three stars because the rooms are very sanitary and everyone is very kind.

Ive been going to this location for a couple years now and Ive seen my share of different wax specialists. By far my favorite wax specialist is Donna. She is very personable and efficient. She makes the whole appointment from start to finish a walk in the park! I highly recommend using this company for any of your waxing needs. The staff are all very friendly and really good at giving reminder calls for all of your upcoming appointments.

Great place to eat. Server worked hard tonight. We came in with 8 people. Food was soooooo good. Will be back.

I have been seeing Donna for my Brazilian for almost a year now. Not only is she professional, but makes the appointment run smooth from start to finish. She is so personable and is never pushy to buy products! She truthfully tells me what I need for my skin and leaves it at that. The appointments are quick but Donna always pays attention to the little things. I would HIGHLY recommend Donna as your wax specialist.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. They allow you to switch your packages between the two locations which was super helpful when i moved. Every waxer i have had has done a wonderful job and all of them are so nice.

This place is super expensive and they don’t do an amazing job for the price we pay. I got a Brazilian and there were a lot of patches of very long hairs that weren’t taken off in a quite a few areas. The people at the front desk were friendly but the lady I was waxing with was very rude and judgemental. 10/10 don’t recommend this place.

The staff is very nice and they are taking great precautions so that you feel safe visiting during COVID.

I will not be returning here ever again. I wanted to give this place a try because I saw nothing but great reviews. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice, but my issue was with the service itself. I naturally have thicker eyebrows, so I trusted that the woman who performed my waxing services would shape them exactly the way I requested. However, she took off way too much hair and didnt even shape them correctly. Both eyebrows looked different. When I brought it to her attention, she was like Umm well.. the most I can do now is just tell you to wait until the hair grows back because if I try to fix them anymore, you wont have anything left. Like seriously?! I originally got a wax so that I could have nice eyebrows for my vacation, but instead, I had to spend my entire vacation filling in my eyebrows. Its horrible to say the least. I wouldnt recommend going to this place for a waxing. Thats for sure!

I was able to book my appointment online which was so easy and quick. Prior to this, I dealt with a private business owner and it was very difficult to get in touch with this person to schedule. European Wax center was so much easier! Its nice that they are open all week and until 8 on the days I need them.Amanda was very thorough and knowledgeable when it came to my wax. She explained everything and gave me follow up samples and recommendations on how to care for my skin after the wax.They offered a 9 wax package that also gave me 3 free waxes. Even though it was a good deal, it was not an amount that I was able to buy all up front. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she told me that they could split the fees into multiple smaller payments. THIS was the most awesome part because most places that give you discounts for purchased packages, require you to pay the entire package up front.I cant wait to go back now that I know I have a consistent and awesome place to go.

The staff is so friendly and everyone strives to meet the needs of their clients. I always have great conversation with my estheticians. All of them are very qualified and professional, but Donna is my favorite for Brazilians and Priscilla is my favorite for eyebrows and facial waxing! They make me feel so beautiful and confident and always have a smile on their face. Definitely the best place to get a wax!!!

I have been getting waxed for almost a year now and the only person i will see at this location is Brittany. Waxing is normal painful and uncomfortable but with Brittany i barley feel any pain. She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable and she makes sure to get every hair she can before you walk out. She is very professional and nice and make sure you are getting the best experience. If you want to get waxed and have a great experience i would high recommend Brittany.

Love going here! I have been coming for almost 2 years. Amazing service and staff! Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Staff was very friendly and efficient during me and my wifes visit. The whole time they kept her nerves calmed because she is not very high on pain tolerance even though she still prefers a full wax. Even when I was not in the room, my wife told me how very happy she was with the service. However, though the majority of her was very nicely done, i notice little patches here and there that were clearly missed. When I brought up how clearly she didnt get done completely, as clearly there were, on top of small spots, a full about 1/2 strip missed about a foot long on her right leg, they tried to explain to me how sometimes on your first wax little spots dont come out so well and before I could stop her, tried to sell my wife over $100 in skin care products, blatantly ignoring me. This may have been her first wax here, but it wasnt her first wax by a long shot, shed been getting it done for nearly a decade.So after I said I wasnt going to pay until someone at least looked at her leg to see what I meant, it was agreed that her leg, on top of other spots got overlooked. She was taken back and quickly redone, this time in a way my wife stated was quite apologetically and way more careful and gentle than originally. We were given a small discount, and sent on our way.I would honestly have rated 5 star, if they hadnt of treated my wife like an idiot when we complained about the mishap. and if id have honestly rated while still in anger, I would have given her 2 stars at best. But other than that moment, and the small mishap, everything was excellent, its just tainted by somebody not wanting to admit fault.So to Summarize:5/5 Promptness and Speed4/5 Cost5/5 Cleanliness4.5/5 Atmosphere2/5 Conflict Resolution.

I have been to several wax chains and this one is the best! Its the best of all the European Wax Centers I have tried as well. They are all so friendly. I have very light eyebrows and they do a great job of getting me cleaned up without overwaxing. The place is very clean and well managed. I would highly recommend it!

I love this place!!!! The staff is always nice and very professional and Priscilla is amazing, very detail oriented, and personable. I leave every time extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this establishment for not just hair removal but for whole body care.

My eyebrows turned out great and they were able to fit me in last minute. I did feel somewhat rushed to get in get out though. I wasn’t interested in talking for an hour but I don’t really care to be rushed.

I go with Kyle and she is just amazing. Been with her for about a year now and I dont wish to change her. The location itself is very clean and the staff is extremely nice. I highly recommend this place as it is just fabulous!

This place is great! Jaslin, Julian, Megan, they are so talented and customer service oriented. Their wax is the best. Ive heard horror stories about Brazilian waxes from other places, after coming here for legs, underarms and brows, I had my very first Brazilian and while not completely painless, it was tolerable and comfortable.

Always a great experience! Staff is friendly and welcoming. They know their product and are great at explaining without being pushy to buy.

The lady that waxed my hair was really great! She did an awesome job and explained what I should do after. The desk attendant was not so stellar. He first tried to trick me into buying their product and when I declined,, he then had a bit of an attitude and tried to make me feel uncomfortable or guilty for not adding the product or make a second appointment. No thank you!

The last couple of times I was there I heard some of the girls talking about how much they hate their job and how horrible the owner treats them. Heres my belief: Great companies like Google and Apple treat their employees with respect and because so, their employees LOVE their jobs and their customers see this. I think its sad walking into a gloomy and stressed environment which you can easily see on the girls faces. Im simply there for some ME time and to get pampered but its too much drama for an older gal like me.

They use the blue wax and its absolutely the best. No cloth strips, no stickiness after.Also everyone I have gone to is friendly and professional, so it makes my Brazilian less awkward. ;) I drive up from the south end of town because theyre so good.

I’ll start by saying that I’ve been seeing Alexa for a couple of years now, and I’ve been beyond relieved ever since. She is the only reason I’ve continued waxing here for so long. After over 5 years of her commuting an hour a day, they let her go. I am so disappointed in this decision and would not like to return. I work in the industry and know how employees should be treated and this does not seem to be proper leadership. I have attempted to reach out, but there seems to be no manager on duty when I do.

Megan is absolutely amazing. She is quick yet thorough and very professional. I havent gotten this level of service and attention to detail anywhere else.

Their scheduling is a breeze! EWC has been great to accommodate my busy schedule every time I need to adjust appointment times with the best service no matter who the esthetician is.

Second time I called and they can’t get me in for a full leg wax and a Brazilian at the same time they make me try to come back for two appointments and if you do try to do walk in they reject you so they don’t take walk-ins obviously so appointment only you can’t get the same person that you had last time and I just confirm my appointment for a full leg wax and she said she only has time for lower leg wax so I came to get my full service I was appointed for and still can’t get what I wanted and my first appointment I should’ve realized that when I still had hair all of my bikini area I called seven days after and since I was five days over this service she couldn’t re-wax the spot that I needed and that was just because I did it the last day to leave for vacation frustrating because I like their wax And I was leaving a gentleman walked in and got a full arm wax just fine without appointment 🤔

I love the European Wax Center! My friend pushed me to go with her and did our eyebrows. With the first step inside, I knew it was a great place. Clean and bright room, with excellent staff as both girls greeted me with warm smiles.My waxer is Alexa; she is quite wonderful. The first time she explained the process and was quick about her work while also being genuinely friendly. Ive gone to her ever since and she continues to amaze me. By now, shes talked me into my sideburns, upper lip, and chin. Shes AMAZING.I DEFINITELY recommend Alexa and all who make up the European Wax Center!

All their waxers are very skilled, efficient, and methodical, which means minimal pain and the highest quality session for your money. Everything is extremely clean and professional, and Im always very happy with the service I paid for.

Ive been going to EWC for over 5 years. For the last two or so years Ive seen Alexa.., and she is the best! I never have to worry about quality, she does exactly what I want. She has also been helping me regrow my eyebrows after a hack job was done on them while traveling last year. I adore her and highly recommend her.

I had an appointment with Aynsley and I highly recommend her for anyone who is OCD and likes a thorough job done! Sabrina is my girl! She gets the job done and keep you calm and relaxed the whole time. Front office girls are courteous and always keep it clean and well stocked. I am always out of there with time to spare in my appointment block. I highly recommend requesting Sabrina.

Loved my wax but I did not like the check out process where they are pushy to have you sign-up and pre pay for packages. Once I say no do not keep trying to ask me. Also, I had my appointment for 11 and they call me at 1030 when I am out the door on my way to push my appointment back by HOURS. I will not be returning and the only reason it is 3 starts is because my tech was very nice and took her time with me.

They are amazing.

This wax center was very clean and very nice however, the wax I recieved was very rushed and the entire time I was inside the facility someone was attempting to sell something else to me. After the wax I was not given a mirror to double check and make sure there were no spots I wanted more attention provided to and when I got home I noticed several places that were missed. For the price of this center and the work ethic that was put in to the care I recieved, it was not worth it. If the company had spent more time taking care of what I originally came in for over just selling me products I had no interest in, I would have had a much better experience and would be a returning customer.

I have been going to EWC for about 4 years, I recently had to stop for a few months as I was returning back to my normal schedule I called to make an appt with my usual girl Alexa! She is so amazing made me feel so comfortable and the job was great!! When I called I was informed Alexa was no longer Employed there I was devastated due to the amount of care Alexa had for her clients and the relationships she has built with us all! Due to this I WILL NOT be returning EWC! The turn over at this place is outrageous!!

Appreciate the ease of making reservations and the speed of my services. Ive experienced many different waxers at this salon and receive consistent, professional service. My suggestions are to use an automated scheduling service that sends texts or email confirmations, instead of phone calls. Also, a coat/purse hook in the restroom would be convenient. :)

Highly recommended. The wax and serums they use are great! I even bought some of their soothing after-care serums since I liked it so much. The most comfortable waxing experience Ive had.

I had a great experience. Alexa was very kind and made me feel very at ease. She talked me through everything and warned me when the worst part was about to happen so I would be prepared. The service was excellent with the only hair remaining was the hairs too short to be waxed. Even then Alexa tweezed many of those. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I will of course return for my future waxes.

Been going to European wax locations for over a year and never had any issues with injury beforeTill this week!!! Once I showed my underarm to the tech who worked in me (Because it HURT so bad) I got a excuse saying it was wax .. then when it was apparent that it was bruising in three places shown in a pix taken that night, again I received an I’m sorry (never had that happen before & dont exfoliate! Reply) made me feel sad and not cared for,, injured and left to be that way... disappointed
