Everything was amazing starting with the setting up of my appointment. I sent a request and within a few hours I had a response. The receptionist was very welcoming as well as all the other staff! The nurse was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel comfortable. This was my first experience doing anything like this and I am very pleased and would recommend your services to others.

I’m very disappointed with their service not only did it cause really huge ugly discoloration on me, when I mentioned it to my tech all she said was I’m sure it was there before and your just noticing it because there’s less hair and than changed the subject!!!!! When I “completed” my appointments I ended up having a lot of hair come back in and called to schedule appointment and said I think I need a couple more before I’m “finished” and they scheduled me, at my appointment was done the very dismissive tech told me I can go back my payment for the touch up which is ridiculous that I didn’t even get 1 month of hair free and still was going to have to shaveDon’t waste your time with ideal image go to Milan they actually have a real guarantee and don’t charge you for itI’ve wasted a lot of money to still not be hair free and have huge discoloration that no one cared about

It was great, I have been told I have been on NM’s waiting list since March of 2020 and finally was told now in December they haven’t had a nurse on staff I purchased fillers almost a year and a half ago I was able to get into CO Springs immediately and they were able to call corporate and get my purchase transferred immediately. Friendly staff, understands what it means regarding customer service and how to keep customers as I would have never returned and after this experience I know this company/cooperation cares about its customers no matter what state one came from.

I scheduled my most recent appt for mid-April immediately following the appt two months prior to that. When I scheduled my appt, I informed the receptionist on the phone that I would like to discuss having an age spot removed on my face after my next laser session. She said that I would be able to have a consultation to discuss the new service following my next appt.On the day of my appt, I had to call to reschedule due to a breakout in the area of my face where I was due to get the laser hair removal. During my phone conversation, I had mentioned for the second time that I would like to speak to someone about my age spot. They said sure, they can have someone speak with me.Well the day of my appt, I go in and get my laser hair removal and the nurse had no clue about my consultation. When she bid me farewell, I informed her that I was expecting to talk with someone about my age spot. She apologized and suggested we see if anyone was available. I know this wasnt the nurses fault, but I was annoyed that she was trying to see if anyone was available when I had requested a consultation twice before my appt!The nurse pokes her head into Sams office and asks if shes available to talk with me. Sam is clearly irritated, to the point that the nurse even apologized. She was short with me during our 2 min consultation. I left after she told me the price was $850 to remove one tiny age spot on my face. (And that was 30% off!)As a paying customer, I felt it offensive to be treated like an inconvenience. I will be taking my business somewhere else as far as the age spot is concerned.

I came to get lip injections. I had went somewhere else previously and was very unhappy with my results. That’s why I came to you! Everyone was beyond kind. My questions were answered, and I was given a lot of information about the product and aftercare. I was very happy with the experience.

This place was terrible. They over sold and over promised what they could accomplish and then referred me to an esthetician. Should that referral been the first step?

Transferred my account to this facility from another state. AMAZING staff. Everyone here is professional, prompt, and pleasant! Worth making a 5 hour drive.

All the technicians have been amazing but my results are nowhere near worth the price. I was told at my consultation I was a good candidate, but I have a ton of hair left that they are now telling me its because the root is too light even though the more visible end is dark. Had I known this ahead of time I would never have spent the money. I will still have to wax so this was a very expensive waste of time.

Was extremely disappointed that their $8.75 Botox special was only if you prepaid for 50 units, I only needed half of that. I travel too much with my job to ensure I could get the remaining units. It would have helped if they had told me that over the phone rather than make the trip for nothing. I am still giving 4 stars however because everyone there was so nice and professional!

I am absolutely gutted, I was told one price, that was was still very expensive but I was willing to pay it because I had tried absolutely everything over the last few years, I was Quoted and talked to them that I wanted all of my facial and neck hair gone. I was quoted ~$2500 (70% off) Normal price. That is a lot of money for me, It took me a Month to decide and I got another job just to pay for it... well when I drove an hour to get to there office, they said that the price was just for my face and a small section of my neck, and If I wanted to get it all gone it would be another $550... I was lied to and misinformed. I spent an hour in my car just crying in my car.

The day of that I had an appointment, they tell me they didnt actually transfer over my 2 cool sculpts from Westminster...since I moved. They did the calls and told me all the transfer happened then made me cancel the day of because they told me I would have to repay and get a refund from my old one. Put me on a goose chase to find another appointment somewhere that they can take the transfer all on my own tho the mistake was theirs.Edit: no one assisted me and fixed it. Still had to waste my time and change all my plans.

I honestly don’t often write reviews but I was so pleased with the service that I received at Ideal Image that I decided I should let other people know what a great experience I had. I had treatment a few weeks ago but I wanted to wait and see how things turned out before I left a review. I will say that I’m super pleased with the results!! My whole experience there was good as well. The office was very clean and tidy including the bathroom. The front desk girl was very polite as well as the manager( Lauren I think her name was) and the nurse. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions ( and I had a lot) without feeling rushed or pushy like some places get. The prices were very comparable to other places that I have been before. Overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely be back!!!

Wow. Went in for consultation literally reAdy to do the freeze fat Surgery. The moment I walked in nobody was even there I waited 10 min for someone to acknowledge me. Then did my info turned in. Waited 20 more minutes for this “free and quick consult”. And the girl came out brought me to the nurse who was knowledgeable. But the girl meeting with me most the time named Lauren just went right into the assumption I was purchasing and pricing Didn’t give me any real info of what it would include what to expect Had the nerve to say “I totally understand” about the struggles of getting rid of my belly. Fat. She was like 19 and skinny I hardly think she understands as a matter of fact I know she doesn’t cause it was so insincere. I am still thinking about it but surprised that a procedure that costs that much ($4 grand for one session abdomen... “customized”). and is medical would have so little info given to me. Seeing reviews below I’m starting to wonder. I did use fake name in case I return. I hope this reaches a supervisor.

Great staff and overall experience!

I had a consult in October and was given my fees and expectations of a botox delivery. due to health events I had to wait until today (January) to schedule my appointment. When I scheduled my appointment I was told the fee estimate will still be honored. The front desk experience was not professional and accommodating and actually it was very frustrating, but I felt I would proceed because sometimes things unexpectedly happen and/or an employee can have a bad day., but when I went to the back for the procedure the nurse came in and stated that what we had discussed in October, what I was given the fee estimate for and what I even paid for today is not what was going to happen,,,,I repeated this is what I paid for and expect and her response was well, things have changed since October and its not going to happen Her rudeness was the icing on the cake ! I requested my money back and walked away....This business is /was not busy and I should have received exceptional customer service...instead I received hostility, rudeness and it was very clear they did not care for my business. Do not use Ideal image....There is too much competition out there to be treated any other way than exceptional and professional. I would not recommend this to anyone!

My wife had cool sculpting done on her stomach. After the first treatment and several months with no results whatsoever, they agreed to do a second treatment at no cost. Once again after several months with zero results, they are giving us the run around. The lack of follow through with the staff is a joke. We payed over $2500 cash would encourage people not to waste their time or hard earned money!

I have had treatments at ideal image that have been life changing for me!!! And I absolutely LOVE the therapist that has worked on me. She makes me feel comfortable and well informed. I absolutely hate writing negative stuff. I came in... beg April. The experience was okay to say it at best. Mostly just lack of customer service.... and a car sales experience but I wanted procedure badly and it was place most recommended by the actual company of machines. Anyway it def didn’t give results promised. I was told likely one session would do it but now when I call to ask I’m told 2 or 3 even. I am 135 lbs at 5’7. Just had a stubborn area on my love handles Machine was difficult to fit so right there maybe tell me no but they tried and I wanted it. Nurses offered to discontinue but I requested proceeding so my fault. No difference at all. I’ve callee a million times with nothing but excuses to hear why a manager can’t call back. I want to purchase a second but I’m being ignored. Come to find out who sold me is who the “manager” is and how here is nobody above to speak to. So I guess that’s why. You would think you could try and get a hold of someone else I will try corporate and the BBB. But I imagine it’s get your money and run so I’m just stuck. I’m mostly just disappointed about not even being cared enough about to get a return call.

I was looking up Ideal Image phone number for an appointment and noticed a recent review that was in regards to the staff at Ideal Image and as a patient of theirs for 9 years (due to adding services over time) I felt a sense of shock that anyone would feel any thing negative I called the office to ask if I could write something in response and Angie told me not to worry about it and she knows its not accurate but I just could not help it I know she is just trying to be nice. This staff has exceptional treatment of their patients. I am a medical professional myself and have always wished I could have a job there. They all seem so happy I specifically have seen Angie for the entire time being there and she has gone above and beyond helping me feel more comfortable about my issues with facial hair. When I had an issue one time she made sure to take care of it and me.

I expected a tailored consultation. I got a hurried overview, and then an in-depth pricing plan that was 1-size fits all. Further, my plan was compared to a 13 year old and a 20-something. Im turning 50 and my health and situation are far different than 30-40 years ago. It was disappointing. Finally, all the problems were directed at corporate policy which the local clinic was not able to do anything about. Id rather feel and be treated as an individual.

Spent nearly 2K on a small area of treatment, after the allotted appointments hair growth was still happening and they wanted me to pay additional money for continued treatment, I did not, I then went to another laser hair removal company and began treatment again for over a year and still have significant hair growth nearly 3 years later. I was clearly not a good candidate for laser treatment and rather than be honest they just took my money. Very unhappy I only gave 2 stars because staff was always pleasant..

I recently called for info. The girl clearly wanted to get off the phone almost seemed annoyed with myself asking she said I don’t know about many questions regarding the service and safety and who performs them. And quoted me around $6500 for a bikini laser service. That is insane. Just spit out the number and said okay is that all. When calling other places they were 1/4 or 1/2 of that but with payment options. I had a friend who spoke highly of her experience there has been done for a while but now I’m turned off If I were you I wouldn’t bother calling cause can’t get info and obviously over priced

Whenever I have questions, The front desk staff like Angie, Kelsie, Lori, and Kristen always answer my questions and are great about getting my appointments in my crazy life. As for the techs I gotta give a huge shout out to Doreen, Allison, Kayla, and Kim. They get it done fast and efficient, but I still reccomend putting on the numbing cream a full 2 hours prior because while the girls are awesome, it’s still not exactly pleasant getting your hair lasered off.

I went here with my sister as she was looking to have Laser Hair Removal done. I wanted to scope it out and see what all the hype was as a few of my co-workers also have gone here. We were greeted pretty rudely. Sign in, fill out this paperwork and help yourself to water coffee whatever. I had a few questions and as I walked up to the front desk, the receptionist rolled her eyes at me, I dont think she thought I saw that. I asked about pricing on Botox and she said I could discuss it with the consultant with my friend. I didnt bother asking for further help after that. Then after waiting 30 mins after our appointment, we were greeted by an Angela I believe. She took us in a room and discussed the procedure. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. All she did was talk about herself, make inappropriate jokes. At this point I didnt even want to go over pricing for Botox. My friend gave me the look of lets go. Finally we went into some office to discuss pricing. HOLY HELL. Ive never seen such expensive pricing. Not to mention. She low balled us the whole time. If she was willing to go as low as possible, should we even trust the procedure? My friend did not end up purchasing and I know I wont either. So take your own risk with this place. Im sure there are better places out there with more professional workers and fair pricing.

You shouldnt give these people a second glance. Read the review and go somewhere else! My husband actually had a great experience with his consultation and agreed to the very high price thinking we would be getting a great service experience. They offered a payment plan and set up his first visit. He gets in and waits for over half hour because they said they cant find paperwork. Finally two staff members come in and start working very quickly on him. He says the pain is very intense and can they slow down. They say, no because they are running late and have another appointment. He can deal with the pain or reschedule. It was their fault they were running late! Anyway, he gives it another try. Gets the $50 prescription they recommended and drives the 45 minutes to their location. He gets in and waits and then they tell him they are very sorry but once again cant see him! Oh we didnt bother to call you so you didnt have to drive out. Oh no, someone really dropped the ball. How about we call you to reschedule? You have to be kidding me. Everything about this place except the initial visit has been horrible. When he tried to address all the problems we had they simple gave a sorry and made no attempt to fix anything with us. I guess they must have enough business that bothering with people who actually have problems can be ignored and lost as clients.
