Staff is very friendly, and very knowledgeable of their practice. Will communicate what you need in order to have a successful procedure. Very flexible on time, and will be very commutative if they need to cancel. I highly recommend them.

I saw Gisselle for a number of months and she was pleasant and did a good job, but one day after a storm she texted me asking if I could reschedule because I was the only one of her clients that hadn’t called to cancel yet. I agreed, no problem, and she assured me she would get back to me to reschedule but I never heard from her again. I called a couple weeks later and left a message but never heard back. It felt a bit unprofessional to be ghosted like that considering I had been seeing her regularly for at least 6 months.

This establishment is warm, inviting, and they are well-versed in their field. Safety and acceptance are key tennants in their business and it shows. I highly recommend Tracy for professional electrolyis. I was looking for a permanent hair removal procedure. Being over 60 years old, I had extra hair growth which was very frustrating. I soon found out lazer surgery is expensive and only is a procedure for you if your hairs are dark which is not true for me. I found Cameo on the internet. I had a consultation with Tracy and he was professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and complies with CDC guidelines. This is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Gezelle is wonderful and very professional. The office is clean, sterile and comfortable. It doesnt hurt like you think it would. A Brazilian waxing hurts a bazillion times more. I highly recommend Cameo Electrolysis. Do it. It is life changing to not have to search for those unwanted hairs anymore.
