I had been waxing for months, and was tiring of the frequent trips and cost. I wanted something more permanent, and heard of laser hair removal. I searched online for good reviews and found A New Image.Cindy called me back promptly and was very clear in explaining the procedure as well as costs.The office was professional, clean, and inviting. The staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. Privacy was maintained at all times. My experience was extremely professional. She iced the area prior to laser treatment and it greatly decreased any discomfort I was expecting.My laser treatment gave me the results I expected. I will be back for more treatments. Wow - Wish Id read these reviews before I spent my money here. Ive been canceled on last minute (through a voicemail) and not contacted again (been waiting for 5 months... finally Im contacting them), and shown up for an appointment and the office was closed (no apology, no discounted service). When I can get in, I get to hear about how bad my skin is and all the other treatments I can pay for to fix it. I dont usually write reviews, but the service here was so bad, I had to make an exception for this clinic so hopefully others wont make the same mistake I made and waste their money.

My wife and I have been going for years. We have been extremely pleased with the results. wouldnt even think of going elsewhere.

Are just flat out rude and treat you like its your fault that they didnt call to tell you the machine is broke again before you show up for your appointment
