New management is great and far better! Recently got a no-chip pedicure and I am extremely happy with how it turned out and how it’s lasting.I did not feel judged like I do at most salons/shops and felt very welcomed as well as taken care of.The person doing my toes was a nice, older lady who made small talk in a comfortable way. Very satisfied and will be coming back again!

Gala is amazing, and always does my nails proper. She has me leaving the place feeling like a million bucks. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Its very clean, and it doesnt smell like nail polish or like any chemicals like some salons do. Also conveniently located next to Starbucks so its a huge win-win situation. One of my favorite things is they keep the pedicure portion of the salon in impeccable shape! I would always recommend.

Went in to get a manicure and pedicure done. I called and made an appointment before for 12:30. I get in the chair for my pedicure right at 12:30. 30 minutes later, I’m still sitting there with my feet in the water and no one has helped me since I sat down. Finally, a lady comes over to do my pedicure and her boss tells no go help the lady who just sat down 5 minutes ago. They are extremely unprofessional and pick and choose which customers they want to help. I walked out because this business will not be wasting anymore of my time and definitely won’t be receiving my money.

They were scared to cut my cuticles because theyre dry so they basically just didnt. The first girl working on me gave up on me and had someone take over and she was just as bad and just as scared to cut my cuticles. They couldnt figure out how to make it ombré like i asked for so she had to start over after finishing a whole hand and she still didnt figure it out. And then at the end I asked for more glitter because you literally cant see any on and she said no itll look bad..Aka she just didn’t want to spend more time putting on another coat. I’ve included pics of what I asked for versus what I got. Honestly laughable.

I went in for a dip manicureCons: I called to make an appointment and when I got there I still had to wait for the person before me to finish. They charge $5 extra next time you go back to remove the dip manicure and get a new set of dip. Or they will charge $10 for removal if you dont get a new set. They had limited colors for dip manicure. There is only one technician who does dip manicure (Leah). Poor job of taking off the cuticles.Pros: Leah was very nice and made conversation. She did a good job with the dip manicure itself. Nice atmosphere.Edit: I got my nails done on a Monday. By Thursday one nail already had a chip.

VERY UPSET/INFECTION RISK.Went in for a mani/pedi. There were 2 techs. The first one pushed the cuticle bk too far/ cut and caused bleeding during the cuticle trimming. Now I’m praying they sterilize properly. Super upset.I stopped the tech from going any further and was told I didn’t have to pay.See pics.The whole process was super sloppy, waste of time...but the WORST is now I have to worry about getting an infection. Fungal? HIV? Hep C?I’m extremely mad.

Ladies should be more dedicated to their work than talking to each other. Hard to communicate with them because of language barrier. Nonetheless finish work was surprisingly neat.

They are very nice but unfortunately the quality of a dip nail manicure was terrible. My daughter and I both went and neither of our manicures lasted even a week. Dip nails are not cheap and for them to be completely falling off within the 1st week is unacceptable. Will not go back for this service.

I had a slight issue my last time here and Amy the owner was quick to fix the issue. She is wonderful. Kim my technician was also amazing. If you go for a manicure or no chip manicure go for Kim. She did a perfect job on my nail. She made sure I was happy. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and I have always been happy with the results. If you have any issues ask for Amy. She will help fix any issues.

The salon itself is clean and cozy, stylish and the ambience itself is pleasant. The wait time is usually reasonable and they do a nice job, the staff follows COVID protocols and are not overbooked. I usually get a no chip manicure here.The service is always good, efficient and I am happy with the results. Thank you ladies. Will be back soon.

Been coming here for almost two years. Always on time with their appointment schedule. Very nice manicurist and very professional. The salon is always very clean and their cleaning procedures are top notch. All their tools and supplies are fresh, sterilized and or fresh from a new package. I would highly recommend this place for very personalized service and high cleaning standards. Great place and excellent end result. Love my mani and pedi’s done there.

So this used to be my favorite nail place Ive been going here for 2 years religiously and Ive never had problems with my nails until these last couple months every single time Ive been in there my nails arent staying on the chipping. they have lost the workers I normally work with there jack and Sue. I think I still got Shirley but I can never get her because everybody wants her cuz she know shes the best nail tech. and now the past three visits that I have scheduled with my own nail tech they have scheduled him over me when I am religiously doing this for 2 years he knows he sees me but there booking is outrageous. I live 2 hours from nail Bliss I only come here because I know that this is a great ambiance you know I love seeing the fish you know its a great its normally its great normally it is great but these last couple months and theyre losing all their best nail techs I think this is my last time Im going to be seeing them because they just messed up my nails again this month they as a no chip two-week manicure that chipped in a day. I REPEAT DO NOT LET LEO DO YOUR NAILS DO NOT THE LAST THREE TIMES HES DUN THEM I JUST HAD TO TAKE THEM OFF AND IM DRIVING 2 HOURS OUT HERE TO COME SEE WHO I WAS SUPPOSED TO SEE Jack IN THERE GIVING ME ITS JUST BEEN A HASSLE ANYMORE....

I had made an appointment but then when I arrived they seemed shocked I was there. I had a regular many and pedi here and I never thought you can be disappointed with that but I was. I had my manicuredone by one person who cut into the side of my finger and didnt shape all my nails the same. The person who did my pedicure didnt remove the entire old polish from my nail...I could have done a better job at home

This is not my regular salon. I have been going to the same nail technician for over 20 years but as you can imagine busy schedules sometimes get in the way and we cannot align our schedules. I have tried many salons to try and fill in those gaps and have always been very unsatisfied until I found Nail Bliss. I have gone to three different nail technicians here and they have all been very good. The salon is clean and the staff are all friendly and professional. Give them a try if you need a new salon or just a one-time appointment. I think youll be pleased.

Ive been coming to Nail Bliss for a while now. Every time I come I always get a pedicure and a no chip. My no chip manicure always comes out perfect, the technicians always do a good job shaping and trimming my nails. I recommend everyone to bring there friends to this salon!! The environment is great! Love this place! I frequent it. The people are good at what they do. One of their nail tech name Leah did my nails today and she was so good and was attentive to every detail. Asked my opinion and had suggestions. I loved her attitude and creativeness. The only negative point I have abt this place is that it is expensive. But the service is exceptional!

This location is walking distance from my job stopped in for a quick pedi on my lunch, timing wasnt an issue but the fact they dont have indivdual sterlized package nail tools made me cringe. Also they use the same foot scrubber on every person, Hannah my nail tech was doing a pedi on me stopped and went to someone else when she came back to me she had the same gloves she was touching her other clients feet with? I was so shocked like come on! I was very disappointed on theie lack of cleanliness expecially during these times.. lets just say I wont be going back!

I came here for the first time about a month ago to get a no chip manicure. First impression, the salon was nice, I loved there set up for nail color. I sat down and my nail person, didn’t even say high or acknowledge me. I had to get my nails soaked off, and he ended up peeling my nails and broke a couple. When it came to shaping, he didn’t do what I asked. I figured I come back cause sometimes you just need to find that person you like for your nails. The second time was much better, I loved how my guy shaped my nails and painted them. After only 4 days 4 of my nails started peeling off my nails. I came back to get them fixed and he only fixed one of nails then just put a top coat on the rest of my nails. And of course, they immediately started peelings. They didn’t offer to fix them or anything but instead wanted to charge me again. I will not be returning to this salon but instead going back to my normal salon.

Got my nails done a couple a weeks ago for an event and they still look great! I shouldnt be surprised since so much attention was given to my nails. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and very accommodating -- hard to find at nail salons. Will definitely be going back and will recommend to family and friends.

Nail bliss Id the go to salon in this area. I usually go with Sue, the owner, for my full sets and fills and she is amazing. My nails always last 3 weeks and is so creative when I ask for something simple to make them pop. Every time I walk in she remembers me by name and asks about whatever we spoke about last. She truly cares about all clients and appreciates the business. I have been to many other techs for pedicures and fills and they are all just as great. I would recommend this salon to anyone who is looking to find one in the area!!

I went to Nail Bliss for the first time about 2 weeks ago and the service and ambiance was great! Gary did my nails, and I was super impressed by his attention to detail. He made sure that there wasnt any excess polish on my cuticles and was meticulous about making sure the polish was done perfectly! I will be back!!

My daughter and I have been going to Nail Bliss for years. Today was probably our last visit. My pedicure lasted less than 30 minutes and the girl (Shirley) spent most of the time whispering to another employee and leaving me sitting in the chair to run to the back for some reason. She also left old polish on one of my nails! My daughter asked for a flower design and her tech looked panicked. The design was really bad and I had already paid the extra $ for it. They must have heard us talking about how bad it was because a male tech came up to her and asked if she was unhappy. He ended up redoing them. This is the second time this has happened with a design request. She ended up tipping him as well as the original tech which I thought was unnecessary. This used to be the only place we would ever go for our nails and my daughter travels from Bartlett! Guess its time to move on.

My no chip manicure was done horrible, so I came to get it fixed after a week and over the phone they said I don’t need appointment for that. Ended up waiting too long because it’s more then 4 nails, when I clearly told Rachel it was five nails before I even came.

Just tried to make an appointment for myself and my bridal party and they wanted a deposit. HA! thats a joke! I come to this salon pretty frequently and have sent customers their way. Probably wont ever do that again! I guess they dont want the 200+ dollars they would have made!

It was nice and relaxing. We made an appointment and were on time and greeted with a nice attitude. I got a Mani/pedi and was very happy with the work.

My pedicure was great, until it came to painting my nails. My technician was hurrying through the process since her shift was coming to an end. I didnt notice until later that the job was not done so well. The paint on one of my nails is noticeably messy. Will probably return and give them another try. Prices were very fair and the people were very polite.

People can say whatever they want but Nail Bliss is TOP NOTCH! Im going there for years now and I will not change that! Owner and staff are very friendly and professional, the salon is very chic and my nails are GORGEOUS! TOTALLY RECOMMEND! !

My nails look nice, however I wanted a set of gel nails. What I got instead was acrylic with a sealer Gel coat on top of them. I paid extra for what? They are super nice there, but it was a total rip off

I used to love Nail Bliss and had been a customer for the past four years. Unfortunately the last two times I visited were extremely disappointing. The nail technicians rushed through my mani and pedi and I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time. I will never return or recommend them again.

Loved coming to this place, it was my favorite until the last two times i went. Very unhappy and dissatisfied. They cut my nails too short one time and the other time she rushed through the appointment, paid no attention to me and after 4 days they were already chipping. I will never go back with two bad experiences in a row.

When I arrived I was not attended and ignored. I waited about 10-15 minutes but no one was at reception and no one attended us. Worst place ever.

This was my “go-to” nail salon but lately they have been sloppy with the nail job. I don’t know if it’s because there are new employees, but I never had any issues before.

Overpriced overpriced overpriced and your nails will chip within the same day. Yay. Water in the foot soak was cold. The nail artist though did a solid job on my hands and feet so the credit goes to her because its due and every step of the way she asked me if I liked what she was doing. She worked hard and did a good job. But in the end youre paying too much for what can be done for less down the street at Lee Nails and it wont chip right away like here. Thanks but Ill stick to Lee Nails. Oh and had to ask the lady at the front desk what my total was three times before she understood me......

Horrible service. What is on their website is not what you get. I asked for the everlasting polish change (no chip) which includes a bliss manicure (massage of the hands, etc.). When I called they said there is only a no chip but there is no massage and it is not called an everlasting polish change. It is just the uv light. Then I got the no chip manicure with my mom for her birthday and Xmas gift and when I called the one girl said the nail repair depends on how many nails. Well, when I called back another girl said it doesnt matter how many nails need a repair. They dont stand behind their nail repair for the no chip. My mom and I will never go back because they dont take of their customers.

Wow... I cant even describe how bad these girls are at waxing eyebrows. Everyone was so disrespectful I couldnt believe it. You know, youd think people working a clientele based job would treat their costumers with respect, but they dont. Ive been here a few times, but never going back again. My advice, take a trip to Little India, and get your eyebrows waxed NICELY for 5 bucks. No more no less. And they wont make fun of you either.

My mother and I went for a mani and pedi. The girl recommended a deep pedicure that was supposed to be very relaxing, being my moms birthday I agreed. I basically handed money for nothing $96 to be exact no tip included,we didnt feel a difference from a regular pedi. The results looked like we had done it ourselves . I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and obviously not going back

Ive gone to this place a couple of times now and Ive always been treated well. Everyone is polite and its relaxing being there at a decent price.

I went out there with horrible french manicure, the girl who was working with me looks like she hasnt any estetic view about good looking and simetric things in the world. Otherwise she was kind and quiet, I cant say anything bad from side of behavior. The place was cold, it shouldnt be as long as there is a pedicure when your feet are naked. If you want good french manicure matching with your own hands, maybe you should find better place.

The first time i went they were very nice and did an amazing job! Angie took care of me the first time. The 2nd time i went they seemed to be annoyed and bothered to take of me and my little sister. I was only getting a no chip manicure and my little sister was getting a mani and pedi and the girl who took care of me and my sister were very rude to us and literally rushed us out. They were talking in their language once i told them that my sister also wanted a mani and pedi and gave a look to eachother. If they didn’t wanna take care of us they didn’t have to. Last time i will ever come back to this place.
