Does anyone have a working number for this place.?!!!
I just moved out of the complex end of June after new management took over. This place was a total disaster so I wasnt optimistic about the new management and immediately put in my notice to move. I honestly wish I hadnt. They have really turned the place around in just a few short months. Any issues I had they responded within right away and you can tell they are really trying to change the place for the better including the hideous exterior. Im considering moving back when my new lease is up if they are still their.
So my laundry has been stolen TWICE, once from either of both available laundry rooms; and mind you, it costs $2.75 a load as it is. Hardly relevant when compared against the (now) $350+ in losses that I have sustained not in bogus rent or utilitiy charges... but clothes that I had stolen from the apparently ghetto fabulous residents at Autumn Lane Apartment Homes. I suggested to management that security cameras be placed in the laundry room (at the very least, one inexpensive security camera for each of the two laundry rooms). Other than the fact that people who live at this place will jack your belongings when you arent looking, an okay place to live all around.
When I lived there in 2015, it was great as the two bedroom was priced at $725! The laundry room was not that pleasant, but there were beautiful trees out back that made up for it. Since then, the maintenance staff left much to be desired. The men kept hitting on me until it escalated and I moved out. Weidner bought the property and resold it. Needless to say all Weidner cared about was raising the rent, o recharging people on their deposits and letting the buildings get sickeningly dirty. Hope the new owners treat the residents right. I will never rent or own a Weidner property because of this going forward .
This place is a ripoff. It is not worth what it costs, and once you move in it feels like hell. There is no insulation. There is cockroaches. There is no privacy from the ghetto neighbors. Management doesnt do things for months at a time. So, unless you want to throw away your money, I suggest you look for somewhere nicer to live.
I havent moved in yet, but I can say that Tom was super helpful! I am moving all the way from Texas and have had so much trouble find a place to move into which is super stressful doing all of it by internet. The application and process was easier then any of the other apartment complexs I applied for spending at least 50 on each with multiple tries! I cannot thank you enough Tom!!! I am forever grateful!
Went through three differnt managements when I lived here in 2015-2016....only because the first guy was attacked was attacked by a resident and admitted into the hospital.....Had some and witnessed trouble while living there. No trouble with the apartment itself. Just location location location. Didnt get our deposit back because the new guy was, to me, shifty, he wanted us to pay for an entire months rent....after it increased. It was me and my husbands first apartment. We should have been more persistent when we called several times to put in our 30 day notice. But someone should have been in the office or called us back.
Ive been here 4 months and absolutely hate it.I cant believe I am paying 720$ for a studio that has almost no hot water all day. Basically your showers must last 1m or less or it runs out or you must shower at 3 am. Idk how many apartments they share the water heaters between here but its absolutely ridiculous.
