My husband and I have lived at Oasis for almost 3 years now and overall its been great. (Disclaimer we are building a new house and moving soon.) The green space is nice as we have a dog, its conveniently located around town and to my husbands work and overall its a quiet community. There are however a few things I hope that are fixed for future residents. The hot tub has been closed for 1.5 years (even before covid) which is disappointing because the first year we lived here we used it often and it was great in the winter. Over the past couple of months the dog poop situation has become very bad. They do have receptacles/poop bags stations but lately there is poop everywhere. Thats mostly on the lazy dog owners but I feel more could be done from management. The regular garbage/recycling receptacles are always full and overflowing, and its very hard to find parking (we did not pay extra for a garage or car port). Lastly there always seems to be something wrong with the mailboxes and the office stopped accepting packages from USPS so we have to go to the local office to pick up packages which is just inconvenient. Overall it is a great place and weve enjoyed our time. Weve lived in both a 1 and 2 bedroom apt here and the rent of both were well priced especially compared to friends who live elsewhere. Also the maintenance men have watched our pup grow up and know him by name and he loves them (:
Lived here for a year and that entire year I had mice running in and out of my apartment. Let maintenance know, they brought me a trap. Well little did they know a trap wasn’t going to help the infestation problem that they had. Brought this up to them multiple times and still nothing was done.
We have been living here for about 4 months. The complex is pretty good. I have never lived in an apartment before. They have a hot tub and pool. Also, a work out center. The facility never has an empty house for very long. When offered a garage or carport take it. There are many times if you cone home in the evening you are parking on the complete opposite side of the complex just to have a parking spot. Sometimes you may have to park outside the complex because if the amount of full parking. They have poop bags for your dogs with trash cans so there is no excuse to not pick it up. But, people are lazy. They are currently fixing up the building. They also used cheap contractors paint. So, good luck cleaning any tg hing off the wall without taking paint off. Animal friendly.
At first this was a great place to live. It was quite and perfect to raise our newborn baby. That was until we got new downstairs neighbors. We have had to call security on them at least 6 times now since they have moved in over 6 months ago!! I have reported to the office every time I had to call the security and even the police due to noise. They party almost every day during the week, play loud music and have a bunch of people over who yell constantly. The office keeps telling us theyre doing something about it but its still happening over and over every week. I have asked to break our lease or even move buildings with no response. We have talked with multiple other neighbors who have said they have called and complained as well. One neighbor even said he is moving out due to noise. Thankfully our lease is up January and we are counting the days until we can move out and get out of here. This has been absolute nightmare. Its not a coincidence that multiple units are available in our building. Do yourself a favor and dont move into 1395. Save yourself the headache.
Reasons not to live here:Don’t take the office’s word for what’s in the apartment or even where it is.They’ll take weeks to get a welcome home letter to you vs. the usual couple of days. They knowingly allow pets that aren’t on leases. As well as full size grills and propane tanks on balconies. The latter will hopefully be less of an issue now it’s been reported elsewhere. They might give you the wrong gate code so you can’t get in.They might not honor the rent you applied for because their leasing systems don’t seem to be in sync, or will argue about it.You may not have keys when you move in, especially at weekends. I applied in February, in April drove 1,600 miles there and arrived and they had no keys. Had to wait for 48 hours for keys..Search Oasis Colorado Springs on YouTube for the noise and move out videos. It was bad.
I lived here for 2 years. Nice apartments in a gated area and the office will accept your packages for you! Everyone in the office and maintenance is friendly and helpful. Some of the policies of the management company are a bit much (paying 4 months rent to move out early) and rent is quickly increasing (all of the Springs is increasing though).Great area of Colorado Springs - very close to Garden of the Gods!!! Some apartments have the perfect view of the peak. Sad to be leaving.
We’ve been living here for a month and the office still has yet to resolve problems brought up during an initial walk through after move in that was scheduled to express and resolve concerns. Live anywhere else.
I have lived here at the Oasis for almost 5 months now and Love it! I came from out of town and the office staff made everything so smooth and easy for me. They are a great bunch of girls! After reading some of the reviews I felt compelled to write one myself because I have NEVER had a bad experience. The office staff is very helpful and has always made me feel like I can come to them with any issues I have. Elizabeth made sure I was getting the apartment I wanted, she took pictures of the closets, balcony and even the views for me, She really went the extra mile to make sure I was making the right choice. When I moved in I was very happy I am in a 2 bed 2 bath with garage and I have no complains about smell, noise or any pest problems. I would recommend living here to anyone you really get more then what you pay for everything is updated, clean, and safe! I think everyone just needs to keep in mind that this is apartment living at its FINEST- Its not a hotel.
You stacked snow in front of my driveway on purpose and wouldnt respond when I asked. and let people party at the pool until all hours until another resident asked for help so I did. You raised rent the first year by $300 and told me I didnt renew in time for the old price. I tried to be kind and your company didnt. My 4 bedroom house cost less than your one bedroom apartment. NOT WORTH IT!!
My husband and I have lived here at Oasis for a year and I love it. I have not seen any rodents and I walk my dog all hours of the day and night. It is so quiet and peaceful here. The staff is awesome. They are quick to respond to any need we have had. They were up front with all that would be included in the monthly bill. Before moving here from Michigan, I researched 100s of apartments in the Colorado Springs area on line, and only found 5 to come and look at, Oasis came out on top. Im sorry if someone has had a negative experience here, but ours has been GREAT!
The Oasis Apartments were great a few months ago when we initially moved in. Recently, there has been a change of management and things have changed for the worst. The new management does not care about their residents. The ice doesnt get cleared in a timely manner. We had assigned car ports and no one respects the assigned spots. I decided to cancel the car port because I wasnt ever able to use it and they continued to charge me two months afterwards. The community is gated, but often times the gates are left open over night. Strangers go into our gym and pools. It is not a safe community. I have had packages stolen off my door. Work orders do not get fixed in a timely manner. They are beautiful apartments, but definitely not worth the money, and especially not my familys safety.
Lived here for over year, and loved it!! Highly recommend renting here, awesome management.
Fantastic complex! Just like any other theres a work order here and there, but the maintenance staff is caring and quick. The leasing staff is warm and welcoming. Overall beautiful complex, I recommend this to all that prefer quality. Five stars EASY.
No one replies to online requests. I was looking for a 2 bed. Tried twice and found one at Grand Centennial instead. And no, nothing went to spam.
Would never rent here. They never listen to there renters. They get nose complaints for every little thing even for a dropped bottle from a 20 month year old and say that it needs to stop asap. They 20 month old is not aloud to even play in the apartment without having a nose complaint during the day. I would recommend never coming here and renting ever.
Lived here for just over a year and the management changed right when I was about to end my lease. I was very frustrated with the move-out process due to having to pay an extra $1,300 because I didnt give the 60 day notice. I can understand that this policy is set in stone, but I honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. They not only made me continue to pay past my original 14 month lease term, but they also doubled the rent for my last month because it was month-to-month. Regardless, I was very proactive about paying everything just to get out of there. To my surprise, three months later, I receive a call from a collections agency for another $200-300, which was apparently unpaid from The Oasis. I honestly thought it was a scam, so I went in person to The Oasis to find out how this happened. The Oasis had my phone number, email and new forwarding address and did not attempt to contact me once. All of this should portray to a potential new resident of the type of management that is currently running these Apartments. The actual apartments are decent and a bit overpriced-the main issue is the management. Make sure to read everything in your contract, ensure you have your phone calls recorded when talking to management about leases/deals and look out for yourself when living here.
Based on previous reviews, I’m wondering if management changed. I had a very pleasant experience at Oasis. I had prompt and good maintenance service. Rent was very high, but I always felt safe, appliances and flooring were new, and staff was friendly. I never heard my neighbors. I wish the pool was heated (or heated better- even in the summer it was too cold), but the gym was well maintained. I only left due to a job change.Update: went back in to get a new short term lease (am selling my home and have a gap between selling and buying my new home). Had a very unpleasant interaction with the office staff/mgmt. very rude and unaccommodating.
Maintenance issues never get fixed, there are vehicles with expired tags taking up parking spots and mage meant does not care. They let people park in handicap spots with no tag. My wife is actually handicapped and can’t even Park in a handicap spot. That’s illegal, And discrimination. They also have her on a second floor, refused to help with a bottom one. Terrible apartment and I would never recommend these to anyone. Apartments never fixed their extremely bad customer service. They continue to rip people off with the way they charge for utilities. Horrible place.
My first apartment was on the 2nd floor. The AC unit had started making scratching noises in the wall and I asked maintenance to fix it and they told me to either deal with it or move. My upstairs neighbor came home at all hours of the night stomping around and after I complained about her 3 times and nothing happened, I moved. Theres a transfer fee. So I moved to the 3rd floor in another building. No issues there except it was a remodeled apartment. Whoever did the remodels didnt use a level or any kind of measuring tools. Outlet covers/handles were crooked, the thermostat was falling off the wall.. the neighbors across the hall left their garbage out for days letting it smell and rot. The walls are paper thin, I had neighbors that argued every night connected to my bedroom wall.Issues around the complex:Theres no parking ever. Its $105 for a garage, $50 for a carport. In order for me to get a spot when I got home from work at night, I had to rent a garage.Several of my friends have reported issues with water heaters. Maintenance puts a bandaid on them and when the issue keeps happening, they force them out instead of fixing it. Im not sure if they fix the issues after they move out but they probably just rent to the next person and not disclose it.The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, the dog stations are always out of bags which forces people to leave their dogs poop on the ground if they dont want to use their own bags. The front gates are dangerous!! They dont close during the day or the winter so there has been a mountain lion (and more recently a baby bear) inside the gates and homeless people lurking around at night. The homeless people like to stay in the gym because the door doesnt lock and its warm. Several cars were broken into while I was there and our mail was broken into 3 times before the office finally agreed to stop our mail. Some of my mail was stolen and it was right around W2 time. The office proceeded to blame the post office for the stoppage even though its post office policy to stop mail after a break in and resume it when the boxes have been fixed. So we had to go to the distribution center for our mail for probably 2 months. The gates hit and damaged my fiances brand new car when he got back from overseas. They closed WAY too soon than normal and the motion detector failed to pick up his car as we were driving SLOWLY through it. The office nor the company will help us out and pay for the damage, which, by the way was a lot. The lady that came out from her apartment when she heard the noise said that it happens a lot.**Ive also called them about my refund check and they put me on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up. I received an email from the new manager with a screenshot of expenses but still have a missing $70 and have not gotten a reply back. This company doesnt appear to care about their customers, only money, so beware of that. When you ask for something, get the answer in writing or forget you ever heard it. I tried to put my 60 days in when I bought a house and one person told me one thing, I did what they told me and the other person told me I was on the hook for 3 more months of rent... in addition to moving out, not using the apartment and paying a mortgage. I say again, they only want your money! The Oasis started off as a really good experience. Ive made a lot of amazing friends there, the community is nice and the staff were friendly, just not consistent with their policy. However, the longer I stayed there, the worse it got. There was only one person in the office that actually knew what she was doing. The other ones dont have a clue and will give you wrong answers every single time. And the manager yelled at my father when he tried to help me figure out what was going on when I moved apartments. It was a misunderstanding on my part but she yelled at him anyways. The company let their best maintenance guys go last year and replaced them with people who have no idea whats going on. Just please be careful when you go to the place.
Steadfast is a terrible company. We quit Oasis after they took over. They are the worst of the worst
I know that people dont really leave positive reviews, so I just wanted to take a moment and drop a review here.I lived here for 12 months and for the most part, the experience was largely positive. Its a beautiful, well maintained community thats pretty central to most things in Colorado Springs. The apartment I lived in was upgraded, had nice flooring and carpeting, and it ultimately did the job. There were two minor downsides:- Sound from neighbors or the road can be a concern. If youre a real stickler about this stuff, perhaps look elsewhere.- The office staff is nice, but they can be a little bull-headed about their policies.Overall, this is a good community with minor blemishes and concerns. If youre looking for a place to live, Id definitely recommend checking them out.
Do not move here. The maintenance is nonexistent. Many of the hot water systems are failing and they do not properly repair them. I do not have hot water in my kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. I often have cold showers. I have kindly worked with them for well over a half year to get this resolved and nothing has been fixed. They are not capable of providing hot water, which is sad given the rent we pay. Unless you like cold showers and an unsanitary kitchen, Look elsewhere.
Lived here for 3 years now..no issues since. Management and staff have always been nice to me.
BEWARE of this place! I have rented here for 3years. I needed a bigger place for my girlfriend and her father who is coming to live with us. (83 diagnosed with Parkinsons disease) Went in to inform them about moving out well in advance of my lease end date, only to learn they needed a 60 day advanced notice. So instead of paying until August 16th, I will have to pay till September 5th. This is not the first hidden charges I have encountered. Just encountered mold growth in the bedroom, terrible water heater problems. If you get a unit near the roadway prepare for incessant car noise. Overall smug attitude encountered in the office. Way overpriced for the way you are treated.Addendum:Just went to my scheduled walk through, waited for the assistant manager who scheduled the meeting. Not only did she not show, I received no phone call to be rescheduled. I took the morning off from work to do this walk through. When I went to the office and asked where she was, I was met with a rude and unprofessional response. Just like the smug response to this review. Sorry this is America now, we must tow the corporate overlords line. You signed for 60 days, so you will pay us the 60 days.
Great Pantry free food. Lovely helpful people. Thanks Pastor Schade from Immanuel Lutheran Church in Saint Charles, Missouri for giving me the recconendation.
I urge anyone to think twice before considering residency at The Oasis Apartments or any complex managed by Steadfast Management. The company operates on a culture of deception designed to take advantage of its residents. The Oasis is not a safe complex to live in. Over the few months we were there, our mailboxes were vandalized and broken into. Items were stolen out of cars, we found syringes on the ground, and there are often homeless people who stay in the field next door. The complex is not as advertised, and the leasing staff are rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this complex, especially for the astronomical cost they charge for rent.
Wife and I lived here for 3 months in a Corporate furnished unit. Parking stinks big time, we had a garage, so we could always park in front of it. Girls in office were rude. Remember we were in a Corporate paid for unit, they put up an eviction notice on our door one night...when I went to the office and said they need to call the company on this (oh and we are talking $100 here out of $1,200 that was paid...obviously some sort of error right!!!). Lady told me, YOU DEAL WITH IT, so how I dealt with it, I moved everything that DAY while wife was at work to the new house we bought 3 weeks back. I told the office lady you can evict us we never signed anything and you dont even know my name as its a Corporate unit and everything is MOVED out now. She got huffy told me they take me to court...good luck like I said never signed anything and you have no idea my last name. During all this the wife got a hold of someone at her company, and they called me and apologized. They said they never were contacted by the apartment and that they were upset that they posted the eviction and the cost and what was owed as that had nothing to do with us. They said they never use them again. I will say their dumpsters came in handy while we remodeled the place we bought I fills dumpster after dumpster with carpet, pad, and hardwood floors we ripped out for a week or so...we were living there so there is nothing saying (not like we saw any rules) on the amount you can through away. Saved me in renting a dumpster so to that I say thank you Oasis. I will say the grass is green, but you pay extra for that....not sure who would rent here, high rent and you can buy a house or rent a very nice one for what you will pay here.
I moved here from Texas 8 months ago. I absolutely love it! The apartments are beautifully remodeled and the kitchen and bathroom is very nice! I have a unit with a garden tub and I love that the washer and dryer is in a closet in my bathroom. The kitchen and bathrooms are the areas with wood floors. The rest is new carpeting and the layouts are very nice and functional. I have a one bedroom apartment with a balcony. I have the Topaz layout. I love my walk-in closet and my view is amazing! I’m on the third floor. I have a pet and they have plenty of areas to walk your dogs. I feel safe and love the way they take care of the grounds and the staff is very pleasant and helpful! The maintenance is very good at fixing any work orders in a timely manner! Great place to live! The rent is high due to the area and how nice the property is! I think it’s worth it because it’s close to a lot of stores and has a king soopers less than 1/2 mile away and lots of food on garden of the gods road which is only five mins. It’s also really close to the I 25.Overall I believe it’s an awesome place to live!
Ive lived here for 2 years, and Ive found it to be a very nice complex. The rent was very reasonable, and the office and maintenance staff have always been very friendly. Unfortunately, I was just notified that my unit is not available for lease renewal, so I am being forced to move. The only options they offered were to move to the same floor plan with a 40% increase in rent, or a smaller floor plan on a middle floor for 10% increase in rent. Both options are unacceptable, and I am disgusted at the greed on display by the 40% hike in rent. In addition, they notified me of what amounts to an eviction 4 days after the 60 day deadline for me to give notice to move without penalty. Shame on Steadfast Management! Let this serve as a warning to future residents of the kind of treatment they can expect.
Husband and I lived here for about 8 months, was paying good money for a place with paper thin walls. I wont bother with a sob story, but give a short detail.-Management is nice sometimes, but absolutely horrid any other time.-Maintenance staff is excellent, very nice people.-Apartment is beautiful at first, but the longer you live in it the more you notice how sadly cheap it actually is. (first day on move in, sat on one of the toilet seat lids and it SNAPPED IN HALF.)-The ceiling and walls are paper thin- we lived on the bottom floor, (One time we whispered loudly, and our neighbor stomped on their floor.)-Management doesnt care if the neighbors treat you poorly. We called about it, they told us to handle it ourselves. (neighbors stomped and made noise all the time.)-Security is nice, they have patrols and a gated community.-Area is nice, shopping and grocers make it easy to run errands.-Internet connection is honestly horrible here. Fades in and out and the main ISP used in this location is just crap. Dont move here if you work at home.Honestly, the neighbors and management of this complex just completely ruined our experience. Sometimes the staff will surprise you and be extremely sweet and giving- but the bad outweighs the good most of the time.So happy to have made the choice of moving out.
This is the absolute WORST apartments I have ever lived. We have been dealing with stomping upstairs neighbors for 4 months. They have been purposefully stomping after hours waking us up almost every night. They also have a child that screens bloody murder every night waking us up. The apartments have done nothing about this and this has turned into the worst living enviroment I have ever experienced. They recently changed the AC unit above us and in the proccess started leaking through our ceiling and on to our floor and maitnence did nothing about this. I have never dealt with such poor community managment in a place I have lived. This is a poor poor place to live, save yourself the money and headache and choose somewhere else in Springs!
Oasis looks perfect online, their models all show that they have hardwood floors. Once we got there for the tour, the one bedroom was small, overpriced, and every room had carpet. We asked the office why their models looked nothing like the actual apartment online & she responded with, “Oh that’s so weird. Yeah the models online are messing up or something. We only have carpet in all the apartments.”Not only that - the pet deposit is absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. If you’re wanting a luxury apartment in CO springs, go to The Overlook.Do NOT waste your time/money here.
I would recommend that everyone avoid The Oasis. Sure, the apartments are fairly nice, this is true. However, ever since the property was purchased by Steadfast Management (it used to be Griffin Residential which was awesome) the front office has become a nightmare to deal with, customer service is simply abysmal. Because they were a month behind in billing the communal utilities, which were in excess of my $100 deposit, I had a $14 balance when I moved out. No big deal, right? WRONG. They sent that balance to IQ RENT COLLECT GLOBAL on DAY 1 without giving me any opportunity to simply pay the $14. I paid tens of thousands of dollars of rent on time but apparently I couldnt be trusted to pony up $14! This is all of my personal and private information such as name and address and who knows what else delivered into the hands of a collection agency for no good reasons at all. They later ended up cashing a $14 check from me and then having no record of it whatsoever, requiring me to provide my own bank records to prove they had been paid. Then IQ comes out of nowhere months later requesting a $29 payment because of The Oasis. This is only one of a number of horrible experiences I had with the front office there. Take it for what you will, maybe I just seem like a disgruntaled customer with an ax to grind, but I would absolutly recommend you save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
No heat and water for 2 days now; its not a safe place to live, its a hazard place for my 2 children; this place has no concern about safety for the children in a negative weather like this; no compensation; there is no resolution after making a decision shutting off the water and heat for 2 days now.I lived on the 3rd floor and my patio had 4 bird nest and they told me they are endangered species so I left them alone but I have to endured and cleaned up their pupu bird all the time; garbage disposal has not been fixed at all, they tried and failed after one another, again and again; I told them about the rodents or rats in the garage and they said there is nothing they can do about it because again, they are endangered species...I kept telling them about a gas leak inside the apartment and until now the smell still there..a few years ago when the water pipes broke, they end up shutting the heat and water with no compensation for 3 days or more and I have 2 children living with me so, that was a devastated trauma for me and my children and it was cold at that time when it had happened..year 2009 when I moved to this place and I was paying $740 dollars for rent plus extra charges for grass maintenance and utilities but every year it goes up until I end paying with $1163 total...I asked one of the lady in the office about their rent prices are ridiculous and she also said that you cannot find any other places that are cheaper than their prices...and I said, okay....I dont think so..because, I did found a place cheaper than the oasis apartments. Im just glad Im out of that place.
Came in for a tour and the guide was very rude. I told her I was interested in a 1 or 2 bedroom and she only insisted on showing me the smallest 1 bedroom prices. Then I asked for a tour, she didnt show the pool or business center. Then when we went into the model apartment she stood in the doorway and didnt show us around. I felt like she was discriminating against us. I will not even consider this complex in my apartment search.
This apartment is full of lying and deceiving. Elizabeth Jones, the leasing consultant, straight up lied to my face about the moving out process and have been tricked into having to pay an extra month of rent. Then when confronted about it she just tries to cover her own butt, becomes manipulative and verbally aggressive. Multiple residents were almost deceived out of a lot of money due to this lie. The complex is not clean or safe with dirty needles, dog pee on balconies, stains on carpets, and multiple residents have been robbed. This complex also lies on their website as well. They do not have 24-hour maintenance and their pool is not open year-round. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
The Oasis apartments are average apartments. They do offer nice amenities but for the price and the location... its not worth it. Its a gated community but every delivery guy, taxi cab or persistent person can drive in. The walk in gates dont even work, I have had to climb them more than anything which leads me to why we have so many break ins. Also, there are rodents in the garages. You have to pay for utlities that really down make any sense. (Wind and electicity) The eletricity doesnt because you have to pay Colorado Springs Utilities for electric. Finally, the overall living experience is not very pleasant as the pool doesnt warm up properly nor does the hot tub. From the outside looking in, it does look really nice. The staff is nice and they do work well with the Military personnel but not as well with family.I have lived in worse places but payed much less. I will not be moving back unless they lower the price.
I lived here 6 months... beautiful property and the maintenance people are very very nice. Only downside is the ceilings are so thin. If youre on the first floor get used to hearing ever single foot step of the people above you. But obviously thats not a huge deal, Im even experiencing that now at my new place and its very nice so obviously thats just something that comes with living in apartments. A little tv or music can easily drown it out. But the location is on point, not even 5 or 10 minutes from manitou, right by the interstate ando lots of grocery stores, food, shops etc all within walking distance. If I hadnt had to move for my job Id definitely still be living here.
We just moved from Denver where apartments are overpriced and not nearly as nice. We have loved it since the minute we moved in. We have views of Pikes Peak, the grounds appear well maintained and layout of apartment is nice. Every place has its pluss and minuss, this definitely has more pluss.
This place is awful at first it was nice the grounds and everything is kept well but this place is a snake I lived here for a half a year and I regret every minute that I have to continue to live here they dont have a flat rate like most apartment complexes do and also they make you pay for their gas electricity in the office the outside lights and this bill will come separately for your rent, tge Pest Control is made us pay during winter when there are no pest so if you dont mind paying nickel and dimed everything out of your pocket this place is for youand by God dont let your pet off the leash tget will get your animal and put them in the pound my best advice is go somewhere else save some money and live happy plus the office staff is not too friendly nor are the maintenance men
Had a 2 bed room and downsized to a 1, the 1 was out dated and over priced. A few things said around the end of the lease didnt come out true and lost out on some money here and there. Overall terrible place and over priced. Nearly 1k for a crappy 1 bed room and they never had a enclosed garage available the whole year and a half I lived there, also had some stuff stolen from my car when parked next to one of the walk in gates.
Where do I begin. Alot of people on here must have lived in beverly hills according to some of the comments they are writting about how bad they have it living at the Oasis. I lived there for almost a year. I am in the military and knowing how far the drive is to get to work didnt matter at all because the living conditions, location, and especially staff were great. Someone wrote on here about there husband being deployed and it was hottible and so on. Well I had no troubles at all. I am deployed right now and had no issues providing my orders to have my contract voided as well as recieving part of my deposit due to the things that are clearly stated on the contract that would have to be payed for regardless. So nobody on here should be all worked up about anything. It is plain as day as to what you do and dont have to pay for when you live at the Oasis. I would recommend living there to anyone and everyone that is looking for a place to stay. As I said I am deployed and returning soon and will definitely be looking at trying to move back to the Oasis Apartments as soon as possible. So for everyone complaining please just stop. You obviously have no idea how good you have it and have obviously got issues with something if you are going to pick at the little things that could easily be problems if you would be living in a home of your own spending a boat load of money for a mortgage and all the other bills that come with owning a home. So without further adiue........Live at the Oasis!!!!!!!!:)
They had what my wife wanted
Management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They make excuses for untimely service - a nightmare to deal with. Avoid this complex at all costs.
Very comfortable place
Impossible to reach the office without going in in person-- have a question or concern during business hours while youre away from home? Too bad. Also, if you have a emergency maintenance issue on a Sunday when the maintenance team is on call and not on the property, good luck because theyll whine about having to come out, and lecture and guilt trip you about calling them. This complex is too expensive for what it is.
Loved it.
GOOD PLACE
Rude staff
Beautiful place
Sketchy....
